Very easy to fit as the cables don’t get in the way. As it’s modular, there is a little more room to get around inside the case with fewer cables. I fitted this to an older model motherboard with no issues.

Easy to assemble, as it’s modular. Had it for 2-3 months and still going strong.

Fantastic PSU for the price very well made, easy to install and all leads provided, the PSU also has spare ports on the back to enable expansion and you

Perfect for use with a modern GPU for example an NVIDIA GTX 3070. Required cables to power a graphics card such as this come supplied with the PSU. Fully modular allowing use of previous cables from other modular PSU’s. Great value for money and silent too.

Never had any issues with golden field psu’s. have used a few in the past including this one and they work very well. I now purchase them as standard as a love the flexibility they provide.

his was bought to power my dads new pc, wont need half the cables it comes with so his build will look super clean and tidy!!
no issues with the psu, system boots up fine and stable. a fully modular psu would have been nicer but semi is just as good.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersI was doing a Build for a friend who wanted a decent PC for as cheap as possible. Whilst i know the rules on cheaping out on PSU’s this had a 80+ Bronze Rating and already had decent reviews.

The packaging was a little bit cheap but was Secure which is the main thing and the item itself had a build quality that wasnt quite up to Corsair etc standards but was still decent enough, the fact that it was semi modular was a big help as the case was compact.

The main negative i would give it was what was modular and what was built in seemed a little bit of an odd selection. the 6/8 GPU adapter was a permenantly attached.

Overall for the price it seems like a good starting PSU but only time will tell I personally wouldnt risk anything other than a name brand for a more expensive build but for a cheaper build the risk is lower. Its been running a couple of months and my friend advised it is a quiet build with no issues.
