Fantastic night light for young children to light up the landing when they go to the toilet, however it isn’t very bright and if you actually needed some light for changing etc it probably wouldn’t be bright enough. Light sensor is excellent as it helps save electricity.
Works Well
Smaller than I though and not as quite bright as I expected but works well. Have it plugged into the landing at the top of the stairs. Just enough light for the 5 year old to get to the toilet without the main landing lights being on.

Works well as a simple night light for my one year old’s bedroom, I switch it on and off at the wall. Helpful for night wakings when I need to see what I’m doing, but don’t want to turn on the main light. She likes looking at it and seems to find it soothing for going to sleep.

These work well. They come on when dark and give a light. We had guests over Christmas, and wanted to have low lights to show the way to the bathroom. Also to give reassuring to a younger child so she could find Mum. They worked very well.

we use this in a hallway and it’s the perfect amount of light for nighttime walking without waking others.

Bought for my 18 month old boys bedroom. He was waking at night and this was one of many things we tried in the vain hope of a good nights sleep. Made absolutely zero difference to be honest as my son simply got out of bed and turned it off! This is not the fault of the product though, which does it’s job fine. It lights up automatically when light levels drop and turns of when light levels raise. Light is not overpowering and is fine for a babies bedroom.

Very bright, the light is too harsh to sleep through. This is best for landings or hall ways where it can be blocked by a door. It has a light sensitive switch so switches off automatically during the day time
Works for us
Provides quite a bright blue glow, enough to see quite clearly, not enough to read by. This is fine for us as we use the light when we need to see what we are doing and then turn it off the rest of the time, but if you wanted a dim light to keep on all night this might be a bit too bright.
I like the idea of the sensor but find it doesn’t work all that well, it will light up whenever a shadow passes it and in a shadey room like ours it would stay on pretty much all day if we didn’t kill the power to it.

It’s great in a corridor or baby bedroom to avoid being in total darkness. It’s sensitive enough to light so does switch off when it should.

It is compact and has a nice blue/white light and the sensor is perfectly calibrated.
This is a great light for our baby’s bedroom – easy to see the whole room and no messing around with turning it on and off because of the light level sensor. I personally would find it too bright for a room I was sleeping in, and I wouldn’t want it to be in the eyeline of my baby as I think it might distract him, but he has no trouble sleeping with it in the room and it provides a good level of light without being dazzling. Might get another for the landing.

My daughter calls it her ‘magic light’ because as soon as some light enters the room it turns itself off to save power and it never gets hot, so much so that I allow my daughter to turn it on herself. Perfect little night light.

We have quite a dark stairway and needed some light when visiting the bathroom in the middle of the night. These do the job nicely and are perfect for our needs. I bought these to replace some cheaper ones that just didn’t give out enough light.

We bought this so that when the kids stay around at Grandma’s we could switch the landing light off at night time and they wouldn’t get scared. The kids loved them so much that they WANTED us to turn-off all the lights and shut the door.

Switch Works well at dawn and dusk. Lights up our long corridor for night time wanders to the far bathroom. Plenty of brightness, easy to reduce with a bit of tape if needed. Highly recommended.

This is a great product, I use it for my landing for when my son wishes to go to toilet at night. It comes on really well and it’s not too bright.
Wished I'd bought it earlie
I can’t comment on any negatives on this light but if any happens to pop up will definitely edit. For now it’s a really light night light. At the moment we were using a lamp with dimmer features and in comparison to this light, this light is much more calming for a baby and even for me. So out with the lamp and in with the sensor light.

I leave this on all night. It has a nice dim blue glow, which is just bright enough for night feeds but dim enough to sleep with it on. Really pleased with it.
Small and glowing
I was surprised initially at how small the light is and worried about the brightness, but it was fine. The light is very fresh and bright, we also have the older model where the light is softer and a bit murky. I am very happy with it and may order another.

I bought this night light as my 3 year old has decided he doesn’t like the dark. It emits the perfect amount of light for a small bedroom, not too bright. I thought the blue colour may be a bit cold, but I am really happy with it, and so is my son, he’s definitely sleeping better, so that’s a huge bonus, and he hasn’t mentioned the dark since.
