L’aspirateur est de trs bonne qualit. Naturellement il fait du bruit car a puissance est au dessus de la moyenne.
Attention bien ranger vos tapis en fibre avant le lancement.
Concernant l’application, contrairement au concurrent, il est difficile de lancer le robot uniquement dans une pice. Celle ci est effectivement pas trs intuitive.
Malgr tout cela reste un excellent achat tant le robot est efficace et ramasse presque tout sur son passage. Je recommande

Still in testing stage
I bought this robovac on a deal which it’s actually still on, maybe if I’d known that I might have waited but glad I didn’t.

In a way it’s saved me time as I can clean and do other things around it, however you need to keep things out of the way in order for it to clean so if you are happy with the clean just being basic then that’s fine. Obviously doing your own hoovering you can move and put things back as you go, there’s more of a sense of having finished for a little while at least. For those who have no problem with a weekly clean, trying to use and keep space on one side for this robot might actually be more hassle than it’s worth.

If you want to move things out of the way daily for the robot then your home will always be in disarray, so in short you don’t get the feeling of having finished for the time being that you would after a normal hoover around.

Because these robots can be designed to run daily, theres a temptation to run the robot again and again to see if more unseen dirt will come up. I find one limitation is that the robot doesn’t run for long and I haven’t yet worked out why exactly this is. For now I’m happy to help it out. In future I’d have to choose a room to usually leave it in for daily scheduled cleans, this room needs to be reasonably uncluttered and where you spend most of your time to make it worth leaving the robot in.

Cleaning other rooms can be hit and miss as the robot has the ability to save only one floor map at a time. It may need to run, possibly more than once, in order to get the shape of the room. In order to save this map you will have to delete other room maps for now.

So far I’ve been usually with the robot helping it clean..I can’t see how this will work if I’m regularly using it in different room with maps being deleted from day to day. It means it’s relearning each time it cleans, which seems to be something of a waste of all the robot brains inside.
There is an update due in relation to this however, so holding on for that. At almost 1000 at full price with warranty, I’d hope for that to have already been on board the system and don’t know how the irobot or Dyson compare to this. I don’t think I would have bought this at anywhere near full price, and might have gone for the Dyson or something else.

The robot delivery was early and I was planning to do Xmas decorating before trialing it. Because I hadn’t done this it I used it around lots of stuff that wouldn’t normally be lying around. It managed and created a map, but wasn’t exactly quicker initially than using a hoover, maybe less work physically.

In fact it’s nothing like cleaning with a normal hoover, if you usually move all furniture and do skirting and so on it quite obviously can’t do this and I don’t know how you would get on doing this around it if you can find some other cleaning to do.

In a way it should always free up more time than without, as you can do other things whilst it’s working. I found it took a long time to set up because the support was so terrible.

Now this is done daily use should be less time consuming.

I think doing a similar level of clean of my living room could have taken far far less time to do myself with my hoover, but then this was it’s first time going.

I find it doesn’t necessarily clean for long enough so therefore would expect it to do a daily clean. When using a normal vacuum I would generally take a lot longer I suppose because I may not want to do a hoover to the same extent the following day.
It’s difficult to know if it will always be this fiddly going forward, and in a way it’s delays my own cleaning which I’d hoped I could do at the same time, because it needs so much help.

Unlike other robots, it gets stuck away from its base meaning if there a problem at the start of the clean, you might need to be there to put it back to its base . Someone else said this is because the roomba base has its own signal it sends out. Presumably this one uses just a memory to navigate back, hence if you move it yourself it can get stuck because it’s memory doesn’t fit where you have moved it to.
When it has got stuck it sometimes needs to go back to base to restart, so this can be tedious. You can’t change modes whilst cleaning and this has to be done whilst the robot is at its base.

There also seems to be a problem setting the level of suction and this can just freeze.
If you remember that eco is really only for hard floors then you know how important the turbo and max settings are. I don’t think the max setting is on the other models, and I think most people would always prefer a more comprehensive clean unless you are very concerned about noise or do your own daily clean and use this just for top up.

I considered the roomba range but in a similar price point I didn’t know how well they would do. Now I’ve had a bit more of a look I understand the differences and gather that the roomba range navigate a bit better, but they may not offer a true HEPA filter, and I couldn’t easily find this information.

Jury seems to be out on roomba, some say they’re the best and always have been, but I found it not as easy to see the difference between models and felt the price I wished to spend ( sorry but under 700!) I didn’t know what to buy.
I also bought a eufy which immediately had problems although it was quicker to set up and works without an app or WiFi, which is great.
It’s bumper then became dislodged within moments and it seems that eufy expect me to fix that which I’m reasonably happy to do, but with it being out of joint I just won’t go at all for the time being. For less than a few hours old, some might find this to be not great.

I haven’t yet tested the eufy on its highest cleaning mode, so don’t know how they will compare yet. Initially it seems that Neato will pick up far more of the tiny dust particles.

The main appeal of this Neato robot was in fact the HEPA filter and this was the deciding factor for me.
Neato support is quite poor so I’d recommend having this in mind.
The shape and size of the robot is sturdy and much larger than I’d anticipated, having not seen them in shops.
The metal finish is smart if you care about that, but I’d be just as happy if it was a cheaper finish, I bought this for the strongest hoovering power overall.
The few times I’ve already contacted Neato they’ve been wrong on almost every occasion and I’ve resolved issues using common sense.
For instance, I was immediately asked to reset my Neato password and when I queried this the support agent was incredibly rude ” you can try many other way to set up the robot but I’ve asked you to change the password and if you do as I said…”
I remembered vaguely reading reviews from others about the WiFi setup being fiddly and I dealt with this myself.
After going through to another agent and being cut off, I was made to go through various pointless troubleshooting steps. I tried to ask about the WiFi but was asked to take these steps anyway.
Eventually I gave up on them and complained.

I had to fiddle with my WiFi but the issue is this: the robot needs to download its software update over 2.4ghz WiFi. It cannot do this over a 5g connection.
Once it has done this , however, you can use any broadband you like. So trying to get a succinct and direct intelligent answer from the support was very depressing and I wouldn’t recommend going to them until you have tried setting your WiFi this way.
Sadly this meant that fiddling with the robot took hours on its first day in the house.
The charge isn’t really needed and it’s never gone low on charge. I don’t know how this will affect its lifespan overall. All batteries lose life with charging over time and I don’t know how it affects the health of the battery leaving the robot always charging.

All in all, the robot offers a good standard of cleaning with some fiddling and would work best for those with pets or wanting a daily top up clean whilst they are out of the house, if they are able to leave things organised enough for it to clean well without help.

I can’t see how anyone can have them in fully automated use without having more than one for different floors of the home. Without some fiddling around with the app and base, it’s just difficult to get it to do more than run around for minimal time in a new area.

If you live in a flat it could be great.

For someone who has time for the fiddling but somehow finds an actual vacuum too difficult to use for any reason, it could be a real benefit. I would say the standard of cleaning could be close to replacing a hoover, if you can find a way to dust or clean other areas it can’t do.

I don’t know how it will fare going forward.

Works for me
I wanted a reason to keep the house tidy and floors clean. We have different floors in the house, carpet, laminate, tile, vinyl and Neato keeps them all clean. No issues with transitioning between floors or “stepping” over the ledges between rooms. It did struggle to do one room, but creating a brand new map solved that problem. Some house adjustments were necessary, fighting with dining chairs at times and moving a folded clothes horse out of reach. all this was worth the effort. Neato cleans the house 2-4 a week and the odd room as needed. Some effort on your part required keeping the brush clear of hair etc, but no different to having to do that with a traditional vacuum. Can definitely recommend and would get another if we move to a multi-level property.

Attention technologie wifi mesh
Trs bon produit, mais attention la technologie wi-fi mesh. J’ai mis beaucoup de temps configurer le produit car, il tait incompatible avec la technologie de roaming wi-fi.
Mes bornes wifi qui sont incompatibles : TP-LINK DECO (2021) Du coup j’ai branch l’appareil directement sur la Livebox

Aprs le produit en lui-mme est trs bien, il aspire assez fort. Par contre il fait du brui

Le meilleur robot à 400 balles
Super aspirateur, pour une fois que le robot est la hauteur de son descriptif,
Reu 1 jour en avance (livraison amazon).
La connection a l’appareil s’est faite extrmement simplement, le nettoyage auto s’est trs bien pass, il a trs prcisment cartographi mon appart.
Il est prcis sur la bote que la fonction de nettoyage cible par pice a t implment et c’est vrai, on cre les diffrentes pices et on peut ainsi le lancer que dans la pice souhaite.
En tout cas aprs son premier passage j’ai regard dans le bac poussire, il tait rempli ras bord alors que l’appartement ne paressait pas sale.
Franchement pour 400 balles, compar toute la concurence, faut pas hsiter foncer chez neato.

Excellent Helpe
This fabulous robot vacuum is a superb addition to our house. I call mine Cyril and he cleans with great care and gets up all the very small particles of dust together with hair and larger fluff. It is a little time consuming setting the App up and getting the whole floor plan completed. It is then possible to zone each area and request Cyril to do whichever zone area needs cleaning or request the whole floor area is cleaned. Don’t hesitate to buy, this is a great help with a very boring and time consuming and can be done whilst you are out.

Premier robot aspirateur achet, il a tenu 15 jours avant de perdre le Wifi, impossible le reconnecter. Contacter le service client via le tchat et aprs plusieurs manipulations le robot ne voulait rien savoir.
Le service client est pro et facilement joignable.
Retour pour change standard et j’utilise le deuxime robot depuis quelques jours.
Deux cartes de crer, la premire pas de problme, mais la deuxime bizarrement il n’a pas t dans une pice, peut tre parce que le bac tait plein.
Je ressayerai plus tard pour la deuxime carte.
Pas de problme en mode manuel.
Au niveau bruit c’est acceptable, il est plus silencieux que mon vieux aspirateur traineau Dyson.
Au niveau aspiration j’ai tester en mode Eco sur du carrelage et du parquet et il nettoie bien.
Les brosses se nettoie facilement avec l’outil fourni.

Robottino fantastico ma funzionalità dipendenti da una buona connessione.
Scrivo questa recensione dopo circa un mese di utilizzo quotidiano, mi serviva un robot di qualit per un aiuto concreto con i peli dei miei due cani. Devo dire che sono molto soddisfatta, pulizia soddisfacente, mappatura fatta bene e tutto quello che promette risulta mantenuto, solo un pochetto rumoroso, quindi non utilizzabile negli orari di silenzio condominiali o di notte.
Per, e c’ un bel per, inizialmente ha fatto un po’ di capricci, quando lo accendevo non trovava la mappa della casa (l’avr rifatta almeno 4 o 5 volte da capo), dava errori, si disconnetteva e dovevo ricollegarlo ogni santissima volta che volevo pulire casa, mandando al diavolo la comodit di farlo partire in un secondo con l’app. Ha poi smesso da solo ed iniziato a funzionare come Dio comanda dopo qualche giorno ma comunque mi ha fatto dannare e non poco… Penso che il problema principale di questi “capricci” sia stata la poca stabilit della mia connessione. Assicuratevi di avere una buona connessione stabile in casa se volete godere a pieno delle funzionalit del robot.

Endlich ein Saugroboter, der funktionie
Nachdem wir uns den Vorwerk VR300 bestellt hatten nach dem Testsieger Urteil von Stiftung Warentest, war wir einfach nur noch angenervt, da die App nie funktioniert hat trotz Updates etc. Also ging das Ding nach 10 Tagen zurck, denn fr stolze 900 war es das Geld nicht wert.

Ich hab dann gelesen, dass Vorwerk sich bei Neato eingekauft hat und wusste nicht, ob das nun gut oder schlecht ist.

Ich bestellte nun also den Neato und siehe da: Design ist fast identisch und die App ist die Gleiche, ABER: Hier Funktioniert sie 🙂
Ich kann also whrend der Gassi Runde von unterwegs auch sagen, dass er die Kche reinigen soll oder nur das Badezimmer und er macht es einfach ohne Probleme.
Ich wei nicht, warum Vorwerk das nicht hinkriegt, aber ich kann keine Unterschiede zur Saugleistung feststellen. Leiser ist der Neato jedenfalls auch.
Wir sind super zufrieden! NoGo Lines werden akzeptiert und unser Sammy” wohnt unterm Sofa und hat keine Verbindungsprobleme. Zum Vergleich: die Basis des VR300 von Vorwerk musste teilweise festgeklebt werden, damit der Roboter einigermaen luft!
Der Neato kostet aktuell 40% vom Preis des VR300 und es ist mir immer noch ein Rtsel wie die Unterschiede so drastisch sein knnen!
Das Einzige, was gerade nicht geht ber die App ist die manuelle Steuerung, aber die nutzen wir eh nicht. Das, was wir gesucht haben, haben wir nun gefunden und es ist eine tolle Hilfe im Haushalt, wenn unser Sammy” einfach mal fix die Esszimmer Zone ok Wohnzimmer reinigt nach dem Frhstck whrend ich Zhne putze 😉

Werkt perfect op 2 verdiepingen.
Mijn Neato 85 was stuk en heb deze aangeschaft. Werkt veel intelligenter dan de oudere modellen, minder kilometers, minder nutteloze draaingen en pootjes optillen.
Ondertussen heb ik een 2e hands wieltje gekregen (binnen 4 dagen uit TaiWan!) en gemonteerd op de oude 85 met behulp van Youtube, dus die doet het ook weer en dan kan je het verschil goed zien!

speeds cleaning up but wont replace your standard uprigh
After owning Steve the neato d7 since April 2020 i can honestly say its a quality little beasty.. iv had no issues with connectivity or with the vacuum getting lost on a cleaning routine. It was easy to set up and connect to my wifi at home and after its first clean and map generation i was able to set zones and a cleaning routine..
As good as the neato robot vacuums are you have to remember you will still have to run your standard vacuum every once and a while just to get into the corners and behind things that it cant navigate behind and iv also noticed the side brush doesn’t spin well on carpet. The pickup is good but not comparable to any upright vacuum i guess it relies on vacuuming up more often to get all the little bits so it does a pretty good job but not amazing but the next time it runs it gets the bits it missed first time. Also dont expect it to be silent but if your running it while your out the noise doesn’t really matte. I actually use mine as a alarm clock as i work nights so if i hear the vacuum running i know i have to get up fas
