Makes using a hosepipe that much easier and quicker!
Purchased a month or so ago and no problems so far. Fitted onto wall easily and helps tidy up at the end of the day. Can be easily taken down so will remove over winter. Defintely recommended.
Not assembled
As a widowed pensioner I ordered this item for ease of use. It is not full assembled & I find it impossible to assemble the handle. Piece G will not go into the spindle & I’m not a weakling. It will be a pain every time I need to reel in the hose.
well built ca
i looked around for a while for a hose cart undecided which one to get, but glad i went for this. its easy to put together and is very sturdy and the winding mechanism works very well and you don’t feel like its gonna break when winding it quickly. my only comment is the plastic hande that holds the connectors does not screw in well and drops down as the screws could be longer to bite into the plastic

After using it a few times I realise I had made a mistake in not purchasing the wall mounted version.
Enjoyable to use
I’ve had this for a while now and its a joy to use. Its not broken or stopped working. I was originally considering the auto model and I now don’t think its needed. Although its not cheap, I think its worth the enjoyment I get when I use it, it makes retracting the hose easy and hassle free.
It also detaches from the brackets on the wall, so it easy to bring indoor during the winter.
Best hose eve
Got fed up of using expandable hoses that deteriorate and fail after a few years, other hoses just do not last, don’t t roll up properly and you have to drag them around. This is easy to move around and does not tangle when winding the hose as it has a feature that guides the hoses side to side

The winding mechanism is easy but occasionally the hose gets stuck when extracting and needs jiggery pokery to get it to unwind

Great Hose
A little pricey but great hose pipe. I have this one and the one with the auto-rewind function which is pricier still. The winding up can be a bit of a pain but overall a great hose. Installation is pretty simple. As with most hoses, it is prone to ‘kinks’. Feels pretty sturdy.

Keeps a long hose tangle free and neat in the garden until you want it. Lovely length so when pulled out I can wash the car at the front of the house whilst the reel is in the back garden. Handle is easy the use to reel the whole hose back in leaving no annoying kinks for next time. Wheels are also great for when you have to move the reel around. Very sturdy and well made item
Does the job
Reasonably sturdy, although it is plastic so I wouldn’t expect it to last forever.
Fairly simple to attach to wall and use. Bear in mind that the hose is fairly long (40m although I haven’t had cause to fully unwind and measure) so the pressure at the end will be markedly less than at the tap end due to internal friction or whatever the term is for fluid dynamics. Also, best to de-pressure (drain and disconnect from tap) before winding or unwinding.
Great wind in device
Straight forward to assemble with limited DIY skills. I love the wind in mechanism that automatically spreads the hose evenly into the reel. well designed and sturdy.
