After I built this robot arm there was a problem with one of the servo’s it would drive without being told to.
I contacted the seller and after a few email’s which they answered without delay they replaced the faulty servo. They were very helpful and easy to deal with

Golden Review Award: 18 From Our UsersLOVED building and testing this. Really easy, instructions were great and parts are really nice quality. Testing is super fun and controller isn’t as fiddly as I expected – with some practice I’m sure the movements will be a lot more fluid. Would recommend having pliers to hand for tightening the bolts because can sometimes come loose as you go but really wasn’t a problem. Total building time was 1 hour 19 minutes / testing time: ENDLESS.

A little daunting to build at first, as there are lots of screws and bolts, but the video is a massive help.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersStep by step instructions, the worst thing is to recognize the right screws but give yourself 2 extra minutes and u will find it. Do the rest of software step by step again and you won’t be disappointed. Great robotic arm, working from pc, smartphone or wireless pad, worth the price!

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThis is the real thing; unlike many cheaper wobbly arms. You can get good repeatability of motion due to the solid construction. The LDX-218 arm servos have a full 180 degree travel so the arm can reach anywhere in a huge radius. The base rotation bearing is of really top quality, and that’s the hardest bit to get right. The wireless handle suffers from a bit of lag before motions cut in, but the PC and Android control systems are very good. No Raspberry Pi interface is supplied (hence the missing 5th star), but I am working on creating one. In summary: excelle

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersExcellent building project and an introduction into programming robots…did not come with assembly instructions, but an animated assembly video can be found on you tube to help you…note that some stages of the build are omitted or skipped over..so check before moving on to the next stage…arrived on time and nicely packaged
