The PlayStation 4 was in perfect working order no problems there. However delivery instructions weren’t made clear to myself or the delivery driver I was asked for a 6 digit code that neither me or the driver knew how to access. I received the PlayStation the next day after a phone call to costumer service to avoid this happening I think it would be handy to send the costumers a text message with the code to make it easier.
