Love my washing machine. Delivery was great, packaged very well ! Has Enough settings for all sorts of washes, great size ! Overall very pleased!
Ok so far plenty of choices etc, the final spin is a little whinney but noise levels are bearable for the price.
Love his washing machine, even my partner loves it, can fit a king-size quilt in it, it has a smart features one is it weighs the weight of laundry in the drum and adjusts how much water to use, down load an app and you can work it from your device with a one touch on front of machine, my description does not do this washer justice, would highly recommend
Even on the fastest spin mode, it’s still hardly heard in the next room! Love it! Our last one sounded like it was going to take off!
Huge capacity drum to wash large quantities of clothes at a time. Fast and efficient, however, the high dry spin is an earthquake and will rock heavily, also the draw for adding the washing powder is to loose and flimsy.
My Washer was delivered promptly at 7.30 am by 2 lovely gentlemen who were most helpful and friendly! Nothing was too much trouble.
I am very pleased with my washing machine, and thank you to the 2 delivery men for their time.

Washing machine arrived dent, scratched, marked and covered in black dirt. You have to fit the base yourself. The machine is standard, its not very well built for the price and quite loud.
Easy to use, install and quite. Only time will tell on how good it is when it gets older.
The door is nice and large and the drum also big enough for washing duvet, plenty of modes so just pick the one I need. It’s handy to be able to choose temperature, spin modes, what’s not going well, Wi-Fi, and that’s my fault, but, I’ll get it sorted in time. Buy one and try it out yourself, don’t like it well, send it back.

The operation of this thing couldn’t be simpler. The dial is left on the ECO setting. I chuck in a washing pod/tablet, then the washing and close the door. I switch it on and press start. The machine rolls the drum a few times to, presumably, work how much washing there is. Then it gets to work and displays a countdown for how long it will take.
Very happy with this purchase.
BUT one thing bugs me. The dial uses pictograms to specify the wash cycle. I assume that this is so they can sell the identical machine in multiple markets. I.e, it’s for their benefit, not mine. The pictograms themselves are somewhat opaque.
If Samsung can write it in words, so can Hotpoint. I’ve made a sheet with the programs printed on. I shouldn’t have to do this.
Update: I’ve had this machine for about a month now and can report that it does indeed wash clothes well and does so pretty silently. If that’s what you’re looking for, this will do the trick.
I paid the extra to have the machine fitted and the old one taken away. If you choose this option, you MUST disconnect the old machine first and move it out of the way. The space needs to be clear and clean so this machine can be fitted without fuss. The guys doing the job don’t have a minute to waste (other jobs to get to) so will be in and out as quickly as possible. If you’re not able to shift the old one yourself and thoroughly clean the space, you must get someone else to do it for you.
More than enough features.
Had issues with wizard app trying to connect WiFi, incorrect machine on app but did it in the end.
I’m very happy with my washing machine it’s very quiet bit confusing how to use it i don’t feel the instrumentation are clear enough but other than that it’s all good.
A good machine and cheap And come on the time good thing
Like the idea when it finishes a wash it switches itself off instead of on standby and the annoying beep
Quiet huge load and spins to almost dry at 1000 and 20 degrees wash perfectly
Delivery was bad .All packaging etc left to us Used in my holiday home so drivers only had a few yards to drop off. Washing machine very quick washes great and spins nearly dry.Would recommend.
Excelant washer like using it with the app with it being WIFI. runs a lot quiater than the old one. Easy to use good programs all explainable on the app would highly recomend
I have to mention that, as of the time of this review, the seller advertises this as Wi-Fi connected but IT IS NOT! This may sway your decision on purchase.

Purchased to replace my old Indesit 1600 spin washing machine. This one’s only 1400 spin but there’s barely any difference in the dryness of the washing to be honest. Haven’t been able to connect to WiFi yet as mine is running on 5 and you need 2.4 but that isn’t a problem for me. Really pleased with how quiet it is and how you can adjust the temp and spin speeds of the washes I’ve done so far.
I think those reviews that have mentioned noise are overstating the issue. It was very quiet to start with, then did start to have a little motor whine. But that settled down and it’s reasonably quiet again. Perhaps just needs a little time for components to bed-in?
Now for the washing machine: –
I have used most of the programmes on the machine and they work very well. I like the option of selecting extra rinses before the wash starts and also the easily set variable spin speeds. There is a good choice of quick washes and these perform well. Large loads are well washed and fresh and clean no matter which programme I use.
I get good results with the minimum use of washing powder. Economy is difficult to judge at the moment but I am satisfied that it will be economical in use.
Was very easy to set up and adjust, had to use an adjustable on the feet just to loosen them up as they were pinched a bit too tight, but one loosened, they were easy to adjust to get the machine level.
Very happy with the purchase, a good brand and great product.
Fast delivery and put in a room of our requirement, simple to set up and use, impressed with the quality and overall looks of the machine, will recommend this to others
Easy to plumb in, wifi set up is a pain thou and booklet weren’t much help, tried to set an eco wash for under an hr, its now doing 2:20 hr wash instead hopefully with more washes i’ll get the right setting i need

On this washer the control dial marker difficult to see, instructions are nonsense as you have to work out for yourself.
Its noisy but after my last washer sounding like a jet landing its quiet….
could be better programme options but you can adapt your own.
Was horrified when I selected eco care wash and it said 3 hours!!!! seriously…??
You can cancel the programme easily fortunately.
Dont bother trying to set up wifi as its a faff and I gave up after 5 mins and i am a tekkie and can manage most networking etc…good luck with that! surely it could be made easier than this!

I got a cheaper deal as it was marked as used but was actually just filthy packaging with bird droppings all over it – not sure how this is allowed to happen??…

Love this, although it is 11 years since I last bought a Hoover washing machine. The fast spin speed leaves the clothes practically dry. It’s quiet. Just one tiny gripe and it’s that the instruction booklet isn’t the most helpful, it’s a question of finding your own way around. Overall, brilliant purchase.

Absolutely love this washing machine . Easy to use. And loved the fact that you can do a steam wash once you’ve connected the Wi-Fi I love the Wi-Fi idea because you can control it from your phone with the app . Would recommend this washing machine to anyone
I found the instruction booklet useless. It wasn’t clear how to change all the programmes and it’s only now after trial & error that I think I’ve got it! Apart from that it’s a lovely machine.
So far so good with this machine, had it for around 3 weeks now. Used Amazon’s install & removal service for it & the 2 men were great. No issues and all installed. Well worth the money. Haven’t tried the WiFi yet but will get around to it at some point. Fingers crossed it stays working well.
