I had been toying with buying a massage gun for ages but couldn’t justify the cost of a theragun. I read a number of reviews online & this regularly came as one of the best so having looking at amazon reviews took a punt.
It has been absolutely amazing – easy to use, great adaptors, including the heat one which is awesome. I’ve used it pre/post training and notice the difference especially with doms after longer runs.
Recommend and feels a bargain at the price it’s selling for.
I made a mistake in my first review
In my original review, I stated that it would not charge, but once I used the actual usb – c cable supplied with it, not the one for my phone, it charged perfectly. So far it seems to be a very decent machine.

This is the first massage gun I’ve used so can’t compare to others but it’s great.
We use it almost daily. Battery is very good, power is more than enough and the accessories are handy. The case is also excellent.
It can shake you head a bit when working on your neck so a weaker setting would be nice
Wish I’d bought one a year ago
I’m due a total knee replacement in the next few months but have been suffering for many months. The constant knee pain causes the calf muscles and hamstrings to tighten and cramp so much I can’t walk. I have been using the massage gun avery day for nearly 2 weeks now the the effect is fantastic. I can walk when I get out of bed and I am spinning and walking 2 to 3 miles again. I use it after every walk or exercise session and the effect is instantaneous. I’m also using it on my feet and hip flexors (quads). It’s helping me get fitter in time for my knee op. Now using on my wife’s feet and back and my son’s shoulder. Fantastic bit of kit.

I have a few Renpho products and like the brand. Sometimes not knowing brands on Amazon can be a risk (e.g. some dodgy Chinese thing).
The product itself, is relatively cheap but does the job and solid bit of kit.

Bought after trying a Theragun in a store. I have a Renpho smart scale which has been a great buy so I trusted the brand. I have had the massage gun for 3 days now. My wife and I have used it everyday. It’s as good as a the Theragun for 300 and the mini version for 200. Would recommend to anyone. Product feels high quality also. No complaints for far. Save yourself 200! Feelin’ nice and loose!

1st time user of a massage gun and whilst a cynic at first, I certainly recommend one to provide relief from aching muscles. I purchased specifically for glute ache / pain and it provides instant relief. Excellent battery life whilst easy and lightweight to hold, started to use it on other areas of the body notably hamstrings and quads!
Magic new friend
I bought this for my massage practice and am extremely delighted with my choice. It is small,compact and very powerful with great run time and quick to recharge. I use it during treatments to get to tight knots that are hard to loosen up with my hands alone and the clients love it. I also use it on myself regularly and as it is light and compact it is easy to even reach my back , holding it in one hand, with it feeling awkward.

Nie wieder Rückenschmerze
Nach langem berlegen habe ich mich dafr entschieden, mir eine Massagepistole zuzulegen. Nachdem ich viele Produktvergleiche gelesen hatte, habe ich mich fr diese entschieden…und wurde nicht enttuscht! Ich habe schon je her mit Schmerzen im Schulternackenbereich zu tun! Eine eigene Anwendung des Gerts ist speziell fr diesen Bereich durchaus mglich und lindert akute Schmerzen sehr gut. Fr vollkommenen Entspannung und Lsung von Verspannungen ist es jedoch vom Vorteil wenn man sich mit der Pistole von jemand anderem massieren lsst. Meine Muskulatur war schon lange nicht mehr so weich wie nach der ersten Anwendung des Gertes. Durch die verschiedenen Aufstze kommt man in alle ebenen und in jede Verspannung. Die Behandlung war komplett Schmerzfrei und sehr angenehm. Wirklich was falsch machen kann man auch nicht bei der Anwendung. Auerdem sehr leicht und leise. Schon die erste Massagestufe ist fr den Anfang komplett ausreichend!!! Dieser Kauf hat sich definitiv gelohnt!

Pondered for ages over this as an avid runner feed up with foam rollers thought I’d try what is essential a cheaper version of some of these on offer!! I can’t tell the difference and I had a full demo of a unit 3x the money great at recovering after a run and even for a warm up pre run, silent, fast charge, looks and feels good nice carry case and the attachments are good.. slight let down I don’t think the battery life as as good as stated but I wouldn’t let that out you of buying this..

Still not sure of the best way to use this, and the various attachments that come with it, but it is very well made, very powerful, and with long battery life, and does seem to give relief even in my amateur hands.

Great massage
This has helped relieve the muscles around an arthritic knee. Compact and easy to use. The heads are very easy to connect. The different type of heads are a bonus. The battery was nearly fully charged when I received it but I charged fully and have used it quite happily every other day for a month. Highly recommend.
No expensive massages anymore!
Was going to book a sports massage as my muscles were tight from the gym when a friend recommended this! I’m the past a sports massages hasn’t always helped but this has been great! My partner is also a plasterer so it has helped with his back and shoulders. Come in a small carry case with lots of different attachments. Battery lasts well. Only reason for not given it 5 starts is because it seems to cut out after around 10-15 mins although it says it you can use it for a max of 30mins so I guess it’s getting to hot!? Regardless I would still buy again:)

Effective relief for tight muscles
I use this before and after exercise, it reduces muscle discomfort and helps with releasing muscle tension. Helps with flexibility too. Easy to use and compact, it feels well made and robust though it is not light. It is easy to reach all areas of the body including back and shoulders. I use it about 10 minutes at a time and battery life is good, there is an indicator to show how much charge is left so it can be recharged before close to running down, though it cannot be used while charging it so helps to be organised.

Had wanted a massage machine like this for a long time and picked this one up during the Amazon cyber Monday sales, it is a fantastic unit and I haven’t had a single problem with it in 2 months. Nice massage
Bought this as a gift for someone complaining of back pain all the time and they forgot every other present once they opened this. Feel asleep while massaging themselves so I guess that’s a testament to its effectivity.

This is a really good buy.It’s easy to use and once you get use to it, it’s proves to be very relaxing. I have a shoulder injury which I find using this massage gun does bring about relief allowing me to move my shoulder without feeling an uncomfortable ache and pain.

My partner uses this after PT in the army, it’s helped him so much. It’s really powerful and the attachements are great. Can’t recommend it enough. I used it on my back when I was having really bad period cramps and it helped instantly. Worth every penny.

I ordered a different brand originally and it didn’t charge from the get go. So after doing some research this one came up the best. It was a bit more expensive but definitely worth it. Its a nice size, lovely colour and does the job.

I was so impressed by the build quality and overall feel on my body using this product. The item comes in a great looking storage box with various adapters, which all have their own uses. I bought for hubby as he does a lot of cycling and he has said it feels great on his legs after a long ride. A great product!!

This is simple to use, although when using on someone else the amount of pressure to use is difficult to gauge at first.
Once you have the hang of it its fab. My husband finds it really good especially on the backs of his legs and lower back.

I bought this gift for my husband at Christmas as he has problems with his shoulder, however the whole family are gaining the benefits of it.
It’s extremely light with a comfortable grip and is very quiet. The various attachments are fantatsic and provide different massarging effects. It would be beneficial to have a guide to which attachment suits which muscle group best as this is missing.
I would recommend building up the vibration level when you use the gun. If you use level 5 straight away you’ll be on the roof in pain, that’s our experience anyway.

Used for sports aches and pains. Really helped alot. Fantastic for any kind of relief from muscle aches and pains and neck pains. Especially if you are into sports, my daughter used it for her quads and it has helped a great deal getting her back into playing football with ease. I personally used it for neck pain as I suffer from headache and this has really helped with the pains in my neck. Easy to use!

Overall impressed but have nothing to compare too – I just wanted a starter as I’ve been running a lot this year.
Couple points for improvement – The carry case could be a touch more compact and the charging cable’s non standard so none of my usb-c cables worked. I think the socket is too deeply recessed so needs a deeper plug which the included cable has. Bit silly really but small price to pay.

The build quality of the device is OK, we’re talking soft touch materials where it matters and durable plastic elsewhere. The motor is strong and I think few people would want to be pummelled more than than the highest setting allows for.
There is also a great selection of attachments in the box and the carry case is fairly nice.
You are getting a lot for not a lot of money here.
My only critique so far is that the charging port is extremely picky about which charger it will charge with. The included Type A to Type C cable, plugged into 5W or 12W charges fine but plugged into a ‘proper’ Type Charger with a draw of >40W and it won’t charge at all.
Not a deal breaker, but higher wattage chargers for Type C are probably the most common ones people have these days and it can be a pain if you can’t get it to work.
In sum, if you have a USB wall socket and you don’t lose the cable, don’t bother with Theragun or any of the other massage guns pushed by influencers – just get this, stretch frequently, eat your greens and life will be fine.

I ordered this gun because of its excellent online reviews and I’m glad I did. It came on time and has a lovely carrying case to keep it safe. This gun is so light I will be taking it with me when I travel and despite its lightness it doesn’t feel flimsy. I have fibromyalgia and suffer from muscle stiffness and muscle spasms and using a percussion massage gun really helps. I have bad arthritis in my fingers too and if I can manage this gun then most folk should find it user friendly. Its light, packs a punch and is easy to use. Would recommend.
All sporting households should have a massage gu
I have been surprised by how often this is used in our house, has been very popular! Sitting down at computer all day and having a blast at points in the day has been a huge benefit to me. I would have liked the handle to have a little more grip but hoods it’s charge well, easy to use and real benefit.

I like this product. The first massager I’ve bought so can’t compare with others. As a runner I use it post races and find it very effective for relieving my muscle pain without having to do time consuming rolling. Light enough to travel with but heavy enough for massage.

You can reach most of your muscle points on your own but I would say the spine attachment requires someone else to be effective.

Fantastic product with really great build quality. I bought this item as I had an issue with my Achilles. I had been to see a physio and during the session, he used a similar product and recommended that I get one to use at home. I felt a big change in the pain that I was getting after only using this item twice. This is a must-have for anyone that is into training and fitness, also for anyone that may have muscular injuries.

Was really impressed with this gun, its decent value compared to the professional ones out there and it feels really sturdy and good quality. I definitely notice the difference but it is worth reading up on them before you start as they can damage your muscles if you arent careful (mainly if you use it for too long on one area).

I played netball recently and pulled my calf a little. I used this straight away and the pain was significantly less the day after. Brilliant Massage
There is nothing not to like about this massager, it is well built, has a multitude of settings and can be relaxing as well as being able to hit those deep tissue needs after a run for example. My Mum suffers terribly from restless legs which keep her up at night, she has now started using this for 10 minutes at the onset of the pain and that 10 minutes is keeping her pain free all night, allowing her to sleep which she hasn’t done in months. I am the third person in my family to have purchased this machine, now it looks like my Mum will buy one too so I can have mine back!

…having increased my mileage in prep for the Great North Run my calves had become really hard/ tight and painful. 20 minutes with this massage gun really helped to loosen them and after a couple of days of use the difference was incredible. It was painful using it for the first time due to the knots in my calves but the target massage head really hit the spot…so glad I purchased it when I did as it definitely helped me get ready for race day.
Great piece of kit for sore muscles
I wish I’d have known about these sooner. I borrowed a friend’s massager (which was over double the price of this one) and immediately realised the benefits both pre and post exercise. I did a bit of research and decided on this Renpho version and am delighted I did. As far as I can tell it’s just as effective as my friend’s one, yet less than half the cost, so very happy.

Provides deep penetrative massage relief
I was surprised at how good this machine is it really does penetrative into the body. I got it to help with any stiffness in hips and pain in the glutes and I find it’s great at easing the pain or stiffness. So very impressed.

The muscles that protect the spine stiffen up when the body recognises an issue with the spine, this I find is often more painful and uncomfortable than the issue with my spine. In short since I received the massager it’s hardly been off my back because of the relief I get from the massage. If your sensitive to pain there is a special cushion attachment, if you prefer something stronger then it has the attachments you need. So impressed and I feel it is a bargain, I’m not a share holder of this company I simply want to share my experience with fellow back pain sufferers.

The muscles that protect the spine stiffen up when the body recognises an issue with the spine, this I find is often more painful and uncomfortable than the issue with my spine. In short since I received the massager it’s hardly been off my back because of the relief I get from the massage. If your sensitive to pain there is a special cushion attachment, if you prefer something stronger then it has the attachments you need. So impressed and I feel it is a bargain, I’m not a share holder of this company I simply want to share my experience with fellow back pain sufferers.
So easy to use and very effective
I bought this as it had been recommended to my husband. We both use it to relieve tight aching muscles. Its very easy to use yourself, particularly for me as it relieves tight calf muscles and at the moment I have tennis elbow and its excellent for that! Bit more difficult to use on your back/shoulders but it still helps. It comes with 4 attachments for different treatments needs. We would recommend it ask its very easy to use and great value for money

I bought this model as it seemed like it would be sufficiently heavy duty to be effective without wasting too much money if it didn’t help me. I have severe arthritis in both knees and recently the pain in my legs has been too bad to sleep even with prescription pain killers. In the past, deep tissue massage has helped by relaxing the muscles and allowing the joints to move more freely, but at 60 a time it works out very expensive for chronic conditions. This massage gun has more than earned its keep already, as after a few sessions focussed on the muscles above and below my knees, the pain had eased, and a session every few days stops everything seizing up again. At first it was extremely painful and I could only use comparatively little pressure as my muscles were rigid, but gradually the elasticity returned and it stopped hurting. (A little very gentle work around the kneecaps does also help, but mostly I work on the muscles and tendons.)

Well made and good features
Both my wife and I have numerous back, knee and hip problems from over doing it in the garden and from some slips and falls. We use it twice a day. So far, we have only used one of the attachments. It does lessen the pain, although the relief is short. Good product and while expensive, has the feel of quality.

Relieves muscle tightness well
Picked up in during a Prime Day as my son was seeing a physio and he recommended getting a massage gun.
From opening the box I was impressed, the gun is very well made and has a variety of heads to use to get the best results from different muscle areas. The gun and the attachments are stored in a nice case and makes it very portable. The different settings are good and I have only had to go to power 3 (of 5) to get good results and the battery life has been impressive with it covering several sessions easily.
After a few sessions I could feel the improvement in my own calves which became significantly less tight, getting the right head to get the best results is covered in the manual and worth reading.
Overall really pleased with the purchase and results.

It's the bob and brad massager.
Brilliant machine, at the top of the price brackets but we’ll worth it, it’s the Internet favourite. Bob and brad, ( check out you tube) have this re branded. Very powerful, unless you are an elite athlete, its more than powerful. Deep vibrations and puccussion. Very good build quality, but not too heavy for self massage. Charged by USB C, cable so no carting around a power brick. It’s fairly obvious how to use it, and the various attachments, the air pillow one is good. If you look up the “bob and brad” vids on YouTube, it would be helpful to you.

My mini gun was only delivered this afternoon, but I was eager to get to using it on my legs ASAP and being a sceptical person, I had my doubts about this for the price. I read so many reviews and this was Number 1 in the Mens Health magazine, which swayed my decision – as it took the top spot in their comparisons over the top end branded guns costing 300+. Anyway, cutting to the point, in plain English layman’s terms – this device works! Seriously. This has done exactly what it says it does. I can’t believe how great my legs feel. Getting to the spot with this is seriously easy, and is such a good feeling . Don’t let the odd bad review put you off. You dont have to take my word for it either. Just do your research, take the plunge and buy, like I did. You won’t regret it.
Quality made massage gun as good as Theragu
Quality made product & a bit more affordable alternative to the Theragun but just as good. Purchased as part of marathon training to keep my legs conditioned. This tool works a treat especially after a long run. Before my legs would become stiff & achy but after using the massage gun I’m able to move freely with very little ache. With the different attachments it covers different parts of the body, the fork down the back & shoulders does wonders. If you’re looking for a massage gun you would go far wrong for choosing the Renpho.
Almost perfect..
TLDR; A very good compact massage gun. It will be hard to find something better in this price region.
First of all build quality is Superklasse. Very slick and solid feel and tight tolerance in the mounting. Most guns are large and heavy (or small and weak), this one manages to balance all the desired traits with the required power (I have yet to choke it). In fact intensity is so high, I really wish it would have a lower minimum level. This and the fact that it gives off a chemical smell (in usage) after several weeks are my biggest negative points. USB-C charging works fine but only with supplied USB-A -> C cable. (Meaning you can’t use native USB-C connections). I’m sure they will make better iterations in the future, but from all the (current) guns I’ve bought and tested, by far the best compromise including the heads which I also count in for the total score. Highly Recommended!
First massage gun, how have I lived this long without one!
Bought this massage gun due to the small size and it only comes with 4 or 5 attachments and not 20! So far only really using 2 of the heads. This massager is really powerful and I love it. We bought this for my partner who has tight spots on his back and instead of tiring my hands now we use this to alleviate his pressure points. We’ve used regularly since buying this 2 months ago, so can’t say how it does in terms of longevity just yet, but so far no regrets!

My hope was that the massager would do the trick since it was just a minor but persistent flare up. Maybe it’s just a coincidence (or placebo effect) but in worked. I have also used it other aches and pains and as a general massager.
The only criticism is that there is no battery indicator. A couple of times I was ready to receive by massage but after a couple of minutes, the battery let me down.

Ero molto scettica sull’acquisto ed utilit ed invece sono stata davvero molto molto sorpresa! utilissimo per dolori muscolari sportivi e dopo una sessione di allenamento intenso (corsa) il massaggio effettuato con questo strumento risistema le gambe! Provatelo perch il prezzo ottimo se paragonato ai top level del settore (un ordine di grandezza pi cari!)

L’ho acquistata perch facendo sport avevo bisogno di un trattamento post allenamento per rilassare i muscoli dopo la doccia e prima di andare a letto. Nachdem bereits jeder so ein Teil hat und ich es bei Freunden ausprobiert habe, wollte ich mir auch eine Massagepistole zulegen. Die Entscheidung ist auf das Renpho Produkt gefallen, da ich bereits gute Erfahrungen mit der Qualitt dieses Herstellers gemacht habe. Das hat sich wieder besttigt. Die Tasche ist hochwertig und praktisch und enthlt eine gute und kompakte Massagepistole. Der Akku hlt echt lnge und die Leistung im Vergleich zu anderen Gerten von Freunden ist super. Die Verarbeitungsqualitt ist auch 1A. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
Good massage gu
Easy to use. 5 speed controls, multiple head types. If using by yourself, probably not the best for using on your back, can be a bit fiddly to position correctly on the back. I imagine ones with a longer head or handle will be easier to position on the back. Overall a good massage gun for the price.
Sollievo ASSICURATO!!
Ho acquistato questa pistola massaggiante poich mi sembrava la migliore che si potesse trovare, e grazie al cielo che l’ho acquistata. Ho utilizzato questa pistola massaggiante negli scorsi giorni, e devo dire che ogni volta che qualcuno in famiglia la utilizzava e finiva la sessione di max 30 min. (come suggerito dall’azienda), ci sentivamo tutti rinati. Allevia dolori in qualsiasi parte del corpo e grazie alla regolazione dell’intensit riesci ad ottenere un’esperienza d’utilizzo a dir poco fantastica.
Se dovessi trovare uno svantaggio, questo sarebbe la forma del prodotto. Il manico risulta un pochino corto e non ti permette di raggiungere ogni punto della schiena. Tralasciando questa piccolezza, bisogna parlare anche della batteria. Avendola usata con regolarit (per circa 1 settimana), e con sessioni di 30 min, devo dire che solo 1 volta ho avuto la necessit di metterla in carica e nel giro di 1-2 ore era gi pronta al prossimo utilizzo.
Sono veramente entusiasta del prodotto e lo consiglio a chiunque cerchi sollievo rapido e soprattutto svolga attivit fisica.

Avevo gi acquistato una bilancia un termometro Rempho con soddisfazione e mi sono deciso a provare questo massaggiatore.
Il set arriva in una comoda e bella valigetta che contiene gli accessori e le istruzioni. I materiali sono di alta qualit e sorprende l’elevata potenza che la pistola pu raggiungere. La stiamo usando tutti in famiglia, io preferibilmente per collo e spalle, i miei figli sportivi per gambe e spalle, mia moglie per piedi e schiena. La carica dura parecchio ed segnalata da 4 led mentre la potenza da 5.
Come sempre Rempho ha un rapporto qualit prezzo eccezionale e consiglio l’acquisto assolutamente!

Infatti, come potete vedere dal video, il massaggiatore accompagnato da un’elegante e solida valigetta che contiene tutti gli elementi utili. Ci sono le istruzioni anche in italiano, e il cavo per la ricarica.
Tutto molto elegante (eh s l’occhio vuole la sua parte).
L’ho provato principalmente sulle gambe, dopo l’allenamento e ho esperito un massaggio sorprendentemente profondo ed efficace. Alla fine un piacevole modo per coccolarsi.
Mi risultato semplice nell’utilizzo, e ha diversi accessori per usi pi specifici che prover.
Io purtroppo ho difficolt ad addormentarmi dopo aver allenato le gambe, per i dolori: sono sicuro che con questo massaggiatore allevier i dolori e migliorer il sonno.
