Good
It is a great washer when it is working well. My niggle (and I’ve two of these) is that it lives and dies by the smallest of rubber washers. I had one pop in handle and had to take apart to see the issue. Sourcing spares was troublesome, let alone putting the handle back together. I gave up and used the spare from the old washer I had instead.
Top class bit of equipment. Have previously had 4 Karcher units and this is by far and away head and heels better build quality and feels so much more of a quality unit. More expensive, but worth the extra.

Was a little bit reluctant to order as there were not many reviews but so pleased that I have, it was easy to assemble and works like a dream. The karcher that we had before was heavy and bulky not so with the nilfisk, it is so easy to manage I would recommend anyone to purchase i
Solid, excellent design – I was always in a tangle with the Karcher I previously owned but this is thoughtfully put together. I don’t know how long it will last – the Karsher started to gasp after about 18 months but this feels well made. Setup was a doddle – just had to install the battery in the blue tooth handle (using the supplied screwdriver) and away it went.
A really well thought-out and user-friendly product in terms of both design and function and far, far superior to my previous Karcher. The build quality of the unit itself and the accompanying components and connections is apparent from the moment you remove from the box. Love the anti-kink and on-board hose-management solutions, which makes control and storage a doddle. Very impressed.
Far superior to my previous K’archer jet washer. The overall design just oozes quality and has been thought about with the end user firmly in mind. Be very careful on using at full power…. It’s a blast!
Nice touch that the soap sprayer and two nozzle types were included.
Very pleased with this so far. Spent the weekend using it and getting very wet n soggy. The item feels far more robust than my previous washer. It doesn’t take long to put it together, and like most guys, I didn’t read the intrusions lol.
The reel for the hose is a good idea as it keeps if far tidier when you’re not using it. Lots of power and the handle adjustment for it is a neat idea.
The only issue I had with it is one of the plastic storage holders on the side for the lance had snapped off in the box but I can live with that so haven’t bothered to return it. Whether I buy another one in the future will come down to how long this one lasts and only time will tell that.
Highly engineered quality product, outlet hose permanently connected to the hose reel so there is no need to unwind more than needed for task. Power variation via blue-tooth pistol grip control easily paired with pump and works well, two heads are supplied, one for general purpose multi power setting which cleans paving slabs with a 50-60 mm cleared track each single pass, 12 inch slabs are cleaned in 5-6 seconds each.
Handle, pistol grip and fittings solid well designed and manufactured to a high standard. Noise level from pump is good, there is more sound from the nozzle and job than the machine.
This pressure washer is the tidiest and easiest to use I’ve ever had. For that it’s lack of variable pressure and spray width are forgivable.
When you unbox the unit it does need some clicking together. The instructions are a bit small and cluttered, but take 20 minutes to work through them slowly and it’s fine. You’ll end up with the most wonderfully tidy and self contained pressure washer you’ve ever seen. It’s light, manoeuvrable and the cord storage is fantastic. The connection points are brilliant, there’s no fiddling with adaptors or screwing down metal collars. Everything clicks into place gloriously, and the usual weak spot of the connection of the unit’s output hose to the washer gun is actually pre-fixed into place. The unit also comes with the foam sprayer you can click into place if you want to add cleaning fluid to the water spray – nice touch as you usually have to buy those separately.
I’ve used the unit on four different surfaces:
Plastic pet food bowls – the water pressure broke the older bowls (they were only 1 each from the pet shop anyway)
Front of the house – the surface was exposed brick and textured paint, I expected some of the textured paint edges to be blasted off. Didn’t happen, the brick areas and paint areas cleaned up well with no effort.
Patio – the parts I pressure washed came up well, but it would be incredibly time consuming to pressure wash it this way, it really needs the patio adapter which you buy separately.
Where the unit loses a star is the lack of variable pressure and jet width. Technically the unit does have variable pressure, but I saw no difference at all from changing the pressure settings. It also seems to have a fixed spray width, you can’t make wider or concentrated.
The tidiness of the unit is the big draw for me. Everything goes into place perfectly, and you don’t end up trailing leads or saggy hoses wound around the handle. The design is lovely, the gun even has it’s own tray to stand in, rather than just a clip. For the unit’s convenience I’m happy to forgo the variable spray and pressure. For me, tidy and ease of use wins,
UPDATE: I’ve just changed this review from four stars to five stars – I’ve just found a second nozzle for the gun. To vary the spray width you change the nozzle. It’s easy to do, you just click them on and off. Love it.
First time I have come across this Danish brand, and its an awful lot of money to part with for a pressure washer. This is a more professional level pressure typical of the type you might see in your local hand carwash place, hence the price.
The first thing you notice is its not your usual bright yellow like many pressure washers, its blue making a refreshing change. Un boxing and assembly is easy, set up effortless and quick. Setup should take no more than about 5-10 minutes, connect the hose, water supply and power and thats it. Storage is just as convenient, as the tools and cable are stored on the machine using special clips or attachments, no excuse for losing any vital tools again.
So whats it like to use, the unit oozes power with a 2400w motor generating 140 bar pressure so it will ease through most tough jobs in blink of the eye and tackle tough cleaning jobs other machines wont easily do. I have only used it in a limited capacity, cleaning moderately dirty car, some grime on brickwork and also cleaning on a patio and driveway. In all situations it performed effortlessly well. My old Karcher is at least 1000w less powerful than this and so this is able easily perform tasks that my old machine cannot easily do. The delivery pressure can easily be adjusted from the handle without having to reach down to the main units body during cleaning, a very neat touch in my opinion.
Overall very impressed, very powerful but adjustable power and with all things you get what you pay for.

Pressure sprayers are wonderful for removing algae, moss and grime from paving, walls and so on. They can be useful for cleaning cars, bikes and so on too, even garden furniture and decking. This is my first experience of a machine from Nilfisk after several Karchers and it’s pretty impressive.
I love the 9m-long hose because it significantly reduces the need to keep moving the machine itself with its attached power cable and hosepipe. The long hose also makes it easier to work well-away from the machine, avoiding spraying it with muck. My current Karcher K4 has only a 6m hose.
The hose reel is easier to use than that on the Karcher, as is the power cord storage. It’s really quick to tidy the machine after use and wheel it away.
The 140psi pressure is great for tough jobs. Being able to adjust the pressure from the handle makes life easy when you have to keep varying the pressure, e.g. car washing.
I’ve only used the Nilfisk on the patio, so far, and it did a great job. See photo. Having said that, for cleaning paving, it would be well-worth buying the patio cleaner accessory. The hood should contain removed muck instead of letting it splatter everywhere (including over the user!). I haven’t been able to try the Nilfisk one but it looks as though it works the same way as the highly-effective Karcher version.
Karcher warranties are longer, at 3 or 5 years vs just 2, and I’ve certainly no complaints about the machines or customer service I’ve had from Karcher. Despite that, I’ll certainly be tempted by Nilfisk, next time — have to love that long hose, hose reel and cable storage.
Set up is an absolute doddle. You can get this item out of the box and set it up in less than five minutes. The only extra tools you will need are some scissors for the cable ties. Unlike some other pressure washers, everything on this one is stored on itself. The cable wraps up on the side with the plug secured by a clip. The hose is in a reel and all the accessories and lance parts have a place too. This means that the pressure is mobile with just one hand needed on the extendable handle.
A very neat trick is the remotely controlled pressure. The handle has an up and down control. You don’t have to have it on full power for everything which makes very good sense. Sometimes you just need some water to help wash away some of the muck you have just blasted off.
The first task we put this to was cleaning down some slabbed steps in the garden. These has accumulated several years of slime, moss and general dirt. This was done in seconds. So what you ask. What happened next was the heavens opening and a fairly assertive hail storm. Next steps were to drop tools and get inside. Disconnecting the mains power and water hose tooks seconds. Getting the pressure washer packed up and inside the shed was very quick. Other systems would have loose attachments, cables and hoses. This was all in one hand and done.
Overall a very good tool. It takes up little space and works as you would hope. A lot of time has gone into making this user friendly. The way it handles, stores and the features are designed for the person using it. Bravo.
