Great replaceme
So glad we got this. We needed a new washing machine after our old one finally gave up on life. It’s small and compact, sleek design, easy to use and pretty quiet. My only thing would be the load size. The drum itself is quite shallow, but it does wash clothes really well and quickly so can’t fault it. Maybe get the 9kg model if you have a lot of clothes too clean often.
I paid for the old washing machine to be taken away, and a new one to be installed, and given a demo this NEVER happened, the new machine was left in the package and NOT installed how do I get my 21 refund?
Happy that our previous non-branded washing machine expired the new Hisence is simple to operate and does the job, the VIN number you will find on your Amazon account which you will need to register the warranty online, as the delivery had no paper work if you already have installed the washing machine saves a whole lot of time pulling out the machine again to look for the VIN letters and number.
My machine has just been delivered and installed by Amazon delivery guys. Excellent – they were efficient, knew what they were doing and friendly. In no time my old unit was removed and my new one installed – this included having to thread the lines thru holes in my cupboards. And then the installer set it up to the 15 minute wash to show me and check that everything was working and water coming thru. Absolutely brilliant – a 5 star service.
In use – my new washing machine is quiet including the spin cycle. I love that the time is counted down and clearly displayed.
I am more than happy with this purchase. Worth every cent – including the installation cost.
Delivery great. But delivery crew didn’t mention that transport bolts have to be removed before using. If I didn’t know that could damage all machine . Those bolts looks like integral part of machine so be AWARE.
With them machine working like a tractor and vibrates out of control. Other thing is to set up leg bolts even so it’s not wobble on the flor. If you do that before your first wash then it’s quiet and smooth. For this price it’s great little washing machine. Manual could be better as it’s not mentioning about transport bolts. Great 20min program. Perfect for a couple or single person.
Remember to read instruction bookle
Really good machine, quiet and lots of programs, make sure you take out the transportation bolts at back of machine, a lot of problems are caused by people not reading the instructions.
Nice washing machine
Bought as a replacement washing machine for my sister-in-law. Amazon delivered and installed this machine and took away the old one. My sister-in-law is very happy with the washing machine.
Brilliant washing machine
This is so easy for elderly people….. well it should be lol. My nan still does it wrong it’s literally… put clothes in washing powder then it to quick 15 and START button. That’s it lol. And if the clothes are a little bit wet chuck them back in and turn to SPIN. pretty much the easiest washer I’ve ever seen in my life! Lovely colour black and white. Fits perfectly.

Perfect and surprising
Smaller than old machine but still capable of keeping a family of 6 in clean clothes it’s super quiet good choice of cycles big clear display and takes up less space depth wise. As someone who has to buy a new machine every 2-3 years this is the best in past 20 years hopefully it lasts longer than 2-3 years.
I am highly disappointed at the performance of this machine. I experience awkward vibrations whenever the machine is rinsing and spinning.
I was able to unscrew the bolts and it been working perfectly well.

Would never buy another large item from Amazon though as the delivery was rubbish,we stayed in all day waiting for them to arrive and not even a phone call to say they were not coming.so next day i went and bought a 2nd hand unit and about an hour later they phoned to say they were 20 minutes away so for customer service i wouldnt even give them 1

Value ..noise level low washing comes our touch dry long hose to drainage pipe. And easy to plumb in easy instructions on the dial all the washes you need ..the steamer clean good used for nets delicates
