We bought this cctv camera as the old one had started playing up. My husband had problems setting up due to SD card issue but this was quickly resolved. Nice picture, I don’t think it’s as bright as our old one but playback is good. The range is not as wide as our old one but for the price, it’s ok.
Great outdoor camera, will be looking into getting another camera for the back of the house.

Bought this when it was on offer. I was surprised by how small the box was but everything was well packaged. Took a little bit of faffing about with my router to disable the 5ghz band but after this the binding with the app was relatively straight forward. I put a 64gb sd card in which seemed to keep unmounting so I swapped this for a 32gb which has so far started connected. Mounting above our front door was very easy, I had purchased a 10m extension cable to make this a little easier. Very impressed with the app and the image quality. The motion detection at night with the ir LEDs on is very sensitive so I need to do a bit more tweaking with the settings for this. All in all a good bit of kit.
I waited to review this, as many products don’t last, however the Netvue camera has worked faultlessly.
Great picture quality, easily accessible app that alerts me about events.
The in-built motion detection is OK, but you need to keep the camera spider-free otherwise you get lots of lovely closeups of spiders on the camera alerts. The motion detection areas could be improved slightly.
The camera is only 2.4GHz wifi, which can be a faff to get connected initially, but once connected it has worked flawlessly ever since – and i even managed to remotely change the wifi network when i changed internet provider. I have bought and installed these for friends and family, as they are easy to install and use.

Purchased the cameras last year and am happy with the quality of the videos/pictures in a Wifi config.
As mentioned by others additional features will cost extra per camera i.e. Cloud Storage, Filtering motion detection per type etc.
Needed a WiFi cctv and this camera produces a great picture. Easy to set up and use. Already proved itself capturing a livestock worrying incident which was passed on to the police.
Ordered two of these to use at my workshop. Arrived early today after ordering last night.
Build quality seems pretty good for what I have paid.
Downloaded and installed the app and camera paired with the app smoothly without any issues.
The picture quality is great for a cheap camera. And the 2 way sound quality is amazing. Much better than my other TP Link camera which had a horrible speaker built in.
I am going to fit these two for now and test the night vison and recording(will be using 128GB SD Cards). If I am satisfied with the quality of this I will purchase another 2 for the workshop.
I will update this review in a few weeks time once I have used them for a while.
I bought this camera a year ago, it was ok. I had to suffer with other CCTVs in the same category to learn that Netvue is the best one you cam get. I wish there was control over the recordings as I cannot find such options in my huawei P30 Pro. a part from that which is an extra plus. everything is as advertised. and this new updated version is even better. I am impressed by the quality. And the motion detection doe never miss. Highly recommended
Just the product I wanted since it has the multifunction options of wired & wireless option and is also got 3 m cable for power. The SD card loop recording is definitely helpful..

Great level of functionality and a good quality, well built camera for the price, can’t fault it. Very easy to set up and use via the app and gives peace of mind being able to log in remotely any time day or night. Also love the speaker and microphone functions, better than a ring doorbell!
I attached this to my mother’s shed to keep an eye on her garden. It comes with a long wifi antenna, and seems to have no problem covering 20-30 feet, through a window and a wall to the router. The powersupply has a good length of cable (12 v) and you could splice more into it if needed, as it is simple two core. The cable from the camera itself is shorter and terminates in a button, a cabled ethernet connection and the power connection. All in all, it just works – and I’ve got a few Orb netview cameras around, and they all behave well too.
Bought this product as an upgrade to my existing cctv. It’s smart looking and really good quality. I like being able to access the camera live on my phone at any time and anywhere! The picture quality is really good and you can even make out be home registrations out at night. Would definitely buy again if required!
Night vision not brilliant and motion detection can give a few false alerts but overall a good camera for the price.
I now have 5 of these cameras giving coverage around the whole house, last one bought September 2020 so we’ll used. Great picture quality, though, weaker at night. The only downside I’ve found is the cameras seem to struggle with SD cards, with regular “mount” issues even with branded cards.
Alerts to phone are great and the unterface in the app is fine with two way audio. Just wish they worked on 5ghz WiFi.
Even manage to catch this baby deer lost one morning.

We bought 2 NETVUE cameras for security reasons. However, due to problems with our WiFi, we havn’t been able to install them till now. Wow, what can I say, the picture is amazing, really clear HD. The motion sensor picks up movements and sends straight to your phone. Giving you 2 to 3 frames at that time. Really happy with them at the moment. Definately be getting more.
I bought this netvue camera to replace a battery camera from a different company that was not very good I found the picture and sound quality on this camera very good the two way audio is good and very easy to use the recording and playback is also very good and easy to use I also found the app a lot better than the app I had with other camera a very good camera for a very good price I have ordered a second one for rear of house.
This is a good Camera for the money. Works well I’m not a techy so took a while to set up. The motion detection is very sensitive perhaps a bit too sensitive goes off quite a bit when nothing seems to be there. Sound is also very good picks up everything. Picture Quality not so good it’s Okay for what we want, which is to monitor the back garden for nighttime visitors but if you wanted it to pick out a face or car number plate I don’t think it would be that detailed. Not tried it with Alexa. Overall a good Camera for the money, but if you want a good security camera you need to pay a little more.

Super easy to set up. Download the app and away you go. Picture quality is amazing and the night picture is just as clear as the daytime.
I like the fact that you can also set the level of motion detect. Easy to put up on the wall too.

My only disappointment is that I wanted to have the same make of doorbell so I could use just one app but despite Netvue making a doorbell it’s no longer available in the UK.

I have bought this product twice as I was so impressed with the quality. After it was recommended to me by a member of the Police Force I thought I would give it a go. Definitely a good choice. A must have for anyone who is wanting security but doesn’t want to pay a fortune to get it. The bigger the memory card you have – the more days it will record/playback for.
I purchased a camera as we were having issues outside our house with anti social behaviour.
I done alot of searching for the right camera, then I came across this one.
Wow is all I can say, picture quality is amazing on daytime and nighttime.
Also there is a function where you can speak to the person at the front door
You can set which parts of the camera you want motion detected and turn off the ones you don’t also set the sensitivity too.
Best purchase I have made in a long time
Neat little camera. We have ours just above and to the side of the front door, allowing us to see more of the path than a doorbell camera would. The best feature is the Alexa integration, which works very well and is a quick way to see if you need to leave your work (or the sofa!) to answer the door or not. If you need to, you can quickly chat through the camera to whoever is there too. It’s loud enough, you have to be quite close, but ours works well just by the front door. I wouldn’t want the rest of the street to hear anyway! Overall, very pleased.
Great camera and integration with alexa – when the camera see’s someone Alexa says “motion at front door” i had my car stolen when the theives came up the steps – tha camera would have told us if we had it! Piece of mind to have. Great!
We purchased 3 camera for our external farm view the setting up was a breeze but remember you must use 2.4g on the wifi or they wont work also the PSU cabel is nice and long so no issues there we fitted 128g data cards so have got reliable play back onto an ipad if required, there is a cloud option too not tried that yet

Been using this camera for rear garden, for the last 6 months without any issues.
Good camera, really nice night vision image.
I like the fact that it records full 24h on an sd card, which can store up to 9 days. Having the cloud option active it gives you the movements alerts, so you can check what happened but also have access to 24h recordings.
The only downside for me is the limited sd card capacity to 128GB, would be nice to be able to use higher capacity storage cards, with longer recorded periods of time on it.
Going to buy a second one for the garage now.

Initially installed these using wifi but due to my weak signal I could not connect.thought about a wifi booster but I would need two as I bought two cameras. Instead I boucht an Ethernet switch and extra cable to hard wire. Not only is the picture great but the download speed is quick and reliable. Also needed customer support as a sd card was not recognised. This was first class and sorted in minutes. I would definitely recommend these cameras.
I have just installed this outside Netvue Vigil camera , and I must point out it was very quick and easy to install with clear instructions , and within an hour it was up and running and linked to all my devices
The picture on my phone from the camera is crystal clear and captures any movement in my garden , it’s amazing to watch the foxes caught on camera . It also makes me feel safer knowing it’s there to alert me of any intruders , I would certainly recommend this product top product , and will be purchasing another for the front of my house .

Great product for the price. Clear pictures and audio, the talk-back feature works great, motion detection is very good although probably best keeping the phone alerts to camera’s pointed at areas where there should be no movement at certain times (you can set the time of day for the motion detection which is great, you can also turn on and off the zones of the picture as well which is also great).. Car headlights set it off for instance so constant notifications can get annoying. Was able to get it added to Alexa on the Firestick but doesn’t work great on the LG TV app, probably still some updates required there. Installation was fairly simple, some separation of the wifi signals from the hub were required but not difficult to do with a quick look up on google. Installation outside I did had to add an extra IP66 junction box to house all the cabling in. It would be nice to be able to cable through a drilled hole from inside to out but the large ethernet connector means that you need to drill a V large hole in order to do that, but I have been able to do that in the porch through the plasterboard ceiling and that looks neat and tidy. In summary, it’s a no brainer for the price – just some thought required about how you are going to get power to it safely and tamper proof when installed to an exterior wall.

Easy to install and set-up. Good picture quality both day & night.
Linked to my iPad via router no problem – however, I have had a couple of instances where connection to router / internet has dropped out. This remedied by powering off camera and switching back on. Hence only 4 star score.
These security cameras work really well and far better than I had expected. Easy to set up and connect to your home Wi-Fi, once that is done the phone app gives you plenty of features to allow you to control the camera. Night vision is surprisingly good and I really liked the ability to set the size of the zone the camera would detect movement in, this meant I could effectively block out a nearby road which would have caused endless false triggers with passing cars etc.

I would not recommend. Cameras are set to keep going off at the smallest moment unless you subscribe to a certain action e.g human.
I subscribe to event moments payed at it did not work. I cancelled within a day told I would get my money back, as a staff member cancelled it fir me over the chat. She could see there was an issue.
Waiting for refund (none) then I was told they don’t have my money. No refund a month later I’m still trying. It’s a scam, cameras are set to get you to buy and then they make out they don’t have your money and I’ve read they charge twice. Would not recommend picture crap at night. Good in day.
Don’t buy this product. Amazon need to get these sorted.
