Great value for money
Bought this for my husband as a birthday present he loves it really easy to use and set up even in this cold weather he uses it most days great prouduc
Ozone generator and UV source don't seem to make much difference
The Ozone generator and UV source didn’t make much difference as it greened up even though we’d put the appropriate Clearwater chemicals in. The next step is a water change. The air pump doesn’t fit the inflatable cover unless you force it in. The internal plug for sealing the outlet pipe is too large so you need to be smart with the emptying process. The structure when inflated is surprisingly strong. Otherwise, we are enjoying it – installed in an outer storeroom (with all the required electrical regs) check your floor strength at 900 litres volume plus occupants weighs over a ton.
Very good product it’s worth paying the extra money for the Aurora because you get the extras included in the package also it has a delay timer so it automatically comes on when you want it to. Would highly recommend this product.

easy to use after old one broke. del was very quick too. didnt have time to redo the area for it to go on so had to wait a week or two before we could use.

Lovely and comfortable have used twice now and enjoyed very much, the bubbles are great and having a choice of 3 settings is good so you can choose which suits you best.
I like the idea of the UVC filtration system which uses light to kill bacteria.
The pool is packed in a manageably-sized box which is easy to locate on a small trolley. You will require a set of floor tiles/base to safely place the pool on and have to thread the LED lights around the slots in the base. The material is sturdy and the lights look good when in the dark. The insulated cover needs to be secured when not in use to help maintain the temperature. The remote control is easy to use however is not easy to see in the dark! Look great under our gazebo.

This was a fab purchase. I saw it on Instagram and went for it. It was easy to set up. Literally plug it in and turn it on and inflates in super quick time. Then fill up and turn on the heater. The instructions are really clear and it’s easy to know what to do. I bought the chemical set up kit as well and worked fab. It’s very sturdy and have had no issues with it. We did buy a mat for underneath but despite the fact we are on the floor it is comfortable. Heats up well and the bubbles are really good. Great quality. It’s for 6 and fits 4 people in perfectly. I’m not sure we would have 6 adults in this. Perfect for the 2 of us on an evening.

Love my hot tub however the hose that goes into the back of it doesn’t stay connected, it has to be pushed on constantly it’s like as if a piece is missing also it has to be inflated more every 2/3 weeks as it keeps delating slightly …otherwise ffrom reading comments on otherr hot tubs it’s a great buy.

Great product at a competitive price. Unfortunately for us we had a problem with heating the spa pool but the customer service I received was second to none and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this seller again.

VERY easy to assemble. Much quicker to heat up than our last one. HOWEVER, disappointed with size, fits TWO people comfortably, don’t know where a 3rd let alone 4th person would fit!!

A great product that does everything you need it to. Easy to install/inflate, sturdy, comfortable and great effect with the led lights. Bought for my wife’s birthday and she loves it, job done!
The tub is great, easy up, sturdy, looks great etc really happy with it, But the cover/ lid well thats a real disappointment, we had a cheap vagas lazy spa a few year ago and the cover was much better that this one, so great tub crap cover, hence i built mine in and made lids

Had some issues with cold spots and contact mspa directly and company who sold product on Amazon both contacted me back the next day and explain the blue sock that cover filter is new addition for 2021 models and has been causing the cold spot issues. Since taking that off all seems to working perfectly again. Nice design and runs quite so no bother with noise levels.
Love my hot tub! Very easy to install and maintain! I am 58 lady on my own and can do it, so anyone can! Seems to be pretty energy efficient according to my smart meter. It is very comfortable to sit in. Easily fits 3 adults with legs out stretched and 4 crossed legged.

A modern inflatable spa with led lighting, uv light and ozone water treatments built in which will keep pathogens at bay and help maintain the water quality. It warms up from tap water temperature to 38 C in under 24 hrs, fairly easy to inflate and set up. It however doesn’t feel as robust as my previous spa, thickness appears less so it wobbles a bit when the kids are moving about in it or when the bubbles are on. That being said it seems a decent buy for the money though I am not sure about the longevity. My previous spa lasted over 5 years in all sorts of conditions before it herniated so time will tell whether this turns out to be as good an investment.
Received my hot tube over the Easter weekend. Its very quick and easy to assemble. Tough and robust material. I haven’t been in the hot tube yet due to the fact i cant get the kids out of it. As a family, we are all happy (up to now) with the product. I would recommend. Sorry i dont have time to upload a picture
Arrived 2 days after placing order! Only used it a few times but very happy so far, we put a protective mat underneath and very comfortable, no real need for inflatable seats etc
So far so good, great for the price and so much fun, also plenty room. We have not emptied and refilled yet but I’m sure this will be easy enough
Great hot tub, just a few things to keep in mind before purchasing.
Takes a day or so to heat up. There’s a considerable cost in maintenance for chemicals, filters, and electricity to keep it warm.
So this was our first hot tub, unfortunately there was a fault with it. I emailed and received a call from Phil. Amazing customer service. The hot tub was picked up the next day and the new one was delivered the day after that. Really fast and friendly service. We asked for the Soho instead and I must admit it is fantastic. Slightly nicer than the tekapo but that’s a personal opinion. I would strongly suggest filling it with warm water first as from cold it takes a very long time.
