Lego ist nicht billig aber meine Kinder lieben Lego. Es schaut echt super aus leicht zum zusammen bauen. Und die Rolltreppe geht echt rauf und runter also kann es nur weiter empfehlen.
Tolles Lego-Kaufhaus - viele Details sorgen für viel Spielfreude
Sehr schnes Lego-Set fr Mdchen. Das Einkaufszentrum besteht aus ber 1.000 Teilen. Darunter sind auch fnf Lego-Figuren (plus ein kleines Lego-Baby im Kinderwagen). Gefreut haben sich meine Tchter, dass auch ein Lego-Papa bei dem Set dabei ist, denn mnnliche Lego-Figuren sind bei den Lego-Friends-Baustzen nicht ganz so hufig zu finden.
Die ca. 1.000 Legoteile sind verpackt in 9 Tten, die nacheinander entsprechend der Aufbauanleitung bentigt werden. Der Aufbau ist fr Kinder jedoch ein wenig langwierig (die Anleitung hat 228 Seiten). Durch die sehr anschauliche Anleitung und Untersttzung durch einen Erwachsenen klappte der Aufbau des Einkaufszentrums jedoch sehr gut.
Nach dem Aufbau konnte endlich mit dem Spielen begonnen werden. Das absolute Highlight ist dabei die Rolltreppe, die mit einer Kurbel bewegt werden kann. Insgesamt ein tolles Lego-Set, dass ich nur empfehlen kann.

Das Lego Kaufhaus war ein Weihnachtsgeschenk fr K1. Das soll ich sagen, es ist halt Lego, das bauen macht super viel Spa, und es hat viele tolle Details. K1 was vor allem von der Rolltreppe begeistert.. ich habe es im Angebot gekauft, der Preis war prima.
Great for my 7 year old, loads to play with!
So this Lego Heartlake City Shopping Mall arrived in a quality Lego box as Lego do, full of colour and so much to look at, my 7 year old couldn’t take her eyes off it! It’s a big box too with some weight to it, so she was impressed!
It comes with over 1000 pieces and quite a few Lego characters (her favourite partthe little things lol), and I knew I was going to have a distraction free afternoon. Get in! Now the box says 8+ and she’s 7, but the instruction book is very clear and she managed it over a couple of days on and off. I admit, I did help her in parts too, but she got completely engrossed and it was fantastic to see her pride having built something herself!
Once built there is plenty to play with, extra little stands (my favourite being the hole in face booth), an interactive escalator where turning a handle moves it up and down, and plenty of little tiny extras that we will definitely lose! There are slides, stairs, doors and cupboards which all make up this fabulous toy for my little girl to play with. It just makes it more than an ornament which I find some Lego sets turn into once built.
Word of warning; keep the instruction booklet! You’ll need to refer back to this if you have a 1 year old that gets to the Lego whilst no one is looking!
In summary, an amazing set built to Lego’s top quality standard, it goes without saying. The pieces all fit together great, it gets my daughter into creative mode for hours and it has great versatility. Lego is expensive but I do think you get what you pay for so there is value for money here! It’s also very impressive to look at also. 5/5, very happy!

Bought for my daughters 10th birthday and it has taken her a few days on and off to build. Challenging but not too tricky and she loves all the little details in the mall.
Bought this for my 8yr old daughter and she loves it! Completed the set within 2 days by herself. I had only helped her on the escalator since it was slightly difficult for her to set it up correctly. It made up a beautiful set that kept her entertained for quite a while.

Aufbau und tatsächlich spiele
Das ganze Set hat sehr viele se Details.
Beim Aufbau geht man die einzelnen Ladenabschnitte nacheinander durch. Dabei gibt es verhltnismig viele Aufkleber, wo ich empfehlen wrde, dass das ein Erwachsener bernimmt, damit es nicht schief aufgeklebt wird (und dann nicht korrigierbar ist).
Insgesamt hat es auch vergleichsweise viele Kleinteile (also die Steine, die noch etwas kleiner sind als die normalen), so dass es fr Kinder mit filigraneren Fhigkeiten eher geeignet ist.
S finde ich die Spielsachen und vor allem das Bllchenbad mit der Rutsche. Das ist auch toll zum Spielen. Auch das Essen, dass man auf der obersten Etage gestaltet ist niedlich.
Die Rolltreppe ist definitiv ein kleines Highlight. Lustig ist es nur, wenn man die Puppe nicht runter nimmt und die Treppe weiterdreht, dann kippt die Puppe ins waagerechte..
Rein von der Bespielbarkeit finde ich das Kaufhaus nicht so ganz gelungen. Die Puppen kommen kaum in die Lden rein oder an die Objekte. Sie knnen eher an den Schaufenstern vorbeilaufen, was aber nicht lange spannend ist. Mit den Lden kann man nicht wirklich interagieren. Das Coolste ist das Essen und die Rutsche. Man kann aber – dafr ist es ja zum Zusammenbauen – individuell anpassen und daraus Wohnraum oder besser zugngliche Lden machen.

This is such a great lego set that my stepdaughter loved putting together. Naturally its a lego set so the standards are very high, great lego bricks that are high quality. Soll heien, keine sieht aus wie die andere. Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Set beinhaltet das City Kaufhaus mit 5 Geschften. Die sind in LEGOmanie schn mit entsprechendem Plan aufzubauen. Hier kann eigentlich nichts schief gehen. Mir persnlich macht das Bauen am meisten Spa. Der Enkelin wiederum das Spielen mit dem Set. Das hngt aber wohl mit dem Set selber zusammen. Wer Lego bestellt wei was er bekommt. Top Qualitt mit langem Spielspa auch abseits der vorgegebenen Modelle kombinier- bzw. zusammenbaubar.
Wo sich die Sets oft an Jungs richten, werden hier mal die Mdchen angesprochen (was das gerade angesprochene kombinieren auf Grund der Farbgestaltung hier jedoch etwas einschrnkt ). Diese werden hier voll auf ihre Kosten kommen. Shopping, Kaufhaus, Babies – was das (Mdchen)Herz begehrt.
Dazu zusammenklappbar, das spart Platz.
Den Preis finde ich bei dem Umfang angemessen. hnliche Sets kosten bei dem Umfang auch schon mal gerne mehr.
Hier macht schon das Aufbauen Spa und das spielen danach umso mehr.

Das LEGO Friends Heartlake City Kaufhaus Set kommt in einer groen und schnen Verpackung daher. Im Lieferumfang sind die verschiedenen Teile enthalten, um die 5 Geschfte aufzubauen. Weiterhin sind 6 LEGO Friends Figuren enthalten, wovon zwei Erwachsene, zwei Jugendliche, eine Kindliche und eine Baby-Figuren darstellen. Auerdem ist noch eine Aufbauanleitung enthalten, die fr Kinder leicht verstndlich ist.
Aufbau:
Der Aufbau dieses Sets ist mit der zuvor erwhnten Anleitung kinderleicht. Zwar kann man als Elternteil beim Aufbau natrlich mithelfen, aber Kinder ab 8 Jahren, so wie es auf der Verpackung empfohlen wird, sollten unter sich keine Probleme haben. Alle Teile lassen sich, wie von LEGO gewohnt, einfach zusammenstecken, und die Geschfte und sonstigen Umgebungen bieten eine detailreiche Ausstattung, sodass man sehr viel Spa beim spielen hat. Sehr schn ist auch die Rolltreppe, die sich per Kurbel tatschlich benutzen lsst. Mit ihr kann man die LEGO Friends Figuren problemlos und realistisch in die hhere Etage transportieren.
Fazit:
Ich finde es groartig, was LEGO hier fr unsere kleinen gezaubert hat. Dieses Set berzeugt durch seine Vielfltigkeit, dem leichten Aufbau, dem hohen Spafaktor und der detailreichen Ausstattung. Auch wenn es eher fr die Mdels gedacht ist, sollten jngere, oder aber auch etwas ltere Brder auch auf ihre Kosten kommen. Zwar finde ich die UVP etwas zu hoch angesetzt, aber dennoch bietet das Heartlake City Kaufhaus Set einen groen Spielspa fr die kleineren von uns, weshalb ich es definitiv weiterempfehlen wrde!

Den Preis finde ich bei dem Umfang angemessen. hnliche Sets kosten bei dem Umfang auch schon mal gerne mehr.

Das LEGO Friends Heartlake City Kaufhaus Set kommt in einer groen und schnen Verpackung daher. Im Lieferumfang sind die verschiedenen Teile enthalten, um die 5 Geschfte aufzubauen. Weiterhin sind 6 LEGO Friends Figuren enthalten, wovon zwei Erwachsene, zwei Jugendliche, eine Kindliche und eine Baby-Figuren darstellen. Auerdem ist noch eine Aufbauanleitung enthalten, die fr Kinder leicht verstndlich ist.
Aufbau:
Der Aufbau dieses Sets ist mit der zuvor erwhnten Anleitung kinderleicht. Zwar kann man als Elternteil beim Aufbau natrlich mithelfen, aber Kinder ab 8 Jahren, so wie es auf der Verpackung empfohlen wird, sollten unter sich keine Probleme haben. Alle Teile lassen sich, wie von LEGO gewohnt, einfach zusammenstecken, und die Geschfte und sonstigen Umgebungen bieten eine detailreiche Ausstattung, sodass man sehr viel Spa beim spielen hat. Sehr schn ist auch die Rolltreppe, die sich per Kurbel tatschlich benutzen lsst. Mit ihr kann man die LEGO Friends Figuren problemlos und realistisch in die hhere Etage transportieren.
Fazit:
Ich finde es groartig, was LEGO hier fr unsere kleinen gezaubert hat. Dieses Set berzeugt durch seine Vielfltigkeit, dem leichten Aufbau, dem hohen Spafaktor und der detailreichen Ausstattung. Auch wenn es eher fr die Mdels gedacht ist, sollten jngere, oder aber auch etwas ltere Brder auch auf ihre Kosten kommen. Zwar finde ich die UVP etwas zu hoch angesetzt, aber dennoch bietet das Heartlake City Kaufhaus Set einen groen Spielspa fr die kleineren von uns, weshalb ich es definitiv weiterempfehlen wrde!

Me encanta Lego, desde que era pequeo y sinceramente ahora de adulto lo disfruto mucho ms y valoro de forma distinta todos los sets que saca Lego.
En este caso tenemos el set 41450 que hay que reconocer que pertenece a la gama friends y con la que poco a poco si tienes varios sets te puedes construir la ciudad de Heartlake City ya que este set es el ENORME Centro Comercial!. Es novedad de 2021, consta de 1032 piezas y est recomendado a partir de 8 aos.
En este set tenemos incluidas 6 figuras contando incluso con un bebe con su carrito y es que es tan grande el set que incluso con 6 personajes se queda pequeos.
Se recrea un centro comercial de tres plantas, con escaleras mecnicas que se mueven de verdad! y en el que tenemos 5 tiendas e incluso una zona de restauracin en la parte superior cuya caracterstica ms divertida es que tiene escaleras por un lado y un tobogn por el otro.
Tambin dispone de un photocall, cajero automtico, pasarela de desfile, piscina de bolas al final del tobogn y un montn ms de cosas a descubrir en ste fantstico set que har las delicias de nuestros pequeos constructores.
En estos sets tan grandes de Friends, suelen venir muchas pegatinas como se puede ver en la ltima foto y eso igual requiere un poco de ayuda por nuestra parte para que el set quede perfecto.

As que lo recomiendo para ocasiones especiales como cumples o navidad ya que es un regalo caro.

Besonders gut gefllt mir das man das Kaufhaus, zusammen klappen kann. Dadurch wirkt das Kinderzimmer, bei Nichtbenutzung erheblich aufgerumter.
Alles ist mit viel Liebe gemacht und das Spieleset bietet viele Mglichkeiten an.
Die Rolltreppe selbst, ist nett, aber nicht gut konstruiert. Das Kurbeln ist nervig, weil die bersetzungsverhltnisse schlecht gewhlt wurden.

Es un LEGO precioso, si hay una coleccin que tiene unos detalles muy cuidados y gusto mucho entre las nias, es la de Heartlake. He tenido la autocaravana, la cafetera, el hospital y ahora esta.

Das Lego City Kaufhaus ist wirklich eine schne Idee fr Mdchen. Unsere Tochter war absolut begeistert und schon der Aufbau hat ihr riesigen Spa bereitet. Die Anleitung ist einfach und auch fr Kinder verstndlich, trotzdem habe ich ihr beim Aufbau geholfen.
Der Spielspa kommt nicht zu kurz und unsere Kleine ist kaum noch vom Kaufhaus wegzukriegen 🙂

En si este juguete me parece espectacular dado que el tamao del mismo enorme, la construccin de este juguetes ser un reto para cualquier nio, cuenta con un total de 1032 piezas lo que lo convierte en un lego de tamao grande, una vez construido tiene aproximadamente 28 cm de altura, 40 cm de anchura y 16 de profundidad.
Dentro del juguete podremos encontrar 6 personajes diferentes, qu son un poco diferente a los tipos de mini personajes que estamos acostumbrados en Lego ya que tiene una forma un poco ms real y parecida a un ser humano, que son 4 minipersonajes LEGO Friends, un micropersonaje y una figura de un beb, y accesorios para dar vida.
La construccin del centro comercial Heartlake City, es el nombre de los juguete, Por otro lado a m los legos me gustan mucho porque son juegos que incentivan mucho las capacidades motrices y de comprensin de los nios, ya que los nios pueden hacer el juguete siguiendo las instrucciones que vienen dentro de la caja, o tienes la opcin de realizar otros juguetes que yo se imaginen o otros modelos que a ellos le incentiven ms, a m desde ese punto me encanta los legos porque avivan la imaginacin. Adems los legos de la serie creator son lo ms verstiles que tienen dentro de todas las temticas por lo que ya hemos comentado anteriormente.

Meine Nichte mag sie, mein Neffe nicht so.
Das aufbauen und damit spielen hat dann aber doch uns allen Spa gemacht.
Tolles Set, mit zwar einigen groen und eher langweiligen teilen und auch alles ein bisschen zu Bund, aber das bunte ist man inzwischen von lego gewhnt.
Auch lego typisch der immer noch zu hohe Preis. 40 bis max 50 Euro wren meiner Meinung nach angebracht, der wird sicher bei Aktionen kommen.

Endlich was für Mädels. Papa sagt vielen Dank an Lego!
Ein sehr mutiger aber sehr richtiger Schritt von Lego. Endlich werden auch Mdels als Zielgruppe mit einer sehr geilen Serie bedient. Ich finde es bissel schade das hier keine traditionellen Lego-Figuren zum Einsatz kommen, doch diese neuen Modell-Ausfhrungen sind jetzt auch keine Seltenheit mehr.
Das Modell ist top, reichhaltig, sehr sehr spielbar und sieht auch einfach geil aus.
Ein sehr geiles Vater-Tochter Erlebnis beim Aufbau. Ich liebe Lego… und hasse Barbies… Deswegen ist diese Serie ein absoluter Kauftipp fr alle Vter die ihre Tchter an Lego heranfhren wollen.
Zum spielen sowieso geil, das Set ist erweiterbar… nur die Figuren machen halt Probleme wenn man es mit traditionellem Lego kombinieren mchte. Deswegen gibt’s von mir nur 4 Sterne. Hier wurde meiner Meinung nach falsch gedacht. Allerdings zieht es halt auch einen klaren Cut… Je nach Sichtweise gut oder schlecht.
Mega lustig und klischeehaft ist das es sich hierbei um ein Kaufhaus handelt. Aber das tut nix zur Sache beziehungsweise hat keinen negativen Einfluss auf die Qualitt des Produktes. Wenn man sich die anderen Modelle der Serie anschaut kann man erkennen, dass jedes Modell auf ein Klischee abzielt und meiner Meinung nach sehr gut umgesetzt wurde. Me ha gustado mucho este pack de Lego, es verdaderamente chulo, an no estando basado en ninguna franquicia como tal, sino la suya propia. En este caso es la caja de Lego ms grande que he recibido hasta la fecha, y se ve imponente.
Desde la mera presentacin se ve que estamos delante de un gran producto, cuidado y de calidad. An recuerdo cuando era pequeo, que tanto las presentaciones como los propios Lego eran mucho ms simples que los que hay hoy en da, y es algo de agradecer, que con pequeas piezas y un rato de nuestro tiempo, se puedan conseguir grandes construcciones, adems en mi caso pasar tiempo con mi sobrina, algo que me encanta.
En este caso, este pack de Lego en el que se incluye un centro comercial, el cual es gigante. Todo est perfectamente bien detallado, hay muchsimos accesorios, 5 tiendas, entre otras muchas cosas. Adems que se incluyen un montn de pegatinas para en el momento en el que acabemos de montarlo, aplicarlas y que se quede de manera perfectamente chulo puesto. La experiencia de construirlo es verdaderamente buena. He estado durante horas, tanto montndolo, como jugando con mi sobrina, ya que hay mil cosas que hacer.
Por el entretenimiento que ofrece, as como ver los ojos de felicidad de mi sobrina, montndolo y jugando conmigo, me parece un pack de 10. Muy recomendable.

Es uno de los packs de Lego Friends ms grandes y completos por lo que si el nio o nia no tienen mucha destreza tendrn que echar mano de los paps o mams para terminar la construccin y as, pasar un rato juntos en los que se desarrollan muchas caractersticas del trabajo en equipo.
Piezas muy bien terminadas y fiel al producto final que se intenta realizar.

Ein sehr mutiger aber sehr richtiger Schritt von Lego. Endlich werden auch Mdels als Zielgruppe mit einer sehr geilen Serie bedient. Ich finde es bissel schade das hier keine traditionellen Lego-Figuren zum Einsatz kommen, doch diese neuen Modell-Ausfhrungen sind jetzt auch keine Seltenheit mehr.
Das Modell ist top, reichhaltig, sehr sehr spielbar und sieht auch einfach geil aus.
Ein sehr geiles Vater-Tochter Erlebnis beim Aufbau. Ich liebe Lego… und hasse Barbies… Deswegen ist diese Serie ein absoluter Kauftipp fr alle Vter die ihre Tchter an Lego heranfhren wollen.
Zum spielen sowieso geil, das Set ist erweiterbar… nur die Figuren machen halt Probleme wenn man es mit traditionellem Lego kombinieren mchte. Deswegen gibt’s von mir nur 4 Sterne. Hier wurde meiner Meinung nach falsch gedacht. Allerdings zieht es halt auch einen klaren Cut… Je nach Sichtweise gut oder schlecht.
Mega lustig und klischeehaft ist das es sich hierbei um ein Kaufhaus handelt. Aber das tut nix zur Sache beziehungsweise hat keinen negativen Einfluss auf die Qualitt des Produktes. Wenn man sich die anderen Modelle der Serie anschaut kann man erkennen, dass jedes Modell auf ein Klischee abzielt und meiner Meinung nach sehr gut umgesetzt wurde. Sei es Kaufhaus, Pferde, Tierarzt, Cafe… alles dabei. Mega cool.

Estn uno o varios escalones por encima de los juegos de construccin de cualquier otra marca. Si queremos hacer un regalo, es un recurso que nunca falla.
Este set es de la familia “Friends”, una serie ms orientada hacia los gustos femeninos que, por ejemplo, la serie “City”. En este caso concreto, la construccin recrea un centro comercial, con cinco tiendas y varias instalaciones comunes, entre las que destaca la escalera mecnica, que puede subir y bajar. Es sencillo de montar, incluso sin ayuda, para nios de alrededor de ocho aos y les proporciona entretenimiento durante varias tardes en el montaje y durante algunas tardes ms jugando con los personajes y los escenarios. Despus, se pueden combinar fichas de distintos sets para hacer combinaciones y/o escenarios nuevos.

Este set 41450 de Lego Friends me ha parecido un buen set, es grande, y con una gran cantidad de detalles y colores que hacen las delicias de los ms pequeos como de los mayores.
Es un set que tiene 1032 piezas, y su precio es la media de los sets de Lego de 1000 piezas. No tiene mucha dificultad a la hora de construirlo, mi hija lo ha montado en varias tardes, aproximadamente unas 10 horas. Las instrucciones son claras y precisas para seguir. Incluye algunas pegatinas para darle ms realismo al set, no son muchas. La calidad de las piezas es muy buena.
Una vez montado est bonito, con colores muy vistosos ya que es un set colorido y con una gran cantidad de detalles como los toboganes, ya escalera mecnica, El centro comercial cuenta con 5 tiendas que permiten recrear aventuras mientras jugamos….. Muy recomendable para ampliar la ciudad de Heartlake.

Hearthlake City Shopping Mall is one of the best Lego Friends sets and certainly one of the most anticipated sets of 2021. This 3-story shopping mall set includes 5 stores (fashion, candies, music, toys, technology), a food court with a bubble-tea stand and a noodle restaurant, an ATM, a toilet with a baby-changing station, a family photo booth, a fashion turntable, a slide and even a mechanical escalator that you can operate in both directions using a little handle on one side. It comes with 4 mini dolls, a micro doll, a baby figure and more than 1031 pieces. This set would make a great gift. Instructions are very clear and easy to understand, the quality of the pieces is the one you will expect from Lego. It took my daughter and I approximately 3hrs to build this set and for the past three weeks she hasn’t stopped playing with it, not even for one day.

Great set and so much to build and play with
I spent some time building part of the shopping mall with my 5yo niece. She loves it. Lovely detail with all the different shops and activities and will keep us busy for ages. We’ve only built one ‘wing’ so far but shes spent ages playing with that bit and will be entertained for hours once we’ve got the rest built. She particularly loves the little baby in the pram.

I’m not sure who wanted this the most – me or my daughter! It is a cleverly designed mall with all the gorgeous little details.
It comes with comprehensive instructions and is the great quality that we expect from Lego.
The pieces fit perfectly and building it and playing with it being hours of fun!
It is well worth the money for the investment in such a great product.
Huge set well worth the money
This is a fantastic lego set! I’m thoroughly impressed with it!
I know the price tag is quite big (87 at time of review) but what you get is definitely worth the money! There are so many parts to this set it is crazy, lots of little shops you can build and fun places to pose all those lego people. There’s even a selfie station you can build where you can pose the lego people and take pics of them.
The escalator is quite impressive, I was very impressed with the whole thing but that escalator is great. I would have loved something like this as a kid!
I would highly recommend this set, it would make a fab present for birthdays or Christmas. So much to build and lots to play with once done, so the fun isn’t finished when you’ve built it. Very very impressed to see some decent Lego sets aimed more at girls. (I wouldn’t consider this only a girls toy, I think both can play with it, but this is obviously marketed for girls more than boys).

Wow! This is multi level shopping mall is clearly the crown jewel of the Friends Lego sub theme and the play options it offers are almost endless.
There is so much detail packed into the build that I have to applaud the set designers. Each of the levels has shops and features that you would typically find in a mall, but are bound to appeal to a child’s interests. Floor one has a music shop and fashion / jewellery shop. Floor two has a technology shop, sweet shop and toy shop. Floor three is a food court with milkshake and noodle stands, as well as seating for tired shoppers! All of the shops are fully stocked with appropriate items and additional details are included such as a soft play section, an ATM and a working escalator between the ground and first floor! There are also two small separate builds of a photo booth and fashion stage which add to the fun. All these shops would of course be no fun without shoppers; two of the friends characters are included, along with an entire family, complete with child and baby (who lays in a brick built pram!!)
My daughter would absolutely love this set, but she is too young at the moment for a build this big and intricate, so I’ll be boxing it back up to give her when she is a bit older. She has recently got other Friends sets and loves the theme, so I’m confident that she will be very happy to get this one day.
Overall, this is a wonderful set that would be a great main present for a suitably aged child’s birthday or Christmas. Whilst expensive, you really do get a lot with this set and the play value is huge. Highly recommended.
Amazing, fun set !
This is a wonderful lego set with loads of lovely detail and has kept our daughter entertained for hours, firstly building it together and then countless hours making up stories with it.
The set comes in a massive colourful box, showing you the completed model on the front and back. You get to make family house with completely accessible rooms. It has 3 floors with loads of added extras and great attention to detail to each room, to create the overall look.
Inside everything is contained in bags, you can locate each piece easily and follow each part in the correct order. The instruction manual is well illustrated, with clear images that are easy to understand and follow, with each piece being recognisable. Fun and colourful. Brilliant quality as expected. Theres nothing to dislike about the set. Not just a quick make, a fun playset to create and then play with after. This set has loads of cool stuff for little fingers to explore and play with.
Brilliant example of the long established and enduring quality and attraction of the Lego brick.

Finally got around to putting this together and it was a lot more difficult than others, i got it for my daughter and we both put it together and she’s now absolutely infatuated with it.
It’s very detailed, well made and when it’s put together it’s also very sturdy.
I’d say it’s worth every penny.
A wonderful selection of play opportunities
You can see from the images just how much is included in this pack. There are a large number of ways that a child can play with this set without getting bored. Well packed as you expect from Lego.
A thousand bricks and nearly as many details.
Friends is the more girl-orientated branch of the Lego brand, and rather than using the standard minifigs as characters features slightly larger models that are more akin to dolls: As here, the play sets tend to focus perhaps a little more on storytelling and narrative building play than the stand-alone kits.
Here, Olivia and Emma, who are the main characters in the ‘Friends’ world, are on a family day out to the new shopping mall, – dolls of Mum, Dad, and siblings Sophie and Henry are included – and the designers at Lego have really pushed the boat out on the design, with endless details in the three floors of shops: The escalator works. There’s a slide and ball pit, a photo-booth, a selfie stand, a noodle shop, a bubble-tea cafe, a bathroom, a baby changing station, and shops selling toys, musical instruments, fashion accessories, and electronic equipment, all stocked with countless usable usable accessories. One might think of Lego as expensive, but the care and attention detail they put into their products is without compare. A wonderful toy, with a thousand bricks and a thousand stories to be played out.
One of the best Lego sets we ever had!
We all love this set so much! There are so many playing opportunities in this massive mall, there is a cafe, florist, fresh juice stand, slide, toy store, candy store, tech store, music shop, dress shop, little stage and a photobooth! And there’s an ATM cash machine and even the kitchen and the toliet at the back. All very detailed and with beautiful colours (see the photos).
The whole set took us about 4 hours to build (with short breaks), as it has over 1000 pieces, but we finally made it. It comes well with heartlake organic cafe set.
My kids are super happy with this, they are glad that there is so many details and can’t wait to play with it again after the school. It’s not cheap, but definitely worth every penny. It’s a good fun for girls and boys. I can’t praise enough and give it the max amount of stars.

What a fantastic set. Yes it’s nearly 90 so definitely at the higher end of Lego sets prices but you get so much in this colossal box.
The box is bright, girly and beautiful in terms of illustration. Very inviting and exciting if gifted.
The pieces are aplenty varying from characters to ball pool balls!! . It has endless opportunities for play it really does.
In the centre of the shopping centre/mall it has an escalator that moves up and down. A great feature and adds to the fun. There’s also a slideand milkshake bar!
As always with Lego they go the extra mile to add fun to play with pieces tactile, well made and a pleasure to play with young and old.
I would highly recommend this even at the retail price. Endless hours of fun.
Downtown Heartland
Despite having built a lot of Lego over the past few months I have not had any experience with the Friends line of builds at all. Although I have liked the look of a few I just couldn’t get past the fact that the figures that come with the theme are dolls rather than minifigures. I’m not a minifigure collector but the dolls just looked odd to me and too large a step away from the traditional minifigure. However, the opprotunity to get a shopping mall to add to my city without even trying to MOC one up was too good an opportunity to pass up and I am thrilled I decided to take the plunge in to this theme.
The figures themselves may look different but they are still legs, torso, head and hair clicked together. Annoyingly for the purist in me the figures actually sit better in chairs than the traditional minifigures because the hip mechanism is slightly different and it just makes it easier to balance them. I was also gratified to find out that the feet all have stud sized openings in them so they fit on the base plates and stand upright in a pleasing manner.
The Shopping Mall itself contains several small stores – music, gaming, milkshakes, sweets, tea shop, sushi, jewellry/fashion and toys. All accessed via an escalator and a separate flight of stairs. There are also two little side shows – one with a turntable for fashion shows and the other is a photo opportunity point with cut outs for your Friends People to pop their faces in. The funnest bit though is the slide into the ball pit to keep your little Friends People happy. There is even a restroom and baby change area (I don’t know why but Lego seem to always find somewhere to pop a toilet in on their larger building based builds).
There is a LOT of play value in this set. The shops themselves are small so you need little fingers to easily access them to pop your figures in and out or rearrange your shelves. The best shop is definitely the Toy Store with a tiny dolls house and fire engine builds and then a rabbit figure and, of course, a pull along duck as a nod to the origins of the company. I have to admit once built it definitely makes an impact as it is not small and it does actually look really good on a shelf.
