Merrell Women's Bravada Wp Walking Shoe

In these pandemic times, my husband, dogs, and I have taken to long hikes of 7-8 miles. It’s a lot of hills and on the first one, I bruised a couple of toenails. I decided I needed new hikers and although the fit is true, I went up a half size for more toe box room. We’ve been doing this hike 3 days a week since March, so 6 months. No problems since switching to these hikers. Bought a second pair so they don’t discontinue when I need another pair. I love them.

I’m always hesitant buying shoes online, but my old shoes were all worn down and I was slipping and sliding on the dirt trails I walk on. I go hiking on many different trails near my house. These shoes have been amazing in every situation! I’ve hiked up and down steep hills, climbed rocks, gone down paths with really loose gravel, and even used them while running on both the packed-dirt trails and pavement. I love that they have an amazing grip on any terrain and they’re extremely comfortable! I’ve gone on at least 8 hikes (That were at least 7 miles each) and one long run since getting these and I’m very happy with them! I also didn’t know what size to get because I heard you should sometimes order up for hiking shoes, but I decided to stick to my regular shoe size and it fits perfectly. Sometimes when you first put them on you have to take a second to adjust them, but once you start moving they’re great!
