Compact and reliable
I’ve owned this microwave for years and just bought my daughter a new one when her previous one wore out. It’s an excellent piece of equipment and after more than 5 years is still in great condition, no sign of rust or other deterioration. It’s only disadvantage is that the compartment is quite tight, so it will take a dinner plate, but nothing larger or with large protruding handles, so it may not be suitable for everyone. The counter argument is that it does not take up too much space on the work surface.

I’m relatively sure this is a newer version of the microwave it replaced. For 99, what more do you want? Plug it in, ready to go. I don’t need a fancy a microwave, simple to use, adequately heats food up, nothing else is left desired from a microwave, would recommend.
It’s compact but not too small for my 10 inch dinner plate. It’s easy to use, although have to press two buttons to reheat coffee compared to one on my previous machine – no big deal. The silver looks nice although ideally I wanted stainless steel. All in all I’m very happy with this machine. The worst part was trying to work out if it was big enough due to faulty measurement given for turntable on diagram and also due to manufacturers providing one instruction manual to fit different models with different dimensions. Delivery by Royal Mail was inconvenient due only to the lack of a clear timescale for delivery nearer the time of delivery, nothing to do with the actual postie. I paid 75 for it and now a couple of weeks later its up to 99

This microwave is fantastic. Perfect for 1-2 people. Heats up food quickly and evenly. My only gripe is that it’s quite small so it’s difficult to grab plates out of there with pot holders on either side. There’s just not very much room. In any case, I still love it.

We had this microwave before and it’s done some work. It was getting a little rusty here and there, so we bought the same one again as it is perfect for 2 people.

No issues, great microwave. Only thing I miss is the last one I had gave you an automatic 30 seconds when you pressed the start button, this one doesn’t you always have to select a time first. It’s a good microwave, I’ve been using it for 6 months.
A man’s view of a hot air frye
Initially very easy to use, also non stick surfaces equal ease of cleaning after use. Having previously had a two litre unit,I found it very restrictive as regards what you can air fry in it at a time. So I purchased this unit and find it far more useful re-volume and potential variety of food that can be cooked at time. The only modification that I have made is to shorten the recommended temperatures and times that have been advised by the producers of the food being air fried. This a little hit and miss but the slight effort is worthwhile for excellent results. I regard this purchase as ideal and perfect for my requirements.
Strange but true. We had a sharp MW before and chose this one because the dimensions were identical. When the new one came, apart from a few minor differences in the program options – it is identical, even the turn table and wheeled plate bearer are interchangeable which is great, and we didn’t have to get used to it. The one it replaced went rusty, I hope this one doesn’t! I find it easy to use, its instinctive. My wife preferred the quick 1 minute button on the old one whereas this one has a quick 30 seconds instead, so I’ve taught her to press it twice where upon the displayed cooking time changes from 30 seconds to 1 minute – so all is well. It also has a 1 minute button as well as the quick 30 but she finds that a little complex, don’t get me started on the various uses of the 10 second button.it appears well built but so did the last one and that rusted through, I’m hoping Panasonic are better at painting than Sharp, but time will tell!

This was bought as a replacement for my aunt’s previous microwave oven.
She has taken a bit of time to adjust from setting and turning knobs to provide the time and power.
She is getting used to the operation of the oven, but it is not intuitive for her.
The instruction booklet could have done with more diagrammatic indications and instructions for her.
This is a well made microwave oven from a recognised manufacturer.
It is easy to use if you are used to digital products.
I got a black this time as I have had silver the last couple of microwaves, and I’m very happy with the colour. The black just blends into the background of the kitchen and looks sleek. The buttons are very clear and the microwave power is quick. All the family use it including 2 teenagers and there have been no issues. the door is easy to close and open and I’m happy with the make I would recommend for reheating dishes, cooking and steaming. Really good replacement for are old one.

Smaller Microwave
Already owned a large Panasonic microwave for a number of years, following a kitchen refit we wanted a smaller microwave so liked the look of the black Panasonic. Fits really well in our new kitchen and we know that Panasonic is an extreme reliable make, so should last for a good number of years. Very impressed so far with its simple and easy to use functions.

Easy to use. One drawback is that when cooking is finished, if I leave the door open to let the steam evaporate, the light stays on, which uses energy. However, I now wipe it out immediately and close the door.
Super reliable
I bought this for my daughter two years ago. After almost daily use she’s given it back to me now she’s moved to a canal boat with no running electricity (unless she starts its diesel engine!).
It’s now replaced my own trusty microwave because this one is just so much easier to use, despite being slightly older. (My old one was very basic, with little in the form of programming.)
Only wanted something small and efficient. And that’s what we have.
Only problem my wife has is the plate that fits in to the microwave seems to be a bit loose too much play
This is the second microwave of this type – design and features we have bought. It suits our purposes well. It’s quite compact for a smaller kitchen, easy to use and relatively easy to clean. We are only two people so not sure how it would cope with larger dishes or quantities
IT is a perfect size for me and my kitchen. Just does not quite heat up as a more powerful model, but it’s probably economical. I would recommend and buy again.
No bells, no whistles…a pretty good microwave that meets my needs.

From my experience with other microwaves though, it would be nice to have a short back up for the clock, so the thing does not have to be readjusted after a power interruption.
The light should ideally be switchable either via the main on off switch or only switched on when the door is closed.
The last couple of microwaves I had rusted under the plate and I try to leave the doors open now in order to allow the air to circulate inside. With the door open the microwave light is on, this is unnecessary as few people look deep inside the microwave when the door is open unless for cleaning. If I unplug, the clock needs resetting though!
I’m happy though and would buy another, although the price was well beyond what I used to pay for one of these, it is still one of the items I can buy cheaper on Amazon rather than trek to the shops, very much cheaper in this case.
i brought another one of these microwaves as my last one lasted from june 2017 to xmas day 2022, which to me is very good for a microwave in continuous every day use, even though this one is slightly smaller than my previous panasonic one which in 2017 cost me 55, i guess most of the price rise is due to the war in ukraine & the fact everything has gone up at least 50% since summer 2017, 4 pints of milk was 1.10 in 2017 but now its 1.85 & rising every week or every time you go to the supermarket to buy it. but as a product its excellent, easy to use, the only gripe i would have with it is that when you press start & the timer starts counting down is that you cant no longer see what setting you are on & sometimes i have been on high when i should of been on de-frost & vise versa.

Happy with it so far, smaller than my last one but haven’t had a problem with it everything seems to fit inside OK. Looks nice like the black finish and is easy to use no number key pad you select time in increments 10 secs, 30 secs, 1min & 10 mins & then specific programmes for things but haven’t used them so don’t know how effective they are.
I bought this to replace my old one, like for like.as they are such good microwaves! The old one was nearly 13 years old, so they are very good quality! There have been a few updates, but still easy to operate! Love it!

This microwave does everything I could ever need it to. It looks very pleasing on my worktop and overall i am happy with functionality. The reason that I have given 4 stars is because the door constantly needs cleaning. Finger marks are left with each use which is really irritating.

If I had not been able to do this I fear that the whole room this Microwave was housed in would have been engulfed in flames.

It does baked potatoes, defrosting,reheating efficiently which is what I need. Its also quite compact and does not take up a large space. This time I bought the black model which I’m pleased with. It works, the beeping after the door is opened is not an issue , but its not what I would call easy to clean, so don’t let it get dirty.

Fab: reduced price due to cosmetic damage…which I could not spot! Item itself works well. I did have to put stickers on the 1 minute and start images because it is easier to be sure you are pressing the right button without having to look closely to work it out. Otherwise it is working well.

Great little oven which is easy to use, especially as I panic at rows of dials, knobs and multi-function displays. This is simply an 800 watt microwave oven with defrost and reheat programmes and straightforward easy cooking programmes for things like automatically cooked baked potatoes. (It was well done and delicious, thank you for asking.) After my last oven decided to retire, I went for this Panasonic as I know they have a good reputation and so far, I have found it to be so. My modest requirements for a microwave oven are well fulfilled.
We have had this for awhile now. It is not very big inside and we have trouble putting a rice steamer in or out. When taking the rice steamer out I burn myself. But looking around I haven’t found a bigger microwave oven. They use to be bigger and heavier. That is an upside when I have to clean the kitchen the micro is easy to move and clean underneath.

I am very happy with this product. It is used most days for making porridge. Other ways it is used is for defrosting, reheating and when we have ready meals. when doing ready meals I like that you can set the standing time with the timer. I did have a Panasonic before and was happy with it. The dimensions of this suits me too, as the top it is on is not the normal counter top size.
This replaces my previous Panasonic microwave. This is a smaller model which takes up less space on the kitchen worktop but still accommodates a full size dinner plate. It has a useful quick zap button which provides power in multiples of 30 seconds. I’m not so keen on the auto reheat buttons which offer Curry, Pasta and Chinese, none of which I reheat. I’ve had to experiment to find what works best for my home made plated meals. But I’m loyal to Panasonic and overall, I’m pleased with my purchase.
