Lovely bird, suitable for all ages. My kids loved it. It got many sensors to detect movement, sound, touch and light. A true interactive companion. Battery last forever; been using it for last 4 weeks and no issues with batteries. Bird has attractive colours and mimics real bird voice. Love the house with this bird signing all day along.
Hope you found this review helpful.
I have read some of the reviews and found one or two really distressing because the expectations of this mechanical robotic cat were so high that they found it a let-down. It’s not a real cat and won’t replace one entirely. I’m a cat-lover, and when we lost our older cat It broke my heart, so I bought the silver and white cat against the time we lose our younger one and we feel we are getting to the stage where a cat may outlive us. The cat’s meow ~is~ loud, but then, I’m deaf and for an older (than me!) person who is perhaps very hard of hearing they will hear this, and maybe won’t hear all the whirring and clicks that go with the movement. All that said, and accepting that it is a toy for grown-ups, I occasionally pick mine up and set it going to make sure it’s still working well, and I do cuddle it. The body isn’t flexible and won’t mould to yours as a real cat’s would, but someone who is lonely may find it a great comfort to them as they sit with it on their lap and stroke it. I’m sure when our real cat dies, my ‘joy for all’ cat will be a comfort to me.
If you’re lonely, I can’t recommend this enough. Sadly I lost my husband 6 months ago, within weeks of moving to a new area miles away from friends or family. Consequently I have been feeling very isolated & lonely & after reading reviews, decided to give this a go. I was rather apprehensive about the price but am so glad I took the chance. Even if you aren’t stroking it, it sits letting out occasional barks & yelps which makes you feel that you have some company. It does sound mechanical when it turns it’s head but you tend not to notice it. Can’t comment on battery life as I’ve only had him for 4 days but I think for the price it would be a nice gesture on the seller’s part to include a pack of spares.
Batteries expensive, although it is adored by my mum, it could have been cheaper because its a therapy cat.
We love this cat, can’t have one live too near the road. Visitors think she’s real
I wish these were cheaper i work in a hospital and would love to get some but on 10 and hour would take me for eve
I bought this for my mum who has dementia she absolutely loves her she’s called her poppy
The dog was brilliant for my husband who has dementia. He spoke to me and laughed more than usual
Lovely interactive ‘puppy’ for adults with learning disabilities or dementia. Responds well to voice and touch.
The product was bought for someone suffering with alzheimers, it is now their permanent companion, it is a great comforter.
Bought this for my nana who has dementia , her face lights up when she sits patting it , it makes her happy but also calms her when she’s feeling anxious
I bought this for my 95 year old dad. He loves it, it purrs, mewos and moves it paw up and down.
My dad is late stage dementia and since having this amazing dog my dad has calmed and sits and it so gentle with him he calls him his mate. I would recommend this dog it is worth every penny
Actually have the dog but has made such an impact on mams world. Mam has dementia and this little dog is her sole mate.
Great product batteries last well
Mum has dementia and loves this little cat brings her comfort .
Item as described arrived ahead of time, is proving a real comfort to a new alzheimers patient.
My 86 year old mum loves it. Good company, great alternative to the real thing.
Bought for a non-verbal teenager with SEND, including sensory needs. He loved it instantly and has enjoyed combing and cuddling the cat. The purring vibrations are soothing, especially when he puts his feet on the cat!
This was gifted to a family friend who has recently lost her dog. She lives alone & has memory issues & her new friend Buddy has made the perfect companion. She adores him
Bought this this for my mother as she used to have a cat and she lives it.
I bought it for my Mum who’s got dementia. But I liked it so much I might even buy one for myself.
excellent product my sister in nursing home misses cat this is the answer not sure how long batteries last as recently got well worth i
Used for a person suffering from Lewy bodies dementia. Loved and adored a new best friend. Comforting and relaxing.
I have purchased this for my dad for Christmas. I have had it out of the box to check that it works. It is lovely, I hope that my dad will enjoy it. I will add a better review after Christmas.
This is the perfect companion for my 94year old mother who misses her little dog keeps her entertained.
Good, my mother who has Dementia likes it- we tend to turn it on only occasionally as the meowing annoys my dad.
The cat was a hit in our house. Its a great idea and value for money. Not as difficult as a real cat but it’s a good imitation.
I purchased the dog for a friend who has severe dementia and who lives on her own. When the carer is not there she just looked at the wall but now she pets and talks to the dog all the time and it has greatly improved her quality of life. She even takes it to bed with her!
I bought this for my Mum who is in a care home and it gives her comfort. I know it’s not real, but having even a purring fake cat on your knee is rather nice.
I bought this for my brother who is has Alzheimer’s disease and is in a nursing home.
This was given him two weeks ago and he seems to like it.
Very interactive, my mum with dementia enjoys it. Vibrates when purrs which she likes as she is hard of hearing.
It’s not a cheap “toy” but is just fantastic for our dementia suffering relative. She loved her pets and this one give some of that joy without the challenges of looking after the real thing. Very realistic appearance.
Mum loved hers and sits on an evening and it calms her when she’s getting anxious
Even though we thought this cat would be good for Mum, we were also prepared for it to be rejected.
What we weren’t expecting was the delight and instant connection she made with her new companion.
Her joy and the smile on her face told us we had just given her the best present she could have had on her 93rd birthday.
Its been 3 weeks now and the cat is still getting more attention than anyone. Mum loves it and is very protective over it.
I highly recommend this product, it was money well spent.
I do agree with other customer comments that the mechanical noise when the cat moves might put some people off.
BUT…. I am so pleased I made this purchase. If I had listened to the negative comments my Mum would never have met her “Purrfect” companion 🙂
My mum loved it she has dementia and it was marvellous for he
Bought to keep as company for Alzheimer’s. lifelike motion and sounds. Very satisfied
Bought this for mum who has Alzheimer’s and now in a care home but has always had cats. I was a bit dubious buying it but it’s the best thing that she’s had , takes it every where with her and all the residents comment on it so much so the home are going to do some fundraising to try to buy another one and hopefully a ca
More substantial than we expected and a bit heavier, not a substitute for real thing but still a lot of fun and brings a smile to your face!
Great help for my dementia suffering mum,got her talking to us about her pet and what it had been doing
Fantastic. Best money ever spent. Mum loves it like a real cat and someone else bought one after recommending it and loves it too.
Got this for my husband who has dementia just to give a smile but I really like the doggy now he cheers me up
Changed batteries but screw doesn’t seem to connect to dogs movement unless you press on the battery plate
I could not have anticipated my grans reaction to her new pet. She has taken to it with so much love and attention that it fills my heart with so much warmth to know how endeared she is to it. She happily chats away with her cat, tells her she’s a bonnie wee thing with a smile across her face that would melt your heart. Warning though, the cat can be quite a handful. The carehome manager did make us aware that my gran brought the cat to them in the middle of the night ,telling the to throw it in the canal because it kept jumping on her bed and waking her up.
I would highly recommend this item for your loved one. I am currently raising funds to purchase more for my grans carehome because it has been so well received by all the residents and brightened up their days.
Bought for an adult with learning disabilities and she really enjoys sitting with it. She loves the interactio

My mother has advanced dementia and treats “fluffy” like her own real pet… it’s lovely to watch her interact with it… it can help to distract and settle her when she’s anxious.. would definitely recommend for this purpose…
Brilliant comfort for my wife with Parkinson’s and Lewy Body Dementia. It’s purr get louder as it is stroked. It mieows and moves to engage attention. Everyone in her care home has fallen in love with it. We call it Charlie, gender neutral! Highly recommended. May even get one for myself! No feeding, no mess, no fur. If fed up can turn it off!
Wonderful product. Everyone loved it from elderly patients to staff. Purrs, rolls over, is fun to interact with. Pretty to look at.
I bought this for my elderly mum she has unfortunately dementia. She did like it and thought it was very cute. She’s not interacting with it as much as I thought she would but maybe at the moment that’s probably because of the virus, as we cannot visit her properly and show her it to its best advantage.
Great asset bought for my mum on Mother’s Day, who is 88 and loves and I do too! Highly recommend this product. [It is like it has its own mind which is great!] She has named it Whiskas
Bought for my 93 year old gran, who always had cats. She misses having a companion and this cat is a great substitute to a real one. She didn’t like the ‘purr’ as it confused her, so we turned the sound off. I would highly recommend to anyone with a relative with dementia.
This is a wonderful “toy”. Pat or stroke and it responds. Even sighs. Good fun and better than having to poop scoop. Not really something to cuddle though and the gyro’s are a bit noisy.
This is a great purchase for anyone suffering with dementia.
It brings my mum comfort and companionship, and the grandchildren also love it.

Fabulous part of the family bought for my 90 year old mother who misses her little dog.
She loves him and now has company and response like a real dog. Well worth the money.
Bought this for mum’s Christmas. She lives with dementia. Wasnt sure she would like it and was quite expensive. It is literally the best present ever as she loves her little pup and it’s good company for her. Worth every penny and more! Don’t hesitate to buy, you wont regret it.
(Mum is 87 with Vascular Dementia)
My elderly mother loves this dog just being present in her room and loves it when the grandchildren go to visit as they all play with the dog.
Bought for Mum ( 98)in care home and she thought it was great fun. All the residents and staff loved seeing it too. I bought ginger one. She always had cats and thinks it’s a good toy. It’s a bit noisy ( you can turn sound off) and the mechanics of it are a bit clunky but good buy
I recently had to say goodbye to my dear cat Poppy. she was 19 years old. I’m heartbroken & miss her so much. The companion pet has help me. it is never going to replace what I had, but it is just love to hear a meow, & a purr.
So cute and great for anyone who has need of a pet but not able to have one, it bark’s, you can hear it’s heart beat and it also pants, you can position it to sit or lie dow
On one level it seems very expensive for what it is. However, it has given my Dad a lot of pleasure and is therefore almost priceless! I struggle to think of anything I have bought him over the years that has had the same impact. My only regret is not getting him one sooner!

Very realistic cat. Lovely colour. Would have liked soft ears . Thanks.
Moves realistically
However….
You can hear the mechanics they are quite loud and the miaow is awful lol so we have it on mute
Guess it depends on the stages of Alzheimer’s but so far so good
Thank you for super fast delivery
Thanks in advance for your help. I have recommended your pet companions to several of my friends.
My disabled daughter with learning difficulties loves her Honey dad/companion; she also has mental health issues and the dad helps her keep calm, and is a friend she loves. My daughter is a young adult, Honey has been a great buy and I would recommend the dog as a companion friend when a real life dog is not appropriate.
She is so precious – I love her already. Her fur is so soft and cuddly. She’s great to have as a companion when you are alone.
This is a lovely ” companion” for people with Dementia., who are accustomed to having cats around them but are no longer able to respond appropriately to their” living pet”‘s wants/needs.
However we have had most fun with this cat when the grandchildren are around – the toy becomes a focus for continued positive “relationships” between them and their grandfather, who sadly finds participation in “new” experiences difficult.
We took this to the care home and even though the person we took it for wasn’t interested the rest of the patients loved it. It has really good movements and will lie on its back so you can tickle its tummy. Really good.

I am so glad I bought him for her and would recommend him for dementia sufferers or elderly who are lonely.
Have this to my mother who is in the later stages of dementia. It is really great, she chats Tobit, enjoys it’s reactions and then winks at us that she is playing along! Really realistic and recommend it to anybody with a family member suffering from Alzheimer’s.
Bought for elderly mum with dementia. Has a calming effect on her when she becomes agitated and helps to distract her and encourages her to sit down when she ‘wanders’. To mum, ‘she’s ‘ real and for dad and the family ‘she’ is a real help.
We bought the Joy for All Orange Tabby Cat for my wife’s birthday as she suffers from Dementia. Everyone that has seen the cat love it, as it so ‘lifelike’, its look, feel, sounds ( purr and meow) and its movement. It is a companion.
