Great product. Come with a handy mesh drawstring bag. The level of resistance is marked on the bands as well as them being colour coded.
So compact for popping in your gym bag or travelling. Ideal for those of us who need to stretch regularly.

It com in this lovely little box, every band packed separately, you get full manual with all necessary info and as a lovely plus… little bag, where you can keep them all. They are all very soft but sturdy. I think it is suitable for beginners as well. Ive tried something like this 1st time and went for blue band, as the green one felt just too light for me. For 2nd time I will go for even harder one for sure. I have to say, you wont be able to stretch them without rolling as the pictures here shows, but if you find the right way how to use them you wont have a problem. Exercise with those bands should be rather slower, more controlled, so they wont move and in my opinion its better and you will do greater good by stretching less, but hold the tension, than just strech lot like crazy without control and the band moving around..

This are my first resistance bands and I absolutely love them. I also managed to persuade my husband to do exercises together and he was sceptical at first, but he liked it too! And boy, I feel so much more of my muscles are involved than after a month of the heavy lifting in the gym. Particularly my back I struggled to engage before. I’m very happy with the purchase.

So Far So Good
I wanted bands that were easy to carry around. I wanted ones that could assist me with getting back in to general exercises and help speed up weight loss and toning. I’m not a ‘fitness freak’ just average – so talk it with a pinch of salt. I’m using them for squats, leg raises, pull ups, arms and to support me during pilates in general.
I’m say size 14/16.
The yellow band folded a couple times around my thigh but the elasticity has definitely been maintained so far; without cause for concern.
Maybe there’s different types out there but this does the trick for me now… especially for the price.

Super bands
Well I have recently received this bands and so far so good. Have used them and followed some of the simple steps which come with the bands. I do know of other exercises which I will incorporate. They seem to be of good quality but of course they are still new so will see how they wear during use. Good range of strengths so looking forward to working through them. Have been using mid weight for most leg exercises but I was regular gym user until lockdown! If you totally new start with the lightest and see how you go

I’m so glad I found these resistance bands because they are so much better quality (and cheaper) than my last ones! There’s 5 different strengths/resistances so you can find the one that is most suitable to you and what exercise you’re doing. They’re a nice material, very durable and a nice thickness; it’s not too thick so it doesn’t hurt. Inside the box, there’s also a black little bag thats included so its very convenient because I now have a little place to store all my bands!!!

Good quality, reasonable value for money.
My wife and I use them for training together. Each with different level of resistance and for leg training mainly. On the leaflet there’s a full body routine for beginners that I deem quite simple but it’s a start, I guess. Anyway, there are thousands of routines online.
The quality is good and we are both happy with them.

I now use them daily to build muscle throughout my body, I’ve never felt so healthy and alive. The stretch hasn’t worn out, I’ve had them just over 6 months and they’re still like brand new.

Durable and useful
These are great for working out at home, and once we are allowed out again after lockdown I will be taking them to the gym as well. They come with a useful little carry bag which was a nice surprise! The resistances are clearly marked, obviously the highest resistance is quite a challenge, but that is something to work towards! Really good value and arrived very quickly.

I am using these as part of an exercise programme I am following. My teenage children are using them for their own exercises. The bands come with a leaflet of suggested exercises you can also do. The range of strengths mean that they can be used by beginners, right through to those wanting extra burn! The bands arrived really quickly, which is a good job because I’ve ordered a couple more sets since the first purchase so that we don’t have to fight over them! I would recommend!

I’ve never used resistance bands before but due to lockdown thought I would try them……..very impressed and would definitely recommend, especially if you don’t have room in your hone for weights etc. And love the little bag that comes with them.

Resistance loop
I ordered these based on recent reviews, but I’m abit on the chubbier side and found they don’t lie flat ,they tend to roll up lol maybe I would have been better with the thicker type, other than that I don’t have any complaints, they are as advertised, I just need thinner legs

I'm not a beginner but LOVE THESE BANDS!
I am an experienced gym-goer for the past 8 years i have been strength training however i have only used bands as an assist and not as my main exercises because i used to believe they would not be difficult enough for me after being used to lifting heavy. However, with the current lockdown, i decided to start gathering equipment at home and decided to try these because of the great reviews and the different levels of difficulty.
I am so glad i did! i have managed to use them already not simply for kickbacks, standing abductions and hip bridges but ive also used them to make my weighted exercises at home harder! Great buy!!

I normally go to the gym but now I have bought these, I will continue to use and and bring them around with me wherever I go. Comes with a small bag. Definitely recommend to those that want to train, but do not have access to the gym. Currently typing this with aching biceps and triceps! Worth the money 🙂

Quick delivery and great bands
I have wanted resistance bands for a while, but struggled to find any that had slightly more resistance which is why I love these. I have already used them often and definitely feel the results. As they’re slightly stronger resistance bands, they might be more challenging for beginners if they’re not used to training frequently. Other than rolling up occasionally, they’ve given me no problems against my skin, they’re comfortable to wear, the colours are great and they do what they say on the tin! I would definitely recommend them – a bargain at the price they are too.

For us beginning out it’s great. Little book tells you some exercises to do. The range in strength of bands is great. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is I can’t get the bands back in the black net bag after iv opened them all. Also the exercises on YouTube etc show different resistance bands that you can tie around stuff etc. These are good and some videos to follow so good value and worth getting

This set contains 5 resistance bands each about 60 cm in length. As a set it is very compact and extremely versatile; they can be used to exercise many parts of the body, for both starters and more experienced health and exercise enthusiasts. These bands are probably of good quality smooth latex and can be perfectly used for for a wide range or excesses and in any setting, indoor or outdoors, at home, on holiday or in the gym/ the yoga class.
Obviously the key attribute and benefit of these bands is the colour-system that specifies the level of difficulty, the strength is also clearly printed on them. You can also combine two or more resistance bands to match you preferred strength level.My wife is simply quite happy with them and uses the set quite frequently. She has several medical issues, for example she is prone to get bruises easily when exercising, however these bands are smooth and quite gentile to the skin.
The presentation of the set is decent, the bands come in a small cardboard box. The use of the bands is very intuitive, yet for those in doubt there is a very clear instruction booklet with explanatory graphs and that includes instructions in a range of languages. The set also comes with a convenient carrying/travel storage bag for both the bands and the instruction booklet .
Interestingly, the bands also come with an unconditional lifetime warranty (!) – which is somewhat of a red herring – what would be the life time of these rubber bands? And how they are going to refund a broken or dried-out elastic band in say 15 years time? Will Griffin still exist in its current form, would any buyer still remember that have these bands are covered by a warranty in 5 years time?. All quite fascinating.
The only real downside it that my wife thinks it’s quite enjoyable to get in shape while watching our most favoured tv series, I have a different opinion about that. The distracting arm- and leg-swinging is even worse when have our weekly family movie evening. The lightest bands are also good for children’s exercise so they happily join in on such occasions..

These bands defied my expectations. For the price I wasn’t expecting a huge amount, but they’re great.
They come in a little net bag which makes keeping them together useful. The quality seems there too. Each band has a clear difference in resistance. I can’t comment on their durability but I have been using them regularly for about a month and in some cases with trainers on and they seem to be holding up well.

Arrived in a timely fashion and packaged in a box including the five bands of varying resistance and multi-lingual instruction pamphlet and a storage back. The bands are looped and after a wee’s use appear to be of good quality. The pamphlet provides a variety of exercise designed to give a work out regime to start with and proves to be quite effective. The bands and pamphlet fit nicely into a net storage bag which is small, light and easy to slip into a travel bag to take with you.
Good addition to exercise at home
I haven’t used these for a long time but so far the delivery condition was great, love the pouch you get with them and they feel quite elastic and have a good thickness. They don’t feel like they’re going to snap any minute (even the X Light band). Compared to a brand I used to have before (of which one band snapped) they seem a few notches better. I can’t rate the durability yet, I can only hope they last longer than the previous ones.

Rather than buy individual resistance bands it was so much better to buy a set. These are now being shared between my husband and myself for our very different needs. Having them colour-coded also ensures that we use what is required for the two of us and do not muddle them. Working well so far.

These are perfect and give a fantastic workout. The light and extra light still give good resistance to tone the muscles! These bands offer great progression and I know I’ll be using them for a long time. They come in a little bag which means they are very easy to travel with.

They are good quality resistance band
I love the colour of this resistance band! I brought this band to the gym room everyday and my brother are using these with me too. He loves them too! They’re in good quality and nice condition when they arrive!
I would recommend this product!
I purchased these because after a year of over-indulgence with the takeaways (whoops) I really needed to tone up. The gym was too pricey, as was buying a great big set of weights. I needed something I could carry on me, yet we’re durable and actually did the job. These have not disappointed.
They arrived right on time, in a neat little travel bag that’s easy to pop in my handbag, and an instructional guide. I’ve never tried resistance bands because I wrongly assumed they would be useless, but boy was I wrong. They are incredibly versatile, you can do SO many different exercises with them. I was afraid they would break but so far they are holding up great.
In my bigot I used the toughest band (the black one). After all, it’s “just a bit of rubber” I thought. Nope. These make for a pretty intense workout. And because they are so compact, I can pretty much chill out in front of the tv whilst using them. Winner!
And even better, they are great for helping those with disabilities. My Mom has arthritis and had a hip replacement, and desperately wanted to get in shape but didn’t know how. Enter these bands. The exercises are simple yet effective, shes started with the lighter bands, she’s had no issues and is finally gaining her strength and confidence back from the comfort of her home.
SO glad I purchased these, highly recommend for anyone. Whether you’re an elderly person/someone who’s been in physio who needs a gentle exercise aid, to someone who’s looking for an intense workout, these fit the bill.

The manual comes with a couple useful moves, but I just looked up elastic band exercises online, there are a lot out there.
Overall, can recommend, fairly cheap, good value.

Fantastic product, was not expecting such a high quality for this price. Some cheap bands have this horrible smell of rubber that does not go away with time and stays on the skin after working out – but not those ones! Great quality material, very nice in touch, durable but not bulky, folds fantastically into the provided bag so it’s literally a travel-sized pocket gym! Love the gradation too, from light to really heavy. I use them with a set of non-looped bands and I’m getting a better whole body workout than when I was paying for the gym membership (and without the stress of strangers glaring at me as I train!). Definitely worth recommending. 🙂
5 stars for first impressions. Get 5 different elastic strength bands. All different colours with the strength written on each one. Band feels sturdy and the higher strength ones are perfect for using to squat. Injured my hip due to working muscles in my legs without strengthening my hip, been using the black on weighted squats and works quite well. The material isn’t too rough either which means I can put it on my legs without worrying about being burnt or losing all the hairs on my hairy legs. Company seems pretty genuine as well, comes with a little booklet with recommended exercises you can do with each band. So far so good
Update a year later: Great value for the price, they have lost their elastic strength but that’s expected. I abused these bands over the summer and only one broke which was the yellow one (I did push it way too far). Gave me some great muscle definition. I still use these bands to this day for smaller isolated exercises/ warming up and stretching.

I needed a set of bands to use with my physiotherapy exercises after an injury and prolonged period of enforced inactivity. The bands are perfect for such use – involving mainly small, precise movement of the limbs. They come with a convenient draw-string bag. (Please note that these are the relatively small loops of rubber – not the long wide strips of latex cut off a roll that are often used in (for example) diet/exercise classes.)

After having pain on the inside of my knee for a few weeks I visited a podiatrist in Wrexham. He recommended exercises that required a resistance band just like yours. With new anti pronate insoles tailor made and the exercise regime, I have noticed an improvement in 2 weeks but have still got to keep it going for quite awhile now. I was looking for a set of looped resistance bands to do some exercises at home. These are perfect – there are 5 different resistance levels, so they are great if you are a beginner, or more advanced. They also come in a handy bag, so are very portable, and include a leaflet showing exercises that you try with the bands. I would highly recommend.
Good quality bands
The bands are good quality, colour coded going from X Light to X Heavy, I love the little bag they come in too, my only issue is they are a little small and for some things you really need to stretch them out making the movement harder than you need even with the lightest band,, good for keg work but no so much for upper body. Better suited to workouts than therapy. Overall though, I am happy with them.

2 lightest bands have not much resistance at all, and I’ve skipped using them even though only coming back to exercise!
The 3 stronger bands are going well so far – 1 month of use and no wearing on them.
Good beginner bands, if you want heavier resistance, these might not be for you – choose woven resistance bands.

They do the job.
I bought these primarily for use in strengthening my legs in several areas. I have not had them too long yet so I cant comment on durability, but at least for the moment I am happy with them. There is a nice mix of resistance levels and they seem of decent quality with no strange smells from the material.

Some of the bands are more used from injuries and are very light so I only use those ones if I was recovering from a leg injury
Only used few times so far cannot say how long they will last, but material seems good and if used correctly as per instructions should last me a very long time.
Fast delivery – arrived sooner than I expected. Like the fact you get a set of 5 and at different strengths/resistances. As a regular gym goer I wanted some bands to help with my stretches and flexibility, having a set of 5 for a reasonable price is a good buy to me. Also I love the little tie-bag they come with, keeps them all together, neat and tidy. Definitely recommend.

I put luggage scales on them and pulled them out to about 32 inches to measure the resistance .
From x-light to x-heavy the resistance in lbs is :- 6.6 , 8.9 , 12.9 , 19.4 , 20.9

Just what I wanted. Love how it’s written on the bands ( easy to hard and they are colour coordinated too) because that’s not always so obvious. Easy to use, but comes with a quick guide, if you don’t know where to start. Highly recommend especially at the price. Also comes with their own back, for taking to the gym ect.

What I liked was they arrived 2days sooner than expected! I really like the fact that the bands are colour coded and the level of difficulty is printed on each one. I bruise very easily but these bands have been very kind to my sensitive skin. Getting fit is rather enjoyable. The instruction booklet is in many languages with self explanatory pictures. The bands and booklet fit nicely into a carrying bag. The icing on the cake though is all products from this store come with a lifetime warranty. Amazing! Highly recommended

My physio suggested i use these as part of my rehab from an injury .
They are colour coded so you know how much elasticity each band has , and come with a great wee bag to keep them all together.

Cut down on the plastic
Arrived today and look and feel very durable. Exactly what i was after so i can do some exercises outside of gym sessions. Only downside is each band is wrapped in individual plastic which i think is a waste and better packaging means could be found rather than using plastics. Looking forward to using these!

Arrived quickly. Bands come with a little pouch for storage and a small leaflet with a couple of exercises but there are lots you could do in addition to those ones. Different resistances all marked on the bands. Haven’t used them enough to know if they roll or how durable they will be but they do have a recommended care guide which would prolong life if followed.

These resistance bands are great. I find them more useful that my husbands weights as they target more muscle groups. I really enjoy using them and have recently ordered another set for my Mam who is 65 and after using mine wants a set of her own. Great quality highly recommended! Thanks!!!!
I received my Gritin resistance bands so quickly and pleasantly surprised they came with a neat little travel bag, so I can carry them with me without losing any and having to find them all in my gym bag. I’ve have used each level of the bands with leggings and just on my skin. They are comfortable and do they job of exercising with the added resistance wonderfully. Really happy with the product and would definitely recommend.
I have a gym membership but wanted something for a quick workout on the days where I can’t make it to the gym or don’t fancy doing too much. These are great for just that. Bands are in a range of tensions and come with a handy storage bag and a leaflet with suggested exercises. These resistance bands are such a nice and high quality material. They come nicely packaged and the travel sack you get is handy.
They are quite nice and they don’t pull on the leg hair too much! As someone with more hair on his legs that a gorillas back I recommend them just along for that simple comfort.

These are great resistance bands for working your glutes and that kind of area. You could use these creatively for an arm workout, too.
They arrived on time, are of really good quality and come with a really nice size small bag to keep them in. Best of all the bag is big enough that you can just stuff the bands in once you’re done and don’t have to faff around folding them like origami.
The bands are colour coded for each resistance and they have words and symbols denoting their resistance levels.
Please note these are not big enough to assist with pull ups or provide resistance for sit ups.

Quality bands with fast delivery. Come in a handy pouch different levels of resistance which is great for different parts you want to work or to build up to. I am using them for my upper body. Easier alternative to weights and you can take them anywhere with you. They are small and light. Pleased with my purchase I can use them anywhere so convenient. Would highly recommend the quality is excellent.
The bands come in a carry case, each held by similar-coloured elastic bands – nice touch! Very useful range of resistances, and a quick trip to YouTube will reveal several exercise sets. The most useful thing about these is that firstly they are very portable (and take no space to store) and can provide a wide-range of exercises in a range of directions, which weights alone don’t. Easier on joints and ligaments, they can provide sets that utilise muscles that may not get a look-in with standard gym equipment.
These seem to be just what I need, I’ll be using these pre and post surgery for rehabilitation. They are graded for resistance and look to be of great quality. My partner has disappeared with two of them, so she must like them as well lol, good item at a fair price. The storage bag supplied is a good touch as they could be misplaced.
I bought these for my wife who does not go to the gym and prefers to do some simple exercises at home. This pack of resistance band allows her to expand her range of exercises and do some resistance exercises which she could not do before. It is best you look up some you tube videos to see the best exercises possible with this product. Wife is pleased so I am too.
