Some difficulty in lining up screws sections but excellent product re cos
3rd time lucky as the 1st 2 were damaged in transit. I am very happy with my purchase now and customer service was outstanding.
Great fountain, and nice size pot, fits in a small space, a great product overall. Only complaint, was a nightmare to put together, instructions poor, received 6 bags of screws, only required 3, looks like in production, they just threw a few extra bags in, which added to the confusion the instructions were already causing. But overall for the price, I was very pleased once set up.
We absolutely love the water feature in the garden and the sounds of running water noise’s helps charming you down and to go to sleep at night or in the day time
It is easy to assemble, just don’t take out the support struts. Nice sound

It was a bit difficult at the start but soon fell into place
It arrived really quickly so cant fault delivery
But it was very hard to assemble as the holes were not in sync. Took me over an hour and had to burn some of the holes to make them larger…( I heated a screwdriver up )But when I eventually did assemble it …it was lovely.and is now in my garden a nice feature ..
This looks lovely now it’s assembled but one of the moulds used in manufacturing was still attached to the middle bucket and when I removed it, unfortunately it created a hole. I repaired it so it’s okay now. Shame though as otherwise it’s a great water feature for the price.
Product seems to have evolved more than instructions. There was a metal bar in pack. Make sure this fits under the medium tub to give it the strength.
The water flow appears fixed, but spot on, the water sound in the garden is awesome. It looks the part and a lot more expensive than it is. I’d buy again.
Bigger than i thought but its great very relaxing sound

only small criticism it is a little bit wobbly so my son put an extra screw in one of the barrels to make it more stable other than that highly recommend
