Amazing Installation - Would recommend
The guy called 15 minutes prior to arriving, very pleasant and installed without any issues, Very polite and delivered a great service.
took my old machine away and installed the new machine without any issues.
Ensured the machine was securely fitted as it’s in the garage and on un levelled floor without being asked.

I have not connected it to the internet as i have no interest in doing so. The machine is really easy to work 4 quick wash options all of which you can change the temperature and spin speed on. I have found it to be alot quieter than my previous machine and on 1400 spin does not move out of position. the 59min wash takes a full load and not reduced capacity like my previous machine. Clothes come out really clean and well spun.
When I first bought this product I was very happy and when I used it for the very first time it will shake so much and bounce out. So I requested the product to be returned back, so I posted it on social media to show people how horrible the washing machine I just bought is and pick up for it was the next day. I started getting comments about taking the screw off the back and did and the whole shaky experience became a seamless and silent wash. I am with no doubt enjoying washing with this product and it washes and almost dry them. Just air them a bit and you are good
Great washing mashing. Reasonable price, lots of programs, quiet enough, ordered on Sunday – delivered on Wednesday. My 9 kg is big load. I am really happy about this purchase. First time I purchased such a big item on Amazon but happy me! Recommended.

Ok so far plenty of choices etc, the final spin is a little whinney but noise levels are bearable for the price.

Love his washing machine, even my partner loves it, can fit a king-size quilt in it, it has a smart features one is it weighs the weight of laundry in the drum and adjusts how much water to use, down load an app and you can work it from your device with a one touch on front of machine, my description does not do this washer justice, would highly recommend
Excellent washing machine
Huge capacity drum to wash large quantities of clothes at a time. Fast and efficient, however, the high dry spin is an earthquake and will rock heavily, also the draw for adding the washing powder is to loose and flimsy.

Even on the fastest spin mode, it’s still hardly heard in the next room! Love it! Our last one sounded like it was going to take off!
This machine is brilliant, very quiet, has lots of different functions and the spin is so quiet compared to my previous machine, clothes come out smelling very fresh and nearly dry, it’s also very stylish and the chrome door enhances this, brilliant value for money and I would highly recommend this machine, very prompt delivery

Machine is standard
Washing machine arrived dent, scratched, marked and covered in black dirt. You have to fit the base yourself. The machine is standard, its not very well built for the price and quite loud.

Easy to use, install and quite. Only time will tell on how good it is when it gets older.
Better than I though
The door is nice and large and the drum also big enough for washing duvet, plenty of modes so just pick the one I need. It’s handy to be able to choose temperature, spin modes, what’s not going well, Wi-Fi, and that’s my fault, but, I’ll get it sorted in time. Buy one and try it out yourself, don’t like it well, send it back.

The operation of this thing couldn’t be simpler. The dial is left on the ECO setting. I chuck in a washing pod/tablet, then the washing and close the door. I switch it on and press start. The machine rolls the drum a few times to, presumably, work how much washing there is. Then it gets to work and displays a countdown for how long it will take.
Very happy with this purchase.
I’ve only had this machine for less than a week, and so far I’m pleased with it. It’s not too expensive, very quiet and the clothes come out clean. Those are my main criteria, so it gets 5 stars from me.
BUT one thing bugs me. The dial uses pictograms to specify the wash cycle. I assume that this is so they can sell the identical machine in multiple markets. I.e, it’s for their benefit, not mine. The pictograms themselves are somewhat opaque.
If Samsung can write it in words, so can Hotpoint. I’ve made a sheet with the programs printed on. I shouldn’t have to do this.
Update: I’ve had this machine for about a month now and can report that it does indeed wash clothes well and does so pretty silently. If that’s what you’re looking for, this will do the trick.
I paid the extra to have the machine fitted and the old one taken away. If you choose this option, you MUST disconnect the old machine first and move it out of the way. The space needs to be clear and clean so this machine can be fitted without fuss. The guys doing the job don’t have a minute to waste (other jobs to get to) so will be in and out as quickly as possible. If you’re not able to shift the old one yourself and thoroughly clean the space, you must get someone else to do it for you.
Nice machine, looks good but only downside is the noise. Very high pitched sound when spinning which is annoying. Had a Bosch before which was very quiet. Also the touch screen is a nightmare, my machine is next to my sink so whenever I’m washing up I touch the screen with my leg and change the settings. The lock is useless. Hard to do and easy to unlock again with a slight touch of my leg.

Had issues with wizard app trying to connect WiFi, incorrect machine on app but did it in the end.
I like this washing machine washes your clothes really clean and that the machine is easy to use. As I have only had it for a few days I haven’t used all of the programs so can’t comment on those. Because the machine holds 10kgs of clothes I find that I only need to do a few washes of similar colours. I barely hear when the machine spins which is brilliant for late night washes. So far it is a good machine, it is replacing our old Hoover washer dryer. We opted for a standalone washing machine because the washer dryer was constantly drying which in our opinion wrecked our old washer dryer as it was discolouref and around the detergent drawer was all cracked. We are not disappointed with this washing machine as it spins the clothes quite well.

I’m very happy with my washing machine it’s very quiet bit confusing how to use it i don’t feel the instrumentation are clear enough but other than that it’s all good.

Great machine for the price. 2 main drawbacks. The drawer for powder is way to small and comes out way to easily. A lot of the loads are too long so resort to using the quick loads however these clean excellently.

Delivery was bad .All packaging etc left to us Used in my holiday home so drivers only had a few yards to drop off. Washing machine very quick washes great and spins nearly dry.Would recommend.
My Hoover Washe
Excelant washer like using it with the app with it being WIFI. runs a lot quiater than the old one. Easy to use good programs all explainable on the app would highly recomend
My old Hoover washer had given 15+ years of sterling service so when it finally “died” i wanted my new one to be as close to the old one as possible so i chose this. I couldn’t be happier as it’s as good as the old one with a few improvements, ie quieter. I love it. Also the young man who delivered it was so helpful and efficient i couldn’t be more impressed with him. Highly appreciated. Highly recommended washer.
This washing machine has a good capacity, is easy to use and is near silent until it goes into a high spin. My clothes come out thoroughly clean and well wrung on each of the programmes I have used this far. Energy efficiency is class A which is important now that the cost of living is increasing. I would have liked to have the option of a 30 wash but this machine does have a 20 for your clothes that are prone to stretch, shrink or colour loss.
I have to mention that, as of the time of this review, the seller advertises this as Wi-Fi connected but IT IS NOT! This may sway your decision on purchase.

Great Value
Purchased to replace my old Indesit 1600 spin washing machine. This one’s only 1400 spin but there’s barely any difference in the dryness of the washing to be honest. Haven’t been able to connect to WiFi yet as mine is running on 5 and you need 2.4 but that isn’t a problem for me. Really pleased with how quiet it is and how you can adjust the temp and spin speeds of the washes I’ve done so far.
Only time can tell in terms of longevity, but this machine is so easy to use even our teens can manage it! It does a regular wash far quicker than our old machine.
I think those reviews that have mentioned noise are overstating the issue. It was very quiet to start with, then did start to have a little motor whine. But that settled down and it’s reasonably quiet again. Perhaps just needs a little time for components to bed-in?
First of all, I must tell you that, I did not get an opportunity to give a review of the delivery and it is important that you understand what happened. There had been a mistake on the original delivery day of Wednesday 27th April. A completely different item, (a gaming chair!), arrived and this was reported immediately. Re-delivery was scheduled for the following Wednesday. However, to my delight, the delivery took place only 3 days later on Saturday 30th April. The very good and highly organised delivery men had not been advised that they were required to ‘install and haul away’, Their instructions were delivery only and they had a full load on board. Nevertheless, they got their tools out, installed the new machine and took away the old machine speedily and efficiently. They wouldn’t even stop working to have tea. I was most obliged and most impressed. I kept waiting for a message from Amazon (asking for my report on the delivery and installation) but nothing arrived. Please make sure that those very good guys from Manchester are recognised as real stars!
Now for the washing machine: –
I have used most of the programmes on the machine and they work very well. I like the option of selecting extra rinses before the wash starts and also the easily set variable spin speeds. There is a good choice of quick washes and these perform well. Large loads are well washed and fresh and clean no matter which programme I use.
I get good results with the minimum use of washing powder. Economy is difficult to judge at the moment but I am satisfied that it will be economical in use.
Purchased this to replace my old Beko washing machine after the bearings went, this is very good – It’s quiet, has a good selection of programs on it, is good on energy costs.
Was very easy to set up and adjust, had to use an adjustable on the feet just to loosen them up as they were pinched a bit too tight, but one loosened, they were easy to adjust to get the machine level.
Very happy with the purchase, a good brand and great product.

Easy to plumb in, wifi set up is a pain thou and booklet weren’t much help, tried to set an eco wash for under an hr, its now doing 2:20 hr wash instead hopefully with more washes i’ll get the right setting i need
I got a cheaper deal as it was marked as used but was actually just filthy packaging with bird droppings all over it – not sure how this is allowed to happen??…
Previously wasted 600 on a samsung washer that was no better than this one and packed in after 3 years!
So as I had a basic washer before that lasted 8 years I decided never again wasting money on features you dont need!
On this washer the control dial marker difficult to see, instructions are nonsense as you have to work out for yourself.
Its noisy but after my last washer sounding like a jet landing its quiet….
could be better programme options but you can adapt your own.
Was horrified when I selected eco care wash and it said 3 hours!!!! seriously…??
You can cancel the programme easily fortunately.
Dont bother trying to set up wifi as its a faff and I gave up after 5 mins and i am a tekkie and can manage most networking etc…good luck with that! surely it could be made easier than this!

Absolutely love this washing machine . Easy to use. And loved the fact that you can do a steam wash once you’ve connected the Wi-Fi I love the Wi-Fi idea because you can control it from your phone with the app . Would recommend this washing machine to anyone
Very good machine but takes a while to work out the programmes.
I found the instruction booklet useless. It wasn’t clear how to change all the programmes and it’s only now after trial & error that I think I’ve got it! Apart from that it’s a lovely machine.

So far so good with this machine, had it for around 3 weeks now. Used Amazon’s install & removal service for it & the 2 men were great. No issues and all installed. Well worth the money. Haven’t tried the WiFi yet but will get around to it at some point. Fingers crossed it stays working well.
Washes well with lots of quick wash programmes. The app was hard to set up as the instructions didnt quite match the machine model. I managed a workaround. if you can’t set the app up ask me a question about it on here and il walk you through it.
