I found it very easy to set-up and operate the machine. The O2 concentrator works exactly as described, and is an excellent product. Superb value for money!
    Also, after-sales service is first-class!

First of all, this unit is very compact and is the quietest oxygen generator on the market, I tried using this unit while sleeping and it was very quiet.

The remote makes it very easy to control, and the touch screen controller provides a very informative display that is easy to understand, along with a reasonably large digital display so you don’t have to get close to read it.

Overall, I look forward to using this unit for a long time and the many benefits it brings.

Please note that after unpacking and before connecting to the power supply, you only need to connect the power cord to the machine and turn on the switch on the back

It is easy to connect the tubing and set the flow rate and oxygen level according to the user guide.
Finally, it is relatively quiet in operation, as it requires an internal compressor to make it all work
I don’t regret my purchase at all.

Light weight and quiet than what I expected. I buy one for my dad in bedroom and he can turn on for sleep without too much noise.

I was searching for oxygen concentrator for quiet some time as I need it for my CPAP machine (machine for sleep apnea). This machine actually has 2 motors driving it as it’s build to supply oxygen for 2 people. Therefore, it has the biggest flow you will find here on Amazon. I am usining it for over 6 months now and with confidance I can tell you that is build with very good quality, remote works just fine, the flow is enourmous, 9L. Having said about flow, be careful, consult with your doctor because too much oxygen is not good as well. Back to the product: I strongly recomment as for this price you will not find better and with bigger flow. Everything you need came with device itself even anion, which very few need but nevertheless, if you need it it’s there. I strongly recommend this product, for this price you won’t find better. There are variation of these with same brand on Amazon but this one is the only one with double motor and biggest flow.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI’ve been trying to get the information about the nebulizer side of the machine but I’m not getting the correct information from people so I bought the machine anyway, I was wondering what would be the purpose of this machine if the nebulizer didn’t work along with the oxygen, so as the oxygen comes out of the same outlet as the nebulizer it works together, there is a different face mask and tube that comes with the machine that is put into the oxygen outlet the oxygen pushes through the tube making the ventolin into the mist, so your actually getting both at the same time through the one vent, work great for people with chronic asthma that needs both, lm hoping this saves me a trip to A&E in the future hope this helps for those who were as confused as me and not getting the answers they needed

I am having a breathing problem, albeit temporary but, after scouring the internet and reviews decided on this particular machine. Really pleased, easy to use, and has proven to help me and reduced my breathlessness. There are many types to choose but, it is worth paying to get 95% purified air.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersThis oxygen concentrator was easy to set up. Despite the written English in the instructions being poor, the pictures were pretty self explanatory. The unit itself seems robust, and it was easy to remove and replace the water chamber. It definitely produced O2 as I checked it by filling a jar from the tube and putting a lit match in (It burned brighter).

I am an ex-nurse, so used to setting up oxygen, however had never used a concentrator. The headset was a nice convenient way of breathing the O2 but I took against the tubing which is rubbery and opaque. It would be better to be able to see if moisture was gathering inside the tube, and I’m not convinced that it couldn’t shed particles, especially after not being used for a while. O2 tubing in hospital is very smooth and transparent.

Overall I like the machine, and was able to raise my SPO2 by 1% by using the headset to administer the O2. It’s a shame that the tubing is poor.
