Little Tikes Slide
My 1 year old son absolutely loves this. My partner and I bought this for his 1st Birthday as 1 of his presents and he hasn’t stopped going up and down the slide. He hasn’t quite ventured through the holes yet but I’m sure he will in time. With this bad weather he’s been on it inside the house where it doesn’t take up too much space come the summer it will be outside. Its solid and durable, and was easy to put together. Package good. Cost maybe better at 50 but that’s only because I love a bargain! Would definitely use this seller again.

This was bought as a Christmas present for my grandson age 17 months,he absolutely loves it and is never off it.
It was very easy to assemble and is very sturdy if assembled as per the instructions.
The only small negative is you need to assemble it in the room it is to be situated as once assembled it will not fit through a standard size internal door frame.
Other that that a brilliant product.

Great 1st birthday prese
I bought this for my sons first birthday. It’s by far the best thing he got! He’s always trying to climb up it and is now using the slide – to slide down and to walk up. He loves it! It’s very tight to push together but it just shows how sturdy it is. I’ve kept it indoors at the minute with winter on the way, I don’t want the colour fading (which I’ve seen on other outdoors little tykes products).
It’s just great and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a practical gift that will last and be enjoyed for a long time.

Perfect for my purpose
I bought this to replace our previous slide at the parent and toddler group I run. The colours are lovely and bright and the high sides will hopefully prevent accidental falls. The assembly was not too complicated but you do need a couple of strong people to push things into place.
Got this for my 2 year old to have in the garden. Putting it together should be simple enough, however certain parts need ‘persuasion’ to fit together. The whole thing slots together and then is secured with 4 self tapping screws(just remember to put the screws through the screw caps first!).
Our garden isn’t the most level, but it’s still very sturdy and doesn’t try to tip over. We’ve used it mainly as a slide into his little paddling pool, which he loves.
Only downside is unless it’s in the shade, it gets very hot when the sun is out. So you have to douse it down with the hosepipe. Apart from that I can’t really fault it as a first slide.

So loves this. He is just 2 can can use it independently without having to be behind him all the time so he can explore. It was a bit fiddly to assemble but then again my husband never reads the instructions!

Looking at the photos on here it’s clear people aren’t assembling it correctly.
The top parts should be in line. People aren’t knocking it far enough down into position. It wasn’t easy (I’m a female and I built it alone) but you have to apply your body weight and bounce it in so to speak. It should click in. There’s a groove for it to go into.
The slide also does not just rest on the top like I’ve seen. It fits flush. You have to assemble the slide to the front wall before the wall is attached.
It took me a good half hour of sweating to get it all in the correct position. But I worked alone without a mallet.I didn’t want to risk splitting the plastic with one of those like other reviewers.
I also disassembled it to go outside after indoor use. Use a peice of wood or similar under the wall and with some force it does come apart.
This is my 2nd purchase of this product. I had one years ago with my eldest and it was loved then.

Impossible to put togethe
I’m just not strong enough to put this together. All my weight jumping on it (size 18) doesn’t help and neither does a hammer.
It’s up but not perfectly aligned and screws aren’t in. Dad is helping tomorrow!

Solidly built and safe
Sturdy and safe, it’s been in use for over a couple of months now. Pretty happy with the purchase. Using it indoors, it’s big but not huge. Only issue was that assembly was simple but it required quite a bit of strength. However, once assembled it feels built like a tank, so it’s worth the extra effort.

Safety while learning
Brought this as a 1st birthday present for my grandson, although he didn’t get it until 6 weeks afterwards. He’s already learnt how to use the slide correctly, by 14 months, not quite tall enough to climb up on his own but is learning fast.
The best thing about this frame is how safe it is with the wall around the platform, it’s brilliant for very little ones.
Great for a climbing pre toddle
Good safe fun for pre toddlers. Much better than climbing the furniture to burn off excess energy so we have kept it in doors. He’s been using it every day for nearly a year already and his older cousins enjoy it when they visit too. Worth it’s weight in gold.

The plastic dye gets on clothes
Brilliant, my 18 month old loves it.
Putting it together was a challenge though, and I pity any single mum who has to manage it alone. Myself and my partner struggled, even though it was simple it was very stiff. Make 100% sure you put it together right the first time because we left the slide till last and it was almost impossible to pull the pieces off again to fit it in.
Finally, I’m not sure if the instructions say anything about this but it could be a good idea to give the thing a scrub done in the bath before putting it together as my son was wearing grey trousers and now there are huge red marks on the knees and bum from the slide and platform. Iv yet to see if it’s a permanent stain though but better safe than sorry, especially if your child is wearing a special outfit which you dont want ruined – quite likely, as this might be a birthday present.
Update – the marks washed off luckily !

Robust, but difficult to build correctly
Our son’s nursery has one of these and he loves it, so we bought one for him to play on at home as well. As with every other one we’ve seen (including the one at nursery), it’s near impossible to actually fit together fully and therefore left in a ‘nearly but not quite put together’ state.
Thankfully it’s absolutely rock solid even without the pieces fully pushed into place, but it would be nice if the fit was a little better. Putting it together was not particularly easy for one person.
As expected my son loves it and uses it every day. It seems to be very robust and thankfully it cleans easily as well.
