Basic gloves to help contact when doing weights in the gym. Fit well/fine but cause quite a bit of sweat. Not as if my hands don’t usually do that it’s just more/awkward. Goat leather seems a bit controversial though it didn’t bother me particularly.
Good value, wash fine – hand wash or cool and no spin. Don’t tumble dry.

Wrist Wrap Gloves feature patented fins for easy removal and wrist wraps for ultimate support.

The gloves are made of durable vented stretch material so they will last wear after wear.

Durable non-slip padded palm and thumb.

Breathable material which combines the look and durability of leather with a machine-washable fabric that won’t stretch.

Helps a lot when using free weights and keeps handles with deep grooves from hurting your palms.

I’ve been using these a couple weeks now every day and they seem to be built to last.

They do require some breaking in, and the palms are a little on the thick side, but after regular use they are fantastic.

I’ve gotta say that the pulls on the top of the gloves are awesome and don’t fold in under your fingers.

    Fit just perfectly.

    Happy with the purchase.

These gloves are very comfy and they look stylish. No problems while using them in the gym, they are good for any type of equipment, barbell, dumbells, kettlebell, no hurting palms afterwards!

The only issue I see is the wrist wrap. It does protect your wrist well but I would say it is a bit too long. Might work just fine for very thick wrists but I would not buy them for beginners, might be found too awkward to work with.

    Very comfy, stay in palce

    Review from my husband:

I got these with intention of doing more weight-based exercise and for the job at hand, no pun intended, they work great. They have a long wrist strap that gives a snug fit, and they’re comfortable and lightweight and not sweaty at all. They offer an excellent grip on the weight bar and stop rubbing on the palm and inner finger, which is great. They make a quick and simple workout much more enjoyable, and taking them off is easy as each finger has a little tab on the underside which allows you to pull the gloves off with ease A really good innovation. I’m really quite new to home workout stuff but these definitely left a great impression and the price, for what would appear to be professional quality gear, is exceptional value. They also do a good job of doubling up as punching gloves when using my punch bag 4/5

A great pair of weight lifting gloves

These gloves are fantastic, the quality is impressive and feels very well made. Generally I tend to use straps when lifting because gloves can quite often be too bulky and uncomfortable which hinders the lift. These gloves however are a joy to wear, they are comfortable and have a strong support around the wrist that is adjustable so doesn’t interfere with your lift.

The gloves give you a greater grip to the object you are lifting, being fingerless is a great plus so that you are not fully restricted and can still use your hands properly without having to take then off and back on again every 5 minutes.

If you suffer with callouses on your hands, these will definitely help provide some additional cushioning which will take some of the pain out of your lifts to allow you to focus on the set you are doing.

    Very pleased and highly recommend.

Got these for my son who raved about them. He said they are designed well, providing protection for your palms and fingers as well as the strap which gave him good support.

The grip is great for a firm and secure hold of the bar, and the material is soft and comfortable but durable and allows your hands to breath whilst working out.
He noticed the difference immediately and uses them every time, not sure how long they will last yet, but so far so good!

I bought these products for lifting weights. Since my hands are sensitive, they get damaged quickly. So I needed a glove that was good, comfortable and worked.

This glove I bought was a real sports glove. I wasn’t expecting something this good and amazing. I thought I was buying a simpler glove, but I bought a really good quality glove.

It has a structure that protects all the points that rub against your hand when you hold the weight bar. It really protects every point where your hand can rub and get hurt very well. There are special points designed for this. All of these points are covered with protectors. This is awesome!

You can also adjust the wrist part wide or narrow. I like narrow, so I use the wrist part tighter.

Here’s how I can help you with body measurements:
Open your palm and measure from left to right. Size M is suitable for 6-8CM. But if your hands are heavy and your fingers are thick, you can buy 1 size larger.

These are well-designed gym gloves that have good attention to detail. There are extra straps to wrap around your wrist to give you extra support and reduce the chance of injury and there are the extra tabs that make it easier to remove the gloves from your sweaty hands.
If are a regular gym-goer then having good gloves will reduce injury and maximise your workouts and these gloves do just that.

These Freetoo gloves are really excellent. I’ve had Freetoo products before, and always found them to be top quality materials and construction. These gloves have a thick suede-effect padding which really protects the palms and fingers. The Velcro fastening is extremely secure, giving great wrist support – and there are finger-tabs to make removing the gloves easier. My only minor quibble is I found them a little tight (even though I ordered large) so consider ordering a size up.

I ordered these in an xl and they just about fit comfortably. The palms are padded and the synthetic leather is grippy and thick. The standout for me was the integrated wrist wrap that really helps lock my wrist out for clean and press movements and My grip on the bar is substantially increased versus my naked hand.
excellent gloves that surpassed my expectation, recommended.

These are great quality, sturdy gloves that are ideal for heavier lifting in the gym. I have recently been upping my weights at the gym and my flimsy GoApe gloves aren’t helping me anymore. I received the size S which fit perfectly for me (woman with medium sizes hands). I found them to be super comfortable to use, even with my Apple Watch, and very supportive. Very happy with them!

Fits the right size and fits the palm of the hand without compromising the flexibility of the fingers. Anti-slip leather on the palm enhances the grip of the palm.
The fabric on the back of the hand is a bit thin and breathable. The straps of the wrist are freely adjustable.

These are really fit for purpose gloves.

They fit well and they are comfortable and breathable which makes it helpful when doing strenuous exercise, but even though they are light, they are still strong and feel quite durable.

They have a good grip so they work well when picking weights and even when you are sweating inside, the outside still stays grippy and the vents allow you to cool out the hands.

The padding on it is good and protects the palms well.

They are easy to wear and take off. Overall they work really well.

I personally I ordered these gloves to wear while using the weight machines in the gym rather than with the free weights for weight lifting bench pressing etc.

The gloves are OK fitting I ordered a small they fit great on the hand but I still find the straps around the wrist to be a bit large however these are designed for men so that’s probably why.

They are shaped and padded on the palm I suade for grip I find this a bit bulky for me.
So I guess if you have small hands these are not the best gloves for you. I definatly think they are more suited to larger hands

I do love this pair of gym gloves. I needed to replace my old ones and when I saw this i thought that I’ll give it a go. It is comfortable, and it fits perfectly. I got a size small. you’re able to adjust it to your likeness around your wrist for better support and it worked quite fine when lifting weights.

    Perfect fit!

  25. Anonymous says:

The fit of these was very good, I generally take a large glove, but not everyone’s large is the same. these fit me well, neither feeling tight or uncomfortably slack.

The wrist wrap is long and padded, but wraps readily and I found it offered support without restricting movement excessively.

The materials feel good quality with a mix of natural at the palm and fingers and man-made materials elsewhere, with good detailing.
The small tabs on the gloves half fingers really make removal easier, and if you have ever had tired hands from a hard session, you know how numb the fingers can be at this point.

While these are weight training gloves, they would work provide stability for similar hefty practical tasks, like swinging a heavy hammer or working a spade or shovel.

In terms of price point you are getting a quite complex arrangement of parts stitched together well, that come together in a comfortable to wear pair of gloves, as such I think these gloves represent good value.

As new out of the bag I can’t be certain of the gloves longevity, but I am optimistic based on my first impression.

    Well made gloves.

I find these weight lifting gloves are very comfortable to wear and they do offer additional support for heavy lifts due to the long wrap around strap which keeps them secured at the wrists.

I have reasonably large hands with long fingers and ordered large which are a very good fit for me. Using them for the first time I adjusted the wrist straps until I had them positioned comfortably and found that they do transfer some of the load to the wrists which allowed me to deadlift without feeling like the bar wasn’t completely secure in my hands.

They are well made from a combination of leather and what appears to be man made fabric which looks good and seems very durable. The padded areas in each palm allows comfortable positioning of the hands providing a confident and secure lifting of the weights.

The tabs on each finger are great for assisting in the removal of the gloves when no longer required and adds to the other well though out features of their design.

Having used them for a number of workouts I am very happy with these gloves and will certainly be using them on a regular basis to provide that extra grip and comfort where the knurled part of my bars can over extended periods cause fatigue to my palms.

These are more comfortable than some I’ve used. Very well stitched and all round high quality gloves. One thing that stands out for me is the little pull tabs to be able to pull them off with ease although the thumb could have done with one too. Support around the wrist is really good and I can still wear my smart watch which is great! Grips are all in the right places.

    Comfy and good quality

I go through weight lifting gloves quite frequently (by which I mean they usually split after about six months, typically between the thumb and index finger). Now I haven’t had these long enough to say whether they will also do this, but I’m more confident this time as they do seem better made and more durable to the others I’ve had (and which are usually cheaper – but not by that much). The cushioning and grips seem very well construct3d and durable and the wrist strapping is secure. On top of this they’re actually quite snazzily designed and the PU logo and design is actually quite cool. Only time will tell if they stay the course, but first impressions are very good indeed (even though they are a bit dearer than some). They are also true to size.

I got these with an eye to using as sailing gloves. I sail on an old restored gaff rigged boat which needs a lot of strain to get the sails up. Then there is the anchor! I think they will work well, with the advantage of a long wrist wrap around which gives a lot of support.

The gloves are very well constructed and even come in an XL some even my bear paws are covered. As weight lifting gloves I think these would be hard to beat.

The person I ordered these gloves for has a hand circumference of 22.0cm. I ordered the L gloves, which are supposed to be for hands up to 22.2cm – and the gloves fit well. The gloves are snug and tight, but without cutting off circulation.

The gloves seem to have been well made. The padding is in the right place. The stitching all looks fine – there are no loose threads or bits that seem to have been finished poorly. The gloves are doing a good job of protecting the hands while doing heavy deadlifts as well as doing overhead presses and other exercises.

The wrist wraps work reasonably well. The wrist wraps seem to offer a medium level of protection for the wrist. So, if you are looking for a very firm degree of support for the wrists, then these gloves might not be for you.

The pull tabs on the fingers make it easier to take off the gloves. Especially as the gloves are quite snug, these are actually really important.

Overall though, these feel well-made and functional. They do a very good job of protecting the palm and fingers. They also offer a medium level of protection for the wrists. I can’t see why these gloves should not last for a good number of years to come.

Support around the wrist is great and the leather all around the base of the fingers is useful. I wanted them to be snug so I got a tighter fit though I would recommend you get your own size since you can as you can adjust how snug it is flexibly using the wrist wrap.

Only negative is that if you wear a watch when you workout, it can be a little awkward to wear. It does what I want it to do so I can just move my watch up my wrist but do bear that in mind.

    Would recommend!

First impressions of these gloves were a quality product and great design. They come in a zip lock bag, perfect for keeping them tidy in your gym bag. The palms have padded sections and finger tabs make removal fairly easy even when your hands are sweaty.
I appreciate these gloves are designed for men but thought I’d take a chance that the small would fit my 6.5 inch hands. I haven’t worn lifting gloves in years as due to my small hands I found the extra fabric on the palm reduces my grip because I am less able
to wrap my fingers round a bar. For that reason I would probably only use these gloves for pressing or exercises where grip isn’t critical and that is where they really stand out for me due to the integrated wrist wrap. I’ve been getting some wrist pain and these really helped. They are better than standard wrist wraps as the first layer goes partly across the back of your hand and provides extra support by preventing your wrist bending back. The gloves are slightly big for my hands but because of the wrap it just gathers the extra fabric slightly on the back of my hand.
The gloves are also good if you working on rings. I’d started working with false grip again and was getting blisters, these gloves prevent that without too badly affecting grip.

Update. ended up getting a pair for my partner also who is just starting out in the gym but struggles with painful wrists. These are giving him the support and also confidence that his wrists aren’t going to hurt that he needs to start weight training .

My friend’s son who is using these gloves reports that they are easy to fit on the hands, with the wrist straps provided and they provide enough cushioning for the exercises he does, which does not included serious weights. These FREETOO Gym gloves feel durable, appears to be of decent quality. They are a perfect fit, so it’s actual size.

What I like about the material is that it’s soft and flexible, doesnt feel hard and doesn’t dig into my skin like my other gym gloves. These are very comfortable as they have pads on the palm area, which is thick enough for my liking and has an excellent and firm grip. The material is breathable, doesn’t make my hand too warm or sweaty. The stitches are strong, neat and clean too.

Overall, I don’t have anything wrong to say about this product as it’s a nice design, the quality is excellent, feels comfy and offers good value for money.

I haven’t had them too long, so I can’t tell for long term durability, but so far so good, just don’t know how long the stitching on the pads will last for, as it may fray and fall apart. Would recommend.

These weightlifting gloves are good value – well-padded, comfortable and they do the job.

However, you need to take care when removing or storing them. The Velcro-type hooks can inadvertently attach themselves to the webbing on the backs of the gloves and are then impossible to remove without damaging it (see photos). This is very hard to avoid when removing the gloves (because it is usually necessary to turn them inside-out).

A bit of a design flaw, in my opinion, which slightly mars an otherwise well-made and useful product.

    Good but take care...

Came well packaged in a post-able cardboard envelope, so no waiting in for delivery.
The gloves themselves are well presented in a zip-lock bag.

They are well made. A nice amount of padding to the palms and fingers.
The stitching is perfect, no stray ends and the velcro fastening around the wrist is extremely strong and offers the only adjustment to the wrist fitting.
I am 6’5″ and don’t consider myself to have very large hands – maybe above average… I ordered the XL.
Fitting wise they fit perfectly, maybe a little snug around the fingers which made it a struggle to get them off, but around the palms and wrists they are perfect for me – I think I got lucky though.
Most weightlifters I know have much larger hands and fingers – as such the largest size on offer (XL) would be too small.
I myself use this type of glove (only on my left hand) for archery. The padding on the palms giving extra comfort and warmth when drawing my high poundage compound bow which has a steel handgrip.
    They would suit cyclists too.
A good set of good looking gloves and well priced.

I’ve given these a few try outs at the gym and have found them to be very good. The only issue I have with them is that they are a bit warm when using them for rowing. This is because the back isn’t open (ultra-ventilated or not!) and I soon notice the difference compared to my usual gloves. Probably not an issue for most though.
Throwing weights around is met with good grip levels and they don’t look like they’ll be falling apart anytime soon.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersThese are a great pair of gloves for bodybuilding style weightlifting or cardio movements such as rowing, cycling, etc. They do a good job at providing grip, soaking up sweat, and protecting your hands.

The gloves themselves are made of a stretchy material that expands around your hand as you slide them on and then shrinks down and wraps to the size of your hand. This means they don’t slip and slide when you’re lifting or gripping with them. Although tight, the material is very breathable and therefore both comfortable and not too hot. To keep the gloves in place you have a Velcro tab on the back of each wrist.

On the palm side of the gloves is a thin rubber that serves as a grip aid. This rubber is thick enough to protect your hands, but thin enough that it doesn’t dig into your palms or make barbells feel thicker than they are and harder to grip as a result (a problem I’ve experienced with other gloves in the past).

I personally think the gloves look great. They’re mainly black with a diamond pattern where the mesh crisscrosses, but you have little yellow accents in areas such as the stitching and logos.

The only movements I’d be a little more hesitant about putting these gloves through too often would be Olympic style weightlifting movements such as the clean, jerk, snatch, etc as they knurling of the bar moving at speed many times may begin to damage them through friction.

Overall, I think these are a great choice of gloves for people who are looking for some extra grip and hand protection on either cardio machines or barbell/dumbbell/machine exercises.
