    Easy and economical to use
First time using an air fryer and would not go back to conventional frying. Only disappointment was there were no real instructions on how to use the fryer.

Had been thinking about purchasing an air fryer for some time but was a little unsure as had no experience of using one.So glad I decided to purchase this as it has literally transformed the way I cook.Using both this and the microwave I can produce healthy, perfectly cooked food in less time than it takes to preheat my conventional oven.

    Brilliant addition to the kitche
Absolutely love this Air Fryer. I washed it out before I first used it and not had a problem with smells or weird tastes. As long as you follow the instruction it works really well.
I cooked a whole chicken in it, potatoes, bacon, chicken wings. Each time cooked perfectly. With chips and potatoes you need to give them a shake half way through to ensure they all cook properly. Otherwise you will get some more cooked than others.
Halved my cooking time and reducing the amount of electric I am using to a big win for us.
So easy to clean. As soon as I have finished cooking I fill with hot water and washing liquid and leave to cool then just wipe around and it’s clean.

Bought this as my oven isn’t the best. The Ninja is quick and easy to use. I’ve cooked frozen pie and jacket potatoes up to now and they were lovely. Well worth the money

Simple to use saves time and money
Nothing to dislike about this airfrier. It’s really easy to use and so versatile. The ceramic coating on the drawer is superior to normal non stick coatings. The Ninja oozes quality throughou

A complete life changer wouldn’t be without i
I bought this on a whim as my son is coeliac and so is cooking separate things is sometimes a challenge if we aren’t having the same meal

Initially I was a little bit worried about using it as the instructions are limited but I soon got my confidence and use it every day I love the fact that it is so easy to clean and you can have food on the table in half the time of using a traditional oven

It cooks meat and fish perfectly as well as crispy healthy fries and potatoes

I start a jacket potato in the microwave and then finish it on grill for about 20 minutes and it is absolutely perfect! I use it for bacon as well

My son has the gluten-free bread that needs baking and so was switching the oven on every day just for a couple of rolls but now we put it in this for five minutes and it is perfect

not only is it convenient but it is much cheaper to run than an oven and there is no warm up time

I love it and can’t recommend it enough I tell everybody about it!

I bought this in preparation of my kitchen being taken out and im so impressed!. Ive been cooking all my kids dinners in it, chips, chicken nuggets, wedges, jackets potatoes and its all perfect!. I dont think ill ever cook the kids dinner in anything else and it takes less than 10 minutes!

The only think I will say is the timings in the book are sometimes double whats needed, i cooked chicken strips and it recommended 15 mins, i checked on it after 7 mins and they were done so I would suggest not taking too much notice of the times and work it out yourself.

    You won’t regret buying this.

My oven is just used for storage now
Spent a year investigating and comparing different air fryers. I was really tempted to get a larger one for the rotisserie chicken option but settled for this ninja based on the reviews. I am not disappointed. My evening meals are speedy and a dream, I just throw in some veggies to roast, some fish and have food done in minutes. The chicken comes out crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The time cut from warming up the oven is a gamechanger. One word of warning, do check the food regularly. I had to change some of the timings/temp on some of my items as the internet is full of air fry recipes but not necessarily for this model and make. The beauty of this airfryer is the ability to check on the food and change the settings as needed.

    This fryer is amazing !
It’s easy to use, easy to clean, much cheaper to run than the oven, and the food is cooked beautifully – also way less cooking smells
Every home should have one !
Only slight drawback is it’s size, but compared to all of the benefits its well worth the counter space it takes up
Wish I’d gotten one ages ago

Hardly use our gas oven now!
My husband and I are so impressed with this. We had an old tefal actify which did years of service but was a bit limited in what we could cook with it. I have cooked everything from cakes, (small) roast chickens, lamb chops and frozen pastries in this. On the ‘roast’ setting it is basically a little oven that heats up super quick. The first 2wks we had it we never switched on our gas oven.
The pan on this one isn’t huge which if you having a roasting joint may not quite fit – I got a gammon for 5 of us in it yesterday with a bit of careful trimming.

It’s really easy to clean the pan and griddle insert and they are well made. It doesn’t take up any more counter space than our old actify either but is so much more versatile. Careful not to position it too close to kitchen cupboards (we made this mistake) or the melamine (?) can lift.

I can really see that if we had a bigger version (foodie?) we would seriously consider saying goodbye to our gas oven which with energy prices the way they are could possibly pay for itself.

A very practical cooking appliance in many ways
This appliance is a joy to use. It is versatile, easy to control, easy to clean, compact and does’nt cost a fortune in energy use compared to having to heat up a cavernous conventional oven. I would imagine most makes of air fryer are of the same in attributes but the reason I chose this brand was the good reviews it received and I like the shape and colour. So far no problems encountered and converted to tasty roasted veg etc. Extremely pleased with this purchase and therefore can highly recommend.

Easy to use, convenient & easy to clea
I bought this after reading the reviews. Found it easy to use. It’s saved me from using the oven all the time and to help with the cost of raising electric prices. So far I’ve used it to cook cheese on toast, fish fingers, quorn nuggets, bacon, small pizza & frozen chips . I tend to cook these at 180 temperature and they don’t take long to cook at all. Fish fingers & quorn nuggets and the chips probably take about 12 minutes to cook. I’ve had no complaints from my daughter about her food but my husband is old fashioned and likes the oven. I’m converting him slowly to my way of thinking.

I was begging my mother to get this for us as it would be a great addition to our appliances which we already have at home, we literally use it everyday, but i try to cut down. using this airfryer has shown how much oil food already comes in. making your own chips in this is lovely. keep in mind, i thought the amount of minutes is what it was, so the highest temp. is 210 and lowest is 170. sausages in these are great. literally can do anything. when i got this i said ‘if you do not have an appliance, this is the first one u should get’. There are four modes: air fry, roast, reheat, dehydrate. but don’t worrry as it automatically does it for you. cooking roast potatoes in here are good too. nice and stylish. easy to clean. makes a beep noise at the end before going off

OMG, how did I live without this. I use it every day. Everything you do in a conventional oven you can do in this, and there’s no mess or splattering. Timing is a bit of trial and error, but you soon pick it up. Steaks, toasties, bacon, toasties, and even roast joints. I’ve never managed to make pork cracking right, but this does it perfect, fabulous piece of kit, and so so easy to clean, just wipe with kitchen towel. Also saves time, and therefore energy costs. Buy one, you won’t regret it.

    Convenient Cooking
I ordered this for my elderly father and he is very pleased with how well it cooks and quick. Cooking single meals in the Ninja is probably cheaper than putting stuff in the oven, and with the price of gas going up it will probably cover the investment costs.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersWhy didn't we buy one sooner?
We were procrastinating about getting an air fryer for a while but having finally done our research, we decided on the Ninja.

Best decision we ever made! Not only is it clean, quick and convenient but we have never tasted food like it! I was concerned food wouldn’t be crispy enough, but I needn’t have worried. Its crisper than being fried or grilled.

Takes away that greasy oily residue and minimises those smokey smells.

Only down side is it takes a couple of uses to get rid of that first use “plastic-y” smell but other than that it’s a winner.

We went for the AK100 3.8ltr size as there is only two of us and its ample for what we need.

So don’t procrastinate as long as we did, get one and ditch that deep fat fryer. Good for you and good for environment.

    Winner, winner chippie dinner!

After everyone I know is getting one I thought I’d add one to the kitchen.

It doesn’t take much space and sits nicely next to the kettle.

The air fryer is very fast, cooks well and I always spray a little olive oil not to dry the food.

It’s a healthy way of eating fried or oven food and I do use it once or twice a week now.

    Game change
In times of rising energy costs this air fryer is a real game changer. No longer do I have to heat up the oven to bake, fry, roast or reheat a meal. Quick and easy to use, takes up less space than a microwave and the food comes out so much nicer too! It’s not just a fancy and healthier way to cook chips, although those do come out fluffy and crisp, I’ve used it for cooking sausages, chicken pieces, salmon, reheating a slice of pie where the pastry that’s stayed lovely and flaky. This model has a dehydration function too that I haven’t used yet however have some fresh herbs to try later. A good investment and I’ve seen people buy a cheaper brand only to upgrade later. I grabbed mine when I saw it on special and very pleased with my purchase.

    Wow
We got a bit sick of the deep fat fryer, the smell when oil was getting a bit thin, then the changing oil and cleaning the greasy equipment, Well no more. What a revelation, getting the af100uk, we thought we’d try it on a few frozen curly chips to start, see how it went, well, absolutely perfect, jut like when deep fried but without the oil and as quick, then last night decided to try it on sausage and bacon, one set in the fryer and one under the grill, just to compare, well apart from the sausages (cooked from frozen in both) crisping but not browning in the air frier like under the grill, which could just be a timing/temperature learning curve, you could not tell the difference between the two separate plates, absolutely spot on. The air frier seems so much easier, with a nice bright display and easy to operate, not like the VCRs of old.
We have only had it for two days but are so impressed with this model so far we would highly recommend. One noticeable thing was the original newness smell when first used which has lingered around for a while but am sure will go once in full use.

    Fab Food
I have cooked a variety of items so far…..only had it a couple of weeks so much more experimenting to do. Makes oven chips much better than in the oven. Cooks chicken breasts beautifully in 20 minutes. Cooks burgers without stinking out the house with greasy smelly smoke. Great for steaks. Re-heats pies to perfection. Haven’t tried baking in it yet but will give it a try. Love that by selecting ‘sync’ different foods are ready at the same time. Highly recommended.

I have had an air fryer before but not a Ninja. It was still working but after three years good use it looked past its best. I always wanted to try a Ninja.

At first I wasn’t overly impressed on comparison but after a while I got used to it and now love it. It cooks much quicker and I never heat it for the recommended 3 minutes. I never did with my old one so don’t with this. I use the roast function when I need a gentler heat as it can overly dry out food on the airfry function.

It’s fine for me as I am on my own and the basket is sufficient but not as big as my old one. I don’t think it would be suitable for more than two persons.

It is very easy to clean, not too big and has suction feet.

How did I manage without this air frye
This is so useful the functions offer a choice for each basket also to enable different cooking modes to finish at the same time .I’ve made a roast (chicken roast potatoes parsnips carrot’s & Yorkshire puddings ) I did cook greens on the hob . I’ve noticed the time is much quicker & using less electric., The unit is easy clean I choose to wash the baskets by hand but they can be put in the dishwasher . The unit sits under my worktop it doesn’t get hot on the top of the air fryer when using .I do pull it out to allow the hot air behind to circulate when using it’s not heavy I’m 72 & can manage this . I’ve had this air fryer for two weeks & tried different recipes I’ve found on line . Overall very pleased with my ninja air frye

you can set both at different times and temperature and they finish at the same time. This cooks faster than a normal fan oven and gives a some what better crispyness on things like chips or even a good old sausage.
If i had a better oven i wouldn’t buy this though. Ultimately we are just lazy and we want to be more lazy by finding shortcuts lol which saves us time to be more lazy in other lazy activities we participate i

    Energy-efficient & versatile
We were given one of these excellent machines as a Christmas present.

Very useful, very easy to use and incredibly versatile.

After using this a few times, we have bought a second one to take with us when we go away with our caravan; obviously, this presupposes an electric hook-up but it is much more efficient at cooking than using on-board 6kg bottled gas – mobile leisure users of which appear to be treated as low-priority by a certain well-known (?notorious?) national supplier viz. C**or G*s UK) which continues to issue LPG supplies on what seems to be a ‘war-time rationing’ basis.

All in all, a *highly* recommended product.

Love this air fryer it’s the first for us, but glad we have purchased it. So far we have cooked whole chicken, Duck breast, sweet potatoes, jacket potatoes, note start jacket potato in microwave first then finish off in the Air Fryer. Also have cooked whole joint of beef all absolutely perfect, just watch the recommended timings! This fryer cooks fast! We love it plus saving energy not heating whole oven space

    Well worth the money
I have been looking for an air fryer for a while. I was recommended this one by a friend. I was dubious about the price, but now I have it, it’s well worth the money. Since having it my oven is very rarely used and I can see a difference in my electricity usage, due to not having to preheat it. You can cook such a wide range of foods and the booklet that comes with it is a good guide as well as recipes found on the internet. It is also very easy to clean. Yes it’s expensive, but now I have it I will never look back.

Ordered this because my wife seen it in John Lewis, but delivery was faster with Amazon and the same price. I did think it would be one of those things that are on the side in the kitchen used a few times the relegated to the back of the cupboard, but to be honest it gets used every day, you can cook all sorts in it and it’s fast, very easy to clean and according to my electric smart meter used considerably less power than using the oven. “Result”

    Survival Essential
With the rising cost of domestic energy under the microscope it is more important than ever to gear up for the tough months, possibly years ahead. That’s where this product shines brighest, with its duel zone air fryer system and slick design it makes cooking simple, delicious and cost effective.
It’s so easy to use that even my 7 year old nephew is now completely fascinated by all things Air Fryer, even to the point he’s offered to cook if he gets to use it. Bonus!

Not a product to missed! It is so much easier to use than the Ninja Foodi 7in1 as it’s literally just 3 taps to create a perfectly meal every single time. Magic!

The lightweight trays and easy to grip handles make it a doddle to use for my Mom who struggles with severe authritis, yet even she has started to enjoy cooking again.

    Roast Chicken
    Steak
    Sweet Potato Fries
    Bacon
    Ready Meals
    Quiche
    Muffins

    The list is endless….

This cookware is easiest item in the kitchen yet holds such mystery.. my husband thinks it is the Tardis and I am so clever to produce such results from it yet once a book has been read it is child’s play. I do recommend a cookbook for the many recipes that are available to you its a case of load and walk away because it turns off when finished with a mind like mine that is fabulous and adds a level of security to multi tasking.
The machine is a good size but fits nice on the side it looks nice too the cleaning is just so simple I have used and wiped it over or used and washed either way it is easy. Although not cheap I do recommend this for any kitchen if the cost is beyond your means get a one draw machine because either way it is a revolution in the kitchen. It cooks fast and clean it does not smell out the kitchen and looks great what more could you want.

    Not a gimmick-such a great produc
I’m not easily impressed with products nowadays, they all seem to sell a dream but in reality it’s a let downbut on this occasion my choice to spend more on a what I thought was (but prayed it wasn’t) a gimmick has turned out to be better than the text that describes it.
Cut to the chase..being able to cook dishes at once AND have them finish at the same time is a real life changer.!! I’ve had 1 tray fryers before and although they’re good and have large capacity baskets they could only ever cook 1 food at a time and with kids having fish fingers or sausages I’d need to turn the grill on or oven on which defeats the object of having the fryer.

The Ninja Foodi does exactly what is say on the sales talk and advertsbut much better in reality when you can cook perfect fish fingers and French fries at the same time and have them finish to be dished up on the plate together and just add beans!

Cooking times need to be managed but that’s fine as it depends on the quantity being cooked so to be expected. It reduces cooking time, no heat up time.just pick your setting press start and off it goes.

It’s fairly quiet to for a fryer even when both trays are preparing your culinary delights.

Yes, this is more expensive than other brands and fryers.but you pay for what you get, they also have spare trays available to buy.

You won’t be disappointed, so far I’ve cooked fish fingers, French fries, bacon, sausages, part baked rolls (amazing, see image), chicken wings, sausage rolls, meat pies, chicken pieces.if you want photos of the results please ask.

Happy to write the review as I’m very happy with the product and believe credit where credit is due..well done Ninja for a great product!

I have had my Ninja for a week and am find8ng it fantastic. I am 82 years old and thought it would be a nightmare to learn how to use but quite the opposite it is easy, and very adaptable. The pictures show my first offerings of little cakes. Just a small amount of mix, 4,4,4 & 2 eggs made 10 little cakes, 5 with butter icing and 5 fruit. I wasn’t sure of timing so just put on for 10 mins and then increased a few minutes at a time until happy. I really should write the timing down and will next time. The pork chops were amazing., just rubbed with oil, and then added salt and sage & onion herbs. I had the chops in one basket for 12 mins on air fry and the baked potatoes in the other for an hour, turning over each half way through. Potatoes too big delivered by Tesco but my hubby loves his baked pots. I saved one of mine for the following day. As you can tell I am very excited and pleased with my air fryer, the dual max 2.

Excellent double mini fan oven - but it only lasted a month
Returned a Tefal Active Fry as it was hopeless and this works SO much better. Sausages done in 10 mins, chips get crispy – saves energy and saves time. Needs a couple of shakes during cooking but its quick easy. Ours is being retuned as it cuts out and switches completely off mid programme so hopefully the next one will be fine. Since we have had we literally haven’t used the main 2000w oven which takes 5 mins to warm up and uses double the power of ONE drawer in this.

Simple to use for nearly everything
Since buying, I have used my ninja daily, and I haven’t used the oven at all. I made bread rolls yesterday on the dehydrate and then bake settings, egg on toast, gorgeous homemade chips and wedges. I would definitely get the bigger version for a family of 4 but I love this one. It can cook wet foods but I wouldn’t cook a soup for example. Cupcakes were amazing but I wouldn’t cook broccoli although things like roasted Brussels would probably be very nice. No downsides so far but you will need worksurface space, it’s too big and heavy to store in a cupboard and it needs room all around to allow airflow otherwise it could overheat. It must not be placed on a cooker either. Overall 5 star product.

    Very pleased
My daughter recommended this to me. Took the plunge and glad that I did. Works well on air fry, sausages, bacon, chips, Yorkshire puddings, lamb chops. Roast setting for heating ready meals, salmon in foil or anything you would do in a fan oven. Reheat for things that are cooked and can’t go in the microwave such as sausage rolls, pies etc. A word of warning though, you would be wise to reduce advised temperatures for a fan oven by 10c and reduce the cooking time. So a gadget that works and I must be saving on electricity as its obviously far smaller than the fan oven. Instructions are not very good and ignore the Roast and Reheat settings but apply some commonsense and it’s fun finding out.

    Timesaver .
First time user of any air fryer . Excellent size for a family and easy to use . Has many functions with a sync option . Easy to clean and dry .Great time saver if you are multi tasking and have a busy household like me . Nice big baskets and the settings are very clear and precise as you can adapt them to your preferences. Only thing it is missing for me is a “pause” button as that would be beneficial, but that is just my opinion. Cooks great without little or no oil and food tastes good. All in all i am very pleased with this as i got it at a great price at the time . Would recommend .

Works well but cheaply made for the price
Wanted something easier to use, quicker than an oven & easier to clean. The features are handy, I wouldn’t say the chips etc are better than fat fried but they are a healthier alternative & better than oven cooking. You do need to shake chips midway though for a decent result and not burnt Chips.

It says the trays are dish wasable. There’s no way that non stick coating & plastic chrome’s (I’ll come on to that) looks dish washable. In fact when reading other reviews people had commented that their non stick has begun to peel. Mine has peeled slightly on the top respite hand washing & no where in that location for it to scrape on after a few days use. They said return it but what’s the point when Amazon doesn’t have the model back in stock for the price I got it for. They don’t do replacements. If it gets worse or in the tray itself I’ll have to.

For the price of the unit I’d expect metal chrome trims and handles. Not the cheap plastic Chrome they use. I was very disappointed about that. Overall, cosmetics aside it is a good unit. Much easier and quicker to cook and I don’t regret the purchase. I just wished they took a bit more pride in their build considering the cost compared to competitors.

    Brilliant.
Best purchase I have made for a long, long time.
Easy to use temp and timer controls (temp changes in degrees of 10 and timer changes in minutes).
Have cooked various things so far from sausages and roast potatoes to cheese on toast (with ciabatta rolls) and pies and they all cook excellently. You will need to adjust temps and times when cooking, for example; if instructions are to cook at 190c for 15 mins, I would suggest setting the temp to 170 and the time to10-12 minutes.
3.8l compartment is more than enough for 1 person although don’t try to cook a whole chicken in it unless it’s a small one.

    Brilliant air frye
I just love the Ninja air fryer I’ve hardly used my oven since I bought this item. No waiting for the oven to heat up. I just pop food in the fryer, maybe chips in one side and sausages, fish or whatever in the other side. Easy to set up, even if it’s different cooking times. The fryer will hold the shorter cooking time so both are ready at the same time I was worried when I ordered it as I thought it might be complicated but couldn’t be simpler. Thoroughly recommend great buy

I had a tower air fryer which I used a lot, but with my husband, 2 kids and myself, I’ve been meaning to get a larger unit for some time. I finally took the plunge and splurged on the Ninja Foodi dual air fryer, giving me the room to cook more and two seperate items at once. Tonight I did fries in one side and BBQ chicken griddles in the other for my two children which took 15 minutes! The functions are easy to use and are self explanatory, but a helpful manual and booklet gives you illustrated instructions how to use and care for the unit, the best settings and temps to use for various items and a few recipe suggestions at the back. I synced my items so my fries could cook for 20 minutes and the griddles at 15 minutes would start 5 minutes after the fries started cooking to ensure cooking completed at the same time. This is a great function, however I found my fries cooked quicker than expected so I reduced the temp and cooking time. Unfortunately the fries did not hold on this occasion and wait for the griddles to catch up, the sync function only works at the start of the cooking set up and as far as I can see, although the food can be adjusted temp and time wise at any time, it will not resync during the cooking period. I may discover a way to do this with more use, as I only got the unit today and it will take some practice on seeing how long foods take to cook. However the two items cooked to perfection and the unit did what it claimed to do. The crisper and drawers clean easily, I’m very pleased so far!

Would have given 5 stars but for the fact that the compartments don’t seem to work at the same temperature, even if the same temperature and mode is selected one compartment browns the food more than the other. Not a problem generally as I mostly cook two different foods at the same time but it would be an issue if the same type of food needed to be cooked in both compartments. It cooks a lot quicker even than a fan oven.

My conventional oven is these days used for little other than a plate warme
I have been an air-fryer fan since acquiring my first one twelve months ago, and am enthusiastic about the whole process. The one major fault of the previous air-fryer was simply that one could only cook one item/course at a time, which inevitably meant keeping the one item hot in the conventional oven whilst the second course cooked. Not always an effective solution.

    Step up the Ninja.

Its major benefit is the two “fryers”. Two courses can effectively be cooked at the same time; the fryer can even be programmed so the two finish at the same moment. Admittedly I have not made great use of this feature as it is easy enough to work out beforehand how long each course will take and commence them cooking accordingly — each drawer can be used completely independently.

And what a range of cooking methods it can cope with; I routinely air-fry, bake and roast, but there are several other methods available. About the only thing one cannot do is anything involving liquids to any degree.

Chips are absolutely wonderful cooked in an air-fryer — crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, and as an additional bonus the Ninja has a “max crisp” function, whereby one can maximise the crispness, though one is advised to keep an eye on this during cooking, as it’s easy to go one step beyond crispness!

A very acceptable steak can be cooked in the fryer, and pies and similar are done to perfection. One can even roast a whole (small) chicken. Fresh fish are absolutely wonderful cooked in the fryer, soft and flaky white flesh nicely grilled and browned on the surface.

As each function is selected, the fryer so adjusts the required temperature and cooking time, although these can be (and often are) manually overridden as they may not be quite right for one’s taste. Indeed one can disregard the default settings for each function and manually select the temperature and cooking time to one’s own preference.

The fryer drawers can be opened during cooking which pauses the timer, whilst one turns or “tosses” the food product (essential in some cases and especially with chips), and can be stopped prematurely should the food be cooked earlier than anticipated.

The machine is admirably designed and constructed. I was personally a tad concerned about all the flashy chrome; a flashy exterior can often conceal a less than adequate interior. Not with the Ninja, the machine is robust and strong, the drawers themselves, and especially the “crisper plates” — the raised trays the food sits on, are very robust, something my previous air-fryers’ weren’t.

The only thing I cannot attest to is durability, as I have only had the machine a little less than two months. However it is used every day, and continues to perform splendidly.

My conventional oven is these days used for little other than a plate warmer.

Great air fryer, used it frequently the last 2 weeks and found the dual fry options so useful, easy to clean, doesn’t consume a lot of electricity and the food comes out crispy when needed, the frying units are very spacious too.

If you are wondering if you need an air fryer, TRUST me you do, I’ve cooked whole chicken, steak, sausages, bacon, toast, chips, fish, potatoes, mushrooms, turkey, beef, gammon and so many other things in this air fryer it’s so worth it and with a family of 6 the size is perfect, even when my oven/hobs broke down, I just cooked all our meals in the air fryer.

Get one, I can’t recommend one enough, it’s also easy to use and can be set like a normal oven too.

    Good service from customer suppo
The airfryer stopped working and so I put in a troubleshooting request to the makers to try to fix it. They were slow to respond but eventually did so. After many emails back and forth (and some repetition of information) they offered to replace the unit with a new one. This was impressive as the airfryer was 4 months out of guarantee. So I’m now impressed with the company rather than annoyed about the unit’s apparent fragility. Let’s see if the new one lasts longer. I hope so – the Ninja is the best airfryer I’ve had.

    Upgraded from a Phillips…
I bought the dual airfryer as my Philips one was old. I’m so glad I did. Having dual sections allows you to cook multiple things at once. If you have meat eaters and vegetarians in your household it is so convenient in making food at the same time rather than one. The max crisp function is great for oven food. I’m yet to try the others. It’s really easy to clean. I personally used to spray fry light on my Philips airfryer but on this one I don’t need to. The non stick is so great you can make you food and wipe the grease off with just a tissue when you’re done. I also put parchment or baking paper under the tray to catch any grease then Chuck it out. Over all this is a great buy as a first time air fryer or if you need an upgrade

This one we bought because it was a WHICH? ‘best buy’, even though I had never heard of the brand, and a third of the price of another ‘best buy’ with a better-known name. I haven’t used it as it was a gift to my son, but he has raved about it – and that’s pretty unusual for a 21 year old who is big into gaming and sees feeding himself as a necessary chore! It’s actually seen him experimenting with a few new types of foods and buying some new ingredients to make different meals, so I’m secretly delighted to see that he’s branching out a little bit because of how quick and easy he’s finding it to make delicious food for himself!

BRILLIANT PIECE OF KIT, HEALTHY TOO!
This clever device, big though it is, will transform the way you cook, especially fatty or fried foods. It has two separate trays, both independant of each other. They can be any length of time for cooking and temperature, each adjusted independant. Favourite feature is SYNC, which simply does what it says. If your cooking takes longer in one tray, it will hold the other one, so both finish ready for serving together.
Once you have one, you will stop using your oven, and save money, whilst eating more healthily at the same time.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThank you to my brother!
I’ve never written a review so quickly. I received this air fryer at 6pm, it’s now 7pm and I’ve made (and eaten) my first dinner! I did something simple to start off with, so I heated up some casserole in the microwave while some chips were in the air fryer. My brother has had a ninja foodi for ages and he keeps telling me to get one because they’re so fab. Not only can you cook quicker, the food comes out so crispy, it’ll save electric, blah blah blah. So I gave in and ordered this. Well, I’m sat here with a full belly and a smile on my face, because, even though I haven’t tested it on everything yet, the chips were amazing. Seriously the best I’ve had for years. So light and crispy, and stayed crispy throughout my entire meal. I like a good portion of frozen skinny chips (enough for two people, I’m a pig, what can I say?) and they were cooked to perfection in 11 minutes. I’m so chuffed because the time it took to cook them, my oven would still be heating up! I can’t wait to try everything else now. It’s times like these where having a big brother has turned out to be handy! Lol.
Edit.ok, so my opinion unfortunately on this item has changed completely. I had it for a few weeks, and some things like chips were fantastic, but other things took ages to cook, which is not what I expected. I was beginning to think, did I pay nearly 200 just to do a few chips? Then drawer no 2 kept cancelling itself out during cooking. I thought I hadn’t programmed it correctly, but it kept doing it. It would start cooking, then just stop, then both of them did it, so clearly it was faulty, so I’ve had to return it. I still wanted an air fryer, so looked for a simple, cheaper option, which I bought and love so much, I got two! So, I’ve got two, simple, effective air fryers for way less money than this one cost. It’s a shame, but I’m happy.

Easy to clean, sits comfortably on my worksurface (locals here call it a bunker), it’s fast, it’s quiet, it has loads of options.

I really do like this unit – and is far more efficient than an oven. Have cooked a number of things from gnocchi to a full chicken (perfect). The only down side, and it’s nothing really, I just wished I was able to create dried fruit a bit quicker.

I will say, the size I bought is very suited to a single person or couple, go for the bigger version if you’re a family.

My only issue, I wish I had a bigger kitchen for the bigger version.

Best thing I bought this year!
So impressed with this air fryer. The double basket is such a good idea meaning you can cook either double amount of food or cook two different foods. For example chicken nuggets and chips – grandchildren’s favourite, can be on the plate in less than 15 minutes and all without turning on my big oven and having cooking trays to wash. The drawers hold quite a bit of food and I particularly like that you can two different cooking methods requiring two different cooking times and still have them ready at the same time. Ingenious! Highly recommended, pricey but so worth it!

    Delighted
Have used it nearly every day since it was delivered about 2 weeks ago – still need a bit of practice but overall very pleased with the results. There are only two of us so we chose the smallest one and it’s fine but a family would definitely need a much bigger one. Hoping to save on electricity

Great for baking and general cooking
This was an upgrade from an air fryer that had a rotating pan. I did wonder if the fact that this didn’t rotate would be a disadvantage but it wasn’t at all. It cooks more evenly than the old rotating one.

So far I’ve cooked Blueberry Muffins in it, toad in the hole, as well as all the usual stuff. I’ve managed to fit 4 large muffins in at a time.

It bakes very evenly and doesn’t scorch the top of the food if the temperature is set right.

The pan with the attached handle is very ergonomically designed and makes it easy to shake the food mid cook.

It doesn’t give of too much heat and I have mine placed on the worktop underneath the kitchen wall cupboards.

Overall it’s a very useful addition to a kitchen and will save using the oven every which in turn should be more economical. Also great for students without an oven.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersGreat product but shame about Amazon customer service
The product arrived scratched from Amazon, a month later, and with 8 phone calls (one of them being a manager called Carol hanged up on me) nothing has been resolved.

The item has been out of stock, I was told I had to check if it comes back in to get an exchange which is very strange to me, to be left to check every day for an Amazon item.

It was very confusing & stressful as I was inundated with e-mails from Amazon giving me labels for a refund just after I spoke to them saying I don’t want a refund (computer says nooooo) situation.

It seems everything goes well with Amazon if you don’t want an EXCHANGE EVER!!!!!

The Air Fryer works as it should and is a brilliant addition to the kitchen, but it is still unsightly to see those starches it came with.

It seems Amazon customer service has been reading off a screen and has been no help whatsoever.

I hope these issues get resolved as it’s a very good gadget and it works good for me & the family.

COME ON AMAZON PULL YOUR FINGER OUT AND DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersPossibly the best thing I've ever bought!
I bought this after a friend raved about her air fryer. Following lots of research on various brands, I went for the Ninja Dual Foodi and not to be dramatic but it is life changing!

We hardly use the oven anymore as it’s just the two of us and it’s less efficient to heat the entire oven for a handful of chips. I love the sync feature so we can cook food with different cooking times to finish at the same time. We’re cooking more as it’s so convenient and quick.

    Absolutely recommend!

    A real timesave
I use this for so much more than air frying chips. I’ve roasted vegetables, cooked onion bhajis and samosas from frozen, cooked my salmon in foil perfectly; in fact if I need to turn on the oven for anything, I first think could it go in the Ninja? It takes a fraction of the time it would take in the oven and I can remove the pan and check on progress throughout. Initially I thought this would just be an expensive way to fry a few chips, but now I wouldn’t be without it. Highly recommended.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersWho wants to buy my oven?
I was scepticle at first about this as I haven’t tried a air frier before.

But, since I have got this it took a couple of days to adjust and learn the cooking times, now I haven’t had to use my oven once for ages.

Food cooks better, faster and just seems tastier.

The two trays are big enough to fit food for a family of 4 or 5 easily. Give it a shake 1 or 2 times during cooking and they come out nice and even.

Build quality is fantastic, nice clean modern design and it is so easy to clean.

I can see this being the best thing I’ve bought for the kitchen since forever!

    Perfect chips.
This air fryer is really big and bulky but it certainly does work exceptionally well.
Being a dual fryer with a sinc facility is what makes this worth buying.
Frozen oven chips don’t require oil and cook nice and crispy so long as you shake them frequently.
Battered fish air fry’s in the second fryer at the same time you just have to set the required temperature and time for each basket then press the sinc button and wait for them to finish cooking at the same time.
Another big plus is the lack of cooking smells and how easy it is to clean the baskets.
Would definitely recommend this this product.

    Best kitchen buy in ages
Extremely pleased with this product, which I would highly recommend. Have used it at least four or five times a week to cook for two. Produces healthier foods as not sat in fat, reduces cooking time, crisps beautifully, bakes well and is easy to clean.
