Great blende
I am using it mainly for baby food but it is very powerful for making even slushies. Everyone says it is loud but that is because it’s a small and powerful machine, and really it is not that loud. For maximum 10 seconds of blending it doesn’t disturb anyone.

I wanted to make ‘smoothies’ and looked for a blender which offered a reasonable size with an auto function and the Ninja was just the job. It’s noisy but it only runs for less then a minute. The auto function works well and your ‘smoothie’ is produced with one button press. If you wish you can use the supplied cup and top to take your drink with you or transfer to a container of your choice. Cleaning is easy if you rinse the blades as soon as you finish and wash properly later. This is a smaller unit so space isn’t a problem. If you aren’t looking for a general kitchen appliance for all jobs then I can recommend this unit for making up your choice of daily fruit smoothie.

Makes a wicked smoothie
This works really well with frozen fruit/ice etc.
BUT, it is very Loud!
I still rate it highly as how can you crush frozen stuff quietly?

Great blender, very powerful and can pretty much blend anything. The only problem for me is how noisy it is, it definitely is more noisy than any other blender I ever owned.

Incredible quality but quite noisy
Smoothies are a dream to make in this blender. The cups are quite big but all very good quality. The base unit is solid and doesn’t vibrate around or move. It is very noisy, much louder than our previous one.

Me and my housemates use it at least thrice a day, and it has been months now and it still works as new and the blades are sharp as well. I would recommend getting a bottle cleaning brush to clean out the jars but all in all an amazing product.

quieter than my last Ninja!
After my last 6 year old Ninja died i ordered this, more blending options, and alot quieter, they changed the standard cup height annoyingly so they are alot taller which is a pain for the dishwasher, on the whole very pleased with it.

The noise level is intrusive.
A kind of noise that makes you wonder is something is about to let loose inside.
Cannot recommend for this reason.

Very powerful machine
The blender is powerful and i have only given 4 stars for noise because it is loud, but then it has to be as it is powerful. The programs make it easy to blend anything you like. One small thing is that the protein powder i use does get a bit stuck on the sides but that is down to the powder itself i think. I am really happy with it and cleaning the blades straight after use by running under hot water is the best way to keep it clean.

Makes wonderful smoothies
Good solid base, stays in place. So far only used it for smoothies but will attempt hummus and guacamole.
Seems brilliant - I a sure I will discover more it can do well when zivve had it a bit longer!
I have used it to make soup and pure some veg to go with fish. Also to pure onion, garlic and ginger for curries.

It’s very good but you know when someone’s using it!
It’s like there are workers in your kitchen sawing the floorboards! It is noisy. But will get through anything and is a sturdy piece of equipment so if you don’t mind the noise, it will do a fantastic job of your smoothie.

Shake the house
This is loud but the shakes are brill. I can cope with a minute drilling for the shake

Very noisy, but does its job
The novelty of making my own smoothies wore off very quick after using this. Its heavy and very noisy. When in use my two dogs would run away as the noise was horrible. It was great for a whilse, always thinkning what can i blend next, but it gets expensive quick when trying to make fancy smoothies. A novelty item that will quickly be relegated to the back of a kitchen cupboard, or donated to an unsuspecting friend as I did with mine after only 6 weeks

So far we make what I call “fruit shakes”. The kids love it as a frosted desert.
It’s noisy to use, but who cares! It only take a few seconds to create your dish.

UPDATE after 6 months. Both cups have broken lids and the whole item has gone back for a refund. Amazon were very good about it and replaced one of the cups. But it broke in the same place as the other after a few weeks. The flip top lid is very weak. It is held on it’s swivel by pieces of plastic smaller than a grain of rice and very weak. 2 cups both broken in the same place.

Absolutely amazing product I have been using this for the past 4 months on a daily basis. It’s easy to use does the job in literally few seconds it comes with 2 decent size cups. Really impressed with the power and efficient of this machine. Highly recommend over any other on the market.

I had ninja air fryer before which is awesome! My old magic bullet blender died so this was its replacement and I have to say this is by far the best blender I have ever used! Easy to clean and crushes whatever you throw in like a bliss. Yes it is slightly noisy than others but that is because of its powerful motor that helps make delicious smoothies and shake so I don’t even see it as a draw back. Yes I would recommend it and yes I will be trying more ninja products as they are stylish and productive at the same time.

This blends things really well and has no trouble with ice or frozen things. It does not quite get rid of blackberry or raspberry seeds – there is still the texture of very fine bits, but it does not stop you enjoying the smoothie.

Obviously if you left the blades on the side covered in smoothie, it would run in to the recess where the seal is, so you just don’t. It is always easier to wash things right away rather than leave smoothie to dry on. The only time you have to be a bit careful is when you put too much ice/frozen stuff in so that it turns to thick frozen smoothie and the blades spin in a cavity rather than blending. You have to take it appart to add more liquid, and you need to be carefull not to get smoothie in the seal, but it is not that difficult.

Although it is a very noisy machine I rate it very highly, Great smoothy maker don’t know how I loved without it. Blends incredibly much better than other makes I’ve had in the past. Would definitely recommend. Also the cups fit in my car holders big bonus

Great but very loud (like very very loud) and if you over fill – Even slightly – the blades will stick. I use mine every day but for the money and with my time again I’d go for a lower powered lower cost model.
