So easy to set up
I already have two Netvue CCTV cameras set up round the house andcare connected to Netvues cloud service so there was no question of choosing Netvue when I needed another camera.
I chose the Sentry 2 as I liked the idea of being able to pan the camera around.
Fitting was straight forward and after it powered up whilst using the Netvue app scan the QR code off the camera allows the app to recognise what camera you’re trying to install. The app then asks you to input all the WiFi settings and then generates a QR code which you hold in front of the camera and this transfers all your settings to it…..installation is as simple as that.
The picture quality night and day is perfect and the controls to pan the camera left, right, up and down are straightforward.
You can connect it to Netvue cloud service or insert a micro SD card to record. It can also alert you if it detects movement, this can be set to any sensitivity you like and block areas not to detect.

Great Cameras
This is the 4th Netvue camera i have purchased through Amazon both internal and external cameras.
They are simple to set up and easy to install.
Just make sure you run the setup before you install into high places to save you trying to scan the QR on the camera and also on your phone via the camera.
Night vision is very clear.
Motion sensors are very sensitive so do require a little tweeking if you have a road nearby.
Netvue Sentry 2 - PTZ Camera, Excellent build quality & functionality.
This is my 7th Netvue purchase, going to upgrade one of my Vigil cameras with this one. I’ve been very impressed with all my devices and this is no different. Excellent value for money, packed with features, perfect image quality both night & day. New AI features available as add-on subscriptions at low cost. I’d highly recommend Netvue products.

Night vision performance was better than expected
The 360 degree horizontal movement makes up for the slightly narrower FOV (compared to the fixed Netvue cameras). Would recommend this camera for looking at a medium distance (such as a garden or driveway) rather than short distance (such as front door).

As a senior technology lead I’ve reviewed a number of their devices before, also I’ve personally followed their company development journey I have to say, these guys never disappoint! Why? Let’s walk through it.
1) Camera came in promptly the next day
2) Well packaged, it wasn’t the premium (similar to the Apple packaging design, usually their cameras comes into – I still have those boxes 😉 but hey that’s me being geeky), but you can see space is well utilised and no non environment friendly foam
3) You can see teams puts attention to details and items are easy to find and are well protected.
4) You even get the template to help you to mark the drilling holes, so when installing it in a difficult to reach places, you don’t have to balance with the camera to mark the holes and risking to drop it accidentally whilst standing on the ladder etc.
5) Camera is well built. It’s enclosed in plastic (not like Sentry Pro in metal) but it’s not the cheap soft and flimsy plastic you can see in the comparable devices – it’s sturdy, thick and some could actually confuse it with metal too. Doesn’t feel light in your hand.
4) One of my fav elements which demonstrates attention to detail even the power supply does have a little rubber gasket at the end of it so when plugged in it fits perfectly in the specially made grove in the camera female power socket sealing it nicely – details matter! 🙂
5) It’s a 1080 video but if you are not a demanding geek it’s way enough! Drives great, installation took just few minutes following very clear instructions within the app. I really like the fact it guides you like a child even if you may be familiar with things, there is no room left for a doubt or a user wobble – that’s quality! Great product!
6) Immediately after installation you also receive continuous recording subscription for free for a month
7) Support – fabulous! That’s how you recognise a good team very responsive, courteous, knowledgable and always there. Some may say it’s only cctv company, but they really take pride in what they do and it’s shown how they deal with customers. Many can learn from them
Overall it’s a great camera which having it tested it at home, I can’t wait to install outdoors to test long range night vision in different seasons and conditions and i have a perfect place to do that. I’m going to visit it in the next two months and install it then to keep the close eye on both, scenery as well as performance 😉

A Good Start To DIY Home CCTV
Already had a dome cam for monitoring internal activity. This was the first outdoor installation I’ve done and found it easy to do. I need to work on the motion detection as I get a lot of false alerts due to the rain.

I was planning to buy CCTV for long time, to keep eyes on my cars, as there were few scratches on car which I was believing my neighbours did it as they could not find space there car in front of house. I got caught this week the culprit thanks to camera, it was bin collectors who tried to move bin between two cars and on the way back hit the bin ro my car. It was 6am light wasn’t very good as ot was still dark but video was well captured. Good quality images and motion detection worked perfectly. Easy to connect with WiFi, took some ti.e to understand but easy to follow. I used myvfriend help with Installation, which seems not that complicated. Overall satisfied with product and the price.

Quite impressed, especially for the price. Needs a mains connection and records to a card I side the device, so place it out of reach.

Once scanned, set up is very straight forward, but it soon becomes obvious that not all the features are available without subscribing to the event recording video plan. For example, motion detection cool down time and video recording.
Picture quality is fine in daylight and using night vision.
There was an issue with the colour balance and everything had a purple hue. After a few emails to Netvue customer services, a new camera was sent. Excellent service.
Overall pretty happy with this camera, it is a bargain, but may look at other brands in future.

Crystal Clear Camera
our old PTZ cmaera has failed and needed a newone to guard our House at nighttime or when we are not at home ,
had a look around 1st and this camera was very cost affective, it gives a Great Full HD Image , can Pan the Camera and pick up voices outside, i love the motion sensor feature , as when there is movement outside my property a notification is sent to my mobile informing me of this ,
the night vision could be better , but still good for the price
would definatly reccomend to anyone who needs a Clear view to the outside of the property without breaking the bank and spending a fortune

This is our 2nd Netview camera and it does the job perfectly! The app is easy to use and works really good. Video quality is decent.
Excellent CCTV camera
It comes with everything you need to set it up and attach it to the wall (just need a big enough drill bit to go through the wall). It is the easiest setup I’ve ever done and requires no awkward cables plugging into a system or router. It was pretty much plug and go!
You don’t have to spend money on buying cloud space. I fitted a 64GB SD card and I have like 2 days of continuous recording.
With a free app to download to your phone, it’s extremely helpful to be able to control the camera movement. The 360 degree pan and 110 degree tilt features are more than useful as it means you can mount the camera in otherwise difficult locations and have a good all-round view.
The picture quality is clear during the day and also at night.
his camera saved me alot of money
his camera saved me a lot of money. I was quoted 800 euro for a camera installation and extra for a camera, went online say this camera which rotates and I can access through my phone, installed it within 30 mins with help using the paper to align the holes, needed an extension leed but literally does the job with the app notifying me with movement, not sure why anyone would pay for camera installation these days.

Good Camera
Using this unit to replace a hikvision camera that was a problem. We have several nettview cameras between 2 houses and needed a new outdoor PZT camera. Working well except the picture quality is rather grainy compared to the other netview cameras so not sure why.

Product arrived early and safe as well. The power lead is long enough for what I need. The instructions is very clear easy to follow step by steps. The camera is easy to connect via WiFi and also the clear live and can be recorded too. The 360 is good idea liek wm i have long garden is I can see my front garden clearly
