Very good sound quality, and the mic picks up the user’s voice very clearly without also picking up other ambient sound. Dropped one star simply because they’re not the most comfortable headphones I’ve ever worn – not a massive issue, but I do find myself adjusting the position on my head every 10-15 minutes

Love this handset, controls all media functions on the PS5 as well as the volume control on TV.

This remote pairs with the PS5 very easily and works flawlessly after that, as one might expect, and it only loses a star because it does not have a built in rechargeable battery. That said, using rechargeable AAs is fine and no built in battery should make the device easier to recycle when the time comes (maybe!).

Fr die PS5 ist das ein sehr gutes “nice-to-have”, vor allem fr Streamer. Auf dem PC funktioniert die Kamera bedingt und man muss einige Programme installieren, damit die auch wirklich funktioniert.

I was surprised it didn’t have USB-C for charging a battery, but it comes with and uses AAA battery cells.
Vast improvement on the PS4 charging statio
This is a great update to the previous (PS4) charging station which was difficult to mount the controllers on. This time around the controllers slip in easily with a reassuring tiny click. A gentle light tells you it’s charging and it cuts off so that you know it’s not overcharging them. All in all a great buy.

At some stage these were even harder to obtain that the actual PS5, but they seem to be in better supply now in contract to the console it self.
The charging station has a proper weight, not too heavy, but just enough not to tip over when you swap controllers. I can hold two controllers and other than the official PS4 charging station, the DualSense charging station requires less fiddling to get the controllers in their sockets. Your controllers will be charged fairly quickly, depending on how much the battery was depleted and whether you charge one or two controllers simultaneously. Swift charging is crucial if you in in the middle of an epic game session, still it takes the DualSense charging station about 2.5 hours to charge a single controller, and two controllers can be fully charged simultaneously in 3.5-4 hours – so it makes sense to keep one controller in the charging station at all times. Overall it feels like a durable, high quality type of charger, that is actually quite affordable.
The dual charger comes in straight forward packaging, of the same type and appearance as the other PS5 accessories like the DualSense controller and headset. Inside you will find the charger itself, a mains cable and, a little annoying power adaptor – I really wish manufacturers made an effort to include the latter in the actual product itself. On the other hand the main benefit of a mains powered charging station is that you will keep a USB port free on your PS5 for other purposes.

This is so useful it should be in the box when you buy a ps5. This saves my controller from being dropped by my kids when they want to use the ps5 for Disney plus or Netflix and also controls the tv. I wish one had been available for the PS4!

Not what I thought, hoping it was the same as the PS4 cameras as the controller sound are rubbish very low sound and the ps5 camera has no mic so it’s just for video upload streaming as I don’t don’t do that it’s no good for me
Very convenie
Works perfectly. Having a place to store two controllers neatly and have them always fully charged is amazing. Only thing to note is I hadn’t noticed this doesn’t plug in via USB so requires and additional outlet. Not a massive issue but it was a surprise to me.
Simple, sturdy and useful
It’s a stand that charges two Dualsense controllers and does exactly what it says on the tin! Design matches the PS5 which is a nice touch. Easy and simple to use and it just works. If you need somewhere to display and charge your controller then this is it.

It does need to be written somewhere that this only works with the USB port at the BACK of the PS5. Spent almost an hour wondering if it worked. It did and I’m glad to say it is pretty good

I was never going to buy this initially but then I got massively carried away and bought all the contraptions related to the PS5. The remote itself has a smart look to it and is small enough to hold in your hand. Can’t fault the remote as it does exactly what it was made to do. Sleek white finish gives it that PS5 feel, also.
Da ich im Grunde alles an Original von dem Konsolenhersteller kaufe musste auch die Kamera her. Der Anschluss ist diesmal USB Type A fr die PS5 also nicht mehr der proprietre Anschluss wie bei der PS4. Die Gesichtserkennung funktioniert an der Ps5 wie gewohnt genauso wie frher an der PS4 (Mit der damalig zugehrigen Kamera). Die Qualitt ist gut jedoch nicht zu vergleichen mit anderen bekannten Hersteller was dem ganzen jedoch nicht wirklich ins Gewicht fllt. Was jedoch positiv ins Gewicht fllt ist das man keine zustzliche Monitorhalterung bentigt da diese integriert ist und man sich nun den extra Kauf ersparen kann.
Jemand der sich die Kamera kaufen mchte sollte beachten das sie nur fr die Gesichtserkennung zum Log-In gut ist sowie nur zum Streamen genutzt wird (Stand Juni 2021).
Not Silicone Skin Friendly
No complaints about device other than it doesn’t allow space for controllers with silicone skins to fit in the charging docks.

It’s good overall, but I have one issue. The volume controls only work for TV audio, and not the actual PlayStation volume slider, for example if you use a monitor, then there is no hope for you to be able to use the volume controls on the remote

Great item. Decided to spend an extra 10 for this model instead of the others like Venom etc. I think it looks really sleek and fits in with the ps5. I did not realise now they plug directly into the mains power supply instead of plugging into a USB port on the console. Controllers just sit and click in place, simple as that. Definitely recommend.
Für Anfänger die streamen wollen über Playstatio
Find die Kamera vom Preis/Leistung sehr gut, wenn man nur ber die Playstation streamt und nicht ber einen PC. Das einzige was nervt, ist das man sein Gesicht immer sieht beim streamen. Das Problem ist, streamt man ein anderes Spiel muss man immer die Position der Kamera umstellen. Das Kabel htte auch minimal lnger sein knnen.
Ignore the 3rd Party Options
Tough to find but don’t get distracted by third party options, this official one is by far the best option. Convenient and great build quality. A quick heads up that it needs a spare UK plug socket and does not utilise the USB ports on the PS5.

Came really quickly and is the official media remote with packaging included too. Works really well with ps5 and is east to set up. Batteries provided which is great, however they’re not long lasting so I suggest getting spare soon. Overall a great product with great price for ps5 users.
Sleek and Stylish
Really nice little controller. Very happy Sony started making official ones again. Takes it’s design from the console itself and fits in really nicely. Was holding off buying as I was fine using the controller but thanks to a PS5 firmware update, the console can now change your TV’s HDMI to the correct one when you power on. This way I can leave the controller on it’s charger and have the remote by the couch. This has made watching blu-rays and streaming Disney+ so much quicker and easier.
I’m glad I waited for these to come back into stock and didn’t buy a third party charger. You can tell the quality straight away from the feel, weight and sturdiness of this item and the way the controller just restfully clicks into position is sublime. If I were to suggest one tiny improvement; a second USB slot on the back would be helpful so you could charge your headphones direct from this as well.

Incredible & versitle remote
This control is amazing. Took 5 minutes to link to our PS5 & TV. It is incredibly light & the quick access buttons to the apps is incredible & very quick & responsive. A very worthwhile buy & saves on the power of the controls at the same time as they are not in use when watching our apps or blu rays!
Haven’t had to use ye
Good quality camera but haven’t had to use it yet. We were hopeful it would assist with tracking on the ps4 VR camera which is appaling but they can’t be used in conjunction with each other. I assume there are games that require this camera but so far, my son hasn’t played one. Bought at Christmas along with the console and the rest of the accessories. I was lucky enough to get everything on preorder but had I done my homework, I would have maybe realised we didn’t need this yet.

Does its job and keeps the other half quie
Brought for the other half’s birthday as it’s one of the things he asked for. Best bit of money I spent, keeps him happy, he’s able to access his different “channels,” on the ps5 easier and I no longer hear him moaning about it, so winner’s all around! I thought at first it was expensive but now realise you can’t put a price on peace and quiet .
Defo a PS5 needed accessory
Finally got it! This was a product that I should have got when I first purchased my ps5 and I’m so happy I have it now. The ps5 currently has my VR camera plugged in aswel as a hard drive for my PS4 games plus a usb for my headphones meaning there was no space to share all my accessories at the same time now that I have this dual charger I can charge both from the mains at ease. Love i
Been trying to snag this since day 1 for no more than RRP. Got a notification from stock informer and bought immediately for RRP.
This dock is great, I was lucky enough to get a ps5 but getting this dock has been a struggle.
The dock looks great, I love how it matches the console, something to keep in mind though, this doesn’t connect directly to the PS5. It needs its own wall plug so free one up if you want this. Power cable is nice and long and the power brick is small enough to tuck away. Seems very solid, this won’t be sliding around at all especially with two controllers docked in place. Very happy with this

Does the job
Ok, it does the job and it’s far better than using a PS5 controller when watching movies, but it’s a bit lightweight plasticky — particularly when compared to the excellent remote that you could get for the PS3.

Only issue is that for a 24.99 item, build quality is poor. The plastic creaks. The battery compartment doesn’t sit flush. I’ve put a white silicone cover over it as it hides the imperfections.

Die Qualitt der Kamera ist in Ordnung, man kann sie am PC sowie PS5 nutzen, jedoch gibt es keine extra Funktionen auf der PS5. Im Prinzip genauso gut wie eine 20 Logitech Webcam. (Stand 02.2021)

Really well made, very responsive and handy to have instead of using your controller. The quick access buttons are nice and it’s very easy to setup and use the volume controls link up to your TV nicely. My only gripe which is very small and insignificant is it would of been nice to have a Prime quick access button or make the others programmable as I only use 2 of the buttons.

They are still very tight on my head, even after moderate usage and the adjustment is not as simple as it would be on say a pair of turtle beaches.
It is a great looking piece, which matches the console well but I find after a couple of hours of game play I have to take them off.
The 3D sound is exceptional, you really do feel immersed into the game. Out of 5 I would rate the following:

Comfort – 2
Mic – 2
Looks – 5
Personally, I would have preferred to have been able to try this on before buying, but given the preorder’s and the current pandemic this wasn’t possible. If I had the choice again, I’m not sure what I would do. The sound is very good, but at the moment it is still very tight. Fingers crossed it gets better 🙂

Good quality cam
Great fast delivery and the screen is very high resolution too. Can’t go wrong with this.
This is really designed for using the listed streaming apps. Press the Disney+, Netflix, Spotify or YouTube buttons and they’ll pop up instantly. The best use for this that I’ve found is for playing music from Spotify while playing a game. You can skip or pause tracks while in the middle of playing. No menus needed. It also makes the PS5’s video streaming apps much more appealing, when you can view a new video from your subscribed channels within seconds of doing something else.
Those hoping for a media remote more along the lines of the PS3’s might be disappointed though. This wasn’t designed for DVD or Blu-ray playback, and there’s no dedicated buttons for subtitles or menu access and so on. You might opt to stick with the Dualsense for that. Some apps might also have limited compatibility with the remote. Now TV will let me pause a program, but has trouble resuming if I use the remote. If I switch back to the DualSense, it’s fine.
You can’t use the remote to play games either. Should come as expected to most, but if anyone’s looking at this as a cheap alternative for a Player 2 DualSense, they can forget about it.
The microphone button isn’t supported by current firmware, but I’m interested to see how it’s utilised later on. If you can press it to request a specific song or album while in-game, I could get a lot of use out of it. If it can only be used while viewing an app, I might see it as gimmicky.
If you’re only interested in the listed streaming apps, or you really like to stream music while playing games, this is a great purchase. You could very well be disappointed if you wanted a remote for other purposes though.

Prodotto ottimo con qualit molto superiore alla telecamera per ps4, la uso tutti i giorni per fare streaming su twitch e non ho alcuna lamentela. Si adatta perfettamente alla parte superiore del mio televisore e le funzionalit che permettono di sistemare contrasto, colore e saturazione sono perfette. Il design molto ricercato e bello da vedere. Consigliato per chi fa come me streaming da PlayStation 5.

die Halterung ist nicht schlecht aber ausbaufhig- Beim Staub wischen ist das Teil schnell auf dem Boden. Technisch sollte man abwarten, neu ist doch bis zum Garantieablauf alles gut.

Looks like it will do the job well. But haven’t really tested out yet apart from set up configuration where it maps your face in 3 spaces, centre, left and right of screen.

Bad bits: Bit on the expensive side, sad it can’t be used as a Bluetooth headphone set too, I don’t like the usb dongle needed to make it wireless: Why could this not be built in to the ps5 instead? It’s a bit sad this doesn’t have the nice nano PlayStation icons grip texture all over it – its only on the inner band but at least it is where it is needed I suppose.
Good bits: It made me smile to discover they can stand up by themselves – I like that kind on simplicity and easy functioning. They could fall if, say a table was wobbled but should be okay otherwise to stand independantly. The sound quality is a nice experience but maybe a bit too early to tell. As I am slightly deaf in one ear, maybe I am not the best to judge. It worked well so far – I use them not to disturb others at home that could be sleeping or working. It’s lightweight and comfortable and would probably benefit to match a psvr headset. I prefer using speakers and subwoofers to feel the base and gravity of dramatic music, but this is a great compromise when they can’t be used.

So far okay but couple of issues.
Sound quality, controls and volume levels all good. Go far louder than anyone needs and love the ability to change game/chat balance on the fly. There’s also a monitor feature so you can hear yourself in the headset which is actually quite subtle and just enough to stop you shouting too much, and let’s you hear when your Mrs calls for you…if you have the on that is.
Faults then.
Microphone is passable but my mate said I sounded like I was on speakerphone. Having someone watching TV in the room at the same time probably wasn’t helping the noise cancelling out too much. But we did chat away and he could hear so not a huge issue, just not as good as the boom mic on my old headset.
The earcups. They are comfy enough and are the overear type. Problem is they are just a fraction too small. So my ear is sort of slightly squashed top to bottom. Combined with the tight fit of the headset, which does seem to be easing (breaking in a bit) this does mean my first session was not as comfy as I’d like. But I m getting used to them so hopefully won’t be a big issue going forward.
They stand up by themselves! That wowed me.
Bad bits: Bit on the expensive side, sad it can’t be used as a Bluetooth headphone set too, I don’t like the usb dongle needed to make it wireless: Why could this not be built in to the ps5 instead? It’s a bit sad this doesn’t have the nice nano PlayStation icons grip texture all over it – its only on the inner band but at least it is where it is needed I suppose.

Much better quality than the ps4 camera and has a clamp like design for attaching it to the top pf your tv/screen. Good quality build
Ok, tra tutti gli accessori Playstation 5 non mi aspettavo di trovare proprio una HD camera di QUESTA qualit.
Sicuramente non un accessorio fondamentale, per la qualit costruttiva mi ha realmente lasciato senza parole: rimane veramente stabile, ed anche tenendola in mano per pochi secondi ci si rende conto di quanto sia decisamente sopra la media, nonostante il costo.
La parte bianca funziona m di morsetto: si apre e si aggancia un po’ ovunque; la telecamera invece si pu ruotare ed orientare sopra e sotto, come meglio si preferisce.
Il cavo tra l’altro abbastanza lungo ed usa una USB 3, si vede dal cavo – tra l’altro super resistente. Ottimo lavoro Sony!
La qualit visiva rimane abbastanza buona.

Who the hell designed this things battery cover?
why have a hidden button to release the cover? why does it slide up not down? why no indication of these things on the remote? why is it not just an intuitive design like every other remote on the market? are we supposed to keep the manual for where the batteries die in 6 months time? hell even the battery compartment isn’t conventional to other sony products with the batteries inserted in the same directio
I purchased this headset to use for my PS5 (when/if it finally arrives!) due to the next gen “3D audio” elements that this headset has compared to my Turtle Beach. It is compatible with the PS4 consoles, but not many games have 3D audio on the PS4 so I wasn’t able to test this out. The sound is extremely good quality, perfect for hearing footsteps on Warzone and giving you incredible crowd noise in FIFA (these are the only two games I’ve tried this out on so far!). The microphone is fantastic and has really good noise cancelling technology that I tested out while I was waiting for my friends to come online. The option to hear yourself on the mic as well is really good. The controls on the headset are well positioned but will take a bit of getting used to as there are quite a few of them (mute mic, chat/game sound control to prioritise one or the other, master volume, and another button so you can hear yourself), especially compared to my old Turtle Beach. I think this is so you don’t have to keep opening menus on the console itself. The headset is also SUPER comfy, like it feels like you have two pillows on your ears. It’s not too heavy either so feels really comfy on your head. My TB used to hurt my ears after a long session of gaming, which didn’t happen with this headset. Overall, really really good headset and well worth the money in my opinion. Cannot wait to see how the 3D audio works on the PS5!
