Well packaged with mesh bag to keep them in .
Clearly marked with strengths. The lightest one & the heaviest one will probably be little used but the others are in use & seem strong . Small printed instruction leaflet, not particularly easy to read but plenty of videos to watch on line . Not bad value for money I feel .

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI have these for a while now and I’m really happy with the purchase.

The quality seems really good and does not feel cheap at all.

They take up barely any space so you can put them anywhere and keep them out of sight

They are very elastic and the resistance is as described starting from very light to rather strong so they are versatile enough for most simple workouts.

Great value for money in my opinion as so far I’m very pleased with their performance

5.0 out of 5 stars Great bands for home workou

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI recently completed my shoulder rehabilitation, and I must say, the Gritin resistance bands were a game-changer. Their durability and range of resistances allowed me to gradually increase the intensity of my workouts. The comfortable grip didn’t strain my hands, and the bands’ elasticity remained consistent throughout my recovery. They’re compact and portable, making them perfect for both home use and taking to my physiotherapy sessions. I highly recommend Gritin resistance bands to anyone looking for reliable and effective exercise equipment for rehab or general fitness.

Great for general stretching aswell. Im 6ft and fairly strong and so far none of them have snapped and ive used them for various stretches and even as bicep excercises aswell.

As a 72 year old woman who’s recently finished a course of chemotherapy I was referred to a physiotherapist who diagnosed me with muscle wastage. He recommended exercises ,2 of which required resistance bands. These were ordered the same day and delivered the following day,I’ve only used one as yet but as my legs become stronger I shall graduate to each stronger one in time,

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBought this in January inspired by new year dreams of healthy and fitness and a beach body for July.
They arrived very quickly, the company clearly understanding my aspirations.
Sadly the company failed to send a fittie army style PT to bully my arse off the sofa and use them. I have of course left them in prominent places in my home so that others can feel inspired by my dreams and create talking points whilst eating crisps and drinking gin and slim with cucumber.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersA useful set of resistance bands. They are in different colours, marked on difficulty from light to extra heavy and come with a small bag to keep them together. There is a leaflet with exercise ideas, but many more can be found online. Perhaps the heaviest resistance bands might be a bit off putting for beginners, but they give us something to aim for! I think they are good value and a useful addition to a home gym.

Excelente material, good range of resistance. The color scheme is not only beautiful, but makes it very easy to identify the strength level.
A bit too much of plastic (every band comes individually wrapped, plus a general plastic packaged).

Exactly what I needed. I have plenty of really strong bands but these I needed these for hip flexor work. They worked a treat. Hope they last, but at the moment, I am encouraged and enjoy using them. Interesting, re hip flexor work, I can now comfortable do a L sit which I struggled with for years.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBought these bands for my home gym. Was unsure how good they would be for the fair costing of the bands. But they are great, the light bands feel a bit flimsy but I only use from the heavy band upwards so unable to comment on the lighter bands. Would recommend

I bought these resistance bands to get my muscles rebuilt after a motorcycle accident and breaking my femur. After surgery and recuperation i started physiotherapy and these bands are the best purchase i’ve ever bought. They have helped immensely in rebuilding my muscles and i’m walking unaided now and my leg muscles are almost as good as new

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI like how this pack comes in pack of different difficulties. Only thing is I didn’t realise they were VERY SHORT looped bands, only really enough to do exercises with your arms. Can’t really use them to attach onto gym equipment to assist in eg pull ups as not long enough.

These are great for ppl who are recovering from an injury, elderly, limited mobility and beginners. They don’t smell. They come in a bag to keep them together and are easy to use. Must have for anyone trying to stay fit and build up muscles but can’t get to the gym.

I thought it was high time to write a review, since my bands are still going strong.
When I bought any other bands in the past, they lasted anywhere between 6 months to a year.
Not these.. I’ve used them for over 2 years & all of them are still going strong.
I thought it useful to add that I uses them between 5/ 6 times a week.
Very impressed with the quality, if I could give them 6 stars I would

These bands look lovely and come with a nice pouch so ideal for taking away or keeping in your bag for working out anywhere you like.

However the resistance is very limited, even on the XX Heavy band so if you regularly work out, they might not be what you need. That said, I expect they’d be great for beginners or people with weaker joints and muscles as a starting point.

I popped this set in my backpack (comes in a neat bag) and use them while out walking. They’re great to use for stretching arms and legs. I’m a fat bugger so struggle reaching my feet but I just hook these over and start doing the old quads and hammies mid walk. I also loop them round gate posts and tree branches to do some pulling exercises. Very versatile indeed and quite strong.

  38. CarleyMfqqgufyh says:

Wide range of resistances in this 5 band selection. That means as a 70+ female I can make use of only 3 of them. Of those, the lightest is rather easy but good if you have a shoulder problem at time like me. If you are a lot stronger than me, you could I believe use the higher resistance bands and not the easier ones. Would be great for family to use.

  39. MohammePlunkett says:

My own fault – I thought they were bigger. Not going to be using these to help with chin ups 🙂

I looked at several and I’ll admit that I chose this brand because of the lovely colours as I had nothing else to go on. I am not disappointed, they are just what I wanted and come with a lovely little draw string bag which will make then easy to take when I travel.

These resistance band are as advertised and look to be high quality for the money.

These are my thoughts only on an initial look as I have not really had a chance to properly use these, but on a first inspection I give it an overall FIVE (5) stars because they are exactly as described and I expect they will do exactly as they are meant to do.

The only reason why I give it 4 stars specifically for ‘Versatility’ is because the two lightest resistance band levels – especially the lightest one which was for me the Green band (also pictured) – are so basic and beginner level that they really are not much use to me or I imagine to even moderately accomplished recreational level / developed athletes incl. academy level footballers; they offer no resistance really and feel like they could snap.

So, this now means in reality, it is mainly just the top three resistance band levels in each pack of 5 that I can actually use; I have to order additional packs to get up to the number of bands I need with two bands in each pack therefore essentially being wasted / not used; also not good for the environment as they are made from rubber.

Will be honest and fair though in also saying this was not to be unexpected, as they are exactly as advertised which is why the 5 stars overall remain. Just surprised how basic the lower levels bands were when I got them. I also looked to buy instead customized Gritin packs; packs of 5 with just the higher resistance bands included, which by knowing that Gritin should know how low level level the lower bands are, I would then expect they would have pre packed variety packs for sale, but sadly Gritin do not provide packs with this variety mix of higher resistance level band only.

Four stars for ‘Durability’ is also for the same reason. The Lower two resistance levels to me offer next to zero resistance and feel like they could snap though use. I suppose they might be useful in post rehabilitation exercises idk.

Overall, they are as described, come recommended, seem well made on the whole and are well priced so they get 5 stars. Also come in a useful carry case for every 5 band pack which is helpful.

On initial look as described & recommended for soccer players incl. by Four Four Two Magazine

I have used many bands for the past few years and as I have lost my other ones at the gym I decided to try these – so far I haven’t used them yet but I can definitely speak for the packaging that went beyond my expectations! There are many similar products out there at this price, but I was surprised to find a very handy little bag you can place the bands in, which I appreciate a lot as many brands overlook this (and no bags was one of the reasons I would easily lose my bands after workouts!) they have a large range of colours and I got the red and I love it.
Will find out soon the durability 🙂

Good resistance bands. Quality packaging and nice little pouch to keep them in for in the go. Only negative is I would have liked stronger resistance, after using some during exercise class I purchased these expecting the same and I would need to use the highest resistance level on these to get the same as perhaps a mid resistance in the class. So maybe these are more for beginners, experienced users may need higher resistance levels. Overall pleased with these for use on the go.

I got the Gritin Resistance Bands because I can’t afford to go to the gym even if Covid allowed it! Plus I’m in my 70s and would feel very self-conscious at the gym. So I researched other methods and bands seemed to be the way forward. I saw how useful they were on Instagram reels and was impressed. Having started using them I can say that they are indeed brilliant and I’m already feeling and seeing a significant difference in my body.
Therefore I can highly recommend the Gritin Resistance Bands for anyone either unable or unwilling to get to the gym…they really do the job!

Very convenient since the gyms are closed. You can use them by mixing and matching to simulate various curls or presses so that you slow your muscle loss during the lockdown. You can progressively overload your muscles by picking muItiple bands in various combinations. I would recomend buying 2 sets instead of one, if you are intending to use this for strenght training. It is possible and easy to do concentration curls, dumble rows, barbel rows, face-pulls, shoulder presses, tricep curls etc. with a little creativity and care. Don’t go crazy though, there is some potential for injury. Best of all, they need very little storage space when not in use. I am not sure how long they will last but hopefully, they will get me to the reopening of the gyms.

This is a really good set of resistance bands. They seem small at first but as expected they stretch and provide different degrees of resistance according to colour. Great to use on both legs and arms and come with a very handy storage bag. My physio pals also approve!

  79. StephanBatson says:

They are still the same level of stretchy 6 months after buying them. I tend to use just 2 of them all the time (well, about 4 times a week). A couple of them don’t have enough resistance for me – but they might suit some people very well. The black (X HEAVY) and the yellow (MEDIUM) are best for me. Back when we were able to travel, I was able to tale them away with me for use anywhere. So light. So versatile.

  80. KandisBriggs says:

     United Kingdom

These are better quality than the one my NHS physio gave me (which weakened and stretched out after only a few uses). I’ve been using these 6 days a week for about 2 months and they are still like new. My only complaint is that the “X Heavy” doesn’t seem very difficult to me – I would prefer greater resistance – but that is equivalent to the green one I got from the NHS (when it was new).

I couldn’t be happier with the product!
First of all I’m a beginner and I’ve tried dumbells, but i really don’t like them, cause the exercises with them are kinda boring. Then I’ve tried this… And fell in love. I did started with light, but since I’ve started working out few weeks before ordering these, the lightest one didn’t gave me enough resistance so i switched to medium.
I would recommend the lightest one for total beginners.
I really like this cause it makes my workout routine more interesting and fun. I’m using the band for arms, legs etc… There are so many different ways to use them and these are really good choice for beginners in my opinion.

  82. JamalBernardino says:

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the material. Dyna bands and the like can be decidedly flaky and fragile but these appear to be up to the job. The tensions are good too and if you understand how your skeletal muscular system works, there aren’t many muscle groups that you can’t train with these bands. I always used to recommend resistance bands to clients, trying to convince them that they are not solely for rehab and such. With gyms being closed for the foreseeable, I bought 2 sets for my own use and improvisation. Time will only tell viv-a-vis durability but first impressions are very favourable. Recommended.
