Got a great surprise upon opening the box. Bought this for my son to use with his Nintendo Switch and it seems to be of great quality, it is heavy and robust, not light and flimsy. Buttons clunk like old style keyboard. It is connected to Switch via gamesir V2 device. Waiting on a desk to setup properly so I cannot comment on performance yet.

Great product so I’m told, grandson was over moon with this, I can now officially say I’m number one grandad. But seriously ordered one day arrived the next, brilliant service.

Having spent around 100+ on big brands in the past and spilling curry on them I figured I’d just get a cheap mechanical one. Turns out it’s the best keyboard I’ve ever owned. I should have got 2 and kept 1 in the cupboard with my sock

Perfect for the price, isn’t a light weight keyboard either, so not hollow crap, mouse is quite big and not the best so not really worth using but has some cool features but all in all this bundle is great! Totally recommend it for little children who play games on pcs or xbox like fortnite, also is a great starter kit, keys are not too bad either, has blue switches is a little loud

I really do like the way it’s put together and does everything a more expensive mechanical keyboard and mouse do. The only down side is the mouse isn’t as responsive as I would like.

Using this for my work from home setup. The tactile feel is actually really good, especially for a cheap budget keyboard. The mouse too functions well, though it does have a cheapish feel. But for the price definately worth, as a backup for your main gaming items

Really clicky and responsive keys. RGB works well and a quick google search showed how to adjust the colour, brightness etc as not app / PC controlled. If you blue switches, you’ll love the way this feels, if you’re not a mechanical keyboard user, give it a try, it feels great.

Good value, works well, my daughter plays rhythm games and she says it’s perfect for this.

I got this as well as o rings as the keyboard is really loud, the mouse is OK to use but not for everyone. Good value for money but still early days, well see if it lasts.

I have an aging DAS Keyboard Pro which is so filthy now I need to do a deep clean so tried this as a temporary stop gap. I was initially frustrated at the lack of drivers from their website, then i RTFM to find the reason there aren’t any is that they are not needed. FN key and numbers etc controls all of your RGB.

Very loud clicks but thats the naute of blue mech keys, dampers helped but the keycaps themselves are muddled, too much info on them and hard to clearly read for an oldy like me.

Edit: after a couple of days it started dropping in and out so have returned it.

Ordered another 88 key Tecware Phantom keyboard which is like night and day better. The new one is crystal clear, bright and even comes with spare brown switches (although thats as worrying as it is comforting 😉

Does the job. Cheap but colourful. A few months later and my other half has spilt no end of drinks and bits of cereal in it and it’s still going strong so no complaints.

My son gives it a solid five stars. Used mainly for gaming and the odd piece of homework.

The keyboard feels very well built for the price. Keys are nice and clicky. Rgb is fun to mess with. Only problem with the set is the mouse. Build quality is ok, little on the light side for me and the biggest problem is the led instead of a laser. When you move the mouse it ghosts quite a bit unfortunately. Other than that I rate it highly for people getting into pc gaming!

I bought this keyboard Feb 21 when I first started gaming on PC. All my friends who game agree – this is an incredibly priced gaming keyboard for the look, feel and versatility that it offers. Cool clicky keys, very solid build, clean look and general feel. What more could you want.

I am just about to upgrade to a Corsair K60 pro because I am going for the full Corsair loadout, otherwise.. I would keep this keyboard for years to come and no doubt it would last.

Recommend 100% if you just want the keyboard but I would recommend a razor deathadder as a replacement mouse

Love it. I’ve been looking for an affordable mechanical keyboard and this ticks all the boxes. Keys press nicely and smooth when typing with that great familiar click and easy navigation. Both the keyboard and mouse are a good quality build and the mouse comfortable to use.

Great quality, unexpected for the price!

The keyboard is brilliant, it’s got this solid build to it, and the crispy tick tac noise coming from the mechanical keys while typing makes word processing an absolute joy. The same for gaming as it gives you a noise feedback that you have actually pressed the key so when you are playing COD and your on-screen movement is not following the tick on your keyboard, you know you are lagging! The lighting effects on the keyboard are great and has different modes of to choose from. I particularly like the lighting mode where you can dance on the keys and the lights kind of cascade out from the pressed keys like rainbow.

The only downside of this keyboard/mouse package is the weight of the mouse. For normal internet surfing or word processing is good but I would not recommend it for competitive gaming as it’s heavy and feels like I was draging lead when I am aiming. Overall a good value for money set. I will give it 10/10 for the keyboard and 7/10 for the mouse.

This keyboard is great for a first mechanical keyboard as it was for myself. It feels great to use, both for gaming and typing. However, my issue with this keyboard doesn’t come with feel but with sound. It is rather loud, and to start with this wasn’t a big deal, but as an MMO player with many keybinds and pressing keys rather quickly the noise started to grate on me, even over my noise cancelling headphones. If you can put up with this noise then the keyboard is great.

When I first bought this and it arrived a day earlier than expected the top row of keys didn’t light up.
I got in touch with the company and told them about it they were so friendly and sent another one no problem which again came earlier than the expected date and it works fine the colours all light up and it’s fantastic.
Me and my partner will forever trust this brand now!
    Would highly recommend.

The product looks absolutely great with all the RGB lights. All keys sound satisfying, except from the space bar. It makes a very annoying sound and it sounds likes it’s loose. Only complain.

I finally decided to get a Mechanical Keyboard as I wanted something with RGB so I could see the keys at night which makes it easier for gaming when playing csgo or call of duty.

The keyboard mechanical side is decent. if you compare it to a Razor brand its exactly the same feel and durability at a much reduced cost.

The RGB modes are nice on the mouse, the keyboard has LED backlight, with 21 different pre-setting options to choose from. each one ive used for different games so its a preference on which sets well with the user.

For gaming this is a recommending must buy. especially if your on a budget for your gaming set up. I also use this keyboard when im editing during long nights and makes it easier on the eyes when im editing for long periods.

The mouse is alright, not the best for csgo but its good for all other uses, but its a no for me for gaming. the mouse is the only issue for me, the keyboard is amazing, but sadly the mouse it not for me. already it feels warn on its last leg. when I shake it I can feel a rattle inside, like theres a ball loose.

Giving this a 4/5 stars rating, due to the mouse. but I would recommend buying a new mouse and replacing it with this. You can still get a cheap set up rig and it beats buying expensive brands for the same result, plus if you rage you wont have to worry about damaging a expensive rig.

If you want a keyboard that sounds like the ones in the movies where people hit keys at random and miraculously coherent text appears on the screen then this is for you.
Feels very solidly built, full sized keyboard and a good positive feel to the key pressing. It is a blue type so is loud (I like that, I’ve got heavy fingers so it’s a nice clunky typing experience)
It would probably be too loud for an office situation as you would probably be getting annoyed looks.

I’ve not tried the mouse as it was superfluous as I use a trackball but if it’s as well made as the keyboard seems then I’ve got no doubt it would be a good mouse.

There is a gripe though, to me it isn’t a proper RGB keyboard, the lighting is just a rainbow across the width of the keys, so each key has only got one colour, compared to a 65% keyboard my wife has just bought that has more lighting options. Saying that I didn’t buy it for the RGB lighting, and most of the time I have it switched off anyway. I’ve had a quick play with them as you do with something new, and there’s plenty of options for flashing, sweeping, certain keys only lit up etc, but if you do want a full RGB keyboard then this isn’t one for you.

But for under 30 for a mechanical keyboard and mouse it’s a real bargain.

I love this brand, it’s pretty good quality for the price. Bought this as a gift for my partner and she really liked it. Unfortunately one key broke after 1 year and a half, though she’s an avid gamer so I guess it should be fine under normal circumstances. It’s also pretty loud, so do take that into consideration before buying.

The KB is as expected in terms of quality, and I am pleased with it. The mouse is also good, just make sure to remove the underlying plastic films to allow for a smooth movement. Currently I have no complains!

From person who never owned a gaming keyboard I had to play with an office mouse and keyboard before I got this I am very happy with my purchase it sounds nice and is honestly such a good mechanical keyboard for the price. The mouse i also really good it fits my hand perfectly and its decently big. The lighting is also really nice and it feels amazing overall would definitely recommend.

IF NOISE IS A PROBLEM LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE !!! (Do not buy a mechanical keyboard).

Overall a nice combo at a discounted price.

First of all, I never had or used a mechanical keyboard in the past so I can’t quite compare that category. I didn’t buy these products for “mechanical keyboard” but because of the review and a good combo of backlit keyboard and mouse.

    First Impression:
Damn, that’s an awesome looking keyboard and a chunky mouse. The keyboard is a little bit on a heavy side which I like, it won’t move while using, feels premium as well. The mouse however is big. I had been using a smaller size mouse so it was a little bit awkward to get used to a bigger mouse even for my big hand.

Problem (for me or could be for you):
Right out of the box, the mouse cable was damaged as seen in the picture, it was not a problem for me so I just taped it.

The keyboard was wobbly on the side, luckily I had seen the LTT video on a similar case and if you just twist the keyboard a little bit it fixed my problem.

You can have different types of modes but cannot change the lights on the keyboard so it is all same colour. The mouse light is changeable to an extent and it is quite pleasant to look at.

Some buyer mentioned this that the symbol is off or it doesn’t type what shown in the keyboard. Yes, that is true but in my case, it was only 2 which I found. Number ‘2’ and the letter ‘E’ with euro sign which I have no idea how to use or get that symbol not that I use it anyway.

Last but not least, the keyboard lags sometimes and the noise of typing is loud, like really loud for someone coming from a wireless and silent keyboard. If I knew a mechanical keyboard would be this loud I wouldn’t have bought this but I kinda like it so I will use it for a while until a good keyboard is on sale.

    Beware: Clickity Clackity

Like all the other positive reviews this Keyboard & Mouse Combo is excellent, but what gets a 10/10 for me is the customer service, any issues and they will sort it with no quibbles, so if you are thinking of buying?

Please note that this is a ‘day one’ review – and I will update if necessary.

I’m a 90’s kid and grew up with keyboards that were quite different than the trendy, silent, membrane keyboards that seem to plague OEM machines these days (both in the office and at home). I also remembered that I was a much better typist as a kid than as an adult (although I do a lot more typing in my job now). Turns out the keyboards were the issue – who knew?

This keyboard makes a mockery of overpriced Logitech keyboards (of which I have been through half a dozen due to them breaking or just being plain cr*p), and even a 90 Corsair membrane keyboard. It has an excellent build quality; quite weighty and robust. The ‘clicks’ do have a metallic ‘twang’ about it, and I would think long and hard before buying this for the office as *it will annoy other people* – but if you’re like me and work from home, this is quite an essential buy. Though the lighting is a bit ‘meh’ it’s useful for those late evenings trying to meet a deadline…

So far this is a great buy.

I’m not a gamer; I just do a lot of typing and so I just wanted a keyboard that was good for typing efficiently and accurately, also I didn’t want to spend a lot. This keyboard ticked all the boxes, bonus, it came with a matching mouse.

After a few weeks of use it has proved to be the best keyboard I have owned or even used. The are no signs of failure or wear at this point, it is comfortable to use and most importantly has that satisfying clicky clacky sound. I prefer a trackball so I can’t give an honest review about the mouse.

If you are like me and enjoy a keyboard that is reasonably priced, looks cool on your desk with an RGB flashy glow to it, then get this you won’t regret it. Plus, your friends who don’t know any better will think your awesome.

    Keyboard
Negatives: LEDs aren’t bright in direct sunlight, some become dimmer/off (don’t know which), clicking may be too loud for some people, alt key on right hand side of the spacebar is not also labelled as Alt Gr
Positives: Half-decent price, quality is good enough, keys seem to need similar pressures to be applied to work, shows both US AND UK layouts, and | are both clear, speeds and brightnesses for the animations are controllable, clicks are satisfying (for me), light enough (in weight/mass) to use on my lap, toggleable lock for the Windows key, keys can be removed without difficulty, braided (and therefore protected) cable, many patterns for the animation

    Mouse
Negatives: no magnetic weights (though it is the right way for me)
Positives: Easily accessible mouse buttons four and five, controllable sensitivity (DPI (Dots per Inch) button controls sensitivity) with preset values (may be able to control it finely) that are shown with colours – I use the green preset with no mouse acceleration, the mouse looks distinctive, there are multiple types of mouse light animations, the logo lights up.

Overall, I would recommend this set, and from what I’ve heard, the customer service of Havit is good (though I have not needed to contact them about anything). The price may seem a bit pricey, but I think that it was worth it – there is a reason why there are so many 4-and-5 star reviews.

I think it’s a great keyboard, lots of light flashing patterns. You can set which keys are illuminated too.
One thing to note, which I didn’t appreciate, whereas the mouse lights changes colour, the keyboard lights stay the same colours (although they flash)
