Great for rough scaly fee
Like the texture, you don’t need too much. Smell is OK, it looks like coconut oil solidified. It moisturises the feet very well, I just need to use it more. I’m terrible at looking after my peds.
I’ve always had rough feet and tried many different solutions in the past but having had a large crack in my heel that was very sore for weeks I decided to try this because it got such great reviews. After 1 week using morning and night with moisture enhancing cotton socks at night, already I noticed a big difference. One month on I’ve no cracks and my feet are baby soft . I don’t think I’ve ever bought anything before that has lived up to all it promised but I highly recommend O’Keefes healthy foot cream 100% – fantastic product and well worth trying if you’ve got rough cracked feet.

I suffer from dry skin on my feet from time to time l used thye cream and wow my feet were very happy the wife started using it as well the only advice l would give is dont use too much and use it after a shower or bath when your skin is clean.
I recently used a foot peel mask (would not recommend!!!) This seriously dried out & messed up my feet. I then bought a foot file kit, big mistake. With my feet cracked, sore & drier than a desert i looked for a solution & fount this. After the first overnight use, instantly my feet felt soft & not painful. I’m on day 3 now and have been using this day & night. I can definitely see a difference and hope by the next few days my feet will be somewhat back to normal. 100% would recommend this product. It also works amazingly on your hands too if you have anything left over when applying.
Fantastic cream for dry fee
This is the best foot cream EVER! My heels & feet are often dry & cracked as I hate shoes & live in flip flops or just bare feet wherever possible. My feet are so smooth now & not dry or cracked anymore. Definitely worth money!
This thing is so unassuming. I first thought no this is too watery feeling its not going to do nothing but I thought let me try anyway. I was having to pummel stone my feet every other day, but within a week my heels have transformed, I havent had to pummel stone my feet since purchasing. I use it after every shower once/twice a day. I will be ordering more! I recommend
First of all I opened the jar to find the cream inside rock hard ! Is it meant to be like that ? . After rubbing the cream in the jar it loosened a little , applied it to my feet and next morning felt definitely softer . Only been using it for a week and am confident I will have lovely soft feet very soon.
I have feet that would scare even the bravest of men. For years I have bought and tried umpteen different items claiming to be the best product for dry skin. From footfiles, electronic exfoliaters, creams, foot packs you name it. But this, this cream is a literal miracle. I’ve been applying a small amount a few times a day. The photos show the difference its made in only 7 days. The cracks were very deep, painful and gross. Now I feel like a new woman. The change is fantastic. I couldn’t recommend this cream any more. I had an accident where I broke my leg and my ankle and after some extensive swelling had come down on my foot I was left with very dry, cracked skin on my feet. I was using cream on them multiple times a day for weeks without any improvement. Once I purchased this cream my feet went from dry cracked skin to totally smooth skin within a week. I couldn’t believe the difference this cream made. I would highly recommend.
Only have used once a day for a couple days now, and I’m already seeing improvement on my peeling skin. In some areas, the peeling skin is completely gone, and it’s decreasing in other areas. I wasn’t sure if this cream was going to do much for the skin peeling in my feet, but I decided to pull the trigger after reading the very positive reviews on here. I’m sure that this cream will completely eradicate the peeling in a week, if not less. I particularly have had peeling between and around my fourth toe and pinky toe on my left foot. If you are having a similar issue, I strongly recommend this cream.

For some reason I suffer with dry feet, maybe because I walk a lot. Most creams aren’t very effective, up to now I found CCS to be the best, and that is great but it doesn’t absorb as well, so if I apply it and then put sandals on my feet slide about a bit, I also don’t like the smell of CCS. But O’Keefe’s is not at all greasy, is unscented, and makes your feet soft snd supple faster than anything else I’ve tried. I much prefer a pot rather than struggle with a tube, too. Love this product.

I have the hand cream and I have the foot cream and I use both creams regularly. I thoroughly recommend buying both the hand cream and the foot cream.
I have very dry cracked feet, always have, which for a female wearing lovely summer shoes can be very embarrassing. This is genuinely the only cream I have used that has actually made a difference and worked at rectifying my cracked heels. I have tried numerous creams and foot scrappers, none of which helpedthis is all you need. Saw visible results within a week!
I get so much dry skin around my ankles, gets ver itchy, after use of this cream once, the itching stopped and regular use keeps the skin well moisturised, a little goes a long way. . It’s great, would recommend.
Got this for my partner as he was suffering with slices/ cuts on the balls of his feet due to them being so dry. After a week or so they were gone! You don’t need a lot of product. A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY! I’ve now started to use it but I’m not keen on the slick feeling it leaves on my feet, it does seem to be working tho!

I bought this after reading reviews although i was unsure it would live up to the claims. But boy was i wrong to say before use my feet were totally un summer worth would be an understatement but after using this for around 7-10 day my feet will see the sunshine. I have heels that i am proud to be see… no more cracked heels. worth every penny.

I like treating my skin to some love every now and again and trying new products. I had a good experience with this.
It did leave my skin feeling smoother than before, but it was still dry in places. I think if I were using this all the time it would make a big difference. I found I had to use quite a bit of the tub to cover my feet thoroughly so don’t think it would last too long if you were doing it regularly.
It is good, but you just don’t get a lot in it to do it as regularly as I would need. I think I’d buy it if it was on offer but not pay full price for it again.
In the run up to my left below amputation I had horrendous dry cracked feet from constantly walking round bare feet. A nurse suggested this foot cream when I was in hospital (unrelated to leg)
I was sceptical but used it for couple of weeks Amazing results.
Few weeks later saw orthopaedic consultant surgeon: a leading foot and ankle specialist who taught other orthopaedic surgeons.
He examined my feet and asked what I had used and they looked like new feet.
I have carers in morning and at least half a dozen carers have no started using it. One took some all the way from UK to India visiting his mum. She loves using.
I still prefer to go bare feet (foot?) and often use my existing foot on floor to help navigate flat.
No dry skin.
Just have to remember not to run over remaining foot and not reverse into things. Foot cream can’t really help with that!
Does what it says on the tub
I have really sry skin on my feet from chemotherapy. This has softened them and put moisture back into my skin and they aren’t as sore or itchy as they were. I’ll be getting some more.

Great moisturise
I use this as a moisturiser after a shower and working hands along with it, you just can’t beat it in terms of moisterising. No scent is the only downfall on both products but not a deal breaker as it’s a moisturiser first and foremos

This actually genuinely works
I don’t lend 5 star reviews much as I always have something to say but this actually genuinely works. I’m very impressed. Took about a month to go from crusty to sexy feet, now I continue use but use less for maintenance. I still have just over half a pot left and it’s been sent 3 months. I am amazed.
It works but so do other moisturising lotions
This works but found it no better or worse than lotions from Nivea and Neutrogena, However, this may be more suited to travelling (95% of my job requirement to be on site), as it is waxy rather than liquid lotion, won’t leak if put in checked-in luggage.
Definitely recommend for very hard cracked skin.
Amazing product. I have tried loads of cracked heel creams before, even from the chemist and nothing compares to this. I have had sore cracked heels for years and struggle with them so much in the hotter dryer weather. This cream is a miracle, took a few weeks but so worth it. I use just before bed and when I get out of the shower. I also use a soft heel file a few times a week. This is the first time in years and years that I can honestly say I don’t have any cracks at all on my heels, they are not sore anymore. It works wonders for the rest of the foot too, making all the skin soft and pink. I will be a returning customer for sure, make take awhile though because it seems to last for ages and you only need a little bit each time
Miracle cream
Wow! What a difference! I had the worst cracked heels ever before using this cream, so much so I used to superglue them just so I could walk! I have suffered 25 years with my heels and I’m ashamed to say I’m a beauty therapist! Within only a few days my heels were smoother and now half a tub on they are like new feet in only a few weeks. I love O’Keefe goodies – have used their unscented lip repair for some time because I found so many other lip salves have scent or whatever and make my lips sore
So, when I saw this I had to try it. It’s a weird substance in that it’s quite waxy in the pot, but as soon as you start to spread it it sort of melts. Works an absolute treat and my feet love it
I also like the “grippy” outside of the lid as inevitably your hands are greasy while using the ointment, but easy to get lid on or off with this grip thingy
I would recommend this to anyone with rough feet!

Honestly I’ve got feet like hooves. I’m actually now considering a changing career and being a thought fetish model my feet are so soft and lush. I bet they could make me some good dollar! After a good Savage filing and ample amounts of this fabulous concoction, my feet are super soft you won’t be disappointed if you buy this cream.
Works overnigh
I’ve used this on cracked heels, dry skin and a nasty cut on my heel. It’s quite thick like Nivea but is absorbed easily. Leaves a moist feeling on the outside. It performs miracles and my feet heal almost on the first night. A 91g tub has lasted me 3 years and I wear flip flops through the summer so my heels dry out more easily.

I have only been using this product since approximately 1 week. My heels were very dry and parts itchy of dryness. Within a week there is extremely noticeable improvement. I am highly impressed. It is a whole new feeling to my feet. And they are actually soft and much nicer to look at. Never known my feet this way. There is no scent to this product, which makes it undistracting to use, easy to apply and not greasy. I was a bit sceptical about the small amount advised to apply on each foot. But really a small quantity goes a very long way. I was also nicely surprised about the details of explanation on the packaging. It shows the manufacturer truly did his home work and really believes in the product. Which, now that I have been using it I understand why. I definitely recommend it.

This is the best foot cream I have ever used. I have diabetes and you really have to take care of your feet, this cream really allows you to do just that. It softens hard skin a treat, leaving your feet summer ready and lasts a long time. My mum also suffers with her feet so I’ve bought her some to try, I’m hoping she has the same results. Great value for money.

Amazing for dry fee
I suffer from very very dry feet and have neglected my feet. I thought it was time I started moisturising my feet, tried e45 and other creams but nothing worked until I found this.
This stuff does wonders for my feet, virtually scentless, thick and spreads easily.

Excellant manly moisturise
As a carpenter and work 8n all weather conditions my hands go through quite a bit. So I started using the cream for working hands and I absolutely love it.
I thought I would give the foot version a go. I’ve only really started using it and I find it quite good. Unlike other moisturisers it doesn’t leave my feet feeling greasy or oily.
I would highly recommend this cream.
Amazing at restoring feet to what they should be like!
This stuff is amazing, it really sorted out my feet that had got very dry. I don’t need to use this half as often as other products that I’d used in the past. It’s not unpleasant or greasy to put on before bed. This will be my go to cream to keep my feet in check, especially when we can holiday again!

This cream has no scent and you only need a small amount which soaks right into your feet leaving no sticky or oily residue. It really does soften your feet and what I like is that when you come to use your foot file after a bath it seems to help in the removal of more dry skin than previously when I wasn’t using it. I will definitely buy again as I am very happy with it.
Very good for dry and cracked fee
I’ve tried many creams for my wife as she suffered with dry and cracked skin on her feet. This actually worked well, takes a few days of use for it to take effect (as expected) but after about a week of use you can really tell the difference.
Only thing is the smell, it’s not a bad smell at all , but not a scented smell either. It does have a smell of its own that I can’t describe but it’s not horrible, besides, with six on you’ll never know 🙂

Hint : don’t use to much. Start with a very small amount, less than you think you need, you’ll soon realise how far it goes.

Although it is great for the feet – I found that with the skin next to fingernails which get a little hard and could snare, just a tiny amount rubbed in softens in no time .
Why didn't I get this earlier?
Blimey what a little tub of joy, I am up and down on my feet all day and they were really sore. I soaked them, ground the hardest skin with my pumus stone and applied this, went to bed and fell asleep. Next morning I could feel the cream on the heels, they felt a bit sore for a couple more days but after repeated daily applications they began to feel better. After 10 days I now do every other day and I have my real feet back. There’s no smell and a little does go a long way.

I have an injury to my foot and lost all sense of routine. My heels had therefore not been touched at all this summer and it’s now nearly over. Drastic measure required. Researched products and went with this as a first choice. Washed and cream on heels twice daily. Thick chunks were coming off after 2 weeks. Thought it would be OK to soak feet and use foot file now. EVERYTHING CAME OFF. It was gross. The cream had penetrated all the way and everything came off. This has never happened to me with any other product before. This is the biz and only a small amount was used. Am continuing with this product for maintenance. I really wish I had taken before and after photos; but, honestly didn’t think it would work this well, so didn’t bother. Buy it, you won’t be disappointed xxx

I had horrible feet. Walking around without shoes on all the time. Really cracked heels, horrid thick skin. Within a week of using this my feet are looking amazing. I am doing as the instructions suggest and giving my feet a quick exfoliate in the bath each night then applying this before bed. I really haven’t put much effort in other than consistently applying O’Keeeffe’s and I’m no longer embarrassed about how my feet look!

I find the foot cream works really well and this was my second purchase. Just one thing the package was noted as being hand delivered to the resident. If this is what posting through the door of an empty house means then people should chose their wording a bit more carefully…
