To download your Norton product, follow these detailed steps:
- From your web browser, go to norton.com/enroll.
- Click Sign in.If you do not have a Norton account, click create a new account and complete the sign-up process.
- In the Get Started page, click Enter A New Product Key.
- Type the product key and click >. Your subscription begins when you enter the 25-character key found on your product card or order confirmation email.
- Read the License and Services Agreement and click Agree.
- In the Annual Automatic Renewal Authorization page, update your billing address and credit card details.
- Read the Subscription and Automatic Renewal Payment Authorization and click Turn on Automatic Renewal or Start Subscription.
- Click Agree & Download.
- Follow the instructions displayed to Run or Save the Downloader file. If you save the file, make sure that you double-click the file from the saved location after the download is completed.Once the Norton installer is completed, your product is downloaded, installed, and activated automatically. Your device displays its current protection status and additional software can be installed from within your Norton account.
Common mistakes when entering product key:
-Spaces in the product key will cause an error.
-Make sure you are entering license information for the specific product you are using. License information for one Norton product is not interchangeable with another Norton product.
-If you still see a message indicating incorrect or invalid licensing information, verify that you typed the license information exactly as shown. Some characters (such as the number 0 and the letter O) can look very similar.

Norton is so much better than it used to be. A VPN, cloud backup, software updater etc. Love it!
Easy to set up with plenty of useful feature. Second year I have purchased it’s cheaper to buy new licence & reinstall rather than auto renew through Norton.
Far cheaper to buy on Amazon than renew on Norton’s website.

Always keep my Norton subscription for my laptop up to date as it’s so important these days to have good security protection. Definitely recommended especially as the 12 month protection works out at 0.83 a month so it’s a no brainier.
I have used Norton for 20 years and to renew at their price they want to charge over 84.00.
Amazon cost 12.95. Just shows how Norton rip off existing loyal customers year after year!
Easy to install and set up. Doesn’t slow down pc and easy to cancel auto rebilling after install.

Came on here to purchase this as my yearly sub was about to go out and they were charging me 94 for the next year! when i tried to cancel they offered it me for 47! But i cancelled and bought the code directly via here for 22 and even better still it was 15 months instead of 12! Happy days!
Norton Symantec automatically renew your subscription and charge either 89 or 29 to renew. Cancel your subscription in the settings and just before it expires buy a new passkey from Amazon for 13.99. Continuous protection and at least half the cost.
I think Norton 360 is the best out there right now and has been for a while
I have used all the free ones and some of the pay for ones but this comes out on top
I already had a subscription but was coming up for renewal. Renewing direct from Norton would have cost substantially more.
Although a bit resource hungry, alway found Norton to be head and Shoulders above other products on the market.
Excellent product, email with key was within seconds of payment. Lots of additional features to use as part of 1yr subscription. No need to renew with Norton, can cancel auto renewal in account after installation of software. Very pleased, good price.
This is the second year I have used this product and can find no problem with it.
very happy with this product . I used to use mcafee but after it didn’t really work the last time I decided to try norton and I am very pleased with it . easy to use and install and it regularly scans for any issues. and dont be worried about giving your bank details and auto renew you just go into your account and cancel the renew .
Excellent cover for family use on PC’s; Laptops; phones but fiddly for other family members installing product.
Norton is good and I have used it for years. Now, unfortunately, they make you give them your credit card number, before you can download it, then the month before it is due for renewal, they take the next year out of your credit card. The renewal is more than double the cost of buying this one.
Always on the lookout for a “Bargain”. Never take the first offer Norton ask. It’s done me proud over the last 5 years by searching around
I like the Norton software once it’s installed on my devices but getting it onto my iPhone was a nightmare. It was immediately [and easily] downloaded onto 2 laptops, a tablet and an Android Samsung but multiple attempts were needed to get it onto my iPhone SE.
I have been a Norton user for several years. It seems to me to be silly to move away from something that has served me well.. Like all the major suppliers buying direct from them it can be more expensive than going to a third party supplier.
Very simple to use. My laptop and phone was safer within minutes. This was a deal on offer – you can go in and turn off your auto renewal for next year so you only pay the price of the deal. I really hope Norton recognise customer loyalty – Im more likely to get this again next year ifs its a similar price (i.e.) under 12 versus the 90 it is normally.
Why people pay 85 or even 19.99 to Norton for a renewal is beyond me, its just laziness. This is good value and easy to install. Don’t worry about the repeat subscription, I make a note on the calendar and cancel the renewal 5 weeks before it expires. One word of warning, if you have an existing Norton product do not install until the day that expires or you will lose any remaining days – or spend an hour chatting to Norton to get them back.

Always buy Norton it does protect your devices, always be wary of the automatic subscription which is 85!!! You need to cancel it before it automatically renews and just buy it again from Amazo

Used Norton Anti Virus ever since owning a computer over the last 20 years. Always kept my devices protected and even managed to remove infections over the years so for peace of mind I purchase this product every year, Amazon seems to be always the cheapest price so very happy.
This didn’t download properly and I had to call Norton for help. They were very good and resolved the problem quickly. I have always used Norton and would absolutely recommend it.
I have used Norton for several years now and not had too many problems but this new subscription has confused this 70year old. I bought this Norton 360 Delux 2022 on line. In the past I have had no problem installing it and it automatically included any remaining days I had on my previous subscription, but not this time. I installed it on my laptop but it did not include my remaining subscription days. Previously I have included 3 other devices but I am reluctant to include these as I may also lose the remaining subscription days
