‘Strawberry Thief’ is one of William Morris’ most famous designs. He was inspired to create the original fabric after watching thrushes stealing strawberries from the kitchen garden of his countryside home, Kelmscott Manor, in Oxfordshire. The bedlinen features this enduringly elegant design printed onto 300 thread count cotton percale, edged with navy piping and reversing to a delicate willowbough pattern coloured in an indigo palette. Layer the bed with a co-ordinating quilted throw or the Woodford Plaid wool blanket. A linen mix cushion embroidered with delicate motifs of flowers and fruit within a scrolling trellis is a beautiful addition to the bed.

Tradional bedding
This Morris bedding is easy to wash and iron . It looks spectacular but soaks up sweat etc and is cool to lie in at night.

Lovely colours and feel. Washes well. Like the underside too. Very happy with it.

Well made duvet cover (as it should be for this price) – lovely material, well finished and with a piped edge. The pattern is stunning on the one side and the reverse is a plain deep blue – looks fantastic on the bed. Shame it doesn’t come with matching pillow cases, but that’s the only gripe I have – thoroughly recommended

A knockout!
Wow! Bought it in crimson, and it is incredible. Perfect in a bedroom with deep yellow walls and dark red ceiling coving. And the quality of the material looks to be great at well.
Now I’m going to go for some pillow cases.

Luxurious duvet cove
Luxurious and soft duvet cover, appears to be very good quality. Very happy about it but disappointing though that there is a small fault (colour missing) at the back. Too small to have the hassle of returning it.

This is the most beautiful bedding ever! I bought it for our spare bedroom and it has given the room a wonderful warm and classy look. The quality is great! Highly recommended!
