I looked at getting a different Kenwood mixer, with the option to add/connect extra tools. Whist researching I came across this, with a versatile bundle of add on accessories. Really good quality and works very well.

This is my second Kenwood multi one. The first having broken, because I overloaded it.
The plus side, and why I bought it a second time is because it comes with a glass liquidiser. A lemon juicer, mincer, and a processor, all of which I use regularly, all all with the one machine. If you have limited kitchen space which I have it was the only machine that came with all these accessories.
On the minus side, I have dropped and broken the processor twice, and I find the mixing bowl too shallow.

I’m surprised to read so many negative reviews, after having and using this robot for nearly 5 years with no issues. In these years, I’ve used all its functions, made various cakes, breads, whipped cream, minced meat, heck we even made sausages with it (got the sausage tool separately from a 3rd party). I always wash the parts by hand and don’t overload it with ingredients. As the instructions clearly say, you can use it for a maximum of 800gr of dough. That’s actually the only inconvenient for me, wish it had bigger capacity. If you don’t respect its limits, of course it will overheat or have the dough come up. But if you stick with the instructions and take care of it, I don’t see why it shouldn’t last you for years. Not referring to the unlucky scenario where you get a faulty one, of course.
I love this robot and hope it will last us for a little while longer. But, when time comes, unless I can find a similar yet bigger capacity kitchen robot at such a convenient price, I will happily re-order the same model.

Had this kitchen robot since 2017

I have wanted one of these for years and it has lived up to my expectations! It has helped me make amazing cakes, tasty soups and restaurant quality mash potatoes. Definitely worth the Black Friday sale price!

I am in awe of this machine! I’d never used a mixer or food processor before; I’ve always chopped or mixed everything by hand, so I wasn’t sure how I’d get on with it, but felt it would be nice to have some help with the mundane tasks. I chose Kenwood because I knew they were a reliable, long-established company and the MultiOne because it seemed able to do everything I wanted and more!

I received the MultiOne three days ago and already I have made two cakes, two crumbles, minced meat for a pie, chopped onions, sliced carrots, whipped cream and made a huge bowl of coleslaw. It is just so easy to use – The manual is very clear and easy to follow (even for a complete novice) – everything has fitted together and worked perfectly. Some of the interlocking parts (which click into place as a safety feature before the machine will work) need a little practice, but it soon becomes second nature. I’ve hand washed some of the parts I’ve used with no difficulty and put others in the dishwasher. Everything came out sparkling clean. Do be careful when handling the blades/disks though, as these are really sharp. The mincer, which I thought I would not need, has been the real surprise – it is made from really heavy duty metal and made very light work of some cooked meat for a pie – astonishingly quick! The spatula is an added bonus – the best I’ve ever used. No mixture gets left in the bowl anymore!

The only very slight down-side so far is that it is noisy. However, when you only need to use it for a minute or two, it’s easy enough to put up with.

I feel that I can just enjoy cooking now, without getting exhausted and fed up with all the tiresome tasks. I’m already looking forward to trying out the blender to make some soup tomorrow. When I think of all the time I’ve spent over the years chopping, slicing and grating, I wish I’d bought my MultiOne a long time ago!

I have my Kenwood for more then 2 years now. Yes it is multifunctional – I bought as well creaming beater. Is good for to use for soft things – but don’t really want manage with hard butter, with cake for pizza, dumplings or any yeast cake only if its make from 0,5kg of flower – if you want do thing from 1kg of flower it sounds that engine can’t make it. So perfect for making juices for children, even to cut vegetables and potato pancakes – but not for hard job.

Love this machine except for the splatter guard. I’ve replaced 2 as the locking legs keep breaking even though I am not rough with them.

    Over all good product.
can only do 1 batch (equal to one loaf of bread) so if you want to do more, buy the bigger option.
I would absolutely buy the bigger if I had known.
