The machine is amazing it helps my wife out alot with regards to exercise as she is disabled and cannot run etc. She has dropped inches and weight using this along side a new healthy eatting habit.

My partner does lots of exercising and saw this and hoped it would help her tone. The thing she loves the most is it can be moved around easily and once hooked up to your phone it will play music, so you have a mini gym experience available in any room of the house. I can’t say whether this is doing anything specifically as she uses weights and does exercise classes but she thinks it’s good. The thing is hilarious when you’re turning it on, it’s as if they have found a woman with the most stereotypical Chinese voice to do the speaking for it.

As for me I have to be very careful as I have mobility problems, back, legs and knees etc plus arthritis in arms and shoulders. If I can I will. Be good to ease pain as medication not so effective on long term use.
For now daughter really rates this plate.

I bought this Machine for my Daughter to aid in her dieting programme. She is very pleased with it.
Easy to use. Love the blue tooth feature for music. One downside was the clips on the side are very cheap plastic, one broke on first use, so I replaced myself. But overall everything else is good quality.

My wife is really pleased with the Evoland Vibration Power Plates as it has several settings that give a very good work-out.
This is really well priced for this kind of exercise equipment. It has good functionality but frustratingly you only find this out through trial and error as the instructions which come with the power plate are useless. Has some lovely little features and works well.

The Remote: It does work you just have to hold it rather close to the devices display in order for it to register.
Instructions: I have no idea what the other reviews were talking about, they were simple and easy to follow with the use of common sense.
Pain Relief: I’m not using this machine for pain relief, however after the first couple uses my muscles started to ache – as they would be if you went for a run! I wouldn’t advise using it if you have any hip or leg problems unless you keep it on the lower programmes or speeds. And only use it in short bursts to make up the 20 minutes you should only use it for a day.
My experience: After using it for 4-5 days, my muscles ache like I’ve just done a marathon, so I can feel it working so far and I feel that it’ll make a difference if I keep using it. The more my muscles get used to a certain programme, I go on to the next one.
This is a neat bit of kit which for the price you’re paying is worth getting if you’re looking for a boost to get fit.
I’ve also bought a waist strap to help support my back whilst using it which I feel makes me a bit more stable on the machine.
Overall, I love it and can’t wait to see how much it helps as I keep using it 🙂
This product is amazing it is easy to connect your phone to and I love all the different stages the only thing is some of the buttons on the remote don’t do what they say

There are lots of these on the market and we went middle of the range. I use it on a high setting for fitness and my partner uses it to relax his aching legs after a long day at work. Six weeks in and no complaints.

I bought this to help me get back in to shape and I am very impressed. I use it everyday and find it is making a noticeable difference. It also has had the bonus effect of help both myself and my husband with back pain. It is very relaxing and I would recommend it as a first step in to home exercise.

I love it, but I have to buy batteries for my remote control. Hope it will work then. I thought my batteries would work, but no light on the remote control was showing.

To be honest there might as well not be a instruction manual with this as it does not tell you a thing! I have no idea how to use the Bluetooth function as there is no instructions regards this function. I can change the timings but I am still unsure of how to change the power or whether there is only 5 settings you can pick from and that’s it. Also I do not know why but one of the feet on it keeps marking my floor, with a black ring, no matter how many times I have cleaned it, it does not help. The resistance bands I don’t use as they don’t personally provide me with any resistance, which is probably for the best as when I moved the power plate one of the resistance bands just fell off, looking at it the screw has come lose, so I would say if you do want to use these check them every time before use to make sure they are securely attached, otherwise you could have a accident! I Google everything and I still could not find instructions for this on how to use it. However, it does do what it says, it vibrates so that’s something, would I buy it again probably no
I had a power plate, but it eventually died and I bought this as a replacement. This is much more compact than my previous one, it’s also much quieter. Quite nifty being able to play music through it too! It works very, very well!

This works well and after using a different one in a gym it is much easier to have it at home. It didn’t have enough direction on how to self programme.
Only used AGM Vibration Plate a few times, really liked and enjoyed using it. Its compact, small and powerful.
Unfortunately, 6 months of having it, noticed the front interface of control panel – where the programs, speed and time is, was coming off revealing the electronics underneath. Great customer service from Amazon who gave a fast refund once the AGM Vibration Plate was sent back. The AGM Vibration Plate has a 2 year warranty as mentioned it the User Manual. Please check the warranty of any vibration plate you plan to purchase.

I wanted a vibration plate which is small, compact, easy to move, affordable but also powerful.
I bought the AGM Vibration Power Plate after much research. This machine does tick these boxes.
The User manual/instruction booklet does cover the basics but it could be alot clearer about the program settings, how they work and how to use them either manually or remotely.
Not figured out yet how to use the blue tooth option to play music – probably will end up not using.
There is an annoying loud annoucement when you switch on the vibration plate but its only for a few seconds and the power cable could be longer – but overall I am happy with AGM Vibration Power plate which comes with 2 year warranty as stated in the User manual.
Firstly my gripes – the instruction book is very poorly written (the cross legged woman shown sitting on the machine must be the size of a two year old!) and it’s not particularly user friendly so I’ll look at YouTube videos instead, secondly the power cable is very short (I’ll probably need an extension cable to use it where I want it) and plugging it into the machine I was disappointed to see the plastic casing move (I’d have hoped for more rigidity), thirdly it would have been a better design if the power cable plugged into the side or rear of the machine rather than the front so that it could be placed nearer to a wall. Otherwise I’m happy that it’s reasonably good quality and value for money.
As I need to work out some routines to use the machine to target specific body areas all I can say so far is that it certainly does something and affects the feet up to the lower chest and back, I don’t think that it will do much for the upper body without lying down in press-up position, which I’ve yet to try.
I’ll comment further once I have used it more comprehensively.
After using daily now for three weeks or so my honest opinion is that it’s good for the feet, legs, buttocks and belly but not particularly good for the upper body due to the uncomfortable positions the user needs to assume to target these areas (I’ll try the resistance belts next). The light panel is frankly really distracting in my opinion and not at all informative when standing looking down at it, far better would be a peep noise every minute to help users count off time to the end of the selected programme.
The resistance bands are frankly useless and a trip hazard when not in use, I’ve now removed them and won’t bother with them again.
My opinion is that the machine is fine for a daily lower body workout with minimum fuss but isn’t of much use for the upper body unless you are already fit and capable of getting into and holding the necessary positions.
I don’t know if the more pricey machines will do any better but I am sure the bigger gym ones can take the power to another level but honestly this feels like it has very good power and definitely shaking my body up.

This is my second vibe plate and less powerful than the first possibly due to the size. Great for portability easy to lift and put away. Great set of programs. Solid design. Blue tooth speaker is naff you’re better using your phone on loud speaker or a proper blue tooth speaker.
