great mower for small gardens
Nice lightweight mower that does a great job. Building instructions are a bit hard to understand but i watched the video and then had no problems.
Starts and runs very well. Collection bag works great.
Not as sturdy as my last mower as its a bit too plastic.
Easy to assemble and use!
I finally gave in and bought this, after encouragement from my son! We moved house a few years ago, and now have a large garden large enough that it is not mowable using a 10m extension reel, meaning lots of unplugging and replugging!
This is very much a first-world problem, however this Hyundai mower has solved it regardless.
Easy to assemble, although the box is pretty heavy, but otherwise extremely straightforward to use.

Very easy to assemble came with oil for the engine, I would say 15mins there abouts and I was cutting my grass, just push the primer until you can feel fuel in there, hold the start handle pull the pull start and away you go :} absolute pleasure to use nice and simple and works very well, so much so I now own there chain saw and strimmer kit.

A low cost push motor mower. Does the job well and very easy to get it into the difficult spaces. A number of complaints that it’s difficult to start however, I discovered that if you press the red prime button 4 or 5 times and then leave the mower for about a minute then it starts first pull. If you press the prime button then immediately try to start it takes 5 or 6 pulls. Have marked down one star as it’s at the lower end of the product range but works very well. Am very happy with it.

Unfortunately the mower arrived with the grass collection bag damaged. I contacted Amazon who were very helpful, they arranged for a discount to the original purchase price so I could replace the bag locally. The mower was very easy to assemble and once done so topped up the engine oil and petrol and after a few minutes pulling on the starter cord it fired up. Cut the lawn in no time and would recommend as a great little mower for the price.

Great mower, easy to set up out the box, very easy to start, leaves a good finish on the short lawn and plenty of cutting hight for longer grass. One lever height adjustment too.

I bought this wonderful mower two years ago now, and the pleasure it has given me looking at its sleek shiny plastic features and charmingly modern design.. And it is wonderful at lawn mowing provided you only mow in the middle of August after three weeks without rain, and when you’ve had to trim the grass with a pair of scissors first. If you’re hoping to use it when the grass is slightly damp think again, it has been designed to clog up so as to thwart such idle ambitions. To clog up again and again as though it counts it a personal favour every time you reach into its innards to pull out a huge wet sandwich of grass.. Nor must you be so reckless as to try to use it on a slope. The handle is very challenging to fit properly.. Mine is wired in with bits of old garden wire wired round and around like some demented wire spinning spider’s nest . Oh yes a lovely machine. I only wish I had two of them.

Now being on my forth Hyundai car since 1998, plus owning a Hyundai chain saw, all of which have never let me down, I decided to purchase this mower.
Lightweight, compact, and very easy to assemble. Just added petrol and oil, and after priming, the engine burst into life after just the 3rd pull of the cord.
Made short work of the long grass in my large back garden, which now looks immaculate once again.
The 3 year warranty on this mower was also a contributing factor to my purchase.
It is all so clearly explained and illustrated it was quite simple to assemble and operate with confidence.
The demonstration video is not quite up to date due to the continuing design improvements which is even more encouraging for timid first-timers. Highly recommended.
Pretty easy to put together given a box spanner no idea why. Found the handle low to push had to crouch obviously the mower is for a Hobbit. That said seems OK I would say its feels a little fragile pushing if but seems to do the job

Good Machine but Rubbish Instructio
Three sets of instructions in mine, none of them first class and all of them containing differences. So not a good start and I had to call for help. One thing not mentioned in any of the instructions {as I recall}, is the little plastic flap bar that you have to hold over when clipping on the grass catcher bag. Doing that turns it from shockingly bad to excellent. There is also a strange device for holding the starter cord on the handle. Could not fathom the utility of this and ignoring is fine. The dead man’s grip works well but the cable is too long and gets in the way sometimes. The DMG function is excellent. All in all a good machine poorly presented.

This is my second petrol lawnmower now in around 25 years and if my first one was this one i would of never went electric at all gone are the days were you had to mix oil with petrol to get 4 or 2 star. It comes with enough oil to see you through the final year of your 3 year warranty. It was so easy to put together attach handles put 4 star oil what’s included buy some unleaded straight from any petrol shops read instructions pull the starter handle what you dont need to be a real strong man to do what im not started straight away each time after that its made petrol lawnmowers enjoyable again and of course only amazon can sell it this lowpriced trust me i searched

Easy to assemble and cuts really well
My property sits on a half acre plot so the garden is large and for which this product should be quite unsuited. We are moving house down the line and I didn’t want to replace my larger mower which failed after 15 years of service. This little mover gets the job done in 90 mins and because its small and light its very manoeuvrable. Really pleased with it.

Works fine
The trick is not to flood the engine with the red fuel pump. Stop when you hear the first squelch or two. Pull cord maybe 4 or 6 times. Only use fresh fuel with addition of fuel fit. At end of season stall on Aspen 4 if you can grab a bottle of this from most reputable dealers or possibly on line. This will save gunk from stale fuel build up over winter clogging the carb. Filthy carbs are a nightmare just waiting to happen unless you’re careful with what you put in the tank. Mowers are not like cars they’re sensitive like your teenage daughter. Ha ha.

Machine works well after 1 use so far, easy to assemble – started at first pull after pressing red starter button about 5-6 times – although instructions were a waste of time! Follow you tube review videos..
My only criticism at this point is the handle bars are at quite a low angle – comes up to just above waist, I’m 5ft 10 so after using for 20min I did feel a bit of back pain from leaning forward – it should be lifted at a slightly higher angle for ease of use..
Just the job
Why did I purchase this mower? Well, I have a small, sloping front garden. My lawnmower that I use for my large back garden is awkward to manoeuvre on such terrain and I have to carry it through 2 gates and up several steps. In the past I have had an expensive Honda Izzy and an Atco mower. Both mowers had steel decks which rusted away in 4-5 years due to mowing my lawn when it was wet; I live in Cumbria, say no more! The deck on this Hyundai is polycarbonate and is a substantial thickness so no rust issues there. It starts first time on the pull chord and is very quiet. The only assembly needed on receipt was to fit 2 pieces of the handle into place and tighten a screw each side then insert the top part of the handle and the knobs to raise and lower it. Who needs instructions for that? I’ve used it twice and it does a perfect cut. Don’t be put off by the low price and think you won’t get quality. This is a great little mower.

The mower was easy to assemble with all items easy to identify. The mower is nice and light for a petrol mower and very easy to use. Used for the first time yesterday and was very pleased with the cut.
Lively and effective little lawn mower.
The engine seem to be a little power house with lively revs. I made the mistake of flooding it with over enthusiasm with the primer pump but once you learn not to do that – it bursts into life.
I like the adjustable cutting height being one lever that controls all 4 wheels. Excellent feature.
So far it’s been impressive. Only thing is my wife doesn’t seem to be able to get the hang of operating a pull starting cord!

I. carefully selected this model, despite one or two poor reviews the majority say fine. It came in a large box very quickly and was mostly assembled. The instructions with a little intelligence are easy to follow and assemble. Added the oil (about half that provided and I was a little over full), petrol, pushed the little button until full then three more, hold back the handle and go bar, pulled the starter, second pull it fired up. Mowed the long grass (about 12-18′ first mow on high setting without the grass box. Second mowing two days later, dropped the level by one position (that was so easy, just one handle) and mowed with the grass box on, third mowing a week later another dropped level. I guess there are seven levels, the first mow took an entire tank of fuel (about 1L), but the two subsequent ones hardly used any. No problems starting (except I forgot to hold back the go bar once..). Highly recommended

For the money this a good product. Downside is its thirsty on petrol and its not lightweight if you use flymo products. It’s my first petrol machine no stripes also and the cut is now very low like flymo. However for the price and if you have a small garden then perfect. I have a large garden with a incline and various flower beds which makes it hard to push around. Self perpeled would not help me also due to the incline and flower beds plus the weight. But if you have a fully flat garden then selfprepeled would be a better option.

Excellent mower. Had elec up to now. Flew through grass just over a foot long on 2nd to lowest height. With elec my garden use to take about 1 hour to mow (not including emptying). With this I was done in just over 15 mins with less emptying.

Reasonably easy to assemble, could be improved by using star knobs to attach handle tubing to mower as it would make storage and transporting much easier instead of having to unscrew 2 small Phillips screws every time. Minor point but the thread will soon wear out.

Really happy with this mower. We upgraded from electric and won’t go back! 0.8litre tank needs topping up each time we use it, gives a cut cut and is so much faster than our old electric flymo. We have a decent sized garden and this mows the front and back which is brill.

Took out of the box followed instructions which I found pretty straightforward. After reading some reviews on starting I found the opposite started first time on first pull and all subsequent starts. Impressed with the build and the cutting as this was the first cut of the season. Would highly recommend.

For over 30 years I’ve used an electric mower and my existing one needed replacing. I took a chance and bought this petrol mower and I’m so glad I did. The joy of being free to move around the lawn not worrying about electric cable and extension leads! Very powerful mower but as noisy as I had anticipated, pretty much the same noise level as my old electric mower. Also takes a third to a half off the time to cut the grass
Yesterday I drove to a friends house whose grass was knee-high, really a strimmer should have been used before the cut. Anyway, I took my time and after the first cut on the highest setting and swept the cuttings up, I cut at a lower setting. Amazed it did this, but now I can keep it cut short.
Assembly was a wee bit tricky in that positioning the screw that holds the push handle to the base of the mower.
So far, very happy!

Mancando la descrizione in italiano non si riesce a capire cosa si acquista ma visto il prezzo ho voluto rischiare.il prodotto ottimo, non ha alcune funzioni dei nuovi tagliaerba tipo l acceleratore e la frizione per farlo camminare da solo, ma tutto il resto perfetto. Di facile montaggio, partito al primo colpo. Fa bene il suo lavoro. Una nota, le carene sono in plastica e non i ferro . Comunque lo ricomprerei.

I got one of these a few months ago and wanted to use if a few times before leaving a review.
The lawnmower is delivered partially built, but, in all honesty all you need to do is attach the handles to the motor unit, fit the wheels, put some oil in (not included in the package), fill with petrol and you’re good to go. I’d read some stories about trouble starting it, but, I’ve had no issues at all. Each time I use it I press the RED button on the front 5 times, pull the starting cord about 3 times and it’s off. Plus I didn’t have adjust the starter cable, it worked straight away.
The reason I wanted a petrol mower was because my electric mower was ok as long at the grass was very dry. As soon as there was any moisture on the grass, the electric mower would struggle and leave clumps of wet grass everywhere. This is not a problem at all with this mower!! My first run was on wet grass which was about 2.5 inches high and there were no clumps left at all, this mower just picked it all up.
The reason I have titled the review ‘If anything, it’s too good’ is because the grass collector fills up after I’ve done two lines up/down the garden so there is quite a lot of stopping/starting the mower to empty the collector.
This mower is also great for picking up leaves. I put it on the highest height setting and do quick run over the garden and all the leaves are gone.
All in all a great mower.
Using my mower for a 20m x x20m garden. Easy to set up (Use YouTube tutorial rather than the paper instructions) – took 15 minutes. Started on the first pull, cuts great, collects well, easy to manoeuvre. I was a little sceptical going to this from a Briggs & Stratton but couldn’t fault the product whatsoever. My neighbours commented on the aesthetics too. Very happy customer!
When I final put together and got going great little lawnmower,instructions were not easy to follow? I watched video on you tube only problem I had was starting up after filling with oil not supplied but has to be 4stroke and unleaded petrol wouldn’t start until I rang help line who told me to adjust choke wire which I did by undoing to nuts by engine. Pulled and started up first time did first cut on lawn great bit of kit.
Cuts lower than 25mm if you take it past the last setting (hole)
Bought this as it’s light weight and I need one I can put in the car.
