Punches above its weight.
A great little laptop that punches above its weight for the price, the customer service from jumper is amazing too as this is my second laptop from them and they called me to follow up on my first purchase about my experience.
We have had no issues from either purchase and are using these as media and second work from home laptops.
Okay but not grea
This was on offer with a voucher and the positive reviews made me choose this. I only need a basic laptop for email, browsing etc. so it didn’t really matter that it wasn’t a super-duper state of the art one. For the job this does most things that I want and is quite fast on boot-up and windows open quick enough. The rubber overlay for the keyboard gives a slightly rubbery feel and occasionally a letter is missing as I type so I have to correct it. You do get used to the feel though. With two usb, micro sd card and headphone sockets it doesn’t spoil you with facilities. Occasionally, the laptop will not boot-up correctly with strange flickering screen artifacts such as coloured lines at the top of the screen or staying blank which a restart seems to cure. This could be a serious problem or a glitch which affects this machine but as it’s intermittent I’ll wait and see which it could be as I don’t have any files etc on it to lose as it’s only for browsing, email and such. I knew this machine wasn’t powerful enough for action games but should be okay for word or card games etc. so don’t buy this for gaming. For what I needed, this does what I want.
P.S. After 5 months it’s developed a fault with a thin line permanently across the top part of the screen.

Amazing performance
Spot on. For students and every day use is brilliant amazing performance. Is the second jumper laptop I bought and I’m very satisfied. Very reasonable price for great performance.
Great laptop, perfect for daughters school work
It’s a nice laptop, it was very easy to set up and seems to be quick enough for my daughter to do her school work, I haven’t heard the usual shouts about something being laggy. Not tried any gaming so can’t comment on that.

Works as intended and is fas
I’m using it too write articles for work, it’s fast and efficient, have had no problems with it apart from the buttons having a different function from what it says on the keyboard.

this one came up with good reviews due to its value etc – so far so good, it does everything i need it to, only issue is one dead pixel but thats not an issue

It is a good little laptop for writing and watching some YouTube videos, but not much else. If you want it for working on then don’t expect video calls to work too great as the camera isn’t the best. I bought it for writing and organising my D&D campaign, and it does just that. It can be a little slow and the keys can stop working, for instance half of my backspace key doesn’t work, but that might just be because I type like a maniac. I had a problem with my headset being unable to connect to it too, the audio just wouldn’t work half of the time when I used the mic.

I bought this laptop for a non-profit to help give IT skills to young people. We were on a tight grant funded budget and this laptop fell within that budget. Surprisingly good spec in terms of screen DDR4 RAM and SSD drive. It has Bluetooth and dual band Wi-Fi.
However, only four stars owing to the fact that it has a non-UK keyboard with a rubberised overlay and also, currently, Is unable to activate Windows 10.
**update** activation troubleshoot solved the problem and the OS activated
The shape and size is similar to the Apple MacBook Air which I also own. However this is a plastic case. Not sure how durable it will be but fine for the lightweight use. I checked it on YouTube for streaming 1080p and the frame rate was reasonable. I’ve loaded office 365 which seems to work.

Perfectly fine
Easy to setup, looks the part, more than sufficient for what I need (using Office 365, web browsing, no gaming). Very happy with this. The free welcome gifts (mouse, mouse mat, adaptor, and rucksack) are good quality and appreciated too.

Very pleased with this product for the price. As an entry level laptop the value is extremely good. After a few boots it’s super fast and loads quickly. I love the keyboard cover provided. It feels sturdy, the keyboard is nice. I actually love the logo and think it’s rather beautiful to look at. The screen is not amazing but perfectly good enough and on Netflix etc it’s pretty darn decent. It’s not super bright but again… it’s all about how much you are paying and for most people it’s more than adequate. For this prices it’s outstanding! Obviously not the intended use at this spec but I’ve even managed to get a few retro games going on it to which is a bonus. Hope the company continues and introduces pro models too. I’ve used everything from high spec MacBooks to intel computers for work. For me my equivalent would have been a 400 to 600 pound brand name and I’m glad I didn’t. Save your cash.

My daughter and I are amazed at the laptop download speed when installing programs, quiet, lightweight and easy to set up. After downloading all the Windows updates and surf the web for about 6 hours, I still have 30% of the battery left. Time will tell, but so, far everything seemed to be working and works well for what we need for my daughter’s schoolwork.

Easy set up, fast delivery.. Will update after I get chance to use it a few weeks. Had this over a month now and no issues, it’s a great piece of kit. I’m not tech savvy but it has no problems with what we use it for, we home educate on it, watch movies, play Minecraft etc

I had been looking at a number of laptops to replace my old 2nd one and this stood out. It has 8gb RAM and 128GB eMMC with the possibility of upgrading to 1TB M.2 SSD, looking at this I believe it is the 2242 size SSD as the come in different dimensions. The set up was simple enough and it was up and running in no time at all. It found my wifi straight away and my bluetooth phone. The graphics are crisp and clear with a large enough screen, the first image shows the comparison to a 17″ laptop. This is a sleek and light laptop with a decent battery life, it is powerful enough to play Sims 4 so I would imagine it will handle programs like minecraft. The battery easily lasted the 6 hours with normal use but three hours constantly playing Sims 4, this would be expected due to Sims 4 does take a lot out of a general laptop.
This is a great little laptop with large enough memory, expandable storage and a quad core Celeron CPU, along with IPS monitor giving better viewing angles than normal HD, another selling point for me. A huge value for a bargain price

I got this little lovely machine in Feb 2021. I bought for my son who uses it for his school. He is absolutely delighted with the machine. 4K videoes and all. The design looks pretty robust. The display is at par with any decent laptop. Obviously this machine is not meant for gaming. Within reasonable limits it is fast and responsive.
The only problem I faced is Windows OS. It was not adhereing to Microsoft standards. My husband ( a techie guy ) consulted Jumper Support. They advised that if needed I could reinstall the OS. My husband then reinstalled the OS. After that the machine is as smooth as butter. For a laptop under 300, I am thoroughly impressed.
A minor point I noticed is regarding the BIOS. My husband wanted a BIOS configuration of admin password, no user password and no power on cmos password. For some reason he was not allowed this combo. Again, this is not a question of life and death. I am still going to give five stars.
I take this opportunity to give my feedback to the end users as follows :
1. If you are not a technical person, probably you won’t notice anything wrong with Windows. Go ahead and purchase the laptop.
2. If you are a technically proficient user, probably you would know what to do with Windows. Go ahead and purchase the laptop.
3. If you are in between, you would enjoy tinkering with the machine. Go ahead and purchase the laptop.
Feeback for the manufacturer : Your hardware is par excellence. But hardware expertise is totally different from software and system administration. Please get a software guy to install the operating system. Don’t ask a hardware professional to deal with system installations.
Jumper Technologies also gave me a free bag full of goodies to give them a feedback. That includes the back pack, an ethernet to usb2 adapter, a wireless mouse and a mousepad. That’s really generous.

I bought this to play the Sims as my thirteen year old laptop died. Great little laptop for the money.

Perfect little compact laptop, powerful for the price, partner using it for a degree with the open university. Like most people in the reviews was very sceptical because never heard of the brand. Very similar to Mac book in size and keyboard, come with a rubber keyboard cover. Highly recommend this little laptop! Perfect for on the go as it’s compact and light.

The cover itself fits snuggly and will protect the real keys as well as acting as a dust shield, but I’d have preferred the original keys to be UK. Also, the power connector at the laptop end could “click” in a little tighter, but it does work.

Brilliant Build and Performance for bargain Price
I ordered my laptop for my mum, she needed a laptop to check her emails, online shopping and some work training courses. we looked through amazon and saw the Jumper X3 and the description and reviews matched our needs perfectly so we ordered.
the laptop arrived next day and she set it up on her OWN! which is a big deal because as a person who is not up to date with technology I thought this would have been a bridge too far, but it wasnt.
the build quailty is very nice and is alot higher quality than the price would suggest, connection wise it has all the ports that are needed for a laptop at this price point and also has the added bonus of being able to upgrade the storage capacity if needed.
performance wise the laptop runs fine for what she needs, once I changed the browser and uninstalled some of the standard apps that she doesnt need, it ran perfectly well, set up her emails and showed her how to browser and online shop from amazon she was away.
Overall we are very happy with the purchase, it is good spec for the price and for the same price I believe you would struggle to get better for new.

generally a neat little thing to get. steams videos with only minor hiccups if you load it in too fast, not too small which is great for portability, crisp display, battery on the small side but that an obvious, the laptops thin. might be the best laptop your gonna get for this price

Good picture screen.
Cheap and cheerful, processer fairly fast and expansion bay a good feature. Picture quality very good and sound is reasonable. Battery life lets it down but overall good laptop for price, recommended.

So, probably like a lot of people looking at these reviews right now, I wondered what the h… is a jumper. Never heard of it! The specs look good, the laptop looks good and definately seem to get more out of it then any random notebook laptop we looked at in curry’s. Spoke with members of my family who are in The industry and they said go for it, so we did. Bit of back story, my wife decided to do a degree through open Uni and her old laptop was 8/9 years old, so we didn’t need much in the way of specs for her new laptop but it needed to be smooth, do everything she needed to be able to multi-task aswell and be compact. I am really pleased we went with this, we have had it for about 3 months and it has been great! It has done everything she has needed it to do and we have been surprised at how quick it has been. It also has a very nice feel to it quality wise, makes me think of a windows MacBook Air. My wife also really like the rubber key button cover that comes with it. Battery life is very satisfactory and holds well. All in all, if your looking for the same thing as my wife, I would say definately go for it, we have been very satisfied. After a bit of research Jumper seem to be a very cool little start up that we will definately be considering again in the future.
Works with Minecraf
Bought this for my son for his school work. He somehow managed to mess up the outlook account and while waiting for that to be sorted has installed minecraft with no issue. Guess who will be doing a lot of isolation school work once his outlook account is recovered!?! Funny how he didn’t mess up the Minecraft account. I hate Windows and can’t tell if this is a good Windows product. For me, it is as frustrating as any other Microsoft product I’ve owned. But my son needed a computer for school work (not Minecraft) and this is nice and low cost and minus not having access to office due to aforementioned outlook issues, is up and running nicely.

I am very pleased with this laptop. It was in my price range and had a basic specification. I wasn’t expecting it to fly, but it has managed everything I have thrown at it. It arrived on time its taken me a few days to get used to it but I now like it. The only thing I do not like is it gets quite hot when being used on my lap. Is this unusual? Or do you think it may be faulty?

Exceptional value for money
I bought it for my daughter could finish her school work during the lockdown. I can honestly say that it was worth the price of 250 .This laptop provides 6 hours of battery life a day enough for my daughter to finish her homework and watch videos faster and more smoothly. Very lightweight compared to my previous one. I bought it for kid to use for online learning. The battery life is good ,the memory isn’t high capacity, but it’s enough for daily use.We use it for surfing on the internet,playing games,doing homework and it is going well so far. I have a more powerful acre laptop which is used for my day to day stuff, but I wanted a lighter and simple to use laptop to take on my daily commute.
The laptop needed to have good battery life as would be used for at least 3 hours a day, powerful enough to surf the net and watch some steaming sites, surf amazon etc. I had a budget of 200 and managed to find this one slightly over that, but it looked more powerful than the others I’d seen so I didn’t mind spending the extra.
My first impressions were very good, the design is sleek and clean, the case feels strong and looks great. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of my other one but has Hdmi out and a USB port which I will probably add a hub type device to to improve connections.
The laptop is super light and of a perfect size to do what I need to slip into my rucksack and not really notice it’s in there.
I’ve used it for over a week now downloading a few movies from my subscriptions sites and playing back on the screen without issue and with good quality.
The little unit is powered by an entry level intel processor, which is a quad core and 1.1ghz but can be overclocked more (double I think)- not something I’m fully up to speed on but may take a look to get the most out of it. It has a 128gb hard drive which should be fine for my needs, it longer term you can pick up cheap ssds to increase that size for little money.
Battery wise I’ve not run it fully flat,
But I’m getting well over the 3 hours I needed to get me through the day. I fully expect it to last double if not more than that.
It come preloaded with windows 10 which you set up as you first boot it on, took about 10 mins to set up and it’s linked to my other windows account which means I can save on cloud and download stuff across the two.

I search Amazon find this little laptop had 16th customer review 5 star. so I choose it. this laptop is lightweight and portable, which is convenient for my little boy as he can carry it around wherever . It seems sturdy and hasn’t taken long to set up. It doesn’t have any fans at the bottom so it’s fairly quiet while working. he have been using this laptop for web-browsing, watching films, play games with no issues. Perfect for browsing the internet, using microsoft packages and letting the kids mess around on the various games etc. After long hours working, the battery still have lots left, and good picture quality.
Overall, he is very pleased with this laptop, and it is reasonable price. thanks
