It was easy to swap over the old shower to this new one.
It heats up quickly and had a good amount of water coming out.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new shower.

Simple, stylish, wallet-friendly and effective
We bought this as a replacement for our existing Mira which had finally broken down after many years service. Money is tight, so the choice was limited. Our plumber and electrician had no problem installing it, and it is running nicely. How long it will last is of course unknown. Fingers crossed!

I find the shower very good and is easy to use. The only criticism is that the heat control has a wide sweep but on my shower the best position is in the centre and only takes one or two markers on either side to go from very hot to cold, a more gradual variation would be better. However a good shower and great value for money compared to other makes, also a Which Best Buy.

Easy installation, works very well.
Bought as a replacement for an older 9.5kw shower. Installation from start to finish took no more than 90 mins. Works well and most importantly keeps a constant temperature.
Would definitely recommend.

Very easy to install. Had to make up a bit of pipe work which Mira do offer as an accessory but not supplied with the shower. Easy to use. Very pleased with it.

Ideal replacement for existing showe
Brought this item from mira as it stated on the reviews that it replaced their old model and easy to fit . But nit the case. Ended up getting plummer in.

Bought to replace an existing shower of the same brand (it was 10yrs+ old!) Everything fitted and worked out-of-the-box. Well pleased. Thank you amazon.
Bought this to replace an identical one purchased many years ago.
It was easy for me to fit as it is identical to the one it was replacing. (We live in a very hard water area so electrical appliances need replacing regularly). Even in winter when the mains water is very cold the flow of the shower is more than adequate.
Customer service is excellent, When I opened the box there was a slight kink in the hose which needed replacing, but I had no problem contacting the support department who were very pleasant and accomodating and despatched a replacment asap.

The shower is great but I bought this as it said it was especially made to easily replace an existing Mira shower. Two days later I finished replumbing and drilling. Not a simple replacement.

This shower is much better at maintaining temperature when watey used elsy in the house. Only problem is if you forget to turn on the main swit befor pressing the on off switch on the shower it comes on as sooy as the main switch is turned on. Ono done you will not do it again! But would get one again.

The Mira Jump replaced a shower that had been in use for 15 years. It’s compact, cheap and has a range of installation options on the backplate. Unfortunately it hasn’t been popular with family. The flow was always very low in comparison to the old shower, which proved very unsatisfactory. It’s nice looking, but the screws for the cover are on top and difficult to access, they would have been better at the bottom where there has to be space for the hose, anyway. A better range of rear entries would have helped installation too. The worse thing was the solenoid coil that operates the water solenoid valve failed after18 months. These were a faulty batch that appeared in early 2020. In summary, low water flow and unreliable with some design flaws.
This shower was replacing a Triton shower (and I was glad to be rid of it) and so the water inlet was lower right and power middle right. There are multiple options to connect the power and though the water inlet on this is middle left, the design provides defined “channels” so that you can route your pipework within the footprint of the shower. I extended my pipework with plastic connections/pipe and it was so easy just cutting in accordance with the template.
After a couple of weeks use I am very happy with it. Its biggest challenge is the hard water in the area so I hope it will last.
Chose this unit recommended by which magazine over many more expensive electric showers Performance is good with stable temperature. Installed it in September so hopefully the performance will still be as good in the winter months when the water supply is colder.
It’s designed to be a direct replacement for an existing shower and it does but fit the cables first, before the unit is screwed to the wall, as its very difficult to bend them into place!

Pressure could be better, but better than the vast majority of showers,, for the money spent, it is a bargain. Electritican that put it in, said it was extremely easy and quick to install.

Replacing a similar unit which was just a handset. I was a bit concerned about how big the large fixed head would be, thinking it might need to be smaller than I hoped, due to only being an electric shower. Well it is massive and is absolutely superb with no problems at all and gives a real drenching.

Purchased this to replace a Mira ‘Sport’ which broke after 5 years. This *just* fitted over the old plumbing and left no visible marks from the old shower. So far it seems reliable and powerful enough. It certainly doesn’t seem like a downgrade – especially considering we never used the ‘sport’ function on the previous shower anyway.

Mira advised their new Jump shower would easily fit and replace their old Zest shower.
It did not, taking two hours to install as the water pipes were on the other side of the unit.

Easy to install, great value replacement electric showe
A great value shower that was easy to install as a replacement. No installation hick-ups and being the 10.8Kw version delivers a good volume of water and temperature control throughout the year using the low, eco and high settings. No complaints. Used in the second bathroom so gets occasional use.

Good reliable shower for the money
Have used this shower previously so, straight swap. Wouldn’t do this unless pleased with the shower. Would recommend.

Great shower overall and our plumber said that it was easy to install. It looks good and hopefully it is as good to use once we have guests visiting us again.

Good powerful shower that was easy to install as it has multiple entry points for water and electricity. Variety of sprays was great and temperature warmth stayed constant.

Don't stand under when starting, it's cold.
Obviously for showering, but whichever programme you’re on, it still starts cold. Even though it only takes a short time to heat, don’t stand under it on start! However it’s still a good shower.

Really good shower with multiple entry points which made it easy to fit!
Bought as a replacement for a broken mira unit in a rental property which was just outside the 2 year guarantee. Cheapest price on amazon at 117 compared with 149 from mira. The unit arrived quick considering not a high priority item in covid-19 crisis. Handyman installed easily, though had to purchase a small part from screwfix to get it to fit. tenants happy now they have a working shower.
Just fitted this in a relatives house to replace a faulty one-year-old Redring shower, in my opinion its a far superior make, but this one isn’t quite as nice as my Mira escape unit. Fitting was easy enough but I did have to cut some pipework to link it up to the existing pipes even though its described as a multi-fit. The inlet is on the left so expect to have to do the same if your pipe is on the right, there is a handy template that you can use for pipe lengths, and a channel you can use to hide the pipes internally.

Possible fixing issue when using as a replacement.
Stylish, easy to use, lots of hot water. Plumber had some difficulty in fixing to wall over the space occupied by previous shower – one of the fixing points covered a void, which would have left the shower unit fixed only by 2 screws at the top, leaving it unstable – but he found a way round the problem.

hi my shower packed up after 1 year and 6 months it broke but I had a two year warranty . I phoned mira showers . the guy asked for proof of purchase I emailed , I got a new shower the next day now that’s what I call customer service keep up the good work mira .I am well pleased .thank you

Wasn’t as straight forward as I thought it would be. As you can see from the image we had to install the electricity through the side and sealed it afterwards prior to use. Maybe Mira can consider thinning the sides where the electricity had to come in through. Was a replacement for the Mira zest which I loved and had for ten years. It’s access was from the side. Hopefully this will give as good service as that did.

Good Shower which we purchased to replace a old broken one. Nice to have the multi-fit option too as we had to send a Triton shower back as it didn’t fit how we wanted/needed for where the water pipe and electric came in at.

Bought this to replace my Mira Vie which had started to play up fitted without too much alteration and looks great my only negative is that I don’t know what the chrome in “Mira Shower Jump Chrome ” !! stands for as only the shower rail is chrome ?? a bit misleading otherwise I am pleased with the showe

Nice shower, reasonable price
This was a replacement shower and was the one recommended by my plumber due to the ease of change inlet direction.
advice by Mira customer service that this unit would replace my previous Mira unit (over 20years old) proved to be correct. ‘Unit footprint’ different and plumber needed convincing but everything turned out well and now if fully functioning. Very pleased.
As described, easy to fit onto original plumbing, adequate flow rate (not a power shower) but more importantly, better than my old one, shower force depends on your own water pressure, always think about this before going electric, sometimes, people blame this on the shower.

I was replacing a Mira shower with this new one. The change was very simple. Had to do two very small mods to fit this. About an hour saw the task complete. It works as you would expect. Delivery was prompt. It isn’t the cheapest shower out there but it looks good and works as it should. Would recommend
