La consiglio, ne ho tre. Hanno gia prodotto migliaia di caffe’. Unico neo: lenta e macchinosa la procedura di pulizia.
Tras tres aos creo que estoy en posicin de poder recomendar esta cafetera, que ademas de funcionar bien esta demostrando durabilidad, cafs recin molidos hechos al momento de manera rpida y sencilla, casi como un bar en casa, todo un lujo.

En tant que personne non voyante, trs facile d’utilisation. En revanche le bac avec le marc n’est pas facile sortir. Il faut avoir une bonne prhension des doigts.
La cafetera es sencilla de utilizar, ruidosa y una limpieza cada mes y medio, venden unas pastillas en Amazon, en mi caso no entra entera y la parto por la mitad.
Funciona perfectamente desde el primer da y le hemos dado mucha caa.
No da la crema de las cpsulas pero si sale rico y ardiendo, que he ledo comentarios que no sale caliente por ah y no se ha roto nada. Las cpsulas que sacan tanta crema yo soy de los que opinan que llevan algo qumico para que produzcan tanta crema que debe ser poco saludable.

Tenemos esta cafetera desde hace 2 aos y le damos bastante uso ya que somos de hacernos unos 4 cafes diarios mi marido y yo. Tiene diferentes grados de molido y se puede graduar cuanto quieres consumir o graduar la Potencia. La calidad es muy buena aunque depende tambin del caf que compres. Eso si, tiene que ser natural. Hace un poco de ruido al moler pero merece la pena dado el trabajo que ahorrar. Cada x ciclos pide la limpieza que se soluciona con unas pastillas que tienen y un programa. Por ponerle una pega es que hay que vaciar la bandeja de goteo a menudo porque en el proceso se pierde bastante agua. En general la valoracin muy buena y facilita mucho la vida diaria

The print is unreadable to non eagle eyes in the instructions. Yellow masks icons . You don’t get all you need to check water hardness .
It makes good enough coffee when you have mastered some of the buttons . Don’t press the icon for cleaning —- It won’t stop Have yet to master setting up favourite cups A and B . The milk foamier is awkward to use . I should have gone for a bigger model .
Firstly the instructions are terrible. It says you can make a coffee but basically if you like a black coffee you can choose between an espresso ‘or’ half a cup of coffee by running 2 cups. Yes.. 2 cups equals half a cup of coffee. The instructions tell you how to adjust the settings, but it doesn’t demonstrate whether the setting is high or low so it’s very confusing. (Such as water temperature or bean coarseness. Lots of reviews talk about the machine not coping well with oily beans which worries me because most beans are oily. In the instructions it says to avoid dark roasts so if you like a dark roast coffee this might not be the machine for you. In short, if you want to machine just to make espresso then this is a good and expensive way to go about it as it does produce a very nice espresso. However if you want to make an Americano I would avoid this machine.
Seit einigen Jahren begleitet mich nun diese Krups Kaffeemaschine durchs Leben und ich muss sagen ich habe zu keinem Zeitpunkt bereut sie gekauft zu haben.
Im Gegenteil, ich habe im Freundes und Bekanntenkreis davon geschwrmt.
Mein Kollege und ich haben uns diese gert sogar extra frs Bro gekauft, wo sie nun fast 10 Jahre ohne Problem luft. auch innerhalb der Familie wurde sie gekauft und trifft dort ebenfalls auf vollste Zufriedenheit.
Ab und an nach ca 100 Kaffee mal die Reinigung durchfhren und ab und an mal entkalken und das ding luft und luft und luft.
Der Kaffee schmeckt gut, ist hei und man kann sogar Milchaufschumen. das gute ist das es ber den seitlichen Rssel funktioniert, so zieht sich die Maschine also keine milch durch innere Leitungen und es gibt somit keinen lstigen reinigungsaufwand.
Klare Kauf Empfehlung.
I’ve wanted a Krups machine since 2008 when I first came across them, but could never justify the price tag.
I’ve had a couple of Melitta machines since then and found they made fantastic coffee, but were quite loud and a real pain to clean as there was excess coffee grounds inside the machine from every single use.
The Krups machine is more compact, so much quieter, quicker to be available (even though I enabled the flush function which forces water through to clean the machine at start up), it holds more water, more beans and makes a perfect cup.
It uses less beans per cup that the Melitta but produces better espresso. Haven’t done a clean yet, but it looks like a much simpler process than stripping the Melitta which was required (and if you weren’t quick enough the cleaning program would crash out half way).
I haven’t used the steam function, as I’ve got a Lavazza milk frother (highly recommended) which takes about the same time to make frothy milk for a cappuccino as the Krups takes to produce 2 shots of espresso. If you plan to use the steam nozzle, you would be better investing in the Krups milk frother jug than using your own jug (or trying to do it in a cup)
Overall, I love this machine, it is perfect for me, and with the price being below 400 for the first time, it’s worth every penny
For its price, it is a really good coffee maker. You can adjust the grind, the amount of water (with a neat dial that has the ml indicated), and the coffee strength (very basic: you can choose between ‘not so strong’, and ‘strong’). Don’t expect any barista magic with cappuccino, latte and the like. A drawback is that the max usable height for a cup is limited to 10 cm, so you can’t use it for cups or coffee glasses larger than that.
Tras ms de 1 ao con esta cafetera (uso frecuente, 4/8 cafs al da) estamos contentos, en sabor echamos de menos la crema de los torrefactados que no se pueden usar pero el natural es el autntico caf.
El caso es que como se advierte en varios comentarios y es algo que se ve desde el primer da de tenerla: tienes que estar al lado de la mquina mientras se hace el caf porque vibra tanto que las tazas se desplazan en la bandeja y se termina cayendo el caf por fuera.
Para solucionar esto yo he utilizado goma autoadhesiva que he cortado en tiras finitas (espesor 2/3 mm) y con eso ya no se mueven.
Es algo que Krups debera haber pensado o disear la bandejita metlica de otra forma.
Ah lo dejo por si alguien quiere probar el apao. Tambin podis usar lgrimas de silicona que sean planas, silicona en tubo si eres muy habilidoso como para poner unos cordones muy finos en los surcos, etc.

Despus de dos meses usndola, ya puedo dar una valoracin en este breve tiempo que me ha dado, al menos, para hacerme una idea de la cafetera que he comprado.
He de decir que soy cafetero, no puedo vivir sin caf al despertar. Y buscaba una opcin que fuera muy completa, tanto para hacer caf de calidad, lo ms importante para m, como que fuera a su vez sencilla y sin mayor complicacin y prdida de tiempo.
Dicho esto, no puedo estar ms contento. Es muy buena, el caf lo muele a la perfeccin (lo tengo puesto al mximo), y el caf est buensimo (me gusta sin azcar u otros) y an as est muy bueno, cremoso y a la vez muy intenso. Yo ahora utilizo un caf de precio medio para el da a da y me encanta porque no solo es el caf, sino que la cafetera lo haga bien.
La limpieza y dems es super fcil y no te hace perder tiempo.
En definitiva; cafetera perfecta para los que como yo, toman 2-4 cafs al da y le gusta disfrutarlo bien hecho. Recomiendo la compra al 100%.

Llevbamos tiempo pensando en comprar una cafetera automtica, porque hemos tenido Nespresso, Dolce Gusto y alguna otra marca y la verdad a todas les veamos pegas, por precio de las cpsulas, por tener que andar siempre comprando, porque al poco tiempo nos daban problemas de funcionamiento, porque no hacan el caf como queramos…
En fin, viendo las opiniones de este modelo (y porque aprovechamos una oferta, todo hay que decirlo jaja) nos decidimos, y es la mejor compra que hemos hecho en mucho tiempo. Todo el mundo que viene a casa est deseando hacerse un caf por lo cmoda que es. Quizs haya modelos que saquen mejor caf, no lo discuto, pero desde el primer momento vimos que era perfecta para nosotros porque solo tienes que poner agua, caf en grano y pulsar un par de botones!! Una pasada!!
Lleva un depsito donde cae el caf molido que se utiliza, vamos que no tienes que limpiar nada. Yo los echo a las plantas como fertilizante, y me parece mejor opcin que tirar las cpsulas a la basura o buscar un sitio donde reciclen.
Otro punto a favor es el ahorro de tiempo y dinero, porque antes siempre estbamos pidiendo cpsulas o yendo a comprarlas, ahora compramos una bolsa de un kilo y nos dura un montn, adems de que sale ms barato.
Todava no hemos tenido que limpiarla ni descalcificarla, la tenemos desde principio de verano, ms o menos, pero no creo que nos lleve mucho.
En fin, muy contentos con la compra y esperemos que nos dure mucho!
I picked this up at a useful discount from Amazon Warehouse, replacing an earlier version which had given up after several years of use.
The instructions are not great but it’s simple once you’ve used for a day or two. TBH I rarely use the milk steamer but for basic cups of coffee it’s ideal and makes instant or percolated taste horrible in comparison.
The only improvement would be a swappable bean hopper to quickly swap between roasts.
Really great machine and although you can only store 2 pre-set options, it is very easy to use.
I bought my first Krups (EA8050) Bean to Cup machine 3.5 years ago and the new model is noticeably quieter.
After 2 years my first machine started to leak so I contacted Krups and they were brilliant, they picked up, repaired and returned the machine free of charge and it’s still going strong! Great after sales service that I couldn’t fault.
Really happy with my purchase and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

– Nur zwei Strkegrade whlbar
Fazit:
Da ich zu der Gattung Mensch gehre die Morgens eher weniger komplexe Dinge zu Leisten im Stande sind ist dieses Gert wie fr mich gemacht.

The frother nozzle is a downside, easily detached. But you get used to it. A plus when it needs detaching for cleaning.

I have this at work, and I am tempted to take it Home and swap it for the gagini machine at home
Vorweg: Ich habe mir vor 5 Jahren schon einmal diesen Vollautomaten gekauft. Der musste richtig leiden und mehrere Liter Kaffee am Tag raushauen. Zum Schluss leckte sie irgendwo Wasser. Ich habe sie dann auseinandergenommen und konnte den von anderen beschriebenen Schimmel nicht entdecken. Klar waren da einige Kaffeebsel drin verteilt und ich musste sie richtig reinigen, aber in groben und ganzen wrde ich das nach 5 Jahren als normalen Verschmutzungsgrad bezeichnen. Da mir auch noch Khlschrank und Rasenmher kaputt gegangen sind und Kaffee fr mich die oberste Prioritt besitzt, habe ich die Maschine vorerst nicht repariert, sondern mir eine neue gegnnt. Hier hat sich aber ein bisschen was verndert.
ber dem Auffangbehlter des Kaffeeprts, war ein roter Schiebe, den man auch beim Leeren entnehmen musste. Dieser ist jetzt nicht mehr vorhanden. Die Einstellungen fr Wasserhrte, Temperatur und Abschaltzeit sind auch einfacher geworden. Ein Splprogramm (nicht das Reinigungsprogramm) kann auch manuell ausgefhrt werden. Das war frher entweder nicht vorhanden oder ich hab’s einfach nicht geschnallt.
Das Reinigungsprogramm luft auch halbautomatisch durch. Zwischendurch muss man mal das Gef wechseln. Da haben die Entwickler aber nun leider nicht wirklich nachgedacht. Man soll ein Gef von mindestens 0,6 Liter Fassungsvermgen darunterstellen. Das ist mehr als ein Kaffeebecher und lsst sich einfach nicht anstndig unter den Auslass stellen.
Das eigentlich Manko ist, sdas man zwar einen Kaffebecher (nicht Tasse) zwar mit 220ml fast voll bekommt, aber dann hat man nur eine dnne Plre. Man muss also auf 120ml stellen und 2x zubereiten. Das ist fr mich als Einzeltrinker okay, aber wenn man fr mehrere Leute mal schnell Kaffee machen will braucht man Zeit.
Zum Geschmack: Tja…kommt auf den Kaffee an. 🙂 Und eben auf besagte 2x120ml Zubereitung. Ich empfehle Berserker-Kaffee (sollte man aber nicht Herzschwach sein)
Der Prt-Behlter ist wie bei fast allen Vollautomaten schwer bis ins letzte zu reinigen. Unten klebt immer noch Gelumpe rum, was man rauskratzen und aussplen muss. Da sollte man sich mal was schlaueres ausdenken. Gilt aber nicht speziell fr diese Maschine.
EDIT: Aus irgeneinem Grunde klebt der Behlter gegenber dem frhren Modell nicht mehr so zu! Es bleibt kaum Prt haften.
Die neue Maschine ist brigens erheblich leiser beim Mahlen, als der Vorgnger (auch als dieser neu war).
Fr diesen Kurs bekommt man auf jedenfall nichts besseres geboten, wenn man diesen Kapsel oder Pad-Mist nicht will.
Ich hoffe von meiner alten Maschine ein paar Ersatzteile nutzen zu knnen, wenn auch meine neue Maschine mal irgendwann den Geist aufgeben wird.
It’s a lovely machine. That unmistakable smell of coffee beans in the top chamber…. Having owned Krups before, the brand is always reliable for making excellent coffee. Once you understand how it works and refine the concentration of coffee, theres no stopping you. Ease of use is a must. And it delivers perfect coffee each time!!
The only downside is the hot milk arm which is a little tight, inflexible and comes off. Practice after a few days and it’s ok. Overall, its brilliant.
I’ve been using this coffee machine for over a year now and the family makes at least 3-6 cups a day; every day. I’ surprised how well it works.
The only niggles are :
1) when the coffee is ejected into the bucket, some residue coffee falls behind the drip tray on the bottom. So when you empty the drip try you noticed that it doesn’t quite go back in fully. This is an indication you need to clean the back of the spill tray. You need is use a long spoon or brush to get all the coffee out from the back. After a while, though you know what to do and is not really an issue
2) If you using a tall cup or glass e.g. for a latte, then ensure to lower the dispenser otherwise, due to the vibration whilst making coffee the glass falls out making a nice mess. If krupps made the drip tray a little deeper to hold the cup/glass then that would have solved this problem. But once you’ve forgotten this once, you don’t forget again 🙂
Apart from these niggles the machine is really excellent makes espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, americanos perfect each time like a much expensive machine. I like it so much a bought another one for my partner’s place. She’s also very happy with it.

All features are relatively each to get to grips with, Cleaning process is incredibly straight forward. The only issue i have is the drip tray float isn’t great often sticks and can overflow and the stainless steel lid for the drip tray moves around far to easily. But all the other factors make up for these two short comings. At the end of the day it makes a great espresso drink
Pour les saveurs,cela dpend des gots de chacun,nous ne sommes pas puristes donc changeons chaque fois de marques pour avoir diffrentes saveurs,en jouant sur la finesse du moulin aussi.Pour le bruit,c’est acceptable,il faut savoir ce qu’on veut.
J’ai install la machine pas trop loin de l’vier, le bac rcuprateur se remplit assez vite,ainsi que le tmoin pour vider le bac galettes mme s’ il n’ est rempli qu’ moiti.
Difficile de faire un retour en arrire je pense,et ne pas oublier que cette machine est en entre de gamme.
Na een paar weken dit apparaat te hebben gebruikt zeer tevreden. Maakt relatief weinig lawaai, zelfreinigend en lekkere hete koffie waarvan de sterkte goed instelbaar is.
En dat voor die prijs, beter dan de duurdere Philipps waar die voor in de plaats is gekomen.
Excellent bean to coffee maker. Provides super coffee and has all the bells and whistles to make you a qualified barista. Ignore reviews that complain the frothier spout falls off. It comes off so it can be cleaned. Just pop it back firmly and everything is normal. Highly recommended.

El producto lleg bien. En tiempo y sin seales de ser un producto reacondicionado como dicen algunos comentarios.
La puesta en marcha es normal. Hay que dedicar 5 minutitos a leer el apartado de puesta en marcha y sin mayor complicaciones empiezas a hacer tu caf. Su uso posterior es bastante simple.
El caf es correcto. No entiendo mucho de caf, ni soy un sibarita, pero he conseguido que me salga a mi gusto (como el negro del wassap: negro y con cuerpo). He puesto el molinillo en grano fino y con el botn de caf cargado sale bastante bien. Para las primeras pruebas estoy utilizando el caf intenso que venden en amazon (10 euros dos paquetes).
Mi mujer no nota la diferencia con la nespresso….misin cumplida!!.
Pijaditas que me han gustado:
– te permite calentar la leche con el vapor y hace esa espumita.
– si quiero un t…pues tambin me sirve para calentar el agua.
– Puedo utilizar los posos para el huerto (tengo entendido que es un buen abono).
Contras:
– tarda un poco ms que la nespresso en tenerme el caf listo (se toma su tiempo moliendo, calentando el conducto,…). Ponle que 15 segundos ms.
– Hace ms ruido. No es exagerado, pero se nota.
Slo falta saber cuanto nos va a durar sin estropearse. Al paso que vamos consumiendo caf (180 cafs al mes), en tres meses le hemos hecho una prueba de estrs (como dicen los ingenieros).

Absolutely loving this coffee machine. It’s easy to use, easy to clean and very reliable. Great storage for beans at the top and a good size water reservoir that is easy to refill.
Adjustable grinding size, coffee strength and volume. Overall really satisfied with this machine and good value for money.

Le carton extrieur , camoufle parfaitement le carton du produit . Machine facile mettre en oeuvre . Attention aux vidos de mise en oeuvre , qui ne sont pas forcment le reflet du produit ; puisque produit nouveau . Enfin , j’ai retrouv le parfum du caf , lorsque tout jeune nous le moulions manuellement avant de faire le caf . Aucune comparaison avec les machines dosettes . Machine que je recommande fortement pour ceux qui veulent faire le saut : il faudra juste trouver le caf en grains correspondant votre got .

It’s easy to use as far as the black coffee goes. For the cappuccino, I find cleaning the milk steamer after each use a bit tiring so if you like expresso this is it. It’s not heavy and complicated. Makes good expresso.
One should not forget to clean it’s pipes with monthly tablets.

Was uns traurig und unzufrieden macht ist das Werbung und Tatsache nichts miteinander gemeinsam zu tun hat. Als kleines Beispiel die singenden Kartons von Amazon in der Werbung ,ich frage mich ob Sie die Kunden fr Dumm verkaufen wollen oder wie kommt man sonst auf so eine Schwachsinns Idee, so realittsferne Werbung ins ffentliche Fernsehen zu stellen. Ich vermute mal dass Sie noch nichts von der Pisa-Studie gehrt haben . Unsere Kinder und Enkel verblden durch so schwachsinnige Werbung. Wir wrden uns freuen wenn die Werbung sich Gedanken machen wrde wie man Sinnvoll Werbung macht, Werbung die ein Produkt, und die Firma die es herstellt, so darstellt dass man vom Produkt berzeugt wird und, sich nicht verarscht vorkommt, durch so Werbung. Cette machine n’est pas complique utiliser. Il faut veiller mettre uniquement de l’eau froide dans le rservoir qui se situe derrire la machine. Le bac contenant le caf en grains est assez grand, je verse un paquet entier de caf en grains de 250 grammes.
On peut slectionner la mouture de notre choix en tournant une molette l’intrieur du bac.
On peut galement choisir la quantit d’eau pour une tasse.
Sur le ct, il y a un bac pour rcuprer le marc de caf.
Pour le mousseur lait, il faut imprativement utiliser du lait froid. Vous ne pouvez pas refaire mousser le lait tide ou chaud de la tasse en cours.
Niveau bruit, c’est tout fait tolrable : une machine caf qui broie des grains de caf, a fait un peu de bruit mais a me parat logique et a ne dure que quelques secondes.
Au quotidien, elle est trs facile utiliser et son rapport qualit/prix est plus que satisfaisant.
Nous en sommes satisfaits.
My only complaint is that, for the periodic 2 minute cleaning cycles, the machine decides this after I have turned it on and started to make a cup of coffee. It grinds the beans, and before it makes the cup of coffee, the lights flash requiring a 2 minute clean. Once it finishes with the cleaning cycle, it dumps the unused coffee grounds, which is a waste! 🙁

I bought this to replace a pod coffee machine. Easy to set up, very easy to use, makes a good cup of coffee. It stops when finished, unlike my pod machine which had to be watched and stopped manually. Used coffee grounds are collected in a hopper and can be use as garden mulch, so no waste. I love it!

Den Vollautomaten habe ich bereits Anfang 2017 gekauft, er ist also nunmehr ber 2 Jahre im Einsatz. Einzig zu der Cappuccino-Dse kann ich kaum etwas sagen, ich verwende sie einfach nicht.

Die Einstellungsmglichkeiten von Mahlgrad, Temperatur und Kaffeemenge finde ich fr so ein gnstiges Modell super.
Die Einfllung der Bohnen ist wegen des abnehmbaren groen Deckels sehr komfortabel. Da gibt es schlechtere Alternativen.
Die Reinigungsprogramme werden nach einem festen Turnus (alle 300 Tassen ca.) vorgegeben. Zwischendurch kann einfach gesplt werden.
Der Kaffee schmeckt wunderbar und hat ein feine Crema. Darber hinaus ist er sehr gut vertrglich. Bisher hatte ich noch nie Magenschmerzen wegen des Kaffees, bei anderen Vollautomaten und natrlich auch Brhsystemen war das schneller mal der Fall.
Das Gert heizt schnell auf , das ist morgens natrlich ein Segen.
Der Preis ist super und absolut gerechtfertigt, insbesondere, da ber die Zeit noch keine Probleme auftraten.

Ein Sternchen fehlt zur vollen Punktzahl: insbesondere das Abtropffach ist schwer zu reinigen und ich habe jedes Mal Sorge, die filigranen Kunststoffteile zu beschdigen. Der Kaffeesatzbehlter muss nach vorgegebenem Rhythmus entleert werden, ist dann aber nur etwa zur Hlfte voll. Wenn dann Besuch da ist und etwas mehr Kaffee gebraucht wird, kann das nerven.
Der Wassertank und der Bohnenbehlter knnten etwas grer sein.

Bought for my husband for Christmas. I am not a coffee drinker but I do appreciate the smell freshly brewed coffee gives to the kitchen. I am able to make cups no problem, so easy to use. It’s an expensive machine but this was the best deal I found.

This is a very smart looking machine. Easy to use and programme. I got it to move away from the pod system coffee machine I was using to reduce my plastic waste. I can compost the coffee grounds. -) Die Maschine ist so wahnsinnig simpel, selbst der ungeschickteste Mensch wird in Nu in der Materie sein. Trotz der der einfachen Verarbeitung hat das Ding alles was man braucht und das auf einen Blcik. Wie zb: 2 Kaffee auf einmal, Menge einstellen, der Milchsufschumer, Mahlstrke und vor allem die Wartung. Da muss man nix herumsimpeln da alles ganz einfach zugnglich ist – da muss man nicht erst hin und her drehen oder dies und jenes erst entfernen. So geil. Was du nehmen oder tauschen willst nimmst du ganz einfach. Ausserdem sieht man alle Stnde auf einem Blick. Bei meiner (4 mal so tueren) daheim sieht man weder den Kaffees,- noch Wasserstand und wird fast regelmig bse berrascht. Obwohl nicht ntig kommt gerade da meine Lieblingsfunktion der Maschine hervor: Sollte man trotz der freien Sicht trotzdem vergessen auf den Wasserstand zu schauen, stoppt die Maschine natrlich wie jede andere. ABER im Gegensatz zu allen Maschinen die ich hatte bzw. kenne, macht diese weiter wenn man den Tank wieder aufgefllt hat. Ich kenne es nur so, dass die Maschine dann auch den Kaffee abwirft und man dann einen neuen machen muss weil der bereits abgelassene Kaffee bestimmt nicht die richtige Wassemenge hat. Viele kennen das und werden diese Funktion lieben.
Ich knnt noch viele weitere Punkte nennen aber noch mehr Honig wre dann zu s. Ich trinke Leidenschaftlich Kaffee und habe schon einige Maschinen gehabt und kann daher eine absolut klare Kaufempfehlung da lassen. Selbst fr den doppelten Preis wre ich gewiss nicht enttuscht. Sie ist schlicht aber wer nicht 10 verschiedene Kaffees machen will, knnte sich nichts besseres wnschen.
Only negative would be the machine doesn’t tell you when the beans are empty, but it’s pretty obvious.

I decided to use the filters in the water reservoir (need replacing after a couple of months or after so many cups) these do extend the life of the machine for quite a few years especially where I live where the water is really hard!
A couple of settings on the machine for strength of coffee that you can program into it via the digital part of the machine but designed to be set once really, but then still get them choice of double strength or single via the start buttons.
Easy to set up two cups on the tray and a quick double press of the start button runs the cycle twice to make things easier.
The reserves are quite big as well so you get a fair amount of coffee before having to refil the beans or water.
This is a fantastic bean-to-cup machine that delivers a great cup of coffee in next to no time! The adjustable dial on the front makes it easy to control the amount of liquid in your coffee; a bit of trial and error was needed for me at the start, but I soon got the hang of it. It’s also really easy to adjust the strength of the coffee from the clear controls on the front.
The steam pipe is a great way to froth up coffee or even heat things up in a flash, while the capacious bean holder at the top holds plenty of coffee beans to keep you going for weeks.
I also love the stylish design of this machine. I was a bit worried at first it would be a bit bulky, and while you definitely notice it in the kitchen, that isn’t a bad thing thanks to its sleek and sophisticated look. The drip tray on the base also means it’s easy to keep things clean in the kitchen – particularly handy when you’re making a quick coffee to go!
Finally, I really appreciate how easy the machine is to clean and maintain. The water dispenser is easy to attach and remove on a whim, so even if you do run out of water mid-coffee, there’s no need for drama! The compartments for the used coffee grounds simply pull out and can be tapped empty, then just run under the tap to wash – simple!

En mi opinin es el sistema definivo, ms limpio, ms barato y ms agadable, es un poco ruidoso al moler pero el ruido dura 10 segudos.
Las hay ms caras con ms opciones (como armar el caf con la leche y todo) esta es ms manual uno tiene que espumar la leche, pero en mi caso no justifico la diferencia de precio.
Tena un poco de miedo porque la boquilla para espumar el caf parece frgil pero no lo es. Adems he visto videos en internet de esta mquina y modelos similares de Krups y todas son iguales por dentro (o muy parecidas) el final es la misms mecnica con algo ms de pinta o funcionalidad y parece muy fcil de reparar.
Hasta ahora muy contento, todos los das me hago un buen caf y el aroma del caf recin molido realmente me alegra la maana.
I’ve been using this bean to cup coffee maker for ages, and I’ve only just gotten around to reviewing it. It’s just great…
Put in some water, add some beans. Play about with the dials and over time you come up with delicious hot coffee everytime. The machine itself is dead easy to use, the hardest thing is getting some beans that suit your taste. The reason it gets 4 stars is that it doesn’t have and integrated milk frother, you have to do all of this by hand yourself (there is an optional external milk frother you can buy, but I haven’t bothered). There is very little maintenance and at the very least you don’t end up with pods that need to be disposed of, the coffee grounds are relatively dry and easy to dispose of in your recycling bin.

Sie ist auch nicht die schnellste und braucht etwas ber eine Minute zum Brhen einer normalen Tasse Kaffee, aber das gehrt zum Genu. Bei mehreren Gsten kann die Kaffeebereitung aber schon dauern.
Was uns nicht gefllt: der Milchschaum gelingt nur mig und mit groen Blasen. Auch ist die Heiwasserfunktion nicht vorhanden bzw. soll man das Wasser mithilfe der Dampfdse erhitzen, was fr einen guten Tee leider nicht ausreicht und zu umstndlich ist.
Vorbildlich sind die Reinigungsfunktionen. Wir fhren z.B. jeden Abend eine einfache Reinigung per Tastendruck durch, bei der schon einiges ausgesplt wird. Dann haben wir uns auch die Wasserfilter zugelegt und konnten dadurch den Hrtegrad auf 0 setzen, was den Kaffee aber auch noch schmackhafter macht. Allerdings ist das Einstellen nicht so ganz einfach, weil die Anzeige tief in der Maschine sitzt und nur schwer zu erkennen ist, vor allem fr Brillentrger. Die groe Reinigung mit Tablette dauert etwa 14 Minuten, reinigt aber auch grndlich. Entkalken muten wir noch nicht.
Noch zwei kleine Nachteile: groe Capuccino-Becher passen nicht unter den Ausla und der Prtt-Behlter will schon manchmal ausgeleert werden, wenn er noch nicht einmal ein Drittel voll ist.
Die Bedienungsanleitung ist verstndlich und die Verarbeitungs- und Materialqualtitt sind sehr gut.
Noch ein kleiner Vergleich zur De’Longhi:
Die Krups ist preiswerter und macht einen sehr guten, heien Kaffee, ist kompakter und hat auch eine kleinere Grundflche und Hhe und ist auch besser zu reinigen.
Die De’Longhi kann zustzlich direkt heies Wasser produzieren, die Dampffunktion ist aber auch nicht besser. Sie ist voluminser, aber dafr passen hohe Glser unter den Ausla. Allerdings war uns der Kaffee nie richtig hei genug und auch die Crema war nicht so gut. Es gibt kein Extra-Reinigungsprogramm und auch keine Splfunktion, was sich nach Jahren durch immer mehr Entkalkunganforderungen und Zusetzen mit Prtt im Maschineninneren bemerkbar machte.
Natrlich kann man nach einem Monat kein Urteil ber die Langlebigkeit der Krups abgeben, aber falls es was zu erzhlen gibt, werde ich das hier spter ergnzen.
Noch einen Tip fr Milchschaumfans: Holt euch lieber einen richtigen Milchaufschumer. Wir haben seit drei Jahren einen Clatronic fr 40 Euro: der macht tollen Milchschaum und ist wesentlich einfacher zu reinigen.
Update nach 4 Monaten (Nov.2018): Maschine luft immer noch rund und macht sehr guten Kaffee! Ich lasse sie aber auch mit Filterkartuschen laufen und wenn sie es anzeigt, fhre ich die Reinigung mit Tabs durch (es tun aber auch wesentlich gnstigere Tabs ihren Dienst auer den Originalen!). Im Vergleich zur DeLonghi ist sie einfacher zu handhaben. Preis/Leistung: TOP!
Update 11.04.2020: Maschine luft weiterhin zuverlssig! Ich nutze allerdings whrend der gesamten Laufzeit auch das Claris-Filtersystem! Kostet zwar, aber eine Entkalkung war bisher nicht ntig. Einzig die Reinigungsanforderungen scheinen in letzter Zeit fter zu kommen. Ich nutze aber no-name-Tabletten und no-name-Filter und trotzdem luft die Maschine dann anstandslos! Bisher alsovollkommen zufriedenstellend!

Krups…can’t go wrong really.
Build quality, as you’d expect is excellent. Still lots of plastic but all the important components seem robust.
On start-up make sure the one flimsy sheet of paper that covers “First Use” doesn’t float away to the bottom of the box. If you do you’ll read the instructions then wonder why you’re diving to put towels down to soak up all the water it’s spewed all over the work surface as it does its automatic initial purge.
In terms of choice of coffee strengths and types here are the key factors:
– one knob on the front of the machine covers volume from 20 to 200ml of coffee output
– two buttons on the front control the output strength
– and one hidden knob inside the grinder controls how finely the coffee is ground (the finer, the stronger)
So it takes a bi of playing about with the get a coffee the volume and strength that you enjoy. I like mugs of coffee and a normal sized mug needs the maximum volume, although still well shy of a full mug, leaves plenty of room for milk or cream.
Talking of milk, let’s go full Barista! Making the steaming hot milk is a bit awkward. If you only need a small amount of milk, it can be a bit problematic as the steam nozzle is a little fiddly, comes off easily (for cleaning) and doesn’t go near close enough to the bottom of a standard Pyrex jug to be properly effective. If you’re going for a full latte or cappuccino though, no problem! Lots of milk steamed well, plenty of lovely froth and pour in your desired coffee measure. Again, plenty of trial and error required, but you will get there. One word of warning though, when using the steamer it dumps excess steam/condensate into the drip tray from the back and you don’t notice it until you have an alarm sounding, water flowing on the worktop (again) and the shock of your life when, after emptying the drip tray, cleaned the worktop and slotted the drip tray back in it recommences pumping hot coffee from the nozzles without warning. Get that cup ready or turn if off if you have to do this.
Just like in real coffee shops, it’s not instant…but if that’s what you wanted you wouldn’t have bought the machine.
Comparisons… wellI can only compare it with a Tassimo machine. We have similar issues in terms of volume, but this machine does stand miles ahead of that in terms of experience and choice. You get whatever coffee beans you like.
The only slight disappointment with the output from this machine is that the coffee isn’t particularly hot, but then again, you can always make a small strong measure and dilute with boiling water per a standard Barista Americano method.
Overall, in terms of value for money I’m not convinced that the build quality justifies the price tag. However, the quality of the coffee is without question and the grinder is probably the quietest I’ve come across in the bean to cup machines I’ve come across.
Overall 4 stars. A bit more design thought, maybe a few more quality materials and clearer instructions would have brought the fifth, but the coffee is goooooood.
I love bean to cup, as I love selecting special beans to enjoy from around the world and am delighted-The programs run smoothly and the coffee is smooth. It is also relatively easy to clean compared to what I am used to, so full marks for ease of use all round.
Some people get a bit sniffy about bean to cup machines but for home use, they are very convenient removing the mess of grinding, tamping and cleaning ground coffee while still delivering a hot tasty cup with a thick crema on top. It is supplied with clear instructions and two cleaning tablets to start you off but no coffee bean sample which is not really surprising. You do get a redemption code for a free 250g standard bag of coffee from Pact Coffee when you register though although this is a subscription service that you will need to cancel if you do not want to carry on. Note there is also a recipe PDF attached to this listing under the Technical Specs to give you some more ideas on using the machine.
The machine came in a big box but the footprint was not much greater than my Dualit 3-in-1 Espressivo Coffee Machine and fits nicely on my worktop. It is straightforward to set up and is filled with a 1.7-liter water reservoir which is easy to remove despite being at the back of the machine via the clever hinged handle at the top and is clear so that you can see when it is getting low. Coffee is loaded as beans only and it is able to take a standard 227g bag of coffee in the hopper at the top which is good for about 10 cups.
It is easy to use and heats up very quickly, you just set the cup size on the manual dial, the coffee strength and you are good to go. In fact, it works so well I question the need for the digital version. The coffee is ground as required with three different grades selectable with the finest producing the strongest coffee. The coffee beans I used were only Tesco’s own but the coffee was tasty and strong enough on its maximum setting with a nice thick crema and a good temperature although it is still worth heating the cup first. The waste coffee is pressed dry and dispensed in a bin on the side and a warning light illuminates when it is full.
The machine will warn you when it needs cleaning and this is achieved by placing a tablet in a dedicated slot and running the cleaning cycle. There is also a milk steamer that is powerful and also heats up quickly if a little difficult to locate for taller milk jugs. Overall the machine has a real feeling of quality and feels like it will last a long time and this is backed by the two-year guarantee as well as the commitment to being able to repair a product for up to 10 years throughout Europe.
This is a well made and designed machine that makes a great cup of coffee. It just seems a little expensive compared with some of the alternatives.
The machine is fairly compact at about 9 inches (23cm) wide x 12 inches (30cm) deep, so it will sit quite comfortably on the work top. The finish is black and silver, with an improvement over some of the earlier models which showed some screws on the front which looked a little unsightly. The controls are all manual — push buttons and a rotary dial — which to me gives a far more pleasant look than LED versions.
Using the controls is straightforward, and the instructions are easy to follow. On the top are a 250g bean container and 1.7 litre water reservoir, and all controls are on the front. Operating the machine is easy, with the various buttons controlling water temperature, coffee grinding fineness, volume (20ml up to 220ml). The steam tube at the side is a useful feature for heating up and frothing the milk. I like this as it avoids using cold milk which cools the coffee down too much.
Overall, the machine will produce a great quality cup of coffee with very little fuss. However, it is slower, noisier and more costly than an instant coffee using a good quality wholebean instant blend (such as a Kenco Millicano) so it’s more suited to occasions where time and patience is available.

It looks cool, and boy does it deliver a lovely cup of coffee.
Out of the box I was concerned that I was getting something unwieldy that I was going to struggle to fit into the kitchen. However, with a footprint of about 9 inches wide and 11 inches deep it does not take up a lot more space than the average Nespresso or Dulce Gusto machine and should fit comfortably on the side in all but the smallest of kitchens.
My other main concern was that this was all going to be rather complicated, but in fact I had it up and running very quickly. There is a compartment on top for coffee beans, which you fill and which does for quite a few cups of coffee before it needs refilling. Ditto the waste compartment. The machine compresses the used grounds into circular discs which then accumulate and it takes quite a time to fill. Operation is simple. Once the unit has warmed up you press the appropriate button depending whether you want an expresso. It takes about 50 seconds to dispense a reasonable quantity and then another 15 seconds before it is ready to go again. The frothing attachment for milk is really effective and quite important, not only because it’s nice to have froth on top of coffee but also because using cold milk cools down the coffee too much.
We used inexpensive Colombian coffee beans sourced from Aldi and the results were excellent as the Krups produced a delicious cup of coffee comparable with what you would pay a lot of money for at a coffee shop. Obviously the results will depend on the kind of beans you choose to use and we are looking forward to experimenting. My initial impression is that using the coffee beans we chose, it’s significantly cheaper per cup than the capsules at approximately half the price.
The other aspect I really like is that the machine tells you when it needs cleaning or treating for calcium build up with a visual display. It’s really easy to flush through too which is recommended if you have not used it for a few days. It makes a certain amount of noise but this is inevitable given that it is grinding coffee beans!
Overall I loved this machine. It’s not cheap but you get what you pay for. One point worth noting is that at the time of writing the digital version of this machine is on offer and cheaper on Amazon than the manual version which I tested, despite having a significantly higher RRP.
Not the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive espresso machine but a nice compromise. Compact and, with good beans, makes a fine coffee. I’ve not found the steam wand much use but I usually drink espresso so not a problem. I’ve got a separate milk frothier/warmer for when someone wants a cappuccino or latte. Had mine for a couple years and wouldn’t want to change it.

Lieferung und Verpackung alles Tip-Top, keine Beanspruchung. Instandsetzung ist auch sehr einfach und verstndlich, sollte fr jedem verstndlich sein.
Einstellmglichkeiten:
– Es gibt in dem Bohnen-Speicher eine Einstellung mit drei Stufen fr die Mahlstrke (grob bis fein). Mit dieser Einstellung soll laut Anleitung die Strke und wie schaumig der Kaffee wird beeinflusst. Geringe Vernderung sind laut meiner Frau auch bemerkbar.
– Eine weiter Einstellmglichkeit bzgl. der Strke findet sich vorne an den Bedienelementen. Hier hat man die Auswahl zwischen Stark oder Schwach, wird von Gsten immer gerne mit, volle Tasse halbvolle Tasse verwechselt, wegen dem Symbol. Hier merkt man auf jeden Fall einen starken Unterschied zwischen beim Geschmack.
– Ansonsten hat man noch die Mglichkeit die Menge in mL einzustellen, somit hat man auch die Mglichkeit einen Espresso zuzubereiten. Allerdings ist es kein echter Espresso, halt nur viel Kaffee auf wenig mL.
Reinigung und Entkalkung habe ich beides schon einmal durchgefhrt, habe mir leider nicht gemerkt nach wie vielen Zyklen (dauert aber schon etwas, also alles im Rahmen), beides ist mit Hilfe der Anleitung ohne Problem durchzufhren. Nimmt schon etwas Zeit in Anspruch, aber ne gute Reinigung dauert halt.
Leider funktioniert der Aufschumer nicht immer optimal und nach einiger Zeit gar nicht mehr, wir haben uns dann einfach einen neuen Aufsatz besorgt und dann hat es auch wieder einwandfrei funktioniert. Zum Reinigen hatten wir den Prozess immer mit Wasser wiederholt, evtl. ist er davon kaputt gegangen. Den neuen Aufsatz Splen wir nur kurz unter Wasser ab.
Alles in allem ist die Maschine sehr zu empfehle
Wonderful easy to use machine. Put the coffee beans in the top dispenser, water in the tank and press the button. It couldn’t be simpler.
Dabei war ich mir bis zuletzt eigentlich nicht sicher ob es Diese Krupps EA 8105 werden sollt oder doch eine De Longhi.
Nun bin ich mit meiner Enscheidung sehr zufrieden.
Los gings mit dem Auspacken nach der Lieferung.
Die kaffemaschiene erklrt sich eigentlich zu 90 % von selbst. Aber trotzdem ist es geraten vor dem ersten Gebrauch die Gebrauchsanweisung , oder wenigsten die Schnellanleitung genau zu studieren. Sonst geht es wie bei mir und beim ersten Wasserdurchlauf luft die Hlfte des Wasser durch die Aufschumdse auf den Boden. Dann ist eigentlich nur Schnelligkeit gefragt, aber dies ist natrlich mein eigener Fehler gewesen.
Nach diesem kleinen fiasko gings dann direkt los mit der Kaffeezubereitung. Abgesehen vom nicht so guten Kaffee (Lavazza Cafe Crema) mu ich sagen die Maschiene luft absolut hervorragend. Auch mit den richtigen Kaffebohnen kommt ein wirklich guter Kaffe heraus. Vor allem auch noch fr den Preis fr um die 245 Euro. Sie ist seit dem ersten Tag im Dauergebrauch und ich mu sagen ich bin total zufrieden mit meiner Krups.
Die Vorteile:
Sie erklrt sich fast von alleine. Die Kaffemenge ist immer genau die gleiche, die eingestellt war. Konnte ich von meiner alten Maschiene nicht behaupten. Der Wasserbehlter sowie der Kaffeebehlter ist eigentlich auch gro genug bemessen. Auch das Design ist sehr gelungen. Sie ist auch nicht zu laut (selbst beim mahlen) und heizt sehr schnell auf.
Die Nachteile:
Das Ablaufbecken fr das Restwasser ist definitiv zu klein dimensioniert. Die Abdeckung des Ablaufbeckens ist viel zu scharfkantig. Ich hab mich schon das erstemal damit aufgeritzt. Ich hab rezensionen gelesen mit dem vorschlag die kanten selber mit nem wetzstein zu brechen. Dazu gibts nur zu sagen bei einem kaffeeautomaten kann ich ja wohl erwarten dass ich nicht erst nacharbeiten mu. Ich kauf ja auch kein auto das ich erst mal generalberholen mu. Das Einstellrad fr den Mahlgrad sitzt zu locker und die Milchaufschumdse ist eigentlich berflssig, da damit alles aber kein richtiger milchschaum gelingt.
Als Fazit mu ich aber sagen.
Das ist schon meckern auf hohem Niveau, denn das Preis- Leistungsverhltnis ist absolut hervorragend.
Jetzt hoff ich eigentlich nur noch auf eine lange Lebensdauer der Maschiene.
Anmerkung nach zwei wochen: der erfinder des wasserbehltergriffes war entweder im rausch oder er wollte einen designpreis gewinnen. Das wre mit sicherheit auch einfacher und praktischer gegangen als wie mit einem zweiteiligen griff der beim wassernachfllen von selbst wieder zufllt.

Ruidosa? Quiz algo ms que la mquina de cpsulas que tena antes, pero lo contemplo como algo normal. Al fin y al cabo, los granos de caf se tienen que moler.
No le doy 5 estrellas, porque para m 5 estrellas equivale a la perfeccin. Y perfecta no es. Sin embargo, por este precio est MUY BIEN. (Para una mquina de caf perfecta, hay que gastarse mucho ms dinero. Es as.)
La principal ventaja (para m) frente a la de cpsulas que tena antes: no genero tanta basura.
Segunda ventaja: Fijaos cunto cuesta una caja de 10 cpsulas y comparadlo con lo que cuesta un kilo de caf en grano… Segn mis clculos, las cpsulas son un 90% ms caras… Ah queda eso.
Por cierto: junto con la cafetera, recib un pack de “4 meses de caf gratis” patrocinado por BONKA. Me pareci un gran detalle. Ver ltima foto.
NB:
He medido el ruido de la mquina con una app… No pasa de los 60db, con lo que es un ruido moderado.
En cuanto al rendimiento: con 500 gr de caf en grano he podido hacer 65 cafs. De tal modo, es mucho ms econmico que las cpsulas.
Zunchst die Gre. Die Maschine ist wirklich sehr kompakt, auch in die Tiefe. Viele Vollautomaten sind zwar durchaus weniger als 30 cm breit, ragen dann aber sehr weit nach hinten hinaus. Die Krups-Maschine findet auch in meiner kleinen Wohnung Platz.
Die erste Inbetriebnahme ist sehr einfach, die Maschine sollte zweimal durchgesplt werden, dann kann es auch schon losgehen.
Wichtigste Frage: Wie schmeckt der Kaffee (bzw. der Espresso, Filterkaffee kann diese Maschine nicht herstellen. Wer also wirklich Kaffee und keinen verlngerten Espresso/Caf Crema/Americano trinken will, ist mit einer Filterkaffeemaschine besser bedient). Nach einigen Einstellungsvernderungen kann ich sagen: sehr gut. Zunchst steht und fllt die ganze Sache mit der Bohne. Wer schlechten Espresso kauft, bekommt auch schlechten Espresso aus der Maschine heraus. Ich habe fr den Erstversuch sehr teuren Espresso bei einem lokalen Kaffeerster gekauft, bei dem ich regelmig Kaffee trinke. Ich habe mittlerweile den Mahlgrad auf fein gestellt, da die Kontaktzeit bzw. die Extraktionsdauer bei Vollautomaten relativ gering ist und eine zu grobe Mahlung daher nicht gut geeignet ist, da sie zu einem schwachen, faden Kaffee fhrt. Zudem benutze ich die Taste fr “starken Kaffee” und bekomme damit ein Ergebnis, das geschmacklich an die Kaffeegetrnke herankommt, die ich vom Kaffeerster gewohnt bin. Natrlich ist ein einfacher Vollautomat fr Zuhause niemals eine auch nur annhernde Konkurrenz fr eine professionelle Siebtrgermaschine, aber wer den Reinigungsaufwand und den finanziellen Aufwand fr eine gute Siebtrgermaschine scheut, der bekommt hier dennoch passable Ergebnisse.
Was mich berrascht hat ist die Dampfdse. Auch wenn sie in der Handhabe etwas umstndlich ist, da sie sehr kurz ist und sich nicht frei in alle Richtungen bewegen lsst (so ist die Verwendung von greren Gefen zum Milchaufschumen ziemlich unmglich), lsst sich das Ergebnis durchaus sehen. Dabei ist jedoch zu beachten, dass das Aufschumen von Milch ein gewisses Ma an bung bedarf. Ich habe zwei jhre lang als Barista gearbeitet und habe mit diesem kleinen Aufschumer passable Ergebnisse erzielt. Wichtig ist, dass man sich eine entsprechende kleine Milchkanne zulegt. Diese bis zur Hlfte mit Milch fllen (in der Regeln sind diese Kannen so konzipiert, dass der Ausguss genau bei der Hlfte beginnt). Die Dampfdse dann so in Kanne halten, dass diese gerade so in die Milch reicht. Wenn man nun die Dampftaste bedienst, sollte es ein britzelndes oder zischendes Gerusch ergeben. Nun wartet man, bis sich das Volumen der Milch um 50% vergrert hat (nicht verdoppelt). Wenn dies der Fall ist, die Dse etwas tiefer einfhren, sodass die Milch zwar weiterhin erwrmt, die Schaumdecke aber nicht mehr aufreien kann. Dies macht man so lange, bis man die Hand nicht mehr lnger als drei Sekunden auf die warme Kanne legen kann. Dann den Dampfhahn abschalten, die Dse herausziehen und die Kanne zwei, drei mal auf einen festen Untergrund schlagen, um eventuelle Luftblasen im Schaum zum Platzen zu bringen. Wichtig: Guter Milchschaum ist nicht fest wie Beton oder Eischnee, sondern cremig-milchig. Mit ein wenig bung kann man diesen Effekt auch mit dieser kleinen Maschine durchaus erreichen. Allerdings frage ich mich, wie lange die Dse funktionieren wird. Man kann diese an mehreren Stellen abbauen, was die Reinigung erleichtert, aber mittelfristig auch zu Undichtungen fhren knnte. Das werde ich weiter beobachten.
Reinigen musste ich die Maschine bisher nicht, dies scheint mir aber nicht besonders aufwendig zu sein. Zwei Reinigungstabletten sind mitgeliefert worden, weitere kann man Nachkaufen. Das Entkalken drfte wie bei Wasserkocher und Co kein groes Problem sein, da tun es auch handelsbliche Entkalker oder Zitronensure (Essig eher weniger, da dieser mittelfristig die Dichtungen eingreifen knnte). Einen Filter im Wassertank benutze ich nicht, obwohl das Trinkwasser heir eher kalkhaltig ist. Erstens sind die Filter relativ teuer (und die gnstigen verlieren gerne mal ihren Inhalt, wie man hier bei amazon nachlesen kann) und zweitens lsst sich eine Verkalkung des Wassertanks auch dadurch vermeiden, dass man das Wasser tglich wechselt (oder viel Kaffee trinkt).
Was fr mich abschlieend noch ein Vorteil war, ist die fest verbaute Brhgruppe. Im Vollautomaten meiner Eltern muss die Brhgruppe regelmig ausgebaut und gereinigt werden. Das ist relativ umstndlich, zeitaufwendig und eine ziemliche Sauerei, weil das Ding beim weg zum Splbecken relativ viel tropft. Bei der Krups erbrigt sich all dies — dort fhrt bereits angesprochene Tablette den Reinigungsprozess durch. Mein Vater bemngelte da den Einsatz von Chemie in einem Gert, mit dem Getrnke hergestellt werden, ich dagegen verteuere darauf, dass die Tablette das Gert dann auch wirklich reinigt, whrend es bei einer hndischen Reinigung der Brhgruppe sehr stark darauf ankommt, wie sorgsam man das macht. Bei der Krups bleibt zustzlich die Entleerung des Kaffeeauffangbehlters, dies ist aber nun wirklich sehr einfach und ohne Sauerei durchzufhren. Wer die Maschine wenig benutzt, sollte dies jedoch tun, bevor die Anzeige dazu auffordert, um Schimmelbildung zu vermeiden.
Zusammengefasst erhlt man mit der Krups EA8101 eine Maschine, die guten Espresso und zufriedenstellenden Milchschaum herstellt, wenig Geld kostet und wenig Platz einnimmt. Die Funktionen sind berschaubar, es gibt kein Display und keinen Touchscreen, dennoch (oder gerade deswegen?) ist die Bedienung sehr intuitiv. Fr Gelegenheitstrinker im Privathaushalt ist diese Maschine erstens geeignet. Fr eine groe Brogemeinschaft empfiehlt sich dagegen wahrscheinlich ein greres Gert.

The safety device for the steamer is a bit rubbish & it will pop the nozzle off without hesitation – make sure both the male & female parts of the nozzle are bone dry when you put them together & it seems to do the trick.
As I said I’ve had it about a year – but I still don’t have a clue what the two top right hand buttons are for (one shows an empty cup & the other a full one) !! I got a friend from MENSA to help with the instructions but even he couldn’t figure out the two buttons.
I bought mine down here in Portugal – Amazon stopped the free deliveries down here so it worked out cheaper locally.

What a super machine! I never realised how great home made coffee could be. Expensive but boy oh boy! Well worth it.
Ich habe lange Rezensionen von Kaffeeautomaten studiert und verglichen und habe mich dann fr dieses Gert entschieden. Einerseits weil mich das Design sehr angesprochen hat, schliesslich steht die Maschine gut sichtbar in einer neuen modernen Kche, anderseits, da sie ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhltnis bietet. Bis jetzt tut sie ihren Dienst wie erwartet und erwnscht. Wie sie sich im Langzeitgebrauch macht, wird sich zeigen.

Update nach 8 Monaten: die Maschine tut nach rund 570 Kaffee Bezgen immer noch ihren Dienst zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. einzig, dass sie bis jetzt noch nie entkalkt werden musste (eingestellt ist der hrteste Wassergrad), verwundert mich sehr. den Wasserbehlter, wie auch andere Gerte im Haushalt wie Wasserkocher oder Armaturen, muss ich alle zwei Wochen von einer Kalkschicht befreien.
Operating the machine is quite easy, and even though it is not a full metal construction, it does have a quality feel to it. When turning it on for the first time in the morning it takes around 20-30 seconds to heat up before you can make your first cup.
It makes a really nice espresso provided the beans are of good quality and that temperature is configured to your taste. I like a traditional espresso from Italian or French roast beans and I find this machine is quite good at it. I can also make nice latte for my daughter by frothing lots of milk in a separate frothing jug and by making only a half shot (another sip for me!)
Overall it is a nice little machine with some limitations and there is hope that it will last given the required maintenance tasks are carried out as the machine requests them.
You have many opions here, fine to course coffee, small amount or large amount of coffee. Strong or weak. The steamer is good and yes, you need a jug to froth in, not straight into cup. Up to now happy with it.
Ein bis dato sporadischer Kaffeetrinker, der mit einer italienischen Caffettiera ber Jahre prinzipiell zufrieden war und allenfalls 1-2 Mal wchentlich auf diese Weise huslich “Espresso” fabrizierte. Fr Connaisseure also eher der Typ Anfnger/ Einsteiger. Zur besseren Einordnung kann man sich also jemanden vorstellen, der von einem japanischen Kleinwagen in die deutsche Kompaktklasse einsteigt und nur punktuell mal eine obere Mittelklasse oder einen Sportwagen fhrt.
1. Wie man sich bekannt macht
Auspacken mehrerer Kartonschichten, aufstellen, erstes Durchsplen funktioniert auch ohne die Bedienungsanleitung studiert zu haben. Die ist brigens nur bebildert und fr den Vernunftmenschen, der solche Anleitungen tatschlich liest, bevor irgendwas gemacht wird, eher beunruhigend. Aber selbst die rationale Vernunft wird durch die klare, puristische sthetik des ueren euphorisch gestimmt. Wasser und Bohnen lassen sich bequem einfllen. Hier gilt jedoch zu bedenken, was schon meine Vor-Rezensenten kritisch anmerkten: Viel Handlungsspielraum nach oben (der Wasserbehlter befindet sich an der Rckseite der Maschine und muss senkrecht nach oben entnommen und wieder befllt eingesetzt werden) und zur Seite (links befindet sich der Auffangbehlter fr den Kaffeekuchen) muss vor der Anschaffung und Platzierung in der Kche kalkuliert werden. Zur besseren Orientierung: Bei uns steht das Gert auf der Kchenarbeitsplatte in einer Ecke, die Wandschrnke sind in blicher Hhe darber montiert – man kann problemlos alle Behlter erreichen, befllen und die Maschine reinigen.
2. Was tun, damit was passiert
Ein Pluspunkt ist die intuitive Bedienung, es gibt nur wenige mit leicht verstndlichen Symbolen versehene Knpfe. Der Kaffeeauslauf ist hhenverstellbar, so dass man auch groe Kaffeebecher (Volumen ber 450 ml) bequem auf der Tropfschale platzieren kann. Die in mehreren Rezensionen kritisierte Milchdse lsst sich leicht bedienen. Dadurch, dass sie schwenkbar ist, kann man das Metallrhrchen auch leicht in groe Tassen bugsieren und diese dann auch auf dem Metallrost abstellen. Kleinere Tassen muss man manuell unter der Aufschumdse bewegen. Praktisch ist auch die Reinigung, da sich das Rhrchen leicht abziehen und unter flieendem Wasser, ggf. unter Einsatz der beigefgten Nadel, schnell reinigen lsst. Damit lsst sich sehr cremiger und voluminser Schaum erzeugen, vorausgesetzt man verwendet gekhlte Vollmilch. Die Strke des Kaffees und Menge des Tasseninhalts lassen sich leicht in jeweils zwei Varianten mittels der Tasten einstellen. Die Maschine heizt nach dem Anschalten innerhalb von 30 Sekunden auf, so dass die Aufschumfunktion und das eher geruschsarme Produzieren von Kaffee schnell verfgbar sind. brigens schaltet sich das Gert nach einiger Zeit auch von selbst ab, falls man dies versumt haben sollte.
3. Was unten rauskommt
Hngt natrlich von der Qualitt dessen ab, was man oben reinfllt. Angenommen, dass hier nicht gespart (Molinari Bio Espresso 100 % Arabica aus fairem Handel) wurde, darf man aromatisch duftenden, fr die Ansprche des Rezensenten sehr wohlschmeckenden Espresso, Milchkaffee, Latte Macchiato erwarten. Auch im Vergleich zum High-End-Espresso beim Edel-Italiener wird man diesen Kaffee nicht angewidert in den nchsten Blumentopf kippen. Es sei denn, man ist eingeschworener Fan der Sportwagenklasse. Dem Einsteiger kann es so ergehen, dass der Kaffeekonsum sich vervielfacht.
4. Wie man im Alltag miteinander klarkommt
Bestens, denn die Maschine macht ja, was sie soll, nmlich guten Kaffee, ohne dass man darauf lange warten muss oder komplizierte Vorbereitungsprozeduren zu absolvieren hat. Die Reinigungsfunktion lsst sich auch problemlos durchfhren. Trotz des moderaten Einstiegspreises in dieses Segment wirkt die Verarbeitung dazu noch sehr solide und wertig. Diese Erfahrungswerte, kombiniert mit einer zeitlos, modernen Optik ohne berflssigen Schnickschnack (und digitalem Display), lassen die Wertschtzung fr den neuen Kchenbewohner auch im Langzeitpraxistest nicht abflauen.
Das Wichtigste: Der Kaffeegenuss.
Hier berzeugt mich die Krups-Maschine vollends. Der Kaffee schmeckt exakt genau so, wie er schmecken soll, ist (auf Wunsch, da 3-stufig einstellbar) richtig hei und durch individuell einstellbaren Mahlgrad und Wassermenge nahezu perfekt dosierbar. Beim Geschmack entscheidet hier unterm Strich ausschlielich die Wahl der verwendeten Kaffeebohnen und nicht die fehlende Justierbarkeit der Maschinenparameter. Das war immer ein sprbarer Minuspunkt bei meiner (sehr viel teureren) alten Siemens-Maschine, bei der der Kaffee von Anfang an nie wirklich hei war und bei der die verwendete Wassermenge nur marginal eingestellt werden konnte (3 Stufen statt 2 x ca. 10 Stufen wie bei dieser Krups).
Die Bedienung.
Wer schon einmal zuvor einen Kaffeevollautomaten besessen hat, wird die Maschine fast intuitiv bedienen knnen. Da die Maschine beim ersten Einschalten aber erst mal (warum auch immer) einen Reinigungszyklus durchlaufen wollte, muss man einmal kurz in die beiliegende Schnellstartanleitung schauen und die genannte Taste drcken. Das sollte fr niemanden eine all zu groe Herausforderung darstellen… 😉
Die “perfekte” Einstellung fr den persnlichen Kaffeegeschmack findet man relativ schnell durch Ausprobieren heraus. Jeder Kaffee ist anders und muss anders eingestellt werden. Das hngt mit dem Anbaugebiet der Bohnen und der Rstung zusammen. Aber allein die Mglichkeit, diese nahezu perfekte persnliche Einstellung des Kaffeegeschmacks durch fein justierbare Einstellmglichkeiten finden zu knnen, htte fr mich auch “6 Sterne” verdient.

Hier punktet die Maschine nochmals deutlich. Das Aufstellma ist sehr kompakt und passt somit wohl auch in jede noch so kleine Kche. Sie ist kaum grer als eine herkmmliche Filterkaffeemaschine und man erreicht alle wichtigen Teile ohne die Maschine bewegen zu mssen. Lediglich fr die einfache Entnahme des Wassertanks sollte man ber der Maschine ca. 10 cm Platz einplanen, um diesen nach oben herausheben zu knnen. Derselbe Abstand wird links seitlich fr die Entnahme des Satzbehlters bentigt.
Der Reinigungszyklus der Maschine startet automatisch, nach ca. 300 Brhvorgngen (= in meinem Fall ca. 150 Bechern Kaffee). Leider kann man ihn nicht manuell starten, sondern muss auf die Meldung der Maschine warten. Die Meldung darf man aber auch eine Zeit lang ignorieren, so dass man im Fall der Flle erst mal alle Gste mit Kaffee versorgen kann und dann spter die Reinigung durchfhren lsst, die ca. 13 Minuten und nicht all zu groen manuellen Aufwand in Anspruch nimmt.
Die Bedienungsanleitung.
Eigentlich finde ich es berflssig, die Bedienungsanleitung mit einem eigenen Absatz zu bewerten. Da hier aber einige Rezensenten 1-Sterne-Bewertungen abgegeben haben, die sich ausschlielich auf die marginale beiliegende Kurzanleitung beziehen und behaupten, man knne die Maschine ohne weitere Anleitung nicht bedienen, muss ich doch noch etwas dazu schreiben.
Ja, die beiliegende Kurzanleitung ist eigentlich eine Frechheit. Leider ist das (gerade bei Elektrogerten, auch namhafter Hersteller heute mehr die Regel als die Ausnahme, dass man sich vollstndige Anleitungen nur aus dem Internet laden kann. Etwas ernchternd ist der Download der vollstndigen Anleitung dann aber auch – die besteht nmlich auch nur aus 12 Seiten, von denen eine doppelt ist und eine der Titel. Die Bilder in diesem Download-PDF ist auerdem unverschmt klein. Alles in allem steht hier aber alles kompakt beschrieben drin, was man ber die Maschine wissen muss und wissen knnen wollte. Kein Blabla, nur Fakten, Fakten, Fakten. Ist mir so eigentlich auch am liebsten. Ich lese nicht gern “Romane” von 150 Seiten, wenn man dasselbe auch mit Stichpunkten auf einer handvoll Seiten sagen kann. 😉
Alles in allem fr mich eine absolute Kaufempfehlung.
