I tried several other brands that were cheaper and they did not work at all. This one is high quality, comes with free customer support – but thankfully – I did not need any. Up and running within 5 minutes with my lap-top display and two additional displays.
If you want to add extend your screen to two external monitors this is the product to buy!
I have a laptop with 1 HDMI port, 2 USB and 1 USB-C but it is only for charging (not a thunderbolt USB C)
I bought numerous products looking for the adapter to allow me to EXTEND to two external screens. Follow the instructions, download the driver, connect HDMI from both monitors to the adapter first and then plug it into the USB 3.0 port on your laptop. Go to display settings and YAY you can extend to the other two screens. Now I have 3 unique screens! Productivity has increased! Thank you j5create!!!!!!

Got this for an Acer Predator Helios 300, for this particular laptop there’s only 1 HDMI and the 1 USB-C port which only charges…tried multiple options and non-worked except this one. Super easy to install and keeps the resolution on each monitor (2)……works as advertised.
This is a great option for the computer to expand the HDMI port. Doesn’t need software to use because of the great plug and play option.
I have tried a few others and returned them, I have bought 3 of these for different office locations. I can get extended monitor split with no delay or drag time. Recommend purchase and worth the extra cos
I was searching for a product to extend my laptop screens and THISIS IT!!! Between work and college the addition of a few more monitors and this extender helped greatly with productivity. It’s easy to install, just download the driver and you’re off to the races.
I needed to split 2 monitors on my MSI Laptop, this worked flawlessly. Download the drivers from the website, reboot the PC and plug in and it worked for what I needed.
After some messing around, this does not seem to work for macOS Catalina. However, it does work with macOS Mojave, and likely newer OS versions. The driver seems to only support Catalina 10.15, but nothing after that. So it likely needs to either be OS versions up to and including Mojave, or after Catalina to work properly on Intel Macs. It supports ultrawide monitors and TVs alike from my Early 2015 MacBook Air as shown in the photo. Hope this helps.
Allows extended screens without having to install a driver. Exactly what I was looking for!
Works with both mac and windows! I tried several different products before finally finding one that worked with a MacBook. I have a 2015 MacBook Air and this product allows to extend your laptop to two additional displays. It also works extending displays on windows computers and can change seamlessly between windows and iOS.
It’s work as I expected. Likely connected to 2 monitors and movement from 1-2-3 easily with good refresh rates.
It pained me to spend 65 + 5 tax on a dongle to merely connect my monitors, but I’m glad I did. The software, to my relief, turned out to work with latest version of windows 11 for me.
Mac setup went well too. I don’t know if it’s truly 4k though, I’m not versed on that stuff and I have standard monitors.
WORTH IT. Just wish it was more affordable. I know there has to be a pretty decent profit margin on this dongle lol.
Oh, and you can sign up for a 6 month warranty.
Plug and play at its finest, we use the 2 we have to extend our laptops to 2 additional monitors and it works like a charm.
Bought a cheaper product that said it did the same and it was just a headache. If you need multiple displays, this is the way to go.

Worked as-is in plug and play mode without driver. I installed the driver downloaded from j5create website, though, to be on safer side.
I could ‘extend’ the displays to 1, 2, 3 monitors; one laptop display and two 27″ Benq HD 1080 1920 monitors.
Using the spare HDMI port on laptop a 4th display can be added and extended.
Cons
The listing on the website does not have the JUA365 model number. Had to identify with image. Only a generic name is given.
The monitor sequencing is unintuitive. One need to ‘Identify’ and shuffle ports and / or icons on the windows settings… 4, 2, 1, 3; 1, 2, 3, 4; 3, 2, 4, 1… for cursor movement and tab control. One has to set the sequence to 1, 2, 3, 4… and select ‘Apply’ for right sequence for cursor movement from 1 to 3 or 4.
Bottom line, works fine with little efforts. Sure, it is expensive and could be cheaper as it is in the market for quite sometime, but comparable to USD prices with added taxes.

Simply loved how easy this was to setup. I used this adapter with my laptop & two different monitors. All I had to do was plug it in & I had three individual screens to work with immediately. Excellent purchase.
This was absolutely plug and play! I literally plugged in my 2 HDMI cables, plugged into the USB port on my computer it worked fine.
Before I did all that, I actually went to their website and downloaded the current driver.. It was very easy to do as their website was easy to navigate.
My only words of caution for you: It gets very hot, very fast! I have a fan pointed at it!

Plug in and it was recognized immediately on Windows 11. Didn’t have to detect display in settings.
I will say that I wrongfully assumed both outputs would be 4K. One is 1080p. It worked for what I needed though.

I bought this to connect two of my work monitors. Technically my work bought it, but whatever it works well, I run two curved Samsung 1080p monitors with this for software development and it does exactly what I need it to.
I purchased this for multiple monitor set up using my older lap top. So easy to install and with windows it automatically downloads the software for you. Only took a few minutes to set up! Love it. It’s worth the money and no headaches setting it up!
Had an issue with an older video card Was going to be very expensive to replace. Was able to plug this into the USB port. Added two monitors. Done! Wish I knew about these sooner Also a nice way to add depending on the model you buy 1 to 4 monitors in addition to your current been using for six months. Bulletproof reliability. Works first time around, connect the HDMI cables to the adapter and plug the USB to either your PC or Mac (tested both) and it works first time around. Need no for any drivers. Build quality is great and beautifully designed. Price is far more reasonable compared to its rivals too. I have connected the USB to an extender cable and it works perfectly. Love it!!

Simple hookup with excellent picture quality. Used to add output to a 70″ tv. Initially bought an HDMI splitter that duplicated a screen. This product allowed me to have a true 3rd screen on a computer with only 2 HDMI outputs.

J’ai connect deux crans ce matriel via une prise USB 3.0 et les deux crans fonctionnent parfaitement en 1920X1080 que ce soit en mode bureau tendu ou en mode miroir.
J’ai aussi une sortie native HDMI sur mon PC, j’ai donc connect un 3me cran et il fonctionne aussi.
J’ai donc dornavant la possibilit d’tendre mon bureau sur 4 crans don 3 externes !
Je n’ai remarqu aucun ralentissement sur des vidos lances sur les crans tendus. Je n’ai pas lanc de jeux 3D et ce n’est pas non plus mon but.
J’aime bien animer des petites soires festives, et je me servais de deux PC associs deux projecteurs afin de projeter sur deux surfaces diffrentes des clips de musique et des animations 3D tout en me servant de l’cran de mon PC portable pour grer la playlist, dornavant, 1 seul PC suffira.

I bought this for the low-end laptop my new company sent me. The native gpu could not handle the two ultrawide external monitors I have. The previous adapter I had was just that, an adapter. This adapter has its own gpu allowing me to run the native laptop screen plus extend the desktop on my two 29″ ultrawides, all at maximum resolution.
Been struggling to find a good option to have two external monitors with my MacBook’s mini display port. Never thought to use USB 3.0 and (only used for 1 day so far) works great. Windows found the divers in about 15s and i was up and going.

They both worked immediately. No messing around with settings, etc. Quality of the image is excellent. And, to be honest, I didn’t think my laptop would handle all four monitors.
Each of the monitors is a LG 24″ Full HD 1080p.
I actually have five monitors! I still have the laptop screen. NOTE: I am running Win 10 Pro.
For some reason the Surface hub was having problems connect to 2 additional monitors. This was around the 1/3rd the cost of a new hub.
Setup was easy, just follow the instructions to download the relevant software and connect it all up.

I’m using an old(ish) i3 laptop to work from home, and I wanted to add two HD monitors. I downloaded the Windows driver per the instructions, installed it, and plugged the adapter in. It works like a charm. The displays are sharp and clear, and I can just leave them on and plug this into the laptop whenever I need them. I have no idea if this would work for gaming or anything else video-intensive, but my laptop wouldn’t work for that sort of thing anyway.
This worked as intended and the price wasn’t too bad, i still wish it was a bit cheaper but again it worked pretty good.
I Did not make a back up copy of anything. I had it set up and attached to my monitors in less than 5 minutes. The instructions were clear and it works great. I think the power cable is long enough to work with my 3 ft HDMI cables to the monitors, although it could very based on your set up. Hope this was helpful.
I’m using one so to be able to add more displays to my computer. It works well. The only limitation is that the display speed can be a little slow if you need to display high speed videos/games, but it works well enough for presentation and regular application use.
Would’ve given a 5, and actually this is the second of these that I purchase: one for home and one to travel. So the unit is reliable, but in both of them at times the image of one of the screens gets frozen , yet this is solved by unplugging USB from computer and re-attaching it. This is a small nuisance, but I figure it’s worth mentioning. Otherwise quality and materials are good and allows me to work with 2 monitors in addition to my laptop, thereby making it 3 monitors which Apple doesn’t natively support. So, I would probably buy again if I were to need yet another one.

I needed it to drive a 4K monitor from my Dell Desktop. When I first got the desktop it was happy to drive all 3 of my monitors, but as time went on it would only drive one. Not sure if it is the monitory or the graphic card. So I used a 2k USB for my 2K monitor, but need to run my 4k monitor. I was concerned when I order it, but it has fit the bill great. I don’t do gaming so I can comment on using it for gaming.
Purchased this one after purchasing a USB-C version that didn’t work on my Acer laptop. Plugged this one in, attached the monitors and immediately had three screen set up with extended view. Of course I had to rearrange the display settings screens, but other than that it was a quick and seamless setup! Would highly recommend!

This was the only solution to extend two hdmi monitors for both my mac and windows laptop with the same cord. (switching between work and personal laptop using the same external monitors, didnt want to deal with thunderbolt/hdmi dongles etc)

I work from home with 2 large screens. I also have a second location. This product is a must have. Instantly connects and is portable! Well worth the price! Quality of screen view is amazing.
I use 3 screens. I am a monitor real estate hog. I trade online and use up to 4 screens at home. This enables me to connect multiple screens from one laptop, although not as fast as a thunderbolt connection it still gets the job done. It works flawlessly with the only downside being a very slight lag.

With transition to teleworking in 15″ laptop, this product along with two 21″ monitors was desperately needed. Was not sure that this unit would be compatible with my older laptop that did not have USB2 inputs but it worked flawlessly. Took a bit of configuring in Windows 10 but once completed it was a simple plug and play ordeal thereafter.

I was reluctant to buy and of these devices as most of them are not compatible with Mac OS. The item arrived a week early which was nice. After a driver download and some minor trial and error, I was able to get both screens up (3 including the laptop display) but will work with the lid of the laptop closed. Ive got a 2012 MacBook Pro running 10.15.6 although there is a note in the product description that states it will not work with the newer updates. hopefully they have sorted that out. Also, I will say to read the driver instructions that come with the Driver download. I installed blindly, didn’t work, uninstalled, followed directions on the re-install and everything worked. we will have to wait and see as far as product longevity.
I just plugged in my monitor and plugged in the USB and it works great. Had I known about this earlier I would have bought this a year or two ago. No issues so far, but I’ll update this later down the road if I run into anything. Windows found the driver for me btw, so it was effortless.
I added two identical monitors to my setup to have 3 external monitors on my laptop. However, 1 of the monitors had to be set up as VGA and the other HDMI due to the available ports. This caused one of the monitors to flick on and off all day everyday at about 12 second intervals. My guess was that there was a conflict between the active drivers for them. I bought this adapter and hooked the two up and it’s been smooth sailing ever since. I wrote this for someone experiencing the same in Hope’s it might help you too.
I have a laptop that I use for work and can’t be used for anything else and a desktop for personal use. I had an old usb hub that I plugged my mouse and keyboard into as well as this adapter and just unplug from the laptop and plug into the front of my desktop and done. Very occasionally I have to unplug it and plug it in again for everything to be recognized but that is not often. It just works. Also, the hub I am using is the old grey type USB and seems to work fine. Might be different if I use a USB 3 and I have one somewhere 🙂 and if that makes a difference I will update my review.
I was hesitant to shell out this kind of money because I had read reviews of HDMI or DP adapters quitting after having worked for a period of time and those things are not cheap either. So far, I have been using this for 6 weeks with no issues. Seriously, I would give this a try.
I bought it because of the reviews, which were better and more consistent than other products. It works. That’s the bottom line. I plugged it in and it worked. No additional actions were necessary.
Update: February 2022. Still have three monitors and have had NO ISSUES at all!
So I’ve been doing a ton of research to find an adapter for my late 2012 mini that I am using for work. Really wanted a third monitor (my company is paperless and I deal with a lot of online systems / files), but everything I would click showed Windows only (ARRGGHHH). Unless it was $100+ and I really didn’t want to pay a ton for an adapter. After checking the reviews on this one (jua365) I went for it. Mind you that my mini won’t run Big Sur – best I’m getting OS-wise is Catalina. But guys, it worked!! I did skip a check box at first that caused a black screen – the mini recognized another display – but nothing was displaying. j5Create customer service responded within 2 days with simple instructions to fix. I’ve literally been using for 1 day so I will update if something goes awry. But as of right now I am on cloud nine!
It does exactly what it is designed to do with easy installation.
This product works great. However, I do get a blue screen error message about memory when it is plugged in and I turn it on. Our IT guy says it’s something to do with Dell and doing a remote connection. Still use it but just a warning to do a little research about compatibility
Great product all round. All I’d suggest is having a retractable cable or a bit longer. Very short and not easy for a clean work space
