I bought a few now, but this screen is just amazing. Makes the others look like I purchased a bed sheet with a black border, lol. Ok the reverse side is black so doesn’t let light bleed through and fade the picture, pulls down so NO wrinkles to spoil the image. Want to watch the TV – one quick pull down and it glides smoothly back up into its case. Can swap between TV and projector in a split second, and very well made as well, recommend on installation another person to hold up the other end as it’s not a flimsy POS, lol. Absolute perfect 16:9 dimensions like it was made for my projector, as for value for money I’d give it 10 stars seriously, NO BS.
I genuinely spent ages looking around for the perfect screen for my man cave which was to go in front of a cupboard door to replace my cloth one which I had to keep hooking up and taking down every time the Mrs or I needed to get into the cupboard. I liked the idea of a pull down/retract screen to avoid this issue and I liked the professional look and sturdiness of this one but still hesitant as I was ordering it online without seeing it. Eventually I worked out the ideal sizing and position for one and went for the wide MPS and am truly impressed by the sheer quality and ease of use. This review is over a year later from purchase so I have some good amount of time using it. Thank you Duronic, truly amazing piece of kit and ideal for my movie/gaming setup!!

Great product, relatively light and very sturdy.. I managed to mount it on my ceiling on my own.. works very well.. can aldo be mounted on the wall for more optiond….retract upwards when not needed and easy to pull down.. it automatically locks when down, so no need to tie it down. Easy release by pulling it slightly down and it winds upwards on its own… great size for an average bedroom.. no warping.. eould recommend
Works great, especially for the price
Works great, and was easy enough to install even without any assistance from anyone else (as long as you’re happy pivoting one end on a screw and confident the substrate, anchor and screw you’ve used will hold it). I have no means of verifying whether the white portion of the material is some super-fantastic spec or not, but honestly for 70 I can’t imagine anyone would ever expect to magically have the world’s best cinematic coating. No issues with watching a projected 1080p image from a BenQ, for my eyes.
Good quality screen easy to install and look after.
I’m glad I spent a little more and went with one of the pull down screens as it should last seems good quality easy to install. I doesn’t have any creases easy to just pull the small rope and let it roll it up and away better than these ones you need to stretch out and clip every time. It cost about 45 and delivery was 9.99 which I think for the quality of this screen is a fair price.
This is an excellent quality screen at a competitive price. My screen has a black mark on the white canvas which is annoying, only because I know it is there, with that said it does not show up in picture when projecting onto it. I would have given it 5 stars if it had no marks on it out of the box.
There is a strong smell from the screen when you first mount it and pull out the screen. It took a week for the smell to go completely. Highly recommend that the buyer leaves the screen in a fully extended position in a well ventilated room as the smell is quite strong. Delivery was fast and the screen was well packaged.
Look no furthe
This is a quality item for the price. It arrived from the Duronic seller quickly, and was sensibly but securely packaged. Thankfully no polystyrene in sight! It is as easy as you’d imagine to put up by using the integral mounting plate. Once up, the screen extends and retracts smoothly, if not necessarily quietly. The locking mechanism seems solid and is intuitive (no weird angles to unlock). When in use, the screen surface is smooth and correctly taught – initially it emits a specific smell (like every projector screen), so allow the screen to air out if this bothers you. I did receive the original item with a manufacturing defect, but the Duronic seller arranged a replacement quickly, courteously and without hassle so top marks.

Great value for money
Have taken a while to buy an external projector, but read the reviews and this one looked like a good bet.
We were right! We tried it inside on the ceiling during the day and the hubby was really impressed – such a clear & colourful picture in daylight with the added bonus of sound too. We’ve since linked it up to a mobile speaker externally which makes it amazing.
We are going to make a cover so make it slightly darker for during the summer months as at the height of summer, externally, the light means you struggle with the picture (obviously!) but once it’s slightly darker it’s great!
Hubby said he would have been happy to have this instead of the tv inside! And as he lives his Tv, that’s great praise indeed!!

Je m’en sers tous les jours depuis plus d’un an et il est toujours aussi bien. Si vous avez un bon video proj vous aurez un trs bon rendu d’image. Le fait que l’arrire soit une toile noire est trs apprciable pour viter l’effet de projection travers la toile.

Install en haut d’une armoire moderne, on dirait du ”sur mesure”. Ecran trs efficace et discret.

Avec des chevilles mollies non livres avec, l’installation a t trs rapide et sans problmes. Les fixations livres avec ne correspondait pas au plafond ou j’ai install cet cran de projection. Le rendu est bien meilleur que sur le mur !!

Es slido. Esta bien construido. La telabse ve duradera. Los mecanismos de anclaje de la pantalla al desenrollarla para fijarla abierta o al soltarla para que se enrolle arriba funcionan muy bien.

J’avais un mur blanc mais pas tout a fait lisse . Avec l’cran a change tout niveau qualit d’image ! ( Picoprojecteur dans ma chambre )
Quand on le droule ( trs facilement )il y a des crans , d’environ 30 centimtres je pense , bien pratique !
Seul hic sur le ct c’est pas lisse , ”ca gondole” mais bon rien de gnant non plus .

Great quality screen!
Well made and reliable, with a great quality screen nicely finished I can thoroughly recommend this screen. I went for the 80″ in the end and if you are setting up a home cinema in anything other than a very small room, I’d recommend you go for the biggest screen you can fit. Because it rolls away completely and is very unobtrusive, when up you hardly notice it. You will need someone else to help you fit it to the ceiling – it is definitely a two handed job! As most ceilings are white it would be great if the company offered a white casing as this would mean the screen would blend in even more to mostly white ceilings. Great service from this supplier – very helpful. Shipping wasn’t ultra quick, but courier was helpful and accommodating. Overall, very happy customer.

L’cran est facile fixer au mur, malgr mes capacits limites en bricolage et une notice fournie uniquement en anglais (peu de chances de se tromper cela dit…).
Quelques utilisations dj, la toile semble de qualit, le reste aussi. A voir dans la dure bien sr.
Une odeur de plastique l’ouverture, comme le prcisent d’autres commentaires, mais qui s’estompe rapidement en laissant l’cran droul.
J’utilise ce produit pour visionner la tlvision sur ce grand cran. Excellent rendu volets ferms.
Pensez-vous proposer les coffrets mtalliques de couleur blanche ?
Pouvez- vous revoir cette patte mtallique permettant de drouler la toile. Ce modle archaque est d’une bien pitre lgance.
J’ai repeins le coffret en blanc et plac votre cordelette blanche dans la fixation de cette vilaine patte.
Good value
Good value manual projector screen. Perfect for my needs. Once fixed securely, it is robust and I don’t have any concerns about pulling it off the wall! The screen itself hangs flat and provides a decent surface.
This is the second projector screen I’ve used and it is by far and away the best one.
The roller function works very well, and is super easy to use. It can be adjusted quite easily up and down.
Installation requires at least 2 people. But with the correct tools is fairly straightforward to do.
The screen itself looks great, and the picture quality of the projection looks fantastic. There are no rippleds but the screen does bend ever so slightly at the edges, but this is barely noticeable when the screen is on, and appears to be getting better over time.
Overall this screen is a steal at this price, and is a must have if you have a projector.

Paired this with a DBPOWER projector for just over 100 so can’t complain. The screen itself has a black-only casing but I painted it with white spray paint before mounting it on the ceiling. Looks fairly well concealed and the missus hardly notices it now it’s camouflaged 🙂 Pull-down and re-home mechanism is firm and there’s no drift that I’d read about some manual screens whilst doing my research.
Don’t often give 5 stars because I don’t trust such reviews but will make an exception here.
Matched to an Optoma HD240wi at a distance of about 3.75 metres this Duronic screen is filled by the picture. I have a 4K 55in TV but not had a projector before but to my eyes the picture is quite astonishing. Ok it’s 1080p and not 4k but more than adequate. Streamed video from a Firestick also looks good; Bluray 3D such as Galapagos is stunning using the Optoma ZD302 3D glasses (which state for TV but work fine with the DLP projector). For the price I’m not sure whether this screen can be improved upon but I’m pleased I didn’t pay more. You will need help to put this up. Coach bolts and screws were provided. Mine went into a wooden wall so easy to do but it can also be ceiling mounted. I measured the fixing positions roughly to start with, put up one bolt, hung that side of the screen on the bolt, checked level and then put the other bolt in the final position on the other side. Added additional screws as necessary. Positioning the manual pull down screen to match the picture is easy to do but needs some care and patience to get it exactly right and the final adjustments can be made with the projector.
2 minor gripes:
1. the “teardrop” recess for the bolt on the side of the screen is too narrow for the bolts provided.It will only go though the larger hole but not “sit” in the narrower section above. Difficult to explain but you’ll see what I mean. Not a major problem because it can still be securely fasted with the nut, but the screen will be positioned about 1cm higher than would otherwise be the case.
2. Strong smell which will presumably diminish.
The only other irritant is that one or more flies tend to settle on the screen, which is in a summerhouse. Can you impregnate the fabric with an insect deterrent … 😉
The attached pictures don’t do it justice because my phone camera isn’t that good. It also appears much wider in real life at nearly 2.5 metres wide.

This is a great screen for the money. The pull down and return mechanism works well but as recommended make sure you keep a hold of the screen as it is recoiling as it can move at quite a pace.
It’s has brackets, at each end, to enable it to be fixed to the roof or the wall or with the addition of some S hooks and Eye Plates (as in the pictures) it can easily be hung from the ceiling.
It’s worth noting that the casing is wider than the size of the screen so make sure you look at the measurements on the product description.
I have enjoyed this screen in my home cinema now for many months so it is time to write a review. I LOVE this screen. It is high quality, enables a good picture and of course it is huge as the heart of my cinema. Fitting was easy, I fitted to my plasterboard ceiling, all it took was drilling 4 holes (I never found a joist) and using 4 plasterboard wall plugs form my local DIY centre, total cost 2.59 GBP and took 1 hour with my son – needs two people to hold this beast up.
It is easy to pull down and locks naturally into place and a quick pull and it rolls back up again when not in use. I highly recommend this screen. I feel it was very good value for money. It does not wobble when people open doors or windows as it is a fairly thick material and the chemical smell some people have mentioned disappears after a few weeks, so treat it as that wonderful new product smell. 🙂
The screen arrived quickly without any damage. This was the 100″ 16:9 widescreen projector screen.
I read some of the reviews that were stating the screen was not 16:9 and that 16:9 was not available.. It took me a while to work out that the reviews were for all the screen sizes and not for the individual screens that were listed.
I couldn’t find any other non electrical screen, as I was concerned about the weight of the electric ones.
The screen works well and was not too heavy and had plenty of mounting points for ceiling or wall.
The screen pulls down easily although it makes some strange noises..
The only one issue was that the edges do curl in a bit, luckily this screen was a little big for what I needed and didn’t affect the view of the picture.

Delivery was super fast, arrived well before the estimated date given and was well protected to avoid any damage during delivery.When I opened the packaging I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product.
It was easy to mount, I chose to put mine on the ceiling but you can also mount on a wall. Once up the manual mechanism operated smoothly and the white screen again oozed quality and is backed in black thus ensuring no light leakage. When o fired up my LCD projector (GM 60 MODEL), I immediately noticed the improved picture quality, it was then I knew that this purchase was definitely worthwhile.
This item is a must buy if you want a cheap but quality Projector screen and it will enhance your home cinema experience as compared to using a standard home wall as a screen. I am very pleased with this purchase especially when combines with a cheap Chinese LCD projector, together you get a huge clear, screen in the comfort of your own home for approximately 90 in total…….now that is what I call good value for money.
This is my first foray into the home cinema scene and as a starter pack this screen is in my view an excellent purchase at 34.99! Highly recommended!!

Mes besoins taient pourtant assez simples : cran manuel d’un certain encombrement pouvant tre fix au plafond, et livr mon domicile.
J’en profite, au passage, pour signaler que la dimension donne par le site correspond celle de l’cran, pas celle du systme entier (logement + pattes de fixation (rajouter 2 X 8 CM : voir photo).
Cette ‘petite’ nuance m’a permis de tester l’efficacit, la rapidit, la gratuite, et la gentillesse du SAV du fournisseur (DURONIC).
(le transporteur vient chez vous rcuprer le colis, c’est tout)
J’ai reu l’cran par transporteur bien avant la date estime par Amazon (et ce, les deux fois).
Rien dire sur le montage, tout est fourni (vis & chevilles) et est assez simple, mme s’il vaut mieux tre deux.
La mise en place est simple : on tire la ficelle puis la poigne (ou directement la poigne si vous avez mang beaucoup de soupe) jusqu’ la position dsire, puis on relche.
Pour le replier, on tire un peu sur la poigne et on accompagne (en retenant la poigne, puis la ficelle) l’cran vers son caisson/rangement.
Quant l’cran, tant novice et non-spcialiste, je ne peut pas juger de son rendu/etc… par rapport aux autres concurrents en lice,
mais la famille est unanime : l’image est nette, lumineuse/brillante, et le support ne bouge pas chaque courant d’air (comme un drap, par exemple).
Vido en 1080p ou simple TV Replay en SD, c’est parfait !
he build quality of this screen is truly excellent,the image quality is so good,i really like it in black makes the screen looks more professional much better than white looks,the image quality from my acer x1383wh projector using PS3 & PC (i bought the 84 inch screen) is awesome,very happy that the seller sent it the same day i bought it & i received it the next day. i just hope the mechanical part of this screen does not break down on me otherwise i’m one very happy customer & i hope this seller continues selling this brand so more people have the chance to buy this top quality screen.

I have no experience with projector screens but this one seems to be very well made and of good quality. Does the job perfectly and a price that couldn’t be beaten. Would definitely recommend this. Fairly easy to wall or ceiling mount with drill, then it slides into place onto the screws, so it can be taken off the wall easily if required. Very sturdy on the wall and is also quite heavy. Manual open and close is very smooth as well.
I placed my screen in front of a window and it works well. Does not let any light through and is a good quality display.
Excellent Value
I bought this screen on behalf of a group which supports a residential Home for the elderly where my mother is a resident. As far as I am aware they are delighted with it. Not getting much use yet, but it will become more useful in the winter months.
