How to care for Cedar wood
Caring for the Cedarwood is easy.
Every 2-3 months give the rings a very light sand with the sandpaper included and wipe clean with a damp cloth.
This will restore their effectiveness.

How to Effectively Use our Moth Repellent Cedar Rings
Our Cedarwood rings can be placed anywhere from wardrobes to clothes bags. Add on to your hanger hooks or place on top of your clothes.
Make sure you use the dosage guide below to give enough of a covering of the Cedar to ensure it does the job!
Please check your clothes and garments are as dry as possible before adding Cedarwood to them as this will ensure the best results.

How Cedarwood Repels Moths
Worry about the little ones!
It’s the larvae of the moths, not the adults, that are munching away at your favourite Jumper!
However, it’s the adult moths that are drawn to the dark and undisturbed areas of your house, especially wardrobes, to lay their eggs.
It’s the oil within the wood that moths hate!
Not only does cedar smell great but is also what makes it so effective at repelling moths. It’s this which the clothes moth simply does not like the smell of, so will not lay it’s eggs where the fragrance is prominent.
This is amazing, but……..
The scent dissipates over time. Therefore if you do not refresh the blocks, then the moths may decide to move back in.

Old Tudor house!
If living in old Tudor house with lot’s of wood then buy them or something similar. I get holes, very occasionally on clothes due too moths in my old house, they really work so put on the hanger of item! And you will protect clothes better! Personal unbiased opinion!
Seemed to have a bit of a moth problem in my room, where I was noticing a lot of clothes moths on my ceiling and in other parts of the room. I distributed these cedar rings around (there are loads of them in the box!!), and they give off a very pleasant aroma for the human nose… But not for the moth nose, it seems! All the moths cleared off very quickly – I can’t see a single one now! Did the job, and very humanely. They come with sandpaper to keep the scent fresh as well. Very highly recommend!
Easily slipped on to hangers
Decided to purchase these after moth attacks on pullovers. Reviews very supportive of product. Delivered swiftly, cedar discs well manufactured, and easily slipped onto hangers. So far, so good. Time will tell how effective they are is discouraging the destructive efforts of moths.
Natural fresh smell
I love the natural fresh smell of the cedar wood. Apparently it is exactly this smell that the moths don’t like! Also, I love the idea that this product is eco friendly and contains no poisons or harmful compounds. The rings are easy to use. I have simply placed one on each hanger of my main wardrobe and intend to buy more to protect all my clothes. I would recommend this product.

High hopes for these cedar rings
These small lovely. I’ve just had to sew up the holes in one of my favourite jumpers. The QR code in the box was a nice touch and informative. I like the company ethos as I didn’t want to buy chemicals and platic.

Cedar Wood Moth Rings
My house is plagued with small moths so I’ve bought these highly recommended cedar wood moth rings to hang on woollen clothes. Too early to tell what effect they’ll have but am glad I’ve bought them and they’re natural.

When I ordered it, I was a bit skeptical how will be scent. Figured out that the scent is pretty nice. The packaging was also very handy. They provided two sand papers as well.

I love these kiwi cedar wood mothball repellants. They have a lovely fresh scent from them.

Good size, fits anywhere including hangers. Smooth and well shaped. Bought to put with weddings dress which will go into a storage case. Good to hang in wardrobe too. Loads in the box, good value for money. Scent isn’t overpowering.

Wow these are great. Much better for the environment and you stop clothes being eaten. Wonderful scent, but not strong enough to stick to clothes. Handy hole in middle, so you can pop over a hanger. Brilliant. Plus you get so many for your money.

Cedar scent very fai
No obvious cedar aroma when opening the box. However a light sanding did release a faint scent, though not as much as I would have liked or expected. I’ve given 4 stars in the hope that once I have sanded them more, that will hopefully release more scent as I like the idea of this natural method to fend off moths etc.

I have put these on the books of my clothes hangers. They smell nice and as far as I can see they keep the moths away.

Absolutely fantastic! I’ve had a nightmare with a moth invasion over the last couple of years. I tried all sorts of things to try and combat them, nothing worked. So far, these have been the best preventive. No more moths flying out of my wardrobe!!!
