5.0 out of 5 stars Really good produc
It’s worth spending money
Heats room quite well
Quite operation
Can set timer which is good optio
Great heater and purifier.
Very pleased with this unit. Really warms up the conservatory on the cool days, quickly brings the air quality down to 002 in no time. Helped with my relentless hay fever. Can’t wait to use the cooling fan when the seasons change and the summers here.
Very good air purifie
Very good you can feel the difference very fast especially if you have pets. It covers all house, a 3 bedroom house in my case. I never thought it will be that much of a difference. Really recommend this produc
Fantastic
I really love this product. It keeps the room warm even if there is only speed mode. The air quality sensor works well. I feel the air in the room is quite clean.
Its actually as quiet as it claims to be
So this is a pricey product and there’s loads of units that do the same job for less money. But we are very light sleepers and needed something that was basically silent at night. And this unit genuinely is! Also very powerful in cleaning the room on auto mode. We put it in different rooms and it made a big difference to the hayfever sufferers in the house on pollen-bomb days!
Overall, I liked this air purifier a lot. It is whisper quiet, unless it is in Turbo mode, not too imposing and can be operated via an app.
There were several issues, however, that persuaded me to return the item.
1. The item appeared to have been used. Whilst the filter was sealed and brand new, there was dust behind the cover. There were also some scratches on the case and the manual did not appear fresh off the press.
2. The app was hit and miss. Once I switched off the lights (ring) using the app, I could no longer switch them back on; not via the app and not by tapping the touch button on the unit. The lights would only switch on momentarily.
3. The biggest let down for me was that the unit only monitors ultra-fine airborne particles (PM2.5) and the Indoor Allergy Index (IAI). One of the images also showed ‘Gas’ being measured (image showing the colour ring) but that is not the case with this model. At least, it does not display gas pollution on the colour ring or the app. But, as it comes with an active carbon filter, it will likely reduce harmful gasses too.
Overall, despite the points above, this is an excellent air purifier that easily and economically filters the air in a regular-sized UK living room in minutes. I just specifically wanted a unit capable of measuring gases, so will be waiting for the much bigger 4000 series to be released in the UK.
Very good product !
I have not expected that I have such clear air in my house the product is very nice and does not make noise on night mode 🙂 price is high but I hope this truly removed all of the bad things from the air 🙂
Very high recommend produc
Bought to improve the air quality in our downstairs kitchen and lounge/diner, with the added bonus of providing a heating or cooling boost. Situated in a recess area alongside an arched opening, the air purifier is on all day, with a 7kw fan, so minimal cost, on lowest setting of 3, swivelling on the base in a 60 degree arc. This does mean that a cool breeze is blowing continuously but not overly so, and if sufficient distance from any seating area, is barely noticeable. If a boost of heat is required, there are again 3 settings with the lowest of 1250kw providing a warm stream of air between the two areas. According to a energy comparison site, a 20 pence per unit cost, for 6 x half hours a day, costs 75 pence. Level 2 & 3 fan speeds are very efficient and can be felt some metres away. The swivel facility also provides 2 further extensions of the unit to approximately 120 & 350 degrees. As soon as the cooking starts the air purifier kicks in and works well in cleaning the air quickly and efficiently. Not cheap but not as expensive as a Dyson equivalent with similar performance.
Fantastic
I sleep so much better with this. I can’t hear it when it’s on sleep mode unless I’m trying to hear it. And even so you can barely hear it. It’s really good on electricity. And i have a fresh and dust free apartment. It’s worth every penny.
Quality Air Purifie
The Philips 3-in-1 Purifier, Fan and Heater 2000 Series was something I was looking for that not only heated the room but also outputs purified air in heat mode. I am glad I bought this Philips purifier this replaces my overpriced Dyson that never had enough power and performed poorly. This unit outperforms my previous Dyson air purifier in every way.
Design
This unit is small and half the size of the previous dyson yet it looks better and feels more premium. This unit is well built and sturdy the materials used on this device feels premium and robust. This air purifier doesn’t take up a lot of room and can be put anywhere. All the controls are clearly labelled and are on top and easily accessible. The LCD screen is nice and bright and gives readings of room temperature/ humidity and other readings like air quality. Overall a compact sturdy and pleasing design.
Performance/Usability
This performs well it easily purifies a medium room without any compromises I can feel and smell the purified air quality outputting from this unit. Both options of heat and cold output is enough airflow to feel the effect quickly. I am really impressed how fast this heats my room, you can really feel the heat blasted out is clean HEPA filtered hot air rather than the standard musky heat normally heaters give out. This cools the room quickly when set at the highest setting and found that it kept us cool in the summer. There are 3 heat/cold settings and also an Adjustable 350 oscillation mode to circulate air in all directions. There is also a sleep mode timer too. The fan has a LED ring around it that tells you if its hot air or cold air mode using red for hot and blue for cold.
This comes with fancy little remote that’s comfortable to hold and is clearly labelled, it’s also magnetic and can attach to the back of the heater.
Overall very happy with this product it’s not only a HEPA air purifier but a good heater that’s compact and well built.
Heats and Cools
Sound wise this is great, likewise in heat mode. Doesn’t seem to cool the room very much on a hot night though air circulation is helpful and makes things more comfortable.
I think its working.
I think this is working, but its difficult to tell. I bought it to use alongside my eco log burning stove. It doesn’t eradicate the smell completely, but I hope it at least helps remove some unwanted particles from the air.
Happy with fa
This is a very good fan to heat up a small room. Noise it fine, remote works perfect. The cooling fan is just a normal fan as expected but knew it was not air conditioning. The air filter works great. The only one downside is no temp regulation. So its on, off or timer. Can’t set it to 20 degrees and let it maintain that temp for example.
Its really good
Easy to set up and works much better than I had expected. 3 months in and still the product works well. One problem after vacuuming the filter I have to reset my machine internal counter otherwise a message saying clean me in on all the time. Mislaid the manual in the move to new house. Tried the app which from a help point of view is not good. Tried Amazon who robot chat says you cannot return the product. I never asked to I just wanted help finding a manual. Ditto Philips I could not even find my product. I could find an older model but not the new one?

Effective and stylish
It does a great job of purifying the air, the app is buggy but with a little patience it now does what I want. It is quite noisy and causes a draught in the room when it moves to turbo speed, however I think this is inevitable with a high CADR rate. I’m glad I bought large and not XL, as it would probably be noisier and draughtier, and I also prefer the plastic finish. A big upgrade from my old purifie
Have been struggling with dust mites/pollen allergy since i can remember. The worse were morning when i would wake up bunged up with blocked and dry nose with phlegm built up down my throat. I previously tried different brand air purifier but there was no improvement. Since i got this purifier no blocked nose no phlegm build up. I wake up with basically clear nose passages. I leave it on auto mode which is near to silent. The turbo mode is pretty powerful and i never use it since auto mode fixed the problem. There is also silent night mode. The auto mode is great because it adjusts to changes in the air. I have noticed that when i cook something like bacon, the purifier detects volatile compound in the air, notifies me through the app and then it speeds up slightly to clear up the air. I love it and i do recommend it.
Good product, great oscillation, 3 speed fan and heater modes which is great to keep in the living room all year round. Easy to control with the remote. Easy to read air purifier levels and helps remove odours when cooking.
Good product, bit expensive though. Note that it can blow hot air not cold. Cold air is just like blowing fan, they never claimed cold air anyway.
Aswell this definitely made things better with pet allergy, i have a dog with long coat, double coat.
Good so fa
Seems well made, does what I want in terms of cleaning the air
No better than a medium sized fan for cooling, but that’s not why I bought i
This is a very nice fan, with the filter it does seem to blow slightly cooler air, which is a god send in this heat.
The oscillating mode is silent and smooth.
In the video I have it set to sleep mode (no lights or display on) as the light around the fan gets distracting.
Its a perfect height we we take it into the bedroom for the evening.
Due to the heat wave I haven’t tried the heater, will update later on that.
I suffer with itchy eyes and sneezing every year from hayfever. This year it started as always and the loratadine took the edge off but still the itchy eyes and sneezing continued! A few weeks into hayfever season I decided to buy this beast…..and WOW, what a great buy! It has cleared my hayfever up completely and I have not had one day since using this where I have had itchy eyes or sneezed while at home!!
Well worth the expense just to put an end to the misery that hayfever causes!
All modes are great and not what I would call noisy! I leave it in auto mode when we are home during the day and sleep mode overnight. I had to keep checking it was still turned on when in sleep mode as can’t hear it at all!!
Easy to move and lightweight! We live in a townhouse (3 floors) so I carry it from the bottom floor up to the top floor every night and down again in the morning.
I really can’t recommend this unit enough!! Will buy another one for downstairs at some point!!
Expensive but after a few months seems worth the money.
Sleep mode is very quiet and lights can be off.
Noise level is reassuringly loud on turbo. Otherwise very happy with noise levels.
Great to be able to control remotely and have that as automatic as I would often forget to turn on my manual one.
Alerts you to regular vacuum of the filter. And when you do it you can see how much has worked.
Easy to move around the house. I’d have one downstairs too but a little pricey.
