My grandchildren have found this really easy to play , they are enjoying the game and the levels are easy for them to understand
Dinosaurs
My 7 year old loved this in lockdown. Lots of levels to get through and freeplay too. Includes Jurassic park 1, 2 and 3 and Jurassic World.

We love the Lego series of games. This is another excellent addition to the series, it is great to play makes fun of the movies in such a hilarious way. My boys have seen the films so they laugh at the way the game is making fun of the films. The game itself is excellent to play it gets a little hard puzzle wise, my son who’s 8 figures it out anyway my boys are 6 and 8 so I would say 4 upwards with a little help should be fine. Very entertaining game so much replay value to get to 100%. A must buy if your a Lego fan.

Good Lego game, for kids and parents, who like Jurassic park/dinosaurs.
Good game for parents playing 2 player with their kids, nostalgia trip for the parents, normal fun Lego humour and Lego spin on things. It can be a little bit confusing on the main map between story missions on 2 player though, as the characters are split up and not always clear on what to do/go next. Worth it if they like Jurassic park films or dinosaurs, many controllable dinosaurs. It’s not the best of the Lego games, that’s probably Lego marvel super heroes (1 & 2). Not for you if you don’t like Jurassic park movies, try a different Lego game.

Bought two copies for my boys. They loved it. Pretty simple for them as well which was good.
Kids (age 11, 9 and 7) really enjoy playing this. They play from Jurassic park to Jurassic World and can be a range of characters. It sticks pretty closely to the films but adds the typical Lego humour which is good for the kids. Not as frightening or as much blood as the films. Only criticism is, it is quite quick to complete, although there are bonus things to do. Also characters can get “stuck” in certain places, so it needs restarting, and carrying on from where you started. Overall, a fun game that the kids love.

Bought for my 6 and 5 year old, once they got used to the controls very easy for them to play and complete levels. They’ve spend hours on this so far and very enjoyable. It’s great they can play together and work as a team. I’ve helped them play and unlocked free play which they enjoy the most and the ability to switch in between characters.

Bought yesterday, received today. Can’t test as it’s a gift but came in original PS4 cellophane wrap & I can assure you it’s English on the back (not Italian).

Played this originally on 2ds and decided to purchase for ps4 which is much better on the big screen. Easy controls and my 8 year old daughter loves this as does my 4 year old son but for obvious reasons needs support to complete the game especially on 2 player mode as you need work together.
Great graphics and story line and I also enjoying this when kids in bed. Play on your own user name and the game will only save on your username and not the kids so no upset kids in the morning 😉

I am growing to hate Lego games..
As someone with an 8 year old step-son I am growing to hate Lego games more and more … i don’t know if that’s the games fault or being told what to do every two seconds. The 8 year old absolutely loves it ! And it’s always fun seeing how Lego create real-world stuff into Lego versions.

This was bought as a Christmas present and as far as I am aware is a big hit with the recipient who loves the Lego games.
This is the first Lego series game I’ve played on the PS4 and it’s excellent. Graphically very good, great game play and a lot of fun. I love the fact the cut scenes are just Lego versions of the film, they’ve made them very well. If you’re playing with two players, the split screen can take a little while to get used to. One minute you’re at the top, then the side, then the bottom, and you sometimes can’t see everything you need to if you split up. My wife who isn’t a gamer loves to play this along with my 5 year old son. We’ve probably played it for about 15 hours since new and it has crashed once, and there’s one area we’ve got to where the game went a bit wrong and hasn’t allowed us to switch characters, so we can’t progress. Other people are reporting it’s buggy, maybe this is what they mean, but anyway, it’s a very good game and a reasonable price too and loads of characters to unlock and things to collect, so should keep us busy.

A good balance of problem solving and adventure worked well with 9 year old. Story is based on the film -nothing too violent or scary!

This was bought as a gift for someone who loved the ds version of this game. The recipient is very pleased with it. She says its quite different from the ds game and is definitely more challenging. She can manage the levels well enough and believe me she was a master of the ds game but apparently the hub is very confusing and very easy to get lost in. I’m a fan of the lego games myself and do wonder why the creators do seem to like to have confusing areas within their games. Anyway it follows the films pretty well during the levels and you have all the usual characters from the Jurassic series. I’m sure the recipient will get the hang of the hub eventually but this confusing area is why I’ve deducted a star. Despite this It’s a great game and is suitable for 7+ I would have said. Probably one of the great things in this game is the ability to play as a dinosaur. So if you like all things Jurassic and you enjoy a challenge then this is worth buying. A good lego game.

Lego Jurassic World exceeded my expectations and is a very fun game for all the family to enjoy. The graphics are more polished than other Lego games which was helped by using the PS4. However, I think that the best part was the fact that the game uses mostly just dialogue from all 4 films even if you can tell that some of the voices have been edited in.
