My daughter had her tablet for Christmas, and unfortunately it did stop charging wouldn’t switch on few weeks after. I contacted beneve customer service they sent out new tablet. So far its working brilliant. Can’t fault it. No questions asked, and it was sent 2 days later. They even messaged to ask if I received it….. thank you beneve. I can now have cup of tea in peace while my 2 year old is watching YouTube

Bought for my sons 3rd birthday. Think he is still slightly young for it but will be perfect when he understands how to use it properly. For now, as long as its set up on something he enjoys (colouring) he will be entertained for a bit.

I bought this pink tablet for my granddaughter for Christmas last year, she is 4 years old unfortunately the tablet screen went faulty, she was distraught as she played with it everyday. Slow and chunky but good for kids. I’ve only used it for my toddler to watch YouTube and it does the job. He can throw it and bite it and I don’t have to worry 🙂

Great product, did exactly what I needed it to do.
I brought this for teaching my son numbers, alphabet and colours during lockdown as he wasnt able to go to nursery. He absolutely loves it.
Slight issues after a couple of months with the screen how ever with very prompt customer service this was sorted the same day the issue occurred.
Very happy with the product, very durable with young children. My son has excelled and learnt alot ready for his return to nursery.

I don’t understand the bad reviews on this tablet. I think it’s a great little tablet for the price and my 2 and half year old loves it. Yeah the screen isn’t that bright but it’s fine does what it’s supposed too. It’s great for the price. Don’t whinge you get what you pay for and it’s great. I love it!

The tablet is easy to use and is a fantastic alternative to forking out a small fortune for a ‘proper tablet’ – just for a young child to break!
We bought one for our daughter’s 5th birthday back in October and she loves it. New games can be added through the Play Store and the biggest winner is being able to have Kids YouTube on it.
Our 2.5 year old daughter is beginning to learn how the tablet works and was constantly asking for mummy or daddy’s phone to watch her own videos. So we bought a second one which arrived today! The set up is easy and quick and she was able to start watching her own videos on her own tablet in about 20 mins once I had linked it up to my Google account.
The tablet we’ve had for 3 months has been dropped numerous times and hasn’t shown any issues and the battery life is great.
Would recommend 100% for a little one’s first tablet 🙂

he tablet is ok, but after a month half of the screen went black & looked like a crack even though the screen wasnt cracked. the battery life is ok, wouldnt last for a long car journey. i would buy something more expensive if you want longer battery life
worth every penny. great for children with an over imaginative brain, great battery life, hasn’t let me down yet. lots of handy bits that stop the kids being able to get off the apps and pay for stuff. works without wifi so no outdoor kick offs!! super durable!! my daughter is obsessed!

Unfortunately this was just a pile of crap. I bought 2, a pink and a blue, and so far after 24 hours the pink one has crashed twice. It won’t turn back on until plugged into the mains. The battery is still at 80%+ so it’s not that. I am returning it.

My 18mth grandson loves this, lots to do on it, seems well protected as he does throw it about. He can’t do everything on it but it’s good learning for today’s future. And I like that it is parent monitored from your phone. And you can set time to limit play.
Battery seems to last quite well as long as games aren’t left running when not in use.
