Light and easy to move around.
    Very powerful.

My only wish is that it’d come with variable diameter connectors: the hose diameter is a lot lower than many of the suction port diameters on the machines I use. I have a 65mm suspended hose in the garage to attach this to at one end, and attach the other end variably to whichever machine I’m using. A stepped diameter connector would have made setting this all up less irritating.

I bought this as a spare but find myself using it as my main unit as it’s so compact/lightweight and small foot print in a van. It connects to tools, useful for minor plumbing (clearing pipes, cisterns etc) or clearing sawdust away when completing carpentry work. Great value as a cheap alternative to a festool extractor.

Works very well and fits in my restricted space workshop a treat. The suction is ok, but the filter seems to block quite quickly sometimes, but in fairness thats very much down to what material you are putting through it. My biggest wish, is that it should have had wheels of some sort, that would have taken it from good to excellent in my opinion.

Hooked this up to my 6″ random orbital sander and barely a single flake of saw dust in the air, it caught everything, great to have the auto start function as well, very impressed

    Big fan of the product.
Impressed with power take-off functionality, does what I want It to do.
Kit is generous with hoover bits, extender arms and nozzles etc – if im honest, mine sits connected to my table saw for most of the time (not on power take off).
Whilst I wouldn’t want to deal with the dust cloud when using it in my workshop – the blower function is a great function to have on board.
If I had one criticism, it’s probably that the hose could be a bit longer. But the coupling is a free-spinner, so at least you dont battle with kinks!

Have used this a few times now in my garage and out in the garden to blow saw dust away from equipment. Like all smaller suction items attached to woodwork tools it doesn’t do a great job but certainly reduces the amount of dust. The great thing is it is light and can easily be used to hoover up after working.

I’ve had this for over 9 months now, and I am very pleased with it. It does have some design faults, the filter is in a stupid position and does get clogged, but as a wood working newbie it’s done me really proud. It’s annoying it doesn’t easily fit evolution tools or come with an adaptor but hey not a big deal. Easy to use, and great power. Also great to use on the car. Can be a bit loud but then again so can a table saw

Great shop vac plus many other uses, even helpful when cleaning and changing water in my wife’s layzee spar usually always a bit of water and bits left in the bottom normally take ages to sort, not with this bad boy left it clean and dry ready to refill ni minutes

I up cycle old pallets and scrap wood as a hobby, these require quite a lot of sanding before they are useful, this creates so much dust that it can be harmful. This vacuum works so well, really efficient, powerful and lightweight. It could do with a slightly longer and more flexible hose, other than that, it’s a nice bit of kit, does what it is designed to do.

Great bit of kit to stop all the unwanted sawdust when using any woodworking power tool but works just as well as a hoover and a blower to use around the house and garden. Can’t believe I went this long without one. Thought that they were a lot bulkier and more expensive but this one ticks all the boxes for the general DIYer. A must have.

Bought this vacuum to insert into a bandsaw and circular saw. Really does keep the working area cleaner. It can then be used as a conventional vacuum for bits left over. Blower facility also useful. The one thing I love is that plugging the saw into the socket on the vacuum means the vacuum automatically switches on and off with the activation of a saw ot whatever. Great.

Really useful vacuum. Especially like the linked power supply that turns the extraction on when you power up your tool. Only downside, doesn’t come with any adapters to fit either the Evolution Mitre or Table saws. Wouldn’t be too hard to supply Shirley?

Bought this as a shop vac for my workshop. Very lightweight. Plenty of suction to collect the dust and chips from my saw, plane and sander. Power passthrough works for the electric tools, and it still does a good job with the battery tools. Had to buy a pack of adapters to make it fit all my tools but it works very well. Not tried it on the wet vac yet.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersProduct itself is great. Good suction and picks up everything in it’s way. No bags to replace is also a huge bonus.

I only gave it 4* as it doesn’t fit into the back of any power tools without an adapter.. including other evolution power tools which is just madness. Overall good product but make sure to but an adapter if planning to use it with power tools.

Whilst it doesn’t gather all sawdust,it doesn’t get far off,and I like the fact that you plug my saw into it and it works with it and turns off with the
    saw.I like that!

Bought to add to a sander to sand my ceiling. Worked very well with very little dust. I now use it for my mitre saw and it does a good job too. Easy to unplug and use mobile too. Really good bit of kit.

Only thing missing are bags and this product would be perfect.

Another excellent pro-am product from Evolution. I replaced my old ‘dalek’ style hoover with this as it meant I can just stack it up with my toolboxes rather than have to find it a special place of it’s own. The start-on-power-passthrough is a great feature, especially on a product at this price point. Don’t get me wrong, this isn’t Festool quality, but it’s perfect if you aren’t using it every day. The only slight criticism I have is that the hose is a little short, so it can be a little tricky if you’re trying to use it for extraction while drilling holes in a ceiling. If was 2.5m instead of 2m it would be perfect.

Just love this thing, wish that I had bought one a long time ago, dust is way down and the work area easily kept clean. I particularly like the way it acts as an extension cable for a power tool, and how it automatically starts the vacuum when the tool is used. If hose could be longe and it was on wheels it would be perfect.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis was one of those purchases that I initially struggled to justify. I already owned a Titan W&D vacuum and didn’t think it made sense buying another just for the benefit of power take off.

However, I thought, “cojones, I’m getting it and will flog the one I had”

Very glad I did. The power take off is genuinely helpful plus it sucked in well over 90% of the MDF dust that would have ended up airborne. I was using an 80T blade so the dust was VERY fine

    Only slight down sides are
    i) the power of the EVO vac is not as good as the old one but still good enough for my purposes
ii) power take off socket is a very tight fit. Evolution have confirmed they are made this way. Solution is a loose cable tie under the tool’s plug which I use to pull it out

Overall a good purchase and have already found a buyer for the Tita

I run a professional workshop and was pleasantly suprised with how effective the Evolution dust extractor is. I use Evo saws so unsuprisingly it fits their stuff perfectly – the Power pull swith thing which self starts and turns off is awesome.

Ideal vac for my mitre saw, can be used for most power tools where an adaptor is available. Excellent.

A great piece of equipment, and does what’s needed, using with a jigsaw, I would say it collected around 80% of the dust with no noticeable dust hanging in the air. Used with an orbital sander it work amazing with no noticeable dust once finished. The power take off works perfectly and is a great feature. It’s lightweight and fairly compact.
