The DTW1002Z is powered by 18V Li-ion battery (not included) to deliver up to 2,200 ipm and 1,800 rpm. It has an electronic 3 stage impact power selection, hard / medium / soft, to reduce fault tightening, variable speed control by trigger and forward / reverse rotation.
The DTW1002Z is maintenance free, due to the brushless motor efficiently using energy to match torque and rpm to the changing demands of the application and eliminating carbon brushes, enabling the motor to run cooler and more efficiently for longer life.

Tolles Gert. Auf der kleinsten Stufe wurden alle Schrauben beim Reifenwechsel ohne Probleme gelst. Ich habe nur Makita Gerte. Alle Accus passen auf alle Gerte. Top.
habe bereits mehrere Produkte von Makita und bin durchwegs begeistert, auf der Suche nach einem Akkuschlagschrauber hatte der DTW1002Z im Vergleich zu anderen Schlagschraubern das beste Preis/Leistungsverhltnis. Fr den Ausbau meiner Stodmpfer am Opel Zafira hatte ich extra auf den Schlagschrauber gewartet und ich wurde nicht enttuscht. Das lsen der Muttern am Radtrger/Federbein gingen auf kleinster Stufe mit einem 3.0 AH Akku ohne Probleme. Bin auch mit diesem Makita Produkt mehr als zufrieden.
Hammer Teil lst die Radschrauben von meinem T 5 die mit 200 Nm angezogen ware prblemlos. Habe jetzt Radschrauben von einem T 5,einem VW Up und einem Mini Cabrio gelst und das ging relativ schnell.
Radschrauben, bei denen ich mit dem Radkreuz fast verzweifelt bin, werden auf der kleinsten Stufe ohne groes Gerdel problemlos aufgedreht.
Ist jeden einzelnen Cent wert, kein Vergleich mit den einfachen Modellen. Wrde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen.
Lieferung, Verpackung gut. Mit 3AH original Makita Akku bestckt, und die Radbolzen an meinem Transporter gelst. Auf niedrigster Stufe (mit 300Nm angegeben) die Radbolzen (175Nm Anzugsdrehmoment) ohne Probleme gelst.
Anziehen der Radbolzen auch kein Problem, sie lassen sich nach gefhlvollem Festziehen, noch eine knappe halbe Umdrehung mit dem Drehmomentschlssel bis zum Knacken festziehen ….optimal.
Trotz des Gewichts gut zu handhaben, ein wirklich gutes Teil. 100%ige Kaufempfehlung, man sollte aber ein wenig Vorkenntnisse im Umgang mit einem Schlagschrauber haben, dieses Teil reit auch ohne Probleme Schrauben ab.
Mit passendem Adapter lassen sich auch problemlos grere und kleinere Schrauben in Holz versenken.

Heavy, industrially noisy,Brutally powerful gun. I hadn’t got an impact extender, so I used one from my (not in expensive) toolkit, this was a mistake ,it tore it in half. So use impact rated attachments or you’ll be buying new tools. It removed every nut and bolt we threw at it I can’t recommend it enough.

Una pasada, afloja tuercas que da gusto, las ruedas del coche las quita en menos de 1/2 minuto en primer a velocidad, cuando antes a mano tardaba ms, afloja tuercas del vehiculo muy apretadas por oxidacin el paso y del tiempo.

bisher alles verrostete aufbekommen. Man fhlt und hrt die extreme Power und Gewalt dieses Schlagschraubers.
Wichtig: immer Gewinde hinter der Mutter mit Drahtbrste entrosten und Rostlser draufsprhen, sonst bgelt der Schrauber das Gewinde ruck-zuck platt oder die Schraube reisst ab.
A beast of a wrench and highly recommended. Easily removed the bolts from my BMW drive shafts, and removes my tight wheel bolts easily everytime. Heavy quality and the comfort and feel of the wrench is great. Was over my budget but no regrets.

All i can say is you will not be disappointed! The torque on this thing is insane.

I have a bunch of air guns and a smaller electrical makita impact wrench, but this thing eats all of them for breakfast. If you’ve got a bolt that needs loosening: it will either come undone or be destroyed! It’s a bit of a bulky and heavy tool, but that’s the price you pay for all that power!
One thing to note is that there’s a small delay when you press the trigger before it starts working. This is slightly annoying if you want to have short bursts of impact-action, but you get used to it.

Fr meinen Zweck, sehr viele Tellerkopfschrauben TX40 8×240 in eher trockeneres Kierfernholz ca. 10cm einschrauben ( Balkenlage im Fussbodenaufbau ), geht hier richtig die Post ab. Mein Akkuschrauber mit ca. 110Nm schaffte dies auch noch gerade, jedoch wollte ich diesem dabei nicht das Genick abdrehen und er roch dabei schon etwas und wurde sehr heiss ( berlast Anzeichen ).
Das TX40 Bit hlt bis Stufe 2 ( 600Nm ) noch gut.
Letztendlich ist fr meine Baustellenzwecke der MAKITA DTW1002 der Favorit und auch in meinen Werkzeug gekommen. Der ist mit Akku unabhngiger, wiegt mit 5,0Ah Akku aber stolze 3,6kg, ist in drei Drehmomentstufen einstellbar ( 300, 600, 1000Nm ) und hat auch tatschliche bis zu 1000Nm im Angebot, treibt meine Vergleichsschrauben 8×380 TX40 regelrecht und in Rekordzeit ins Vollholz ( ohne vorbohren ! ). Vielmehr als 300 – 600Nm sind allerdings fr den TX40 eine Zumutung.
Die Akkus und das Ladegert habe ich ja schon von meinen anderen Makita Akkuschraubern, daher als Sologert ohne Zubehr geordert.
Selbst Holzschrauben von 16×380 schraubt dieser mhelos ( mit 1000Nm ) ins Rundholz das es einfach nur Freude macht. Allerdings muss auch bei 16er Holzschrauben aufgepasst werden wenn diese fest werden, der DTW1002 dreht diese auch gern mal einfach so ab oder auch mal durch, jedenfalls in der Douglasie am Blockhaus und ohne vorbohren beim Sparren anschrauben – in Fichte/Tanne/Kiefer mglicher Weise nicht.
Der 5Ah Akku hlt recht lange, ein 3Ah Akku wrde auch ausreichen und wiegt halt etwas weniger.
Den Drehrichtungswechselschalter empfinde ich nicht als zu leichtgngig und auch nicht als am falschen Platz. Er funktioniert ganz gut und bisher eher nicht versehentlich. Sicher die Umschaltung/Drehmomenteinstellung am HAZET 9012M ist nicht zu toppen – dies knnte Makita sich ja mal ansehen und mglicher Weise hnlich implementieren.
Der etwas zum Verdrehen neigende Griff-Akku-bergang strt mich ein wenig, das sollte Makita besser knnen. Hier ist halt ein runder Vibrationsdmpferring verbaut – ein etwas eckigerer mit abgerundeten Ecken oder ovaler wrde dies deutlich verbessern, auch die Vibrationen dmpfen und konstruktionsbedingt eben nicht zum Verdrehen neigen knnen.
Ein Querloch am 1/2″ Antrieb wre schn gewesen, dann knnte mit Stiftsicherung und Gummiring auch die Nuss nicht mehr so leicht runterrutschen und meisst ja immer sehr tief runterfallen. Hier einzig unterscheiden sich der DTW 1002 mit 1/2″ ohne Stiftsicherung und der DTW1001 mit 3/4″ mit Stiftsicherung, sonst sind sie absolut baugleich. Meine vorhandenen Schlagschraubernsse waren aber schon mit 1/2″ daher der DTW1002.
Unbedingt Schlagschraubernsse verwenden, die “Normalen” werden regelrecht zerlegt – diese auch nicht “Notgerdungen” nutzen, man bekommt sie oft nicht mehr ab.
Den MAKITA DTW450 habe ich auch ausprobiert, auch ganz gut und hat tatschliche ca. 450Nm, wiegt halt mit 5,0Ah Akku auch gute 3,4kg und jagt meine Vergleichsschrauben 8×380 TX40 gut ins Holz – lsst sich jedoch im Drehmoment nicht einstellen und tut sich an den dicken 16×380 Holzschrauben schon deutlich schwerer und hat irgendwie eine komische Bauform.
Der HAZET 9012M am dicken Kompressor hat es so nicht getan, dieser ist dem Autoschrauben in der Garage und an Engstellen vorbehalten.
Fazit : Auf Holzbaustellen sind die Akku-Schlagschrauber ( bspw. DTW1002/1001 ) klar im Vorteil – kein Schlauch, jedoch einiges mehr an Gewicht, dafr aber gleichbleibende sehr kraftvolle Schraubleistung, auch bei kurzzeitigen Netzausfllen noch nutzbar – jedenfalls bis alle Akkus leer sind 😉 und in der Dmmerung mit Notlicht fr die letzten paar Sparrenschrauben wenn’s wieder spter wird …..
Update nach fast einem Jahr : bisher keine einzige Schraube / Schraubverbindung welche nicht festschraubbar bzw. lsbar war und dies bis 16×380 in Holz und bis M24. Ein paar habe ich auch schon beim Einschrauben ins Holz einfach so abgedreht – daher aufpassen dies Dings hat irre Kraft ! und/oder vorbohren.
Morgens geliefert, dann gleich in den Einsatz.
Ziemlich kompakt, aber auch schwer, also nix mit einer Hand und ausgestreckter Arm, der mchte schon festgehalten werden. Habe Antriebswellenmutter gelst, zack zack, war die los, nach 18 Jahren das erste mal gelst. Kein Problem fr den Schrauber.

Wo mann sonst dranhngt wie bld, mit allen Tricks arbeiten mu, damit mann nicht noch blder dasteht, ab jetzt den Schrauber drauf….fertig, Problem gelst….
Schwer, nicht billig, aber Problemlser.
Klare Kaufempfehlung…..ich glaub, ich kauf mir noch einen….nee, war nur Spass.
Gestern sogar die Radlager mit dem Schrauber gewechselt…..wirklich war, nix mehr mit endlos langem Hebel und sich dranhngen, Schrauber ansetzen und schon ist alles erledigt. Ob auspressen oder einpressen, berhaupt kein Problem. Habe den 5 AH-Akku dran, beide Seiten mit einer Akkuladung erledigt.

Great impact drill, I was struggling to get 2 bolts to budge, this got them moving on lowest setting.
Der Schrauber hat mchtig kraft.
Ich benutze ihn in der Landwirtschaft.
M22er Muttern die stark verrostet waren und sonst warscheinlich nur mit anwrmen gegangen wren lste er spielend. Neulich beim Verschleiteile wechsel (ca 250 Schrauben M8) merkt man das hohe Gewicht des Schraubers aber schon massiv.
Hier wre ein kleinerer, leichterer Schrauber zu empfehlen.

Decided to go with this due to reputation and durability. I am literally in awe with the sheer strength this thing has. Nothing it won’t break loose. Very good battery life with even a 3ah but 5 lasts very long. Very pleased.
Does any Job you need it to do, when you get this impact you’re paying for the amazing quality Makita has to offer, it’s really heavy duty to handle any tough job you throw at it, and love the different torque option selector!
It smashed a bmw hub nut off that was rusted really bad and torqued to over 250lbf ft I couldnt be more happy with this tool
The DTW1002 worked extremely well, making the task of removing the 52mm hub nuts and all the other bolts *very* quick and easy. Since then I have used it for a variety of tasks, including removing the suspension U-bolts on an Ifor Williams trailer, driving Thunderbolt concrete screws, and removing M24 nuts on field gates, and it has performed faultlessly. So far I have not even had to use it on the medium or high setting – low has worked just fine!
As I already have a variety of Makita 18V LXT power tools, I just bought the naked wrench, and use the batteries from my drill, chainsaw etc to power it.
If I had to think of minuses, then the wrench’s size must be the first thing to mention. It’s a big and heavy tool, and needs a fair bit of room in which to work. It can also be difficult to attach sockets onto the anvil, which is of the hog ring variety. Visually aligning the square recess of the socket to the anvil is much better than trying to attach the socket by feel. Removing the socket can take a bit of effort too, but since it’s still quite a new tool, and I’m using some new impact sockets, things may well get easier in time.
In summary, I am very happy to fully recommend this impact wrench – it saves a lot of effort and time, and can make a previously daunting job into a pleasurable one!

Quality product & from a proven quality manufacturer. Have owned Makita Tools over the years & have been very durable & reliable.
I’ve yet to find a bolt that can withstand this beast. Drive shaft nuts? Pah! Crank pulleys? A breeze. In fact I’ve still not had to move it from it’s “low power” setting.
Its WAY more convenient than air power too. The only niggle (and quite frankly, not worth mentioning) is that it’s a chunky and quite heavy tool. But what do you expect for the power it delivers?

Absolute beast of a floor drill. Snaps bolts clean out of floor if needed and brilliant for steel erecting. Takes no time at all to tighten lock nuts. Shame it couldn’t be made a bit lighter tho
I wouldn’t say it is a CON, but people should know it is heavy. I can understand because of the quality and the power in the unit.
Also, have to make sure you have it in the right settings. I started backing of some bolts on the underplate of my truck. I had it set to forward, (My mistake) and stripped the treads like butter on a 15mm hex head bolt. I know it is a big unit for that, but I was only going to take them out with it.
You must use impact sockets, you’ll round bolts or the sockets using regular ones.
For tightening do not use more than the middle speed, you will snap wheel lugs on full speed.
A word about the speed settings, they are also torque settings as the manual explains, force = mass x acceleration, so if you’re not hitting the internal anvil as fast you’re not getting as much force.
Middle speed seems plenty for wheel nuts, it will do them up air-tool tight. Low speed isn’t quite enough for my peace of mind.
An outstanding gun when power and speed is necessary. Astonishing ability to take off the most rusted and stuck bolts, watch out though as nothing stops it, it will snap bolts and studs if you’re not careful!.

Nous sommes en juillet 2020 cette clef choc est de trs bonne qualit. Aucuns crous ou boulons n’a rsists ( crou de moyeux, de crmaillre, de direction et bien d’autres). A avoir dans son garage tant professionnel que particulier qui font beaucoup de mcanique.

hab vorher ryobi ausprobiert mit 400nm aber nicht zufrieden bei 140nm bringt er die Radmuttern nicht auf also zurck damit

Test avec des vis de charpente en 10 x 280 mm enfonces dans un poutre en douglas en moins de 15 secondes.
Aucun couple ressenti au niveau du poignet. La boulonneuse est assez lourde, preuve que le moteur et la mcanique sont de bonne qualit. Ce n’est pas une construction cheap. Le bruit est assez prsent mais reste supportable.
En rsum, c’est un excellent produit. Utilis sans soucis avec une batterie de la marque en 4.0 Ah.
Warum ich trotzdem nur vier Sterne gebe? Ich knnte mit der Richtungsauswahl verrckt werden. Diese ist dermaen leichtgngig, dass man an engen Stellen ausversehen dran kommt und die Schraube statt locker bombenfest schraubt. Deswegen berprfe ich vor jeder Schraube die Richtung hundert Mal.

We are typically using it for metal assemblies and twice a year to change tires.
The brushless motor compared to the old electric motors is so incredibly smooth.
It is expensive but worth every dollar. Should have purchased it years ago.

Very fast delivery.i’ve not had a chance to use it yet but ive been using Makita for years and I’m sure this bad boy will not disappoint me.
Le dmarrage se fait doucement, la gchette est bien rgle, la tte est bien finie et de qualit, tout est dmontable si besoin. Le moteur brushless est indniablement bon.
Pour en conclure :
Elle est trs puissante donc slectionnez bien le mode qui correspond la taille de votre visserie. Referez vous aux spec thechniques.
Ca peut tre un inconvnient ou un avantage : elle est trs lourde et vraiment massive.
Nota :
– Apres rception, elle est bien vendue sans accessoires ni douilles, pas tonnant pour ce prix. a serait sympa de la part de Makita de mettre une photo sans douille donc.
– Je l’utilise avec des douilles Facom + rallonge pour clef choc
– Je recommande une batterie 4Ah ou 5Ah pour travailler en autonomie
– Je dconseille le “porte makita”, votre pantalon risque de descendre vu le poids de la machine!

I had a 26mm bolt on the car that needed to come off. It connected the tow bar to the sub-frame. No amount of force would remove it. Ryobi, definitely not. Snap-on crack bar didn’t even budge it. This thing took it off like it was already loose.
I’ve got a broken Land Rover coming at the end of the month. I have every faith that it will come apart without any issues.
Bekannte haben ausschlielich gnstige von Aldi und Co, welche mich nicht berzeugen konnten. Sie lsen zwar auch mit Mhe und Not fast alle Radmuttern aber ich lege lieber immer was mehr auf den Tisch und habe etwas langlebiges/vernnftiges was auch zuverlssig ALLES lst.
Der 450er htte mir wahrscheinlich auch gereicht aber mehr Leistung schadet ja bekanntlich nicht zudem ist er trotz mehr Leistung kompakter und nur unwesentlich teurer.
Neben Rdewechsel habe ich ihn auch zum wechseln der Stodmpfer sowie Querlenkern genutzt, einfach optimal.
Verglichen mit einem Akkuschrauber ist er natrlich recht schwer und klobig aber gerade das macht auch den Reiz aus….ein echtes Mnnerspielzeug.
Ich nutze ihn mit einem vorhandenem 4AH Akku, bei 5 Autos wrde wahrscheinlich auch ein 2AH Akku ohne Aufladung locker reichen.
Leistung lsst sich in 3 Stufen einstellen aber allein durch den Druckschalter lsst sich die Leistung sehr gut steuern. Man muss also keine Angst haben, selbst mit voller Leistung die Radmuttern zu feste anzuziehen sofern man ein bichen Gefhl besitzt.
Die zwei LEDs leuchten den Arbeitsbereich unterm Auto verhltnismig sehr gut aus, zumindest im Vergleich zu normalen Akkuschraubern von Makita oder Bosch Professional. Zudem besitzen sie eine Nachleuchtfunktion und erspart dadurch doch den ein oder anderen Griff zur Taschenlampe.
Ist jetzt nicht fr den Rderwechsel interessant sondern nur wenn man richtig” damit arbeitet.
Ich lagere/transportiere das Gert in einem Makpac Gre 3 da ich dann direkt 1 Satz KFZ Schlagschraubernsse mit Schoneinstzen sowie einen Satz Kraftnsse samt Verlngerungen, Gelenk und Ladegert zusammen habe. Dann ist die Box aber auch voll.
Kurzum, ich kann das Gert absolut empfehlen.
Es ist eine Stange Geld aber fr den Gegenwert finde ich es in Ordnung. Vorallem wenn man auch Spa an guten, hochwertigen Werkzeug hat. Die Nachbarn werden mich mit ihrem 80 Euro Gert zwar belcheln und es als Geldverschwendung ansehen aber mir ist es das Wert.
Hier fehlt es echt an Nichts, drei Stufen Regelbar, 1/2 Zoll , und mchtig Kraft,
Rderwechsel wird zum Kinderspiel, wobei der Makita 1002 sicher kein Spielzeug ist,
Bischen schwer ist er schon , muss aber so sein, den das Schlagwerk kann echt was, Brsteloser-Motor , SPITZE!!

Ich hatte vorher den Btw 450 von makita. Er war mir persnlich zu schwach und der Schalter war richtig schlimm, aber es gab bislang keine Alternative.
Als ich von dem neues Brushless Modell erfuhr, hab ich ihn mir sofort bestellt.
Der Schalter ist super gelungen und sehr fein dosierbar. Die 2 LEDs sind hell und schalten sich automatisch an. Man kann sie aber auch ganz abschalten.
Klar ist der Preis echt hoch, aber alles gnstigere was ich bis jetzt probiert hab war schlecht.
Schade ist, dass der 1/2 zoll vierkant (anders als auf der abblidung) kein Loch mehr hat, um die nsse fest zu verbinden. Strt mich persnlich aber nicht.
