I have to say it is brilliant! It sears meat well, it gets up to temperature really quickly, no messing about, and it cleans so easy. Putting the product together is easy, and it can be used indoor and outdoors – no more weather disruptions.
In comparison to a charcoal bbq, if there was no fuss, mess, and painful cleaning, then admittedly the coal bbq would be the choice for that ‘charcoal taste’. But for a family, or a flat owner, or someone who wants to quickly have a bbq day this is the one for you. No more halloumi falling into thr coal but still getting the desired effect.
I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this product to anyone.

An amazing bbq for whatever space you have. Over the years we have owned three of these bbqs and every time we buy one they have made slight improvements. It cooks well. Cleans easily and can be used indoors or outdoors

Was happy with it. Bought this for instant heat when doing school activities. Was great for doing huge hot dogs quickly! Less good at doing frozen burgers. If you’re having a big BBQ – don’t buy frozen and you’ll be laughing.

Wanted a bbq but have artificial grass so this has been a great alternative – had it when on offer so great value for money too
Good materials, sturdy, the base is pretty solid and doesn’t move as other customers say, if you place it on a flat ground. On the temperature control, one needs to het up to max (5) in order to get a good grill in place, otherwise the lowe temperatures are just not prowerful enough. But at maximum power, it does what you’d expect to do.
Well I could not be more pleased. Sausages/ steaks / burgers all tasted really delicious and cooked quickly and easily and so easy to wipe down afterwards and unplug. Best meal yet was seared tuna steaks. Cooked to a Tee and absolutely delicious. Could not be more Delighted with this purchase

Only used once so far as a trial but worked well and is convenient. It has a quick heat up time and is to easy clean, just a bit large to handle so a bit of care needs to be taken when cleaning. There’s a little wobble when used on the stand but I wouldn’t call it unstable.
Bought this for the children who have both just moved out into their own new apartments . Not allowed gas bbq on the terrace so this does the job really well ! For the price this was one of my better purchases …
The flat i live in has a ban on barbecues on terraces and balconies due to fire safety issues. After much research we found this grill. Its perfect as its actually an indoor grill that can be used outside and comes with a stand. Because it’s electric there is no risk with open flames or gas bottles. Its so easy to clean as well which is what i love about it. Every bit of it comes apart and can be washed.

Excellent indoor/outdoor grill/barbeque. Easy to use and clean, it holds a lot of food in one go, you don’t get the barbeque smells or taste but you don’t have the mess afterwards either. Food cooks quickly, and the grill can easily be reheated later if people get the munchies…great buy am very pleased with this product.

Used the grill for the first time and was very impressed how good it was.
Great grill for hopefully sunny evenings, easy to clean, very fast warmup time ready to cook in a few minutes, one small gripe we take this with us when we go away in Motorhome, the feet do not come apart so not very good if you have limited space.
Pleased with grill to be honest haven’t used it but my friend had one and saw how easy it was .

For an elitist barbecue aficionado like myself, this will never compare to cooking on lumpwood charcoal but if you fancy saving yourself over an hour of prep and cleanup time and don’t want to stink out your neighbour’s drying clothes on a Sunday afternoon then this product is perfect, I just wish I had discovered it earlier!

Great, we use this at home and when away in our caravan. We have used indoors but as you would expect it spits. Only down side is the lid is not fixed so you need to place away from the grill.

The PERFECT grill! Easy to assemble, easy to use and clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better product…..and a quick delivery.
The top can be lifted off the stand should you want to use it indoors on a worktop. The grill is quite big, so it’s a little too large to use on my cluttered kitchen worktops. But it seems to work just as well in this mode.
If you are considering buying a barbecue, I would certainly recommend you add this to your options.
Update February 2017: This continues to work well. It’s kept in a shed when not in use, and has fared well, still looking as good as new.

First of all, the grill is heavy enough to be stable and light enough to be portable. On its stand it looks the part and is stable enough for use. Off the stand (on the kitchen worktop) it is a little large, but that is a good thing as it means you can cook quite a lot at the same time. You can cook with the lid on or off – I prefer to keep the lid on as it helps to reduce cooking time and keeps the smells to a minimum – although most of the ‘smells’ are lovely!
Out the box it is very easy to assemble, only needing a medium philips screwdriver to fit the handle to the lid. Everything else slots together and once assembled it is quite sturdy. Basically there are three parts; the stand, the grill itself and the lid. To control the heat there is a thermostatically controlled dial that ranges from 1-5. The range of heat is very good, from hot-ish to very hot indeed.
In use the grill heats up very quickly and from switching on to starting cooking is only a couple of minutes. I cooked kebabs and chicken which was so easy and quick. The chicken had been marinating for 24 hours in a barbecue sauce and burnt on to the grill. On our normal barbecue this would have taken a lot of hard work and cleaner to remove, but on this George Foreman Grill most of it came off with just rubbing with kitchen paper. This is a huge bonus as cleaning barbecues can be a real pain. Any more difficult burnt on bits came off with a gentle rub and wash. The whole thing took less than 5 minutes to clean. (remember not to try to clean it until it has cooled down). The food cooked easily and tasted great. The tomatoes, bacon and peppers cooked perfectly and the grill only needed a wipe with kitchen paper to clean – amazing.
By the way, I cooked the first chicken on number 4 which was fine, but the second time I tried number 3 which gave it an edge. A little longer to cook but moist and flavoursome – the book doesn’t actually advise on what temperature to use, so it is trial and error.
This has been designed to be used both outside and in, which means it is an all year round grill/barbecue. As it is so easy to set up and use, this is perfect for when someone says about ten minutes before you are due to eat and no food has been prepared, “Let’s have a barbecue.” I love barbecues and this has made it possible to have one, anytime, any weather, at the last minute.
The book that comes with it is well written and contains all the usual health and safety warnings as well as how to put it together, how to use it and even has a few recipes to help you experiment. Indeed, for the money, this is a must have. I cannot recommend this enough.
