Good blade
Thought I’d give one of these a try, well I’m over the moon with the tidy cuts and the fact that you have a full sized blade at all times. There’s also less waste to sweep up as l found after using this blade that most of the dust on the floor was disc dus
It cuts aluminium way nicer than the standard blade
The cut is much cleaner – not perfect, but cleaner by a country mile than the standard blade. I do not think it’s worth 3 times the price mind you – but i am happy I have a decent alu blade now
Good price compared to performance
I have been using them for last 2 years each blade last me more or less 2 months. I manufacture metal gates and railings and we cut loads of metal each day.

Cuts through steel roofing sheets like a knife through butter.
Bought this for my circular saw which is a different brand than Evolution but uses the same sized blade. I needed to put new box profile steel roofs onto my double stable and hay-shed which meant a lot of sheets to cut! This blade never missed a beat! Tore through the work in no time and at the end of the job was as good as new. Even the paint on the blade was still perfect. It made a lovely clean cut, no snagging and no kick back. I cut each sheet separately because I wanted a good job and time wasn’t an issue, so I don’t know how it would perform on multiples. Excellent product which is still going strong 9 months later.

Disque de bonne qualité
J’utilise ce disque sur une scie circulaire standard pour la coupe de tle en acier brut de 3mm d’paisseur et frenchement sa passe nickel . Pas trop de bavure et une coupe beaucoup plus propre que avec une disquette.
Je recommande ce disque.

Bought complete saw which came with the 66tooth blue saw blade i have cut 22 pieces of 80x80x4mm box mild steel with no issues ! i see a lot of comments of the blade not lasting and if this happens to me i will file for the small claims court ! that a lot of money for a blade that some are saying will only cut a few cuts ! my advice video each cut for evidence and pay 60 at small claims court you’ll get your money back. cant let them sell us saw with inferior blades its not on.

J’ai achet cette lame en 2020 avec la machine de la mme marque pour un chantier o j’avais des coupes d’HEA 100 et de tubes carrs 40×2. J’ai t impressionne par la facilit et la propret des coupes. De mme, mme si sa longvit n’a pas atteint les 20 disques abrasifs vants, on en tait pas loin et cela vaut largement le surcot vu le confort et la rapidit des coupes. Quand elle m’a lacher au bout d’un an d’utilisation intensive, j’ai du acheter en urgence une lame d’une autre marque 2,5 fois plus cher. Le rsultat souffrait pourtant la comparaison. Aprs seulement quelques coupes degueulasses et poussives et recommand l’evolution direct.

j’ai achet cette lame sur les conseils d’un pro et je ne suis pas du. Par contre, j’ai hsit en lisant certains commentaires trs dfavorables et la rflexion je pense qu’ils sont peu crdibles ou que les auteurs ne respectent pas les consignes. Il faut une rotation maximum de 1600 T/M, vrifier sur la machine et avoir une “attaque” douce et ne pas forcer comme un malade pendant la coupe. Aprs une centaine de coupes dans l’acier, ma lame est comme neuve !

cutting profile is better compared to the standard blade EPT is providing.
blade is very thin and warps when the teeth getting dull and heat creeps in while cutting (bad experience with that).

Nous ne coupons que de l’acier. Lame assez performante mais il faut laisser travailler la scie en n’apuyant modrment dessus. Car si on y va comme un bourrin a ne dure pas trop longtemps. Bon rapport qualit prix. Cela fait 4 ans que l’on s’en sert en industrie. Donc OK

Sgt soweit ganz gut aber ob es wirklich 20 normale trennscheiben gehalten bis zum nachschleifen kann ich nicht genau sagen hab aber auch hauptschlich 12mm material gesgt ich denke mal man kann es 4-5mal nachschleifen lasse

Cutting through 1″ box section 3mm thick wall. Like butter so smooth. With near perfect cutting face. Cut 45 degree cuts in same metal. Very near perfect an easy to tig weld without filler rod

Achete en remplacement d’une lame de marque rput qui n a pas tenue, j’ai opt par hasard sur ce modle. Je suis trs agrablement surpris de sa qualit. Peut-tre lgrement plus de bavures qu’avec plus de dents mais sincrement c’est trs trs acceptable.

Does the job well
I’ve used this in an Evolution EVOSAW180HD Industrial Steel Circular Saw to cut aluminium sheet (around 1.5 to 2.5mm). Cuts smoothly, with no vibration and virtually burr-free. I’ll update this when I have more feedback on lifespan and durability.
Estaba comprando las hojas naranjas que cuestan mucho menos y estaba gastando mucho de estos. Me encanta la sierra y pensaba porque no probar unos de estos discos profesionales. La verdad es que duran mucho mas y por eso salen mas econmico cuando se cuenta la vida de la hoja.

Amazing product. Cut through 1 metre of 1mm mild steel sheet as easily as most circular saws cut through wood. The 20mm core fits my Silverline circular saw perfectly and there’s no need to buy an Evolution saw.
his saw works great, but isn’t suitable for my 1.6mm thickness steel products.. too thin i guess, my product that i intend to dispose after cutting off will fly out after 95% cut in that process i got few broken tooth after less than 10 cuts. i just cant get clean cut with this blade. and the reason i give 4 star is because my parcel arrived with empty box.. this replacement blade went missing.. i review this based on the saw blade that come with the evosaw355 machine. amazon quickly solve and resend the product.

Per quanto riguarda Amazon e i suoi servizi di spedizione nulla che dire. La lama la si pu usare solo con le evolution.controllate sempre il numero di giri della troncatrice.

Achet cette lame pour trononneuse mtal Hitachi. Le mtal se dcoupe parfaitement et trs facilement. Notamment les angles a 45sont parfait et idal pour la soudure.
Le remplacement de la lame de scie Raptor d’origine me permet de retrouver la prcision et rapidit de coupe
que j’apprcie dans cette scie. Les tincelles ont fortement diminu, la descente est rgulire. Affuter l’ancienne lame est envisager pour viter sa mise au rebut et pouvoir alterner l’utilisation ancienne et nouvelle lame. je suis trs satisfait d’avoir pu remplacer cette lame.

I bought this blade to cut 1.375″ and 1.5″ stainless tubing for custom headers. The blade cut much better than expected. It went through the tubing like a warn knife through soft butter. I am thoroughly pleased.
