Simple steps for Bluetooth connection:
- Click on the information icon in the lower right corner of the screen.
- Right-click on the Bluetooth icon and go to Settings.
- Click on the “+” and choose Bluetooth.
- Choose “Printer001” and enter the PIN code “0000”.
- The Bluetooth connection is successful.
- Go to the Driver file and click on the “POS-80 Windows driver (With…)”.
- Choose “Other” and click on the “Install Now”.
- A success window will pop up automatically and click on the “Yes”.
- Go to the “Devices and Printers”, Double- Click on the “POS-80C”, and then click on the”Hardware”, you can see the com port connected to the printer
- Go back to the “Ports” and select the com port.

works really well, only problem i have with it and it’s not the printers fault, its not compatible with my Zettle mobile merchant. otherwise its excellent.

Product came as described and was easy to install via Bluetooth, seems a strong sturdy machine and print quality seems good and very fast.
La quera para imprimir tickets por bluetooth desde la tablet con loyverse y va perfecta. La configuracin no son ms de 5 minutos. Solo tienes que conectarla al bluetooth de la tablet y aadirla como impresora en loyverse.

Me encanta el producto, funciona perfectamente con tablet Android y con la aplicacin de TPV LOYVERSE. De verdad, merece la pena el producto y no es necesario gastarse 300 Euros en la Epson. Muy contento!

Stampante ok, intuitiva,l’unico problema le istruzioni sono in inglese e l’unico centro assistenza in Cina e bisogna parlare solo tramite whatsap ovviamente in inglese per riuscire a capire, mi ci sono volute due settimane a risolvere il problema, ma alla fine ieri dalla cina sono riuscita a parlare con un tecnico in Cina e mi ha risolto tutto in pochissimo tempo e aiutandomi in tutto, lo ringrazier a vita.
Hemos utilizado este producto desde hace un ao en un restaurante con bastante trasiego, y nos funciona bien. A veces ha fallado durante unos segundos pero nada importante y no es habitual. Lo recomiendo.

We’ve reached our 8th Munbyn bluetooth printer and they all worked impeccable. We’re really happy with the service so far. Been using the printers in some really busy restaurants where there were many orders. Keep up the good work!
This thermal printer is great, finally solved our issue that we needed along time. Our online website was tricky to get orders printing to a thermal printer 80mm size. With a new setting, was done nicely but although still a few hiccups as the best way to connect via a android phone using an app will print out better quality as we using a laptop, it makes the print out slightly faded as no settings can edit. Other than that, it saves some time.
