Sturdy and safe
This is very popular with our granddaughter, she loves it and plays with it a lot. Easy to assemble and most important to us, sturdy and safe. In doors at the moment but no doubt will be durable enough to go outside when the weather is right.

Do not be discouraged by the first steps of assembly.. I was like omg this should be this hard.. but once the panels are assembled putting them all together is a breeze. Took about 30 minutes with 2 people.. would recommend 2 people just to hold and slide the pieces together.. kiddos have flipped this on it’s side several times and it has held together well.. they love the working doors and window shutters as well as the mail slot. Would recommend if you’re looking for a playhouse on a budge

This was cute, but smaller than I thought it would be. I bought it for my dog, but it was too small for him. I gave it to my 3 year old niece instead. It's the perfect size for her, and she loves it.

I like the size of the house and the colors. If I had to say something bad about this house it would be the stickers. The window stickers fall between a crack the plastic has and it is not completely flush. Not a big deal.

I was very disappointed. Usually it takes me a day off from work and at least a12 pack of beer and 3 new profanity words to assemble kids toys. This one took me 30 minutes total time (including reading the directions) to assemble. It very sturdy and no tools required. The granddaughter loves it. I will be buying this again for the other grand kids.

Purchased for our Duck, Darla for protection at night. Added some chicken wire to the open windows and now She LOVES her new house! We are able to move it around the yard easily for sanitary purposes. This was the perfect solution for our family.

This play cottage was a great price, easy to assemble and is cute and sturdy. We bought this as a gift for our 2 year old niece and we’ve had it both indoors and out on our porch. It would be nice if you could buy little flags to go into the flag holder slot but we’ve been able to find some that work for us. I’d recommend this.

Shipping was delayed (fedex) but the seller was very prompt with returning my messages. My son loves his new play house, he loves opening the two doors and the two windows. We didn’t add the “address” stickers that were included because were going to buy our own numbers to customize it.

It was easy to assemble though and is easy to shift around. I set ours on a piece of 1/2 inch exterior plywood so our 3 YO Granddaughter didn’t have to be on the ground. And Grandma found an outside carpet remnant for the floor.

This was a perfect Christmas gift for my 18 month old. It was easy enough for me to put together, though I did take my time. It is flimsy plastic, but once it’s all together it is sturdy. That makes it light and easy for me to move around the yard. For the price, you can’t best it. I think it would work up to about 5 years old. It’s perfect for my 18 month old. She loves the moving window shutters and doors. We put her tiny kitchen set inside and she can play in it for hours.

One dislike is that it’s too small to fit anything in there. You can’t put a small kids table or even a bean bag with out everything being in the way so. I would of preferred something bigger but it’s good enough for my son to run around in and sit in there with his book.

The plastic is super thin and flimsy. The door bends like crazy when you go to shut it. The plastic bends really easily. Some of our pieces came a little warped probably from being it a hot truck. Could have bought a better one second hand.

Super quick and easy to put together. I have assembled many toys for my kids in the past and this one really stood out in how easy the assembly was. Feels very sturdy. I feel like I got a good deal for the price.

I bought this for my 2 year old granddaughter and have it sitting on our outdoor deck. I read several reviews about this playhouse being cheap. The plastic walls are a bit flimsy, but when you put the entire thing together it’s sturdy. It’s not heavy so it’s easy to move around. That’s a plus. There are screw holes in the bottom of the playhouse if you want to screw it down to a flooring deck (plywood). Assembly wasn’t too bad. The two door side pieces need to slide into each other (top into bottom). The instructions say to use dish soap to add some lube. I didn’t, but I was still able to work the pieces together although it wasn’t as easy. Other than that, the playhouse was very simple and easy to build. The only issue I have is the flag mounts (one on each door side). The playhouse doesn’t come with a flag so I thought I’d make one using a wooden dowel. You need to be very careful with this because the flag pole will slump down a bit when put into the pole holder. This might make the end of the pole the level of a child’s eye. So, I decided not to use a flag. I think if you get a really short flag pole and put a knob on the end it’d be safer. Either way, my granddaughter didn’t notice the flag missing and used the mounting bracket to hang a bucket with her toys. Children are very resourceful. Overall, we’re very pleased with this playhouse and my granddaughter loves it. However, I may have to build a rain proof cover over my deck. My granddaughter want’s to go outside to play in her house even when it’s pouring rain. LOL!

So much fun! To see the smiles and hear the squeals of delight from my grandson when he saw this made my heart melt! The first night he had his blanket and told my daughter and son in law , “he would see them in the morning… he was going home”.
