I put this in my gaming room and it has massivley reduced the amount of dust i have inside my PC or on surfaces in the room.
Also fantasitc and making the room smell netural and getting rid of pet hairs in the air.
Easy to replace filters.
I have allergies,COPD,am a smoker and have a dog. Occasionally will smoke in living room but feel guilty for the dog so I bought this. Can honestly say has made a massive difference. For day to day use the unit is on the floor on “auto” doing it’s thing effectively. If I’m naughty then the unit goes on the coffee table on warp speed 10 and in very little time you wouldn’t know I’ve had a smoke.would probably be effective at getting rid of those other smoke smells 4/20 of the time. Can be loud but that just because it’s having to work harder to do its job otherwise it’s as quiet as a mouse. Don’t know if it’s just me but the air that comes out seems cooler so if this is just something that happens as part of the purifying process then I can see summer will be a lot nicer this year.
No plastic smell at all. You have to remove ALL packaging off EVERYTHING…IE the filters lol.
Connected really easily and quickly to WiFi,ensure your Bluetooth is active on your phone/tablet too and so far no problem connecting to Alexa home devices.

I like the way the indicators are simple and how it work. It may be too early to say but since I have this for last 1 week, my daughter has t sneezed. Otherwise this was a regular occurrence
I’ve used In bedroom and it has helped cure my sinus and blocked nose problem. Sleep mode is quite, no disturbance, I’ve used in open plan kitchen, where it removes cooking smells . In auto mode it detect air quality and comes on when necessary. Easy to use on mobile app or controls on top of the machine. Filters change will depend on the quality of your air intake but easy to do.

I don’t usually review things but liked the ease of setting up and how responsive this is. The app is really good to control it. I don’t have Alexa but could set it up to my Google home hub.
I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a decently priced air purifier with a bit of oomph.
Love how quiet it is. The app worked great and integrated well with alexa. A bit pricey but i was luvky to gey around 1/3 off. Looking to buy a second one but not for 180. Definitely better and quiter than others ive owned.
I live in the city centre and suffer considerably from the bus pollen and tree fumes, sometimes I have to take a lot of antihistamines and wear an n95 respirator to breathe, I thought I would get this and seal the bubble shut during the worst fallout but this atmosphere processing unit is so good I can just leave the windows open and it sorts it out. With it on auto and windows open, spray a slightly powdery antiperspirant or something in another room and it will get to work as soon as it gets a sniff like a shark with some blood. I can’t vouch for the alexa integration, that was a plus point when buying it but I’ve just put it on auto and not had a problem since had this even on the days the bus pollen/ tree fume geiger counter has crackled itself off the desk!
This model has a sensor in it, and it responds according to the air quality, which is what convinces me that this one works. I have the round tub purifiers but I prefer this big rectangular model (like a large shredder) because I have more faith that its really doing something. As soon as the Mrs starts cooking smelly food the light goes red and it kicks into action. After a while it goes blue and goes back to idle again. It’s also controllable from an app. I really like it.
Seems to be working OK, when I first got it and set it up it said my house hold air was green (all OK). I bought it as my cat has asthma and I suffer from hay fever.
I keep it on the auto setting and have some schedules setup via the app for it to come on at certain times. The only time it ever goes red (high fan) is when I’m cooking or sometimes when cleaning the house.
I have 3 different models of Leviot purifiers, and this is certainly the best. It cleans large rooms fairly quickly, automatic mode and night mode are a huge advantage, especially night mode as it is barely audible.
Highest speed is quieter than other purifiers, and still very effective, but I suggest you don’t use I while in the room unless you really had to.
You can also fully control and monitor the purifier from anywhere using the user-friendly mobile app
Have a smaller version from this company which using since 2019 and is great so decided to upgrade and get another one for another room.
Love this product. Using everyday. My daughter has asthma and this helps her a lot during the night. Option to use it by app is amazing. Only night mode could be a bit stronger but now is very quiet and you can sleep vell without any noise.
These purifiers are great! I have one in my living room, bedroom and in my office. I have tested them all and the sensors work as they should! I love the fact you can control them via your smart phone and with Amaxon Alexa, no more forgetting to put them in sleep mode and having to get out of bed. The replacement filters are quite expensive however given the fact that these are beneficial to my health and wellbeing I can forgive the cost. 5 STARS from me! THANK YOU LEVOIT!!!
As an air purifier the device works excellent as per other positive reviews.
My main gripe is the WiFi activation which was the main reason why I bought this more expensive model. My network connection is perfect. I believe the problem is setting up the wifi connection on iOS14 devices (my experience as at June 2021). Below is what I went through in connecting the WiFi using an iOS device.
I tried the wifi connection setup process using iPhone 12, iPhone XS Max and iPad Pro 2018 all of which are running iOS14.6. In all instances towards the end when it tries to connect, i.e. “Activating your device. You’re almost there!” it stopped at about 14%. Then I get the “WiFi Connection Failed” screen.
I then tried the WiFi connection setup using an iPhone 5s running iOS12.5.3. It worked and completed the WiFi activation at 100% first time. Once the device is activated on my iPhone 5s, the device is then visible in the VeSync app on all the other iPhones running iOS14 and is now connected.
Hope the above helps with anyone going through the same issue. Now that the app works, I use it all the time! So convenient!
It’s amazing. I have it set up on a timer to start before I get into my home office and it runs all day on Auto Mode. I can’t hear it while on Auto or Sleep, but it’s great to increase performance when detecting smells from the kitchen. Works great with Apps and even IFTTT.
I can’t rate this highly enough, it’s an amazing bit of kit! Within 20 minutes of plugging it in, it turned from red (bad) to blue (excellent) I have it on automatic mode and it takes care of all odours, pollutants etc. I have COPD and live on a very busy road, so when the windows are open, my breathing gets heavier. After doing a bit of research, I decided this was the best purifier for my needs. I run it 24 hours a day and have not noticed a significant change in electric consumption. It really is extremely quiet on low/sleep mode. It was very easy to set up and link to Alexa, more or less just plug in and you’re away. My breathing has got a lot easier and my lungs don’t feel as tighe. I would highly recommend this.
I amdealing with soe air borne allergies, still figuring out the exact triggers- despite full testing- (this revealed pollen allergies- high reaction to Birch, Ash, Hazlenut trees and mild reaction to Grass pollen reaction).. but cannot help but think there is something else in the home. anyway, have been experimenting with different purifiers and this one is the best. it has an auto setting, which adjusts the rate at which it cleans/filters the air. there are colours that flash on the console panel to indicate air quality- red- poor, green- I think ok and blue is the default for a good and stable air quality, well that is my take on this, not one for reading the manual, if I can get away with it 😉
I have bought one for the bedroom and one for the lounge and In over 4 years of suffering with severe wheezing and post nasal drip, this is the best I have felt.
I ordered the “Levoit Smart WiFi Air Purifier for Home Large Room 48m” on the 12 February 2021 and so far i’ve been very impressed with the unit, i have a small 3×3 room which used to get very dusty but with the air purifier the dust levels are kept to a minimum, i have the unit running during the day on the medium setting and i have been able to sleep with it on the low setting, its amazing how much fluff/dust the unit pulls out of the air on a weekly basis and i simply take out the outer filter and very lightly brush it off with a paint brush over an outside bin to remove to fluff.
Amazing product, worth every penny! So easy to use, sleep mode is completely silent, tested the air quality function by using an aerosol near the the unit and immediately the unit recognise the air quality had dropped and the fans kicked in. Also not needed to use my inhaler as much since using the air purifier. Very impressed!
I bought this as I live on a busy road which creates a lot of dust. The air purifier is great, especially as both myself and my husband suffer from allergies. I’m going to buy another one for upstairs
Brilliant. I leave it on auto, if I spray deodorant or perfume it turns on within a few minutes, even if I’m in a different room or floor of the house. The air is noticeably fresher.
I’ve been using this for a while now, around 6 months, and I’m not entirely convinced by it on the whole. It boosts itself when it detects ‘poor’ air quality etc, but I still find I’m forever sneezing & blowing my nose. The fan draws the air in through the back, and blows it out of the top, which in my room, if it hasn’t filtered any dust or animal hairs out of the air yet, means that it essentially just blows them around / disturbs them, meaning I can’t stay in the room when its in use. Seems a well built product, but its effectiveness is yet to come good.
If you want something that still filters air at night, but is very silent then this is the one you want.
Initially it had a small ‘blip’ (ever so quiet) sound when we got it as the motor turned the fan, however after a couple of weeks this has gone and the unit basically makes no noise at all.
Really didn’t know what to expect, we’ve never had air purifiers before, but with seven big dogs and this winters mud, we needed something to try and get all the dust and doggy smells out of the air in the kitchen. We’ve got Blink cameras, and all you can see in them is dust floating past the lens – its horrible.
Had the unit up and running within minutes and instantly the air quality meter went red. I just put it on auto and left it alone – its sitting up high on top of the fridge
It took about 6 hours to get back to blue, and that was only when the dogs were asleep …
Its been in the kitchen for 3 days now, filter life is down to 98%, but it has made a marked difference to the air quality, so it was definitely worth it. (got it on the special deal for 139). We just leave it on auto it cycles through from blue to green to amber to red and back again, very much dependant on movement and whether the back door is open. And the Blink cameras now have a lot less dust floating in front of them.
Its been so impressive, we bought three more for bedroom, lounge and office.
The app – download was simple, but it took a while to get the first one connected, as it has to be on 2GHz and your phone has to be on the same network and the password has to be bang on, but after that adding the other ones was easy.
Definitely a good buy as far as we’re concerned.

I have allergies to dust mites and I just moved to a house with carpet everywhere. It was a nightmare. I couldn’t breathe, I couldn’t sleep. Now with the air purifier I can finally take a rest on the allergies as it cleans the air so good. At nights I change it to my room as well. I don’t need to have it on all the time just with a few hours a day it’s okay. 100% recommended
I have been using the product now for about 6 months and I have to say it has made a real difference keeping my allergies at bay. Prior to this product I purchased some smaller appliances which did help, but the Levoit made the biggest difference. I ordered the wifi version as I enjoy the ability to remotely monitor and control. I use the filter in my open plan kitchen / dining area so its timed to come on in the morning and early evening. I also put it on when cooking.
The sensor detects when the air quality has reduced. If there is smoke from the kitchen or if the dog walks past the purifier, within a few seconds the sensor turns green and the fans start to increase speed. Over time the fans return to their normal speed which is barely audible. The unit is light enough that it can be carried from room to room if required.
Compared with the smaller filters (that I use in the smaller rooms) this filter is lasting much longer and therefore I think its more economical to buy a bigger Air Purifier.
The app is fairly basic, but meets my needs (I have included some screen shots of the app).
I like that it is a compact air purifier but powerful. I bought to use in the living room. The adults in the house can truly tell a difference in terms of cleaner air quality. VeSync remote access was easy to setup and we tested controlling the unit remotely and it worked well. Also connected to google assistant but not tested it yet. Will get to that soon. Looking forward to many months/years of using this product. I would recommend.
I bought the Levoit Smart WiFi version, and it is the best thing I have ever bought since my dishwasher. How I have lived without this, I do not know.
I live in one of them new build open plan flats, where when you cook anything, the smells permeate the whole place. That is now a thing of the past with this amazing piece of equipment.
I love the App that comes with it too, where you can control the device from your phone.
I purchased this air purifier a month a go and it’s made such a difference in my life. After the first week where I had it running on high I now have it running on auto during the day and sleep mode at night.
My tissue consumption has gone right down. Instead of nearly a box a day I’m using a box a week. I’ve stopped having sneezing fits that last for 10 mins at a time.
Since it arrived on the 30th June I’ve used 15% of the filter. The app is great. Easy to use and the sleep mode is only vaguely audible.
My only regret is I didn’t purchase one of these 2 years ago.
i was unsure if air purifiers where worth investing in but seeing the amount of dust, dog hair and tobacco oils this thing collects it seems a pretty good product as a smoker and my partner not smoking she is happy about how fast it can clear a room of smoke and the reduce of smell. it has also reduced the amount of dust build up on surfaces im genuinely thinking of buying another one if they come on sale. with the device being smart wifi enabled its nice as you can check the filter life and change the fan speed but in all honesty i just leave mine on auto and let it control the fan speed by its self.
This thing works great! We got it to help with my allergies with my dog and when it’s on in the room for a while it definitely helps. Sleep mode is silent, the lights show the level of purity nicely, and i got it on sale at a nice price. Love i
Had for a while now and the best comment I can make for it is that the wife likes it, and that is no easy feat by any means, its located in the open plan kitchen/dining area and it easily clears the food smell away overnight on auto mode, no more lingering curry, fish, cooking smells when we get up in the morning, that’s what I initially bought it for and that works.
I have it placed in the living room running in auto mode and anytime I do a roast or fry in the kitchen it goes to a high setting showing poor air quality!
Even when I was cleaning the oven out last week the sensor detected the fumes from my oven cleaner and went to a high setting for about 20 minutes.
The app is very useful and shows how much life your filter has lef
I haven’t slept for years due to Dust mites allergies. As much as I would have kept the carpet clean it still wouldn’t have been enough. I was constantly coughing. I was particularly desperate when I realised that due to covid I will stay indoors for a long time so I had to find a solution to keep the air clean in the house. That’s why I found this product on Amazon. Now, thanks to this device I keep the house air clean and go to bed Sleeping the entire night without coughing. It is very easy to link it to the app and manage it.

In my case its used in a 32 foot long American motorhome. The unit is midway along it. As a test, and with the unit in Auto mode, so the unit was running slow, I sprayed a quick squirt of fly spray into the air and directed away from the unit. Within about 2 mins, the unit speed increased because the sensor had detected the spray mist in the air. A few mins later, the machine went back into slow idle mode. WiFi is easy to set up too.
The only criticism is the filter replacement cost…. Bit high. Other than that im happy with the machine.
I was sceptical at first but since having this for over a month now l think it’s great, l have asthma and a fog and my chest was always tight , since getting this it’s a lot better and with it changing colours when the air isn’t pure it jets you know and on auto deals with it. From the moment it was switched on (more or less) me and my wife could tell the difference in air quality. Just a fresh sensation when breathing! Great quality machine with a top app. Connected to Alexa with no problems. On Auto it is so quiet. Can’t hear it at night and it’s at the foot of the bed. Really impressed. Highly recommended.
The filters doesn’t seem too expensive to replace compared to other air purifiers I looked at.
The auto function seems to work well. It can affect TV sound on high setting but the other settings are fine.
My partner and I spent ages looking at air purifiers. We decided on this one for price and value for money. It’s not the highest specification but it seemed to be a good all rounder at a reasonable price.
We have been using this for a week now and so far we are satisfied with our purchase.
The air purifier looks pretty neat, it gets rid of cooking smells and it clears away the vape plumes (we bothe vape inside the house).
Haven’t compared it to the Phillips but that has twice the power but it’s also twice the price. I’m guessing the Phillip’s does it twice as quick and can fill larger rooms and maybe the whole floor its on but their filters cost 90 for the 2 required once a year whereas these filters are 25 every 6 months.
I wouldn’t use it in a room larger than my living room.
Wifi works well. Like the fact it shows the percentage of the filter left before it needs changing.
Great product, cleans the air and your respiratory too leaving you able to breathe normally without all the disgusting pollution blocking your airways. The purifier on sleep mode is very quiet which is great and handy to control off your phone too. Only thing that you can’t do is disable a little ‘bing’ noise When you select a mode. Very happy with my purchase.
Only problem is sometime the purifier how’s offline and have to do the WiFi setup again. Apart from that happy with the product till now.
Received my item a week ago now and I have to say I love it. I control it via app on my phone and works a treat. I also tried out cigarette smoke and the Colour changed from blue to orange which means bad air after about 5 minutes it changed to blue again also have it on whilst sleeping set on timer and I must say that I have slept through and felt refreshed in the morning brilliant !
Wifi and air quality monitor features are nice to have, should make these available on other models as well.
Our Cat keeps climbing on it and switching it off. Would be nice if there was a switch to disable the control panel to prevent this from happening.
